气相压缩性对气液混输泵设计工况点性能的影响

摘要:为研究气相压缩性对气液混输泵性能的影响规律,以螺旋轴流式气液混输泵为研究对象,采用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,在20%~80%进口含气率范围内对混输泵设计工况点进行数值计算,分析气相压缩性对混输泵外特性曲线和内流场的影响。研究表明,在高含气率下气相可压缩性对混输泵的外特性预测结果影响明显增大;考虑气相压缩性后,混输泵叶轮单个流道内最先出现气堵问题,并且气相压缩性明显影响叶轮叶片上压力载荷分布以及叶轮内的气液两相的相间速度差分布。

Effect of Gas Compressibility on Performance at Design Working

Condition of Gas-liquid Multiphase Pump

Abstract: In order to study the effect of gas compressibility on the performance of the gas-liquid multiphase pump, the helico-axial flow multiphase pump was taken as the research object, and the Euler-Eulerian two-fluid model was used. The numerical calculation of the design operating point of the multiphase pump is carried out within the range of 20%~80% inlet gas content, and the influence of the gas compressibility on the external characteristic curve and internal flow field of the multiphase pump is analyzed. The research shows that the influence of gas compressibility on the prediction results of the external characteristics of the multiphase pump is significantly increased under high gas content; after considering the gas compressibility, the gas blockage problem first occurs in the single flow channel of the multiphase pump impeller, and the gas compression The pressure load distribution on the blades of the multiphase pump and the slip velocity distribution of the gas-liquid two phases in the impeller are obviously affected.

三相交流液压系统动态特性与仿真研究

摘要:首先对三相交流液压系统动态特性进行研究,选择管路集总参数模型推导出三相传输管道内的平均压力和输出阻抗的计算表达式;其次针对三相交流液压系统实验平台,根据单相交流液压系统理论基础建立三相交流液压系统管路数学模型,应用MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,得到三相传输管道瞬时压力和流量随频率的变化情况;最后对三相交流液压系统能量传递效率进行分析计算。分析结果表明:在一定的负载参数条件下,由于三组发生信号的初始相位互差120°,C相管路在压力方面幅值最高,B相和C相管路的压力和速度相位较A相管路都有一定的滞后;三相管路的能量传递效率基本相同,并且和单相交流管路的传递效率一致。该研究可为同类型多相交流液压管路设计提供参考。

Dynamic Characteristics and Simulation Study of Three-phase Alternative Hydraulic Systems

Abstract: This paper firstly investigates the dynamic characteristics of three-phase alternative hydraulic system, and selects pipeline lumped parameter model to derive the calculation expressions of the average pressure and output impedance in three-phase transmission pipeline. Secondly, for the experimental platform of three-phase alternative hydraulic system, a mathematical model of three-phase alternative hydraulic system pipeline is established based on the theoretical basis of single-phase alternative hydraulic system, and MATLAB is applied for simulation analysis to obtain the variation of instantaneous pressure and flow rate with frequency in three-phase transmission pipeline. Finally, the energy transfer efficiency of three-phase alternative hydraulic system is analyzed and calculated. Analysis results show that: under certain load parameters, C-phase line has the highest amplitude in terms of pressure due to the 120° difference between the initial phases of three generation signals, and the pressure and velocity phases of B- and C-phase lines have a certain lag compared to A-phase line; the energy transfer efficiency of three-phase pipeline is basically the same, and it is consistent with that of single-phase alternative pipeline. This study can provide reference for the design of the same type of multi-phase alternative hydraulic pipeline.

铅铋介质与清水介质在核主泵内流动对比

摘要:为了满足第四代核电系统铅铋(LBE)快堆模块化的结构要求,其主循环泵常采用轴流式结构,掌握铅铋介质在轴流式核主泵内的流动特性是铅铋快堆设计的关键性问题之一。但是目前泵的理论设计与实验都是以清水介质为前提,当实际应用在LBE介质下时,必然会导致泵的内外特性与设计目标和实验状态出现明显差异。通过计算流体力学(CFD)方法采用SST k-ω湍流模型对铅铋介质和清水介质进行瞬态数值计算,分析额定工况下两种介质在叶轮和导叶计算域的能量变化及其规律。结果表明:按照轴流泵水力设计方法完成的水力设计方案,在额定工况下,LBE介质相较与清水介质的扬程与效率均有明显提高。在叶轮计算域,LBE介质静扬程的提高是导致其总扬程与效率均优于清水介质的主要原因;在导叶计算域,LBE介质的流动损失明显低于清水介质,LBE介质在导叶轮毂处的分离现象明显弱于清水介质。

Comparative Between Lead Bismuth Medium and Water Medium in

Reactor Coolant Pump

Abstract:  In order to meet the modular structure requirements of the fourth generation nuclear power system lead-bismuth (LBE) fast reactor, the axial flow structure is usually used for the main circulation pump. It is the key issue to master the flow characteristics of lead-bismuth medium in the axial flow nuclear main pump for the development of the fourth generation nuclear power technology. However, the current theoretical design and experiment of the pump are based on water medium. When the pump is applied in LBE medium, it will inevitably lead to obvious differences between internal and external characteristics of the pump and design objectives and experimental conditions. In this paper, the transient numerical calculation of lead-bismuth and clean water media is carried out by means of CFD (computational fluid dynamics) method using SST k-ω turbulence model, and the energy variation of the two media in the calculation domain of impeller and guide vane under rated conditions is analyzed. The results show that head and efficiency of LBE medium are significantly improved compared with clean water medium on the condition that same axial power coefficient under the rated conditions of two media according to Axial flow pump hydraulic design method completed hydraulic design scheme. In the impeller calculation area, the increase of static head of LBE medium is the main reason that its total head and efficiency are better than water medium. In the calculation area of guide vane, the flow loss of LBE medium is significantly lower than that of clean water medium, and the separation of LBE medium at the hub of guide vane is significantly weaker than that of clean water medium.

激光加工参数对液压摩擦副材料织构加工的影响规律研究

摘要:液压元件关键摩擦副中的摩擦磨损是液压元件失效的重要原因,当前的研究应用中,织构作为减摩抗磨的手段正在受到广泛的关注与应用。液压元件由于材料处于更严苛的工作条件,其织构的加工成为难点。通过对激光加工织构的方法,分析不同激光参数对液压摩擦副中常见的铜材料加工成形的影响,借助超景深显微镜对成形参数进行测量,为液压元件摩擦副材料的织构加工提供理论指导。

Abstract: The friction and wear in the key friction pairs of hydraulic components is an important reason for the failure of hydraulic components. In the current research and application, texture as a means of reducing friction and anti-wear is receiving extensive attention and application. The processing of the texture of hydraulic components becomes difficult due to the more severe working conditions of the material. This paper analyzes the influence of different laser parameters on the processing and forming of common copper materials in hydraulic friction pairs through the method of laser processing texture, and provides theoretical guidance for the texture processing of friction pair materials of hydraulic components.

苹果采摘机器人末端设计及运动仿真

摘要:苹果在我国农业生产中占有重要地位,不仅是最主要的经济果树之一,而且在产量、种植面积及出口量上均居世界第一。产量大、范围广、种植地形复杂、分布零散等因素造成了苹果采摘困难、不及时、损失大等一系列问题。为了实现苹果的时效化、无损化采摘,设计一种负压式五自由度采摘机器人,基于标准型D-H参数建模方法对机器人的正、逆运动学进行求解,并利用ADAMS软件并建立机械臂的虚拟样机,通过运动学与动力学仿真分析,最终获得末端吸口的运动位移、速度、加速度及各关节角速度、驱动力矩的变化曲线。通过分析变化曲线,验证了机器人满足工作要求,结构设计合理,运动过程平稳无振荡,同时也为后续的控制系统研究奠定了基础。

Terminal Structure Design and Motion Simulation of Apple Picking Robot

Abstract: Apple occupies an important position in my country's agricultural production. It is not only one of the most important economic fruit trees, but also ranks first in the world in terms of output, planting area and export volume. Factors such as large output, wide range, complex planting terrain, and scattered distribution have caused a series of problems such as difficulty in apple picking, delay in time, and large losses. In order to realize the aging and non-destructive picking of apples, this paper designs a negative pressure five-degree-of-freedom picking robot, solves the forward and inverse kinematics of the robot based on the standard D-H parameter modeling method, and uses ADAMS software to establish a mechanical The virtual prototype of the arm, through kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis, finally obtains the movement displacement, velocity, acceleration of the end suction port, and the change curves of the angular velocity and driving torque of each joint. By analyzing the change curve, it is verified that the robot meets the working requirements, the structure design is reasonable, and the motion process is stable and free of oscillation, which also lays a foundation for the follow-up control system research.

基于传热性能模型的工业建筑材料密封保温隔热节能优化

摘要:针对工业建筑材料能耗高,密封保温隔热性能差等因素,提出一种基于传热性能模型的工业建筑材料密封保温隔热优化方法。通过建立工业建筑材料的传热性能模型,采用敏感性分析方法分析外墙传热系数、外窗传热系数以及屋面传热系数产生的影响。根据分析结果,建立工业建筑的年能耗子目标函数,将成本最小和能耗最低作为优化目标,建立工业建筑材料密封保温隔热节能优化目标函数,完成工业建筑材料密封保温隔热节能的优化。实验结果证明,所提方法优化后的建筑工业材料全年总负荷低、节能量高,具有良好的节能优化效果。

Optimization of Sealing, Heat Insulation, and Energy Conservation of

Industrial Building Materials Based on Heat Transfer Performance Model

Abstract: Aiming at the high energy consumption of industrial building materials and the poor sealing and thermal insulation performance, an optimization method for sealing and thermal insulation of industrial building materials based on heat transfer performance model is proposed. By establishing the heat transfer performance model of industrial building materials, the sensitivity analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the heat transfer coefficient of the outer wall, the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window and the heat transfer coefficient of the roof. According to the analysis results, the annual energy consumption sub-objective function of industrial buildings is established, with the minimum cost and energy consumption as the optimization objectives, and the optimization objective function of industrial building materials sealing, insulation and energy conservation is established to complete the optimization of industrial building materials sealing, insulation and energy conservation. The experimental results show that the total load of the building industrial materials optimized by the proposed method is low and the energy saving is high, indicating that the proposed method has good energy saving optimization effect.

摘要:介绍了一种用于模拟泥水工况下运行的大轴径双浮动端面密封试验装置,分析了密封试验装置的研制背景,描述了试验腔体的结构组成、工作原理,以及循环系统的方案设计和操作流程。该试验装置设计合理,结构可靠,既能同时模拟测试2套双浮动密封在泥水环境下的运行工况,又保证了密封处于良好的润滑环境,为相关密封试验装置的设计提供了借鉴。

Development of a Test Device for Large Diameter Double Floating Face Seal

Abstract: A large shaft diameter double floating face seal test device for simulating operation under muddy water conditions is introduced. The development background of the sealing test device is analyzed, and the structural composition and working principle of the test chamber are described, as well as the schematic design and operation process of the circulating system. The test device has a reasonable design and reliable structure, which can simultaneously simulate and test the operating conditions of two sets of double floating seals in muddy water environment, while ensuring that the seals are in a good lubrication environment. This article provides a reference for the design of relevant sealing test devices.

液压机械控制虚拟仿真实验教学系统设计

摘要:当前高校液压机械类专业的实验教学环节易受到教学资源短缺的限制,且不能实现资源共享,从一定程度上了影响了实验教学的效果,而计算机虚拟仿真技术的出现为液压机械专业的实验教学提供了一条新的途径。给出了液压机械控制虚拟仿真实验教学系统的总体框架设计与工作流程设计,其中系统硬件平台部分包括客户操控端、服务器、虚拟装置和各种连接端口;从软件层面分析系统服务器运行LabVIEW平台的相关软件程序,并通过系统主界面控制硬件模块工作;为提高虚拟仿真系统的控制精度,在控制算法上采用增量PID控制算法,适时调整采样信号和采样周期,以更准确地控制虚拟装置的工作。测试结果表明与传统实验教学系统相比,提出的仿真实验教学系统具有更快的机械控制响应速度和更精确的行进轨迹。

Design of Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching System for

Hydraulic Machinery Control

Abstract: At present, the experimental teaching of hydraulic machinery specialty in Colleges and universities is easy to be limited by the shortage of teaching resources, and cannot achieve resource sharing, which has affected the experimental teaching effect to a certain extent. The emergence of computer virtual simulation technology provides a new way for the experimental teaching of hydraulic machinery specialty. The overall framework design and workflow design of the virtual simulation experimental teaching system for hydraulic mechanical control are given. The hardware platform of the system includes client control terminal, server, virtual device and various connection ports. Analyze the software programs of the system server running the LabVIEW platform from the software level, and control the hardware module work through the main interface of the system; In order to improve the control precision of the virtual simulation system, the incremental PID control algorithm is adopted in the control algorithm to adjust the sampling signal and sampling period timely, so as to control the work of the virtual device more accurately. The test results show that compared with the traditional experimental teaching system, the proposed simulation experimental teaching system has faster response speed of mechanical control and more accurate trajectory.

工字梁结构对双腹板预弯叶片变形量影响的研究

摘要:为减少风力机叶片在额定工况下的叶尖形变量,提高叶片抗弯性能,增加机组安全性,借鉴工字梁理论对风力机叶片腹板进行加强,以某1.5 MW风力机叶片腹板为研究对象,建立了一种工字梁腹板结构,共计6组,并与原叶片在相同的力学模型下进行对比。使用APDL软件进行了叶片的模态分析及静力学分析,比较了原叶片与工字梁叶片的模态振型、振动频率及叶尖最大位移等力学性能。模态分析表明,工字梁腹板叶片比原叶片的一阶位移下降了3.34%,一阶频率降低了3.24%,总体均高于共振频率;静力学分析表明,工字梁腹板叶片比原叶片叶尖位移最多降低了6.38%,具有更高的抗弯性能,在叶片结构设计中可进一步减少预弯。

Study on Influence of I-beam Structure on Prebend Blade

Shape Variable of Double Web

Abstract: In order to reduce the displacement of the wind blade tip and improve the safety of the unit under the rated working condition a theory of the abdomen of a 1.5 MW wind blade is used. A structure of I-beam web was established using finite element method for 6 groups, and compared with the original blade under the same mechanical model. Modal analysis and static analysis were performed using APDL software, and the mechanical properties of modal vibration, vibration frequency and maximum displacement of the original blade and I-beam blade were compared. The modal analysis show that the first order displacement of the I-beam blade decreased by 3.34% over the original blade the first order frequency by 3.24% overall above the resonance frequency. Static analysis show that the displacement of the tip of the blade of the I-beam blade decreased by 6.38% over the original blade, with higher bending resistance, which can further reduce the pre-bending design.

摘要:基于人体血液循环系统的基本生理学知识,确定人工心脏瓣膜脉动流实验系统的工作原理及设计方案。根据人体健康、运动、心衰三种生理状态下各种生理参数的范围,确定人工心脏瓣膜脉动流实验系统的设计要求及参数指标。依据血液循环系统主要组成部分的功能和特征以及流体力学相似性理论,设计脉动流模拟循环系统。将人体血液循环系统类比为流体系统,应用AMESim仿真软件搭建脉动流实验系统的等效流体系统模型,模拟健康、运动、心衰三种生理状态下的血流动力学特性,并将仿真结果与实验系统的关键参数指标,如左心室压力、主动脉压力及脉动血流量进行对比,分析在各种典型参数下得到的仿真结果是否与真实人体生理参数吻合,以此验证人工心脏瓣膜脉动流实验系统设计的合理性。

Abstract: Based on the basic physiological knowledge of human blood circulation system, the working principle and design scheme of artificial heart valve pulsatile flow experimental system are determined. According to the range of various physiological parameters under the three physiological states of human health, exercise and heart failure, the design requirements and parameter indexes of artificial heart valve pulsatile flow experimental system are determined. According to the functions and characteristics of the main components of the blood circulation system and the similarity theory of hydrodynamics, the pulsatile flow simulation circulation system is designed. The human blood circulation system is compared to a fluid system, and the equivalent fluid system model of the pulsatile flow experimental system is built by using AMESim simulation software to simulate the hemodynamic characteristics of health, exercise and heart failure. The simulation results are compared with the key parameters of the experimental system, such as left ventricular pressure, aortic pressure and pulsatile blood flow, Analyze whether the simulation results obtained under various typical parameters are consistent with the real human physiological parameters, so as to verify the rationality of the design of artificial heart valve pulsatile flow experimental system.

离心泵S形叶片流动特性及水力性能分析

摘要:对离心泵而言,叶片出口角β2是影响泵性能的一个重要参数。基于Fluent离心泵全流场数值模拟,对某型号低比转数离心泵进行了大出口角叶形的改形设计,研究了不同大出口角对离心泵水力性能的影响,并对比分析了原模型泵与S形叶片离心泵水力特性及流动特性。结果表明:离心泵扬程随着出口角的增大而增大,在出口角为90°时达到最大值。当出口角为90°时,S形叶片的水力性能最佳,在设计工况下及大流量工况泵扬程显著提升且效率有小幅度提升,但小流量工况下泵效率略有下降。S形叶片可以有效抑制离心泵叶轮内的边界层分离现象,且随着流量的增大抑制效果越明显。

Analysis of Flow Characteristics and Hydraulic Performance of

S-blades for Centrifugal Pumps

Abstract:  For centrifugal pumps, vane outlet angle β2 is an important parameter that affects pump performance. In this paper, based on the numerical simulation of the full flow field of the Fluent centrifugal pump, a retrofit design of a large outlet angle blade is carried out for a certain type of low specific speed centrifugal pump, the influence of different large outlet angles on the hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump is studied, and the comparative analysis The hydraulic characteristics and flow characteristics of the original model pump and S-blade centrifugal pump. The analysis shows that the head of the centrifugal pump increases with the increase of the outlet angle, and reaches the maximum value when the outlet angle is 90°. When the outlet angle is 90°, the hydraulic performance of the S-blade is the best. Under the design condition and the large flow condition, the pump head is significantly improved and the efficiency is slightly improved, but the pump efficiency is slightly reduced under the small flow condition. The S-blade can effectively inhibit the boundary layer separation phenomenon in the impeller of the centrifugal pump, and the inhibition effect is more obvious with the increase of the flow rate.

无人机起落架电液伺服系统运动控制方法研究

摘要:无人机起落架是无人机最重要的承载装置,能够高效的吸收着陆产生的能量,确保无人机安全稳定着陆。针对无人机起落架电液伺服系统运动不稳定的缺陷,在起落架电液伺服系统结构和动力学分析基础上,对电液伺服系统运动稳定性进行影响分析;采用多目标协同控制的稳定控制方法提升电液伺服系统运动稳定性;最后在已构建的电液伺服系统运动控制试验环境中验证运动控制方法的可靠性和稳定性。整个电液伺服系统运动控制未出现超调现象,高效提升了运动系统的稳定性。

Research on Motion Control Method of UAV Landing Gear Electro-hydraulic Servo System

Abstract: The landing gear of UAV is the most important bearing device of UAV, which can efficiently absorb the energy generated by landing and ensure the safe and stable landing of UAV. In view of the unstable movement of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the landing gear of UAV, the impact analysis on the movement stability of the electro-hydraulic servo system is conducted based on the structure and dynamics analysis of the landing gear electro-hydraulic servo system, The stability control method of multi-objective cooperative control is adopted to improve the motion stability of the electro-hydraulic servo system. Finally, the reliability and stability of the motion control method are verified in the built electro-hydraulic servo system motion control test environment. The motion control of the entire electro-hydraulic servo system does not appear overshoot, and the stability of the motion system is effectively improved.

摘要:提出了气动3-RPS并联平台应用于虚拟现实环境下运动模拟的解决方案。压缩空气和气动执行器作为一种廉价的驱动方式,但气动系统的强非线性、负载敏感、未知参数和死区等特性限制了运动模拟的精确度和逼真程度。从并联气动平台运动学动力学着手,基于光流图像处理技术生成关节空间的目标运动曲线,采用自适应鲁棒控制方法对气动并联运动平台进行实时轨迹跟踪的解决方案,相对传统算法,轨迹跟踪性能有了大幅提升。

With the realtime motion generation tool and adaptive robust controller with unknown parameters estimation, the system reaches much higher tracking accuracy than traditional version.

Abstract: A new sealing structure of power head of twin-wheel agitated drill is studied. The sealing structure of the drill is modeled in three-dimensional by using three-dimensional modeling software, and the detailed structural design is carried out, and the operating principle is introduced. The labyrinth seal, sealing ring seal and other sealing methods are used for the new sealing structure, which has multiple sealing effect. Compared with the traditional sealing structure, the new sealing structure has advantages of good sealing effect, long service life, low probability of repair and low cost of use.

高速高压圆弧齿轮泵滑动轴承油膜特性研究

摘要:以用于补偿高速高压圆弧齿轮泵不平衡径向力的滑动轴承为研究对象,在对其进行理论建模和分析的基础上,利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent分析相同工况下不同初始油膜厚度、进油口直径、进油口角度、轴向封油边宽度、油腔深度等结构参数对滑动轴承油膜特性的影响,并在此基础上对轴承结构参数进行了优化,最后通过实验进行验证。研究结果表明:初始油膜厚度和进油口角度对轴承温升影响显著,初始油膜厚度或进油口角度的增加使滑动轴承温升明显减小;轴向封油边的增加使轴承承载面增大,轴承承载力和温升也随之增大;进油口直径取1.7 mm和静压槽深度取1 mm时,使轴承温升达到最低;在负载压力15 MPa、转速6000 r/min工况下,与安装未优化滑动轴承的齿轮泵相比,安装优化后滑动轴承的齿轮泵温度降低5

Study on Oil Film Characteristics of Sliding Bearing for High Speed and

High Pressure Arc Gear Pump

Abstract: Taking the sliding bearing used to compensate unbalanced radial force of high speed and high pressure arc gear pump as the research object, based on theoretical modeling and analysis, Computational fluid dynamics software Fluent was used to analyze the influence of different initial oil film thickness, inlet diameter, inlet Angle, axial sealing edge width, oil cavity depth and other structural parameters on the oil film characteristics of sliding bearing under the same working conditions. On this basis, the bearing structural parameters were optimized, and finally verified by experiments. The results show that the initial oil film thickness and oil inlet Angle have a significant effect on the bearing temperature rise, and the increase of the initial oil film thickness or oil inlet Angle makes the temperature rise of the sliding bearing decrease obviously. The increase of axial sealing edge increases bearing surface, bearing capacity and temperature rise. When the diameter of the oil inlet is 1.7 mm and the depth of the hydrostatic groove is 1 mm, the temperature rise of the bearing is the lowest. Under the load pressure of 15 MPa and speed of 6000 r/min, the temperature rise of the gear pump with optimized sliding bearing is 5 lower than that of the gear pump without optimized sliding bearing.

摘要:液压系统广泛应用于工业生产制造中,针对复杂应用工况导致液压系统经常出现故障的问题,集成了电子传感器的液压系统可以通过其检测信号快速的检测故障和定位故障,在集成电子传感器的液压系统故障检测结构基础上,采用工业CAN总线通信方式,通过故障信号提取和故障注入的测试方法来检测液压系统的故障,在实际的故障测试台架中对方法进行验证,最后分析测试数据表明该测试方法能够快速检测出液压系统的故障。

Based on the fault detection structure of hydraulic system with integrated electronic sensor, industrial CAN bus communication mode is adopted, The test method of fault signal extraction and fault injection is used to detect the fault of hydraulic system. The method is verified in the actual fault test bench. Finally, the analysis of test data shows that the test method can quickly detect the fault of hydraulic system.

某核电站汽轮机中压调阀拒动及慢关超时原因分析

摘要:针对某核电站5号机组汽轮机多个中压调节阀拒动及慢关试验超时异常进行了原因分析。通过对现场设备、控制和液压重要参数进行排查,锁定可能的故障模式,并开发出比例阀在线故障诊断装置,通过现场试验研究,分析各项参数对调节阀拒动和慢关试验成功率的影响,最终确定根本原因为C375比例阀主阀芯的摩擦力大、部分中调阀集管块表面平面度差。根据分析结果,提出了清洁集管块平面、提高比例阀减压阀后压力的纠正措施,成功解决了中压调节阀拒动和慢关超时问题。

Abstract: In this paper, the reasons for the misoperation of multiple intermediate pressure control valves and the abnormal slow closing time-out of the steam turbine of unit 5 in a nuclear power plant are analyzed. By checking the field equipment, control and hydraulicparameters, locking the possible failure modeand developing the proportional valve online fault diagnosis device, through the field test research, the influence of various parameters on the success rate of the control valve rejection and slow closing test is analyzed, and it is finally determined that the root cause of the event is the high friction of the main valve core of C375 proportional valve, and the failure of some medium pressure regulating valves is the poor flatness of the header block surface. According to the analysis conclusion, the proposed corrective measures to clean the surface of the manifold block and improve the back pressure of the reducing valve are put forward, and the problems of valve misoperation and slow closing timeout are solved.

一种降低液压挖掘机回转启停冲击的方法

摘要:液压挖掘机回转启停冲击是一直存在的问题,尝试通过改变回转马达溢流阀的结构来进行改善,比如增加二级溢流阀,或者直接使用电控二级溢流阀等,但是改善效果均不太理想。随着电控液压系统的普及与发展,利用控制器参与回转动作的控制将有更多的操作空间。介绍一种通过控制电比例阀输出先导压力去控制回转主阀芯的运动,再调试输入合适的电比例阀的电流曲线即可实现降低回转启停冲击的方法。

A Method for Reducing Swing Start-stop Impact of Hydraulic Excavator

Abstract: Rotary start-stop impact of hydraulic excavator has always been a problem, and some people try to change the structure of rotary motor relief valve, such as adding two-stage relief valve, or directly using electronically controlled two-stage relief valve, but the improvement effect is not ideal. With the popularity and development of electronic hydraulic system, the use of controllers to participate in the control of rotary action will have more operating space. This paper introduces a method to control the movement of the rotary main valve by controlling the pilot pressure of the output of the proportional valve and to reduce the start-stop impact of the rotary by inputting the appropriate current curve of the proportional valve in debugging.

某型液压柱塞泵加速寿命试验失效分析

摘要:针对液压柱塞泵加速寿命试验中出现回油压力突然增大的现象,完成了对故障现象的初步判定、分解检查、微分计量和理化分析,通过对历年轴承滚子的凸度值复测,发现滚子凸度设计值不合理是导致产品失效的主要原因,通过统计分析和试验验证,确定了轴承滚子合理凸度值。

Failure Analysis of Accelerated Life Test for Hydraulic Piston Pump

Abstract: In view of the sudden increase of return oil pressure in the accelerated life test of hydraulic piston pump, the preliminary judgment, decomposition inspection, differential measurement and physical and chemical analysis of the fault phenomenon are completed. Through the re measurement of the crown value of bearing roller over the years, it is found that the unreasonable design value of roller crown is the main cause of product failure. Through statistical analysis and test verification, The reasonable crown value of bearing roller is determined.

某热熔塞试验夹具密封圈损伤问题的解决

摘要:某热熔塞密封性试验夹具首次使用,即出现夹具密封圈损伤导致的漏气现象。复查零件尺寸符合图纸要求,密封圈压缩率亦符合设计规范。通过结构分析,发现夹具存在倒角偏小引导不足缺陷,另密封圈压缩率尚有降低空间,因此采用增大零件倒角、缩减零件轴径的返修方案解决了密封圈切边问题。由此可见,密封圈的压缩率并非越大越好,而应根据实际情况;作为引导,零件倒角应尽可能选择小夹角、长线段。

Solution on Seal Ring Damage of the Hot Melt Plug Test Fixture

Abstract: When a hot melt plug sealing test fixture was used for the first time, the air leakage phenomenon caused by the damage of the sealing ring of the fixture appeared. The dimensions of the parts are in accordance with the drawing requirements and the compression rate of the sealing ring is also in accordance with the design specifications. Through the structure analysis, it is found that the fixture has the defect of small chamfering and insufficient guide, and the compression rate of the seal ring still has the space to reduce. Therefore, the reworking scheme of increasing the chamfering and reducing the axle diameter of the parts is adopted to solve the sealing ring trimming problem. It can be seen that the compression rate of the sealing ring is not the larger the better, but should be based on the actual situation; As a guide, parts chamfering should be selected as far as possible small Angle, long line.

工程油缸活塞杆摩擦焊接工艺优化研究

摘要:对材料为45钢、直径为48的工程油缸活塞杆摩擦焊接技术进行了系统深入的研究,从工程油缸活塞杆焊接结构、热处理时机和摩擦焊接工艺规范3个方面因素,对活塞杆摩擦焊接接头综合性能的影响进行了研究。通过试验研究揭示了摩擦焊接各因素与焊接接头可靠性的关系,初步建立了活塞杆摩擦焊接成型与控制的工程体系。制订了活塞杆接头可靠性所需的工艺规范,使活塞杆摩擦焊接接头的抗拉强度达到800 MPa以上,屈服强度达到500 MPa以上,断面收缩率达到35%以上,满足了工程液压缸的技术要求。验证了优化后摩擦焊接工艺规范加工成型的焊接接头可靠性,优化后焊接接头合格率达到99.99%以上。

Optimization of Friction Welding Process for Piston Rod of Engineering Cylinder

Abstract: In this paper, the friction welding technology of engineering cylinder piston rod with 45 steel and 48diameter is studied systematically. In this paper, the influence of piston rod friction welding joint comprehensive performance is studied fromthree aspects: welding structure of engineering cylinder piston rod, heat treatment opportunity and friction welding process specification. The relationship between the factors of friction welding and the reliability of welded joint was revealed through experimental study, and the engineering system of piston rod friction welding forming and control was established. The technical specifications for the reliability of the piston rod joint have been formulated, so that the tensile strength of the friction welded joint of the piston rod can reach over 800 MPa, the yield strength can reach over 500 MPa, and the section shrinkage rate can reach over 35%, which meet the technical requirements of the engineering hydraulic cylinder. Finally, the reliability of the welded joints processed by the optimized friction welding process specification is verified, and the qualified rate of the optimized welded joints is more than 99.99%.

摘要:受管道阻力损失影响,气动调节阀的理论流量曲线会发生偏离,固有流量特性在大压差下更容易发生畸变。从理论和试验室条件下的试验数据,分析了曲线偏离的原因,提出在进行调节阀流量试验前,应根据试验室的资源条件提前确定阀门的临界压差,从而保证试验数据的准确性。

Analysis of Flow Characteristics for Control Valve

Abstract: Under the influence of pipeline resistance loss, the theoretical flow curve of pneumatic control valve will deviate, and the inherent flow characteristics are more prone to distortion under large pressure difference. This paper analyzes the reasons for curve deviation from the theoretical and experimental data under the laboratory conditions, and proposes that the critical pressure difference of the valve should be determined in advance according to the resource conditions of the laboratory before the flow test of the control valve, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test data.

摘要:为解决装配到油缸总成的活塞杆销轴孔垂直度均满足图纸要求,基于使用通用量具的测量条件下,根据形位公差的传递规律,利用相似三角形原理,采用几何分析方法,分析了活塞杆销轴孔垂直度的测量和计算方法,得到了计算活塞杆销轴孔垂直度的计算公式和测量方法,为现场快速判定装配到油缸总成上的活塞杆销轴孔垂直度合格与否提供了依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the verticality of the piston rod pin hole assembled to the cylinder assembly meets the requirements of the drawing, based on the measuring conditions of the use of general measuring tools, according to the transfer law of form and position tolerance, using the similar triangle principle and geometric analysis method, the measurement and calculation method of the piston rod pin hole verticality are analyzed, and the calculation formula and measurement method for the calculation of the piston rod pin hole verticality are obtained. It provides a basis for quick judgment of the verticality of the piston rod pin hole assembled on the cylinder assembly.

带非金属密封件的活塞杆焊接工艺研究

摘要:针对一种带有橡胶密封圈的活塞杆零件,由于其体积小、高负载的特殊工况,通过一体式焊接结构提升活塞杆力学性能,所以要求在活塞杆焊接前,就需要把橡胶密封圈等非金属组件安装完毕,最后一步完成焊接工序。焊接工序采用氩弧焊工艺完成,焊接过程中的热量从焊缝处向外扩散,热量到达密封圈位置,当温度超过密封圈允许的最高温度后,会导致密封件失效。基于SE建模及仿真软件,通过数值模拟方法建立了一体式焊接结构的活塞杆焊接工艺方法的非稳态导热数学模型,通过研究不同导热结构下的活塞杆轴向热传导的温差,获得活塞杆表面在不同影响因素下温度变化规律。

Study on Welding Technology of Piston Rod with Non-metallic Seal

Abstract: For a piston rod part with a rubber seal ring, due to its small size and high load under special working conditions, the mechanical properties of the piston rod are improved through an integrated welding structure. Therefore, it is required to complete the installation of non-metallic components such as the rubber seal ring before welding the piston rod, and the welding process is completed in the last step. The welding process is completed by argon arc welding. The heat in the welding process diffuses outward from the weld and reaches the seal ring. When the temperature exceeds the maximum allowable temperature of the seal ring, it will lead to the failure of the seal. In this paper, based on SE modeling and simulation software, the unsteady heat conduction mathematical model of the piston rod welding process method with integrated welding structure is established through numerical simulation. By studying the temperature difference of the piston rod axial heat conduction under different heat conduction structures, the temperature change rule of the piston rod surface under different influence factors is obtained.
