基于AMESim对多作用内曲线径向柱塞马达建模与仿真分析

摘要:为了研究多作用内曲线径向柱塞马达的动态特性。在 AMESim仿真软件凸轮设计器中,创建与内曲线马达定子环曲线相同的盘形滚子凸轮子模块,解决了软件模型库中元件模块不能直接搭建内曲线马达液压模型的问题。并搭建16柱塞10作用径向柱塞马达液压模型,对比验证液压模型是正确和可靠的,仿真分析得到内曲线马达在不同流量下转速曲线、不同压力下输出扭矩曲线以及转速与压力曲线,为内曲线马达的研究提供理论依据。

Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Multi Action Internal Curve

Radial Piston Motor Based on AMESim

Abstract: In order to study the dynamic characteristics of a multi-acting internal curve radial piston motor. In the AMESim simulation software CAM designer, the disc roller CAM sub-module with the same stator ring curve of the internal curve motor is created to solve the problem that the hydraulic model of the internal curve motor cannot be directly built by the components in the software model library. The hydraulic model of the 16-plunger 10-acting radial piston motor was built to verify the correctness and reliability of the hydraulic model. Simulation and analysis to get the speed curve under different flow rate, output torque curve under different pressure and speed vs. pressure curve of the internal curve motor, which provides the theoretical basis for the research of the internal curve motor.

抱罐车液压敲罐系统的设计及应用

摘要:针对抱罐车大臂工况,在综合分析其敲罐系统需求的基础上,给出了一种典型敲罐系统设计方案。分析了该设计方案所需元件选型的关键技术。与此同时,结合大臂油缸运行机构的几何模型,给出了敲罐工况的重要参数计算公式,包括补油油箱容积、敲罐加速度、敲罐时间等,揭示了各主要技术参数之间的内在联系。并以某款实际样机参数为例进行相关参数的实例计算,为抱罐车大臂液压敲罐系统的设计及其计算方法提供了理论参考依据。

Design and Application of Knocking Hydraulic System for Slag Pot Carrier

Abstract: Based on the working condition of big arm of the Slag pot carrier, a typical design scheme of tank knocking system is given on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its requirements. Combined with the schematic diagram, the key technology of component selection for the design scheme is analyzed in detail. At the same time, combined with the geometrical model of the operation mechanism of the big arm cylinder, the important parameters of the tank knocking condition are calculated, including the tank volume, the tank knocking acceleration, the tank knocking time, etc., and the internal relationship between the main technical parameters is revealed. An example is given to calculate the parameters of a prototype. It provides a theoretical reference for the design and calculation method of the big arm hydraulic tank knocking system of the Slag pot carrier.

液压冲击器配合间隙出口流速的影响因素权重分析

摘要:为了分析液压冲击器配合间隙出口流速的影响因素权重,以平行平板泄漏机理为理论依据,首先通过SPSS软件将间隙高度、锥度、密封长度、压差4种因素进行正交试验设计,产生16组不同水平因素的组合进行Fluent流场仿真;其次通过控制变量法将各单因素对配合间隙出口流速的影响进行分析;最后都使用极差法对上述仿真结果进行权重分析。两种方式结果都表明,间隙高度、锥度和压差与液压冲击器配合间隙出口流速呈正相关,而密封长度与之呈负相关;间隙高度对出口流速的影响最大,其次为密封长度,而压差和锥度对其影响最小。这为液压冲击器减少配合间隙泄漏冲蚀的设计提供了参考。

Weight Analysis on Influencing Factors of Outlet Velocity for

Hydraulic Impactor Fitting Clearance

Abstract: In order to analyze the weight of the influencing factors of the flow velocity at the outlet of the hydraulic impactor fitting clearance, taking the leakage mechanism of the parallel plate as the theoretical basis, the four factors of clearance height, taper, seal length, and pressure difference were firstly designed by SPSS software. The Fluent flow field simulation is carried out by the combination of different level factors, and the weight analysis of the simulation results is carried out by the range method. Secondly, the influence of each single factor on the flow velocity at the outlet of the fitting gap is analyzed by the control variable method. The results of both methods show that the gap height, taper and pressure difference are positively correlated with the outlet flow rate of the hydraulic impactor fitting clearance, while the seal length is negatively correlated with it; the gap height has the greatest influence on the outlet flow rate, followed by the seal length, and the pressure Misalignment and taper have the least effect on it. This provides a reference for the design of hydraulic impactor to reduce leakage and erosion of fit clearance.

基于仿生群智能优化RBF神经网络的气动机械手稳定运动控制方法

摘要:针对气动机械手动态特性强、特征状态难捕捉,导致稳定性控制误差较大的问题,提出一种基于仿生群智能优化径向基函数(Radial Basis Function NetworkRBF)神经网络的气动机械手稳定运动控制方法。建立线性传递函数,计算气动回路中液压元件、气源装置、气压过滤装置、过滤器、调压阀以及压力计算器等元件间气动稳定关系,获取气动机械手回路状态。通过仿生群混合蛙跳算法智能优化RBF神经网络,根据机械手自由臂模型,建立坐标轴,计算机械臂各个关节角的自由度参数,根据机械手速度自由度、位移以及角度关系自由度设置比例-积分-微分(Proportion Integration DifferentiationPID)控制器,完成气动机械手稳定性控制输出。实验结果表明;该方法控制精准度高,在X轴、Y轴和Z轴方向上加速度曲线的波动性最小,具有良好的控制性能。

Stable Motion Control Method of Pneumatic Manipulator with Bionic

Swarm Intelligent Optimization RBF Neural Network

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the dynamic characteristics of pneumatic manipulator are strong and the characteristic state is difficult to capture, which leads to large stability control error, a stable motion control method of pneumatic manipulator based on bionic swarm intelligent optimization radial basis function network (RBF) neural network is proposed. Establish a linear transfer function to calculate the pneumatic stability relationship between hydraulic components, air source device, air pressure filter device, filter, pressure regulating valve and pressure calculator in the pneumatic circuit, and obtain the status of the pneumatic manipulator circuit. The RBF neural network is intelligently optimized by the bionic swarm hybrid leapfrog algorithm. According to the free arm model of the manipulator, the coordinate axis is established, and the degree of freedom parameters of each joint angle of the manipulator are calculated. According to the speed, displacement and angle relationship of the manipulator, the proportional integration differentiation (PID) controller is set to complete the stability control output of the pneumatic manipulator. The experimental results show that the control accuracy of the proposed method is high, and the fluctuation of the acceleration curve in the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions is minimal, and the proposed method has good control performance.

浮杯泵端面开槽配流副润滑特性仿真分析

摘要:配流副作为浮杯泵重要的摩擦副,良好的润滑状态对于提升柱塞泵的使用寿命和容积效率起到关键作用。在滚筒板上引入连通式阶梯槽结构,通过动静压混合润滑的支承形式改善浮杯泵配流副的润滑特性,分析配流副油膜的压力分布及动静压润滑形成原因,对比分析连通槽型、浅腔深度比和阶梯槽包角等结构参数对润滑特性的影响,发现连通式阶梯槽对配流副润滑特性起积极作用,为浮杯泵配流副结构优化提供了一定的理论支持。

Simulation Analysis on Lubrication Characteristics of Valve-plate

Pair for Floating Cup Pump

Abstract: As an important friction pair of floating cup pump, good lubrication condition plays a key role in improving the service life and volumetric efficiency of floating cup pump. In this paper, a connected stepped groove structure is introduced into the barrel plate. Through the support form of dynamic and static pressure mixed lubrication, the lubrication characteristics of valve-plate pair of the floating cup pump is improved, the pressure distribution of the oil film of valve-plate pair and the causes of dynamic and static pressure lubrication are analyzed, and the effects of the structural parameters such as the connected groove type, the depth ratio of the shallow cavity and the envelope angle of the stepped groove on the lubrication characteristics are compared and analyzed. It is found that the connected stepped groove plays a positive role in the lubrication characteristics of valve-plate pair, It provides a certain theoretical support for the structural optimization of the valve-plate pair of the floating cup pump.

静压支承设计及结构优化研究

摘要:针对现有的伺服缸,对其内部的静压支承进行特性分析,建模后进行流固耦合分析,计算得到其内部的压力分布情况,进而求得静压支承进出口的流量和产生的承载力大小。运用MOGA算法,对静压支承机理及结构提出优化研究,结果表明,在一阶模态升高4.9%的情况下,油腔内部压力增加5%,油膜刚度增加了5.55%。可以看出,在不影响静压支承整体性能的情况下,通过优化静压支承结构尺寸,油腔内的油膜刚度可以显著提高。最后用优化前后的结构尺寸,在空载下伺服缸系统性能试验予以验证静压支承的整体性能,证明本静压支承设计与优化合格。

Study on Design and Structure Optimization of Static Pressure Bearing

Abstract: In view of the existing servo cylinder, the characteristics of its internal hydrostatic support were analyzed, and the fluid-structure coupling analysis was carried out after modeling. The internal pressure distribution was calculated, and then the flow rate and bearing capacity of the inlet and outlet of the hydrostatic support were obtained. MOGA algorithm was used to optimize the hydrostatic bearing mechanism and structure. The results showed that when the first-order mode increased by 4.9%, the internal pressure of the oil chamber increased by 5%, and the stiffness of the oil film increased by 5.55%. It can be seen that, without affecting the overall performance of the hydrostatic support, the oil film stiffness in the oil cavity can be significantly improved by optimizing the structure size of the hydrostatic support. Finally, using the structure size before and after optimization, the whole performance of the static pressure support is verified by the performance test of the servo cylinder system under no-load, which proves that the design and optimization of the static pressure support is qualified.

基于MATLAB的电动汽车动力电池电液固定装置抗振与密封性能实验研究

摘要:动力电池是电动汽车最重要的驱动能源,作为动力电池与整车固定连接的承载装置,其固定装置的安全性和稳定性是非常关键的性能指标,针对电动汽车动力电池总成电液固定装置的抗振和密封性能,在动力电池总成固定装置系统结构基础上,对其抗振性能和密封性能进行分析,通过MATLAB模拟壁面受力状态,注入激励信号观察固定装置的性能表现,最后在构建的模拟动力电池总成固定装置碰撞实验环境中验证其抗振和密封性能的可靠性和稳定性,实验结果表明,所设计的动力电池总成固定装置能够提高该装置的抗振和密封性能。

Anti Vibration and Sealing Performance Experimental Study of Electric Vehicle

Power Battery Fixing Device for Electric Vehicle Based on MATLAB

Abstract: The power battery is the most important driving energy for electric vehicles. As the carrying device for the fixed connection between the power battery and the whole vehicle, the safety and stability of its fixing device are very key performance indicators. For the anti vibration and sealing performance of the electric vehicle fixing device of the power battery assembly of electric vehicles, based on the system structure of the fixing device of the power battery assembly, its anti vibration performance and sealing performance are analyzed, The performance of the fixed device was observed by simulating the stress state of the wall surface and injecting the excitation signal. Finally, the reliability and stability of its anti vibration and sealing performance were verified in the simulated crash experiment environment of the fixed device of the power battery assembly. The experimental results show that the designed fixed device of the power battery assembly can improve the anti vibration and sealing performance of the device.

液压加载试验台状态监测系统的设计与研究

摘要:为有效改善液压加载试验台的自动化水平和控制精度,提出一种状态监测系统,主控器采用AT89S52单片机,通信方案选取CAN总线方式。以压力、流量和温度等参数为测控目标,对系统中的主控模块、数据采集模块和通信模块等关键功能模块进行了设计与研究。通过对液压阀加载试验的流程设计、参数测试和结果分析可知,在模糊控制与反馈调节条件下,该系统能够实现较高的液压监测精度和响应效率。

Design and Research of Condition Monitoring System for Hydraulic Loading Test Bench

Abstract: In order to effectively improve the automation level and control accuracy of the hydraulic loading test bench, a state monitoring system is proposed. The main controller is AT89S52 single chip microcomputer, and the communication scheme is CAN bus. The main control module, data acquisition module and communication module of the system are designed and studied with the parameters of pressure, flow and temperature as the measurement and control objectives. Through the process design, parameter testing and result analysis of the hydraulic valve loading test, it can be seen that the system can achieve high hydraulic monitoring accuracy and response efficiency under the conditions of fuzzy control and feedback regulation.

Design of Hydraulic Control System for Vehicle Mounted Integrated Workover Rig

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of the hydraulic control system of the main engine of the vehicle mounted integrated workover rig and the hydraulic control system of the pressure operation device. According to the overall layout of the vehicle mounted integrated workover rig under pressure, the hydraulic control system of each part is designed in an integrated and modular way, and the design and calculation of key components such as hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil tank and accumulator are carried out to optimize the design of the overall hydraulic control system, system configuration and component selection.

基于振动信号检测的齿轮泵故障诊断系统设计

摘要:为了提高齿轮泵的检修效率,基于振动信号的检测与处理原理,对一种便携式故障诊断系统进行了设计与研究,能够根据振动响应规律判断齿轮泵关键零部件的故障或损伤类型和特征。确定了系统的总体结构和功能,对信号调理模块、主控模块以及传感器等关键硬件模块进行了设计。数据通信方法包括WiFiRS485,通信速率与数据采样速率相匹配。通过对齿轮泵中齿轮副和轴承的故障测试和应用可知,该系统的检测数据稳定可靠,能够有效降低液压系统的维护成本。

Design of Gear Pump Fault Diagnosis System with Vibration Signal Detection

Abstract: In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of gear pump, a portable fault diagnosis system is designed and studied based on the detection and processing principle of vibration signal, which can judge the type and characteristics of gear pump mechanical fault or damage according to the vibration response law. The overall structure and functions of the system are determined, and the key hardware modules such as signal conditioning module, main control module and sensor are designed. Data communication methods include WiFi and RS485, and the communication rate matches the data sampling rate. Through the fault test and application of the gear pair and bearing in the gear pump, it is known that the test data of the system is stable and reliable, which can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of the hydraulic system.

矿用重型支架搬运车全液压转向系统应用研究

摘要:介绍了重型支架搬运车总体结构及转向实现形式,对采用双液压缸转向的转向装置排量进行了理论计算分析。比较单级与两级液压转向的特点,得出在重型支架搬运车上采用两级液压转向的可行性。详细阐述并分析了先导控制转向阀式两级液压转向系统和先导控制流量放大器式两级液压转向系统的功能及元件选型注意事项。结合整机液压系统构成与功能,完成了40 t铲板式支架搬运车先导控制转向阀式两级液压转向系统设计与关键元部件选型,经现场应用验证,该系统转向操纵力小、转向灵活,满足了使用要求,为类似系统设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract: This paper introduces the overall structure and steering realization form of heavy chock carrier and makes an analysis of the displacement of steering device with double hydraulic cylinder steering theoretically. Through comparing the characteristics of single-stage and two-stage hydraulic steering, the feasibility of using two-stage hydraulic steering on the heavy chock carrier is obtained. The paper expounds and makes an analysis of the functions and components selection considerations of the pilot control steering valve two-stage hydraulic steering system and the pilot control flow amplifier two-stage hydraulic steering system in details. Combined with the composition and function of the whole hydraulic system, the design of the 40t shovel plate chock carrier pilot control steering valve two-stage hydraulic steering system and the selection of key components are completed. Through the field application verification, the system has small steering control force and flexible steering performance, which meets the use requirements and provides a reference for similar system design.

摘要:液压挖掘机除了最基本的挖掘装车作业外,最广泛的应用场景就是配置多功能属具,针对多功能属具的液控方案无法达到快速更换属具、传统电控方案在复合动作时动臂流量不足的问题,本文详细分析了挖掘机属具控制策略的不足的原因,优化设计了一套完善的电控控制策略,实验证明优化后的控制策略,在低压低流量设置时,动臂上升时的流量提升20%以上;在高压大流量设置时,属具流量提升30%以上,有效地解决了属具复合动作时的流量分配问题,大幅提升了整机的协调性和操作舒适性。

高温对装配式建筑外墙接缝密封胶性能的影响

摘要:为分析装配式建筑外墙接缝密封胶在高温环境中的性能,以基础树脂、增塑剂为主原料,结合MS专用黑色母料等多种辅原料制备MS密封胶,用制备的密封胶密封2块装配式混凝土外墙板试样,并在热老化和紫外线老化两种条件下设定不同的温度,测试密封胶的性能。试验结果显示:在两种条件下,温度由16 ℃上升20 ℃又达到40 ℃的过程中,拉伸强度由0.544 MPa上升至0.572 MPa又下降至0.537 MPa;其中,温度为20 ℃时,拉伸强度最佳;同时,随着温度的逐渐增加,密封胶断裂伸长率及粘结强度逐渐下降;密封后的外墙接缝试样在两种条件下随着温度的逐渐增加,防水性能逐渐下降,当温度达到超高温140 ℃时,防水性能几乎完全丧失,在温度为80 ℃内时,可保证较好的防水性,满足日常生活需求。

Effect of High Temperature on the Performance of Joint Sealant for Fabricated Exterior Walls

Abstract: In order to analyze the performance of the joint sealant for fabricated building exterior wall in the high temperature environment, the MS sealant is prepared with basic resin and plasticizer as the main raw materials, combined with a variety of auxiliary materials such as special black masterbatch for MS, and 2 samples of fabricated concrete exterior wall panels are sealed with the prepared sealant. The performance of the sealant is tested by setting different temperatures under the conditions of thermal aging and ultraviolet aging. The test results show that under two conditions, the tensile strength increases from 0.544 MPa to 0.572 MPa and then decreases to 0.537 MPa when the temperature rises from 60 to 100 and reaches 140 ; The tensile strength is the best when the temperature is 100 ; At the same time, with the increase of temperature, the elongation at break and bond strength of sealant decreased gradually; The waterproof performance of the sealed exterior wall joint sample decreases gradually with the temperature increasing under two conditions. When the temperature reaches 140 , the waterproof performance is almost completely lost, and when the temperature is 80 , it can ensure good waterproof performance.

压力容器充放气特性研究

摘要: 根据相关公式推导和计算对压力容器的充气和放气特性进行了研究分析。结果表明:基于实际气体状态方程(范德瓦尔方程)的充气量计算与实际充气结果基本一致;压力容器放气过程中容器内压力和温度变化主要集中在前期;环境温度的降低对定容定量容器放气时间的影响可以忽略;不同温度下定容定量容器放气一段时间后容器内压力和温度基本趋于一致。

Study on Characteristics of Inflation and Outgassing Process for Pressure Vessel

Abstract: In this paper, the Characteristics of Inflation and outgassing process of pressure vessel are studied and analyzed according to the derivation and calculation of teh relevant formulas. The results show that: The calculated Inflation volume based on the actual gas state equation (Van Derwal equation) is basically consistent with the actual Inflation result. The pressure and temperature changes in the pressure vessel mainly focus on the early stage during the outgassing process. The effect of the reduction of ambient temperature on the outgassing time of constant volume and constant mass vessel can be ignored. The pressure and temperature in the constant volume and constant mass vessel at different temperatures tend to be consistent after outgassing for a period of time.

民航飞机液压管路故障检修系统优化设计

摘要:民航飞机液压管路系统表面产生的缺陷极易受到液力冲击,导致液压管路出现裂纹,针对飞机液压管路系统故障诊断问题,在民航飞机液压管路动力学分析的基础上,利用频率切割法对管路进行模态分析,获取相关的故障特征值,构建基于故障特征和故障阈值分段处理的飞机液压管路故障检修系统,对故障检修人机交互功能进行优化,从而获取详细的故障原因和故障定位信息,通过在已构建的液压管路故障模拟试验台进行试验,试验结果表明该优化设计方法能够快速的定位液压管路的故障特征和故障部件位置。

Optimization Design of the Civil Aviation Aircraft Hydraulic Pipeline Troubleshooting System

Abstract: The defects produced on the surface of the hydraulic pipeline system of civil aviation aircraft are very vulnerable to hydraulic impact, leading to cracks in the hydraulic pipeline. Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis of the aircraft hydraulic pipeline system, based on the dynamic analysis of the civil aviation aircraft hydraulic pipeline, the frequency cutting method is used to conduct modal analysis of the pipeline, and obtain the relevant fault characteristic values, An aircraft hydraulic pipeline fault maintenance system based on fault characteristics and fault threshold segmentation processing is constructed to optimize the human machine interaction function of fault maintenance, so as to obtain detailed fault causes and fault location information. Through the test on the constructed hydraulic pipeline fault simulation test bed, the test results show that the optimization design method can quickly locate the fault characteristics and fault component locations of hydraulic pipelines.

宽转速摆线泵空化及流量输出特性研究

摘要:主动减震系统摆线泵工作转速范围宽,最高达6000 r/min,随着转速的变化,摆线泵密封容积腔、吸油口极易产生空化现象,进而影响摆线泵流量输出特性。提出了一种结构紧凑型动力单元,基于摆线泵宽转速运行工况,研究不同转速下摆线泵最小密封容积腔、吸油流道气相体积分数变化规律。研究结果表明:当摆线泵转速为1000 r/min时,最小密封容积腔含气率50%附近的区域占比大,当转速为6000 r/min时,最小密封容积腔含气率90%附近的区域增加明显;摆线泵工作在2000 r/min时,入口加压0.5MPa气相体积分数最大为0.018,入口为大气压时的气相体积分数最大为0.1,当转速增加至6000 r/min时,入口加压能够有效控制吸油流道气相体积分数,改善摆线泵流量输出特性。

Study on Cavitation and Flow Characteristics of Gerotor Pump with Wide Rotating Speed

Abstract: The gerotor pump of the active damping system has a wide working speed range, up to 6000 r/min. With the change of the speed, the sealing volume chamber and oil suction port of the gerotor pump are prone to cavitation, which will affect the flow output characteristics of the gerotor pump. A compact power unit is proposed in this paper. Based on the wide speed operation condition of gerotor pump, the variation law of gas phase volume fraction in the minimum sealed volume chamber and oil suction passage of gerotor pump at different speeds is studied. The results show that when the rotational speed of the gerotor pump is 1000 r/min, the area near 50% of the minimum sealing volume cavity has a large proportion, and when the rotational speed is 6000 r/min, the area near 90% of the minimum sealing volume cavity has a significant increase. When the gerotor pump operates at 2000 r/min, the maximum gas phase volume fraction at the inlet pressure of 0.5 MPa is 0.018, and the maximum gas phase volume fraction at the inlet pressure of atmospheric pressure is 0.1. When the speed increases to 6000 r/min, the inlet pressure can effectively control the gas phase volume fraction in the oil suction passage, and improve the flow output characteristics of the gerotor pump.

电磁螺纹插装阀换向驱动特性仿真研究

摘要:螺纹插装式电磁换向阀在换向过程中阀芯主要受到电磁驱动力、液压负载力、弹簧力和摩擦力的作用。为了更加准确的模拟阀芯换向移动过程,将电磁驱动力、弹簧力及摩擦力的函数关系写入用户自定义函数UDF,在Fluent软件中实现电磁、液压之间的耦合计算。UDF实时计算各项力数值大小并在牛顿第二定律基础上得出该时刻阀芯运动速度,结合滑移网格法控制区域网格运动实现瞬态流场计算,得到阀芯运动更为准确的计算结果,在此基础上对螺纹插装阀换向过程进行分析。

Simulation Research on Reversing Drive Characteristics of Solenoid Screw-in Cartridge Valve

Abstract: The spool of the screw-in cartridge solenoid directional valve is mainly affected by electromagnetic driving force, hydraulic load force, spring force and friction force during the reversing process. In order to more accurately simulate the spool reversing movement process, the functions of electromagnetic driving force, spring force and friction force are written into the user-defined function UDF, and the coupling calculation between electromagnetic and hydraulic is realized in Fluent software. UDF calculates the value of each force in real time and obtains the velocity of the spool movement at this time based on Newton's second law. Combined with the sliding mesh method to control the regional grid movement to realize the transient flow field calculation, more accurate calculation results of the spool movement are obtained. On this basis, the reversing process of the screw-in cartridge valve is analyzed.

Application of Improved Inductive End Seal Sensor in Mass Production

Through the optimization design, the machining procedure is simplified and the machining tolerance is relaxed to meet the requirements of mass production.

基于两工况优化离心泵

摘要:基于离心泵基本理论,提出一种基于两个工况点的针对离心泵的优化方法,使离心泵在保证设计工况点扬程以及效率不受影响的情况下,优化另一工况点的扬程与效率。利用离心泵的基本原理,理论扬程-流量计算公式和扬程-流量计算公式,针对计算离心泵的两个几何参数:离心泵进口直径D1以及出口处叶片与盖板的夹角λ2,推导得到基于两个工况点的计算式。又采用m91-50型离心泵进行两工况优化设计方法验证,根据推导得到的两项离心泵几何参数计算式计算得到的离心泵进口直径和出口处叶片与盖板的夹角,建立新叶轮与原蜗壳并且建立三维模型。利用ICEM软件进行网格划分,CFX进行数值模拟,得到该离心泵在两工况点下的数值模拟结果。根据得到的仿真模拟结果,经过优化的叶轮在两工况点的扬程误差在4.7%3.7%,误差均在5%之间,证明了该优化方法的可行性。

Optimize the Centrifugal Pump Based on two Working Conditions

Abstract: Based on the basic theory of centrifugal pump, an optimization method based on two working points is proposed to optimize the centrifugal pump under the condition that the design working point lift and efficiency are not affected. Using the basic principle of the centrifugal pump, the theoretical lift-flow calculation formula and the lift-flow calculation formula, to calculate the two geometric parameters of the centrifugal pump: the centrifugal pump inlet diameter D1And the angle of the blade and the cover plate at the outlet2, The derive calculation based on two working points.The m91-50 centrifugal pump was used to verify the optimization design method. According to the calculated geometric parameters of the centrifugal diameter and the angle of the blade and cover plate at the outlet, the new eller and the original worm shell.ICEM software and CFX obtained the numerical simulation results of the centrifugal pump at two operating points. According to the obtained simulation results, the lift error of the optimized impeller is between 4.7% and 3.7%, and the error is between 5%, which proves the feasibility of the optimization method.

叶顶间隙对离心泵气液两相流特性的影响

摘要:为研究叶顶间隙对离心泵气液两相流特性的影响,以比转速为33的半开式叶轮离心泵为研究对象,设计了四种叶顶间隙值(0.3 mm0.5 mm0.7 mm1 mm)的模型泵,采用Eulerian模型对各间隙值模型泵进行了不同进口含气率(IGVF)不同流量工况下气液两相流动进行了数值计算,得到了不同IGVF下各模型泵的外特性曲线,并分析了叶顶间隙变化对模型泵外特性及其内部流场影响规律。结果表明:当IGVF5%时,气相在泵内的聚集程度较低,叶顶间隙泄漏流动是影响模型泵性能的主要原因,模型泵的性能随间隙值的增大而减小,0.3 mm间隙值为最佳间隙值;当IGVF=12%时,气相在泵内高度聚集,导致叶轮内部流动极为紊乱,湍动能的分布范围和强度也逐渐增强,由此造成的能量损失是导致模型泵性能下降的主要因素,其中0.5 mm间隙值模型泵的湍动能分布和强度最小,此时模型泵的性能达到最佳。

Effect of Blade Tip Clearance on Gas-liquid Two-phase Flow

Characteristics for Centrifugal Pumps

Abstract: In order to study the influence of blade tip clearance on the gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics of centrifugal pump, a semi-open impeller centrifugal pump with a specific speed of 33 was used as the research object, and Designed 4 types of model pumps with 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm and 1 mm clearance values, and adopted Eulerian model for each model pump with different inlet gas content rate (IGVF) and different flow rates. The external characteristic curves of the model pumps with different IGVF were obtained, and the influence of the variation of the blade tp clearance on the external characteristics and the internal flow field of the model pumps was analyzed. The results show that: when IGVF5%, the degree of gas phase accumulation in the pump is low, and the leakage flow at the blade tip clearance is the main reason to affect the performance of the model pump, and the performance of the model pump decreases with the increase of the blade tip clearance value, and 0.3 mm clearance value is the best clearance value; when IGVF=12%, the gas phase accumulates highly in the pump, which leads to the extremely turbulent flow inside the impeller, and the distribution range and intensity of turbulent kinetic energy are gradually enhanced, the resulting energy loss is the main factor leading to the degradation of the model pump performance, where the turbulent kinetic energy distribution and intensity of the model pump with 0.5 mm clearance value is the smallest, and the performance of the model pump reaches the best at this time.

基于AMESim的高压电磁阀模块响应特性分析

摘要:为适应高压气动阀门模块化、集成化发展需求,研制了一种高压先导式二位三通电磁阀模块,借助AMESim软件对该电磁阀模块常开状态、常闭状态响应特性进行分析。同时,通过验对该电磁阀模块在23 MPa压力下的常开响应特性和常闭响应特性进行验证,试验表明仿真分析结果与实测结果误差不大于8.27%,证明了仿真模型的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of modularization and integration of high-pressure pneumatic valve, a high-pressure pilot two-position three-way solenoid valve module was developed. In this paper, the response characteristics of the solenoid valve module in normal open sate and normal closed state is studied with AMESim software. Meanwhile, The properties at the pneumatic pressure of 23 MPa are tested by experimenting, The experimental results show that the error between the simulation analysis results and the measured results is no more than 8.27%, It proves the correctness and effectiveness of the simulation model.

摘要:增大弹簧复位力可提高换向阀弹簧复位的可靠性,考虑电液换向阀主阀弹簧复位动作,以弹簧复位力最大为目标,建立了有限安装空间约束条件下圆柱螺旋组合弹簧优化模型,对双弹簧进行了优化设计,并结合实际试验条件搭建了换向阀图形化仿真模型,仿真所得换向阀主阀复位过程负载口压力动态变化与试验测试结果一致性较好,验证了设计方法的有效性。

Abstract: Increasing the restoring force of the spring can improve the reliability of the spool return stroke, in this paper, take the maximum spring restoring force as the objective function considering the spool return stroke of the main valve of the electro-hydraulic directional control valve, the optimal design model of combined cylindrical spiral spring is established under the limited installation space, the optimal design of the two cylindrical helical springs is carried out, and then the graphical simulation model of the valve is built according to the actual test conditions, the simulation results of the load port pressure during the return stroke of the spool are in good agreement with the test results, which verifies the effectiveness of the design method.

基于自回归线性过滤法的湍流风场大涡模拟研究

摘要:基于大涡模拟入口方法中的AR线性过滤法,以Kaimal谱为目标谱,采用指数率风速廓线分布规律,以此编写AR法程序,生成计算域入口不同位置处的随机数据序列。为生成符合B类风场规范的湍流场,在0~150 m150~500 m的高度段,把AR法生成的数据序列扩大不同的倍数,与平均风速剖面叠加,添加到计算域入口,生成湍流风场,对比不同随机数放大倍数下的平均风速剖面和湍流度剖面的变化规律,当0~150 m高度区间的数据序列扩大1.3倍,150~500 m高度区间的数据序列扩大2.3倍时,生成的湍流场基本可以满足B类风场规范要求。

Large-Eddy Simulation of Wind Field Based on Autoregressive Linear Filtering Method

Abstract: Based on the Kaimal spectrum and exponential rate wind profile distribution law, the AR method (autoregressive linear filtering method) is used to generate original random data sequences at different positions of the computational domain entrance. The original random data sequence is given to computational domain entrance as inflow condition of LES by adding with average velocity wind profile. Results show that the generated turbulent flow field cannot meet the specifications of the B wind farm. In order to generate a turbulent flow field that meet the B Class wind farm, the value of the original data sequence is increased to different times. In the study, the original data sequences with the height of the entrance less than 150 m and 150~500 m are separately increased to different times. The influence of the times on the characteristics of the turbulent wind farm is studied. It is found that multiple has little effect on wind profile, and has a great influence on turbulence profile. When the multiples are 2.5 and 1.5, the generated turbulent flow field meet the specifications of the B wind farm.

双风轮风力机前后风轮功率特性相互影响分析

摘要:双风轮风力机相对于传统风力机能够吸收更多的风能转化成电能。通过对3种面积比(56%64%87%)的双风轮风力机开展风洞实验,研究前后风轮不同叶尖速比时,对双风轮风力机功率特性的影响。结果表明:面积比为64%双风轮风力机的后风轮随着叶尖速比的增大,对前风轮功率有促进作用,而56%87%的双风轮的后风轮叶尖速比的增大对前风轮功率有抑制作用;3种面积比双风轮的前风轮叶尖速比的增大对后风轮的功率都有抑制作用。3种面积比的双风轮风力机的总功率均大于单风轮风力机,且面积比为64%的双风轮风力机功率提升最大。

Analysis of Power Characteristic of Dual-wind Turbine Under Different Area Ratio

Abstract: Dual-wind turbines can absorb more wind energy to generate electricity than wind turbine. Wind tunnel experiments were carried out on three types of twin-turbine wind turbines with area ratios (56%, 64% and 87%) to study the influence of different blade tip ratios on the power characteristics of twin-turbine wind turbines. The results show that with the increase of blade tip ratio, the power of the front rotor is promoted for the rear rotor with an area ratio of 64%, while the power of the front rotor is inhibited for the increase of blade tip ratio of the rear rotor with an area ratio of 56% and 87%. The power of the rear rotor is inhibited by the increase of the tip speed ratio of the front rotor. The total power of the three types of area ratio of the dual-turbine wind turbine is greater than that of the single-turbine wind turbine, and the dual-turbine wind turbine with area ratio of 64% has the largest power increase.

基于集群组网的液压系统抗串扰特性检测技术

摘要:该文以基于集群组网的液压系统的抗串扰特性的测试为目标,提出了“全工况模拟,多要素比对,双系统并行”的测试方案,将组网的多套终端设备的起/停及运行情况全部纳入测试环境中进行组合排列,应测尽测,非必要不测,确保测试工况具有客观性和全面性,为形成一台中央油源对多台终端设备并联共用、抗串扰的试验能力提供检测技术保障。该技术经过了第三方检测机构的测试验证,收效良好,对集群组网的液压系统检测具有参考价值。

Detection Technology of Anti-crosstalk Characteristics of the Hydraulic System with the

Cluster Network

Abstract: This paper aims to test the anti-crosstalk characteristics of the hydraulic system based on the cluster network, and proposes a test plan of “simulating multi-element comparison in all working conditions and paralleling dual systems”. In order to ensure the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the test conditions, the starting/stopping and running conditions of several sets of terminal devices in the cluster network are arranged and combined into the test environment. It should be measured as much as possible, only when necessary. The implementation of the scheme provides a technical support for forming a central oil source shared by multiple terminal devices in parallel and the capability of anti-crosstalk test. The technology has been tested and verified by the third party testing organization, and has a good effect. It has reference value for the hydraulic system testing of the cluster network.

一种基于霍尔效应的方向盘转角传感器设计

摘要:以设计一款新型的方向盘转角传感器为目的,首先研究其背景,再分析传感器的运行原理,然后使用CATIA软件绘画出转角传感器各机构的零件图以及总装配图,并用3D打印机打印出模型,接着对模型进行组装,最后对传感器模型进行线路测试得出转角角度与输出电压的关系线图,根据实验数据对传感器的性能进行评估。

Design of Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Based on Hall Effect

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to design a new steering wheel angle sensor. Firstly, study its background, and then analyze the operation principle of the sensor. Then use CATIA software to draw the part drawing and general assembly drawing of each mechanism of the angle sensor, print the model with 3D printer, and then assemble the model, Finally, the circuit test of the sensor model is carried out, and the relationship between the angle and the output voltage is obtained. The performance of the sensor is evaluated according to the experimental data.

液压油源站优选的一款新型柱塞泵变量机构

摘要:液压油源站参数:压力、流量一般均为通用化设计,使用中再针对具体试验工况进行参数调节。液压油源站油泵选型不当,极易能耗大、调节麻烦、参数使用范围窄。介绍一款新型柱塞泵变量形式,它的能耗损失极低、调节非常方便、流量、压力适用范围更广。应用此柱塞泵变量形式,较其他变量形式,成本增加极少,适用于众多液压油源站。

A Preferred New Variable Form of Plunger Pump for Hydraulic Oil Source Station

Abstract: Pressure and flow in parameters of hydraulic oil source station are generally universal design, which are adjusted according to the specific test conditions when being used. Pump improper selection of hydraulic oil source station easily lead to high energy consumption, inconvenient adjusting and narrow parameter usage range. Now introduce and recommend a new variable form of plunger pump which with very low energy consumption loss and convenient adjustment and wider application range of flow and pressure. At the same time, compared with other variable forms, applying this variable form of plunger pump has little cost increase. It is a good choice for mang hydraulic oil source stations.

活塞杆非标清洗设备的设计与研究

摘要:工程机械活塞杆的清洁度是影响液压缸使用寿命和工作效率的主要原因之一。随着液压零部件制造行业对清洁度的要求越来越高,针对某工程机械制造企业非标液压元件清洗难的现状,提出了开发工程机械活塞杆非标清洗设备的思路,从技术要求、设计思路、总体方案设计、设备功能及技术指标、总设计方案及工艺说明、非标线的功能分解设计说明等方面阐述了系统总体设计方案。有效解决了传统方法清洗非标活塞杆不彻底导致液压系统故障率高、液压元件使用寿命缩短的问题,也为今后高端清洗设备的技术方案设计提供了参考。

Design and Research of Piston Rod Non-standard Cleaning Equipment

Abstract: The cleanliness of the hydraulic piston rod of construction machinery is one of the main reasons that affect the service life and work efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder. With the increasing requirements for cleanliness in the hydraulic parts manufacturing industry, in view of the difficulty of cleaning non-standard hydraulic components of a construction machinery manufacturing company, the idea of developing non-standard cleaning equipment for hydraulic piston rods of construction machinery is proposed, from the technical requirements, Design ideas, overall plan design, Equipment function and technical index, General design scheme and process description, non-standard line functional decomposition design instructions and other aspects of the system's overall design plan. It effectively solves the problems of high failure rate of hydraulic system and shortened service life of hydraulic components caused by incomplete cleaning of non-standard piston rods in traditional methods. It also provides a reference for the design of technical solutions for high-end cleaning equipment in the future.
