摘要:为了满足市场对汽车平顺性、舒适性等性能的要求,非线性悬架被广泛应用,行业内对非线性悬架系统的研究也从未间断。主要分析了非线性油气悬架在动力学和控制方面的研究进展,特别分析了非线性油气悬架非线性动力学与控制方面的研究;同时对分数阶理论在非线性油气悬架中的应用进行了介绍;分析了非线性油气悬架在动力学分析和控制方面的发展方向。

Abstract: In order to meet the market requirements for vehicle ride comfort and other performance, nonlinear suspension is widely used. The research on Nonlinear Suspension System in the industry has never stopped. This paper mainly analyzes the research progress of dynamics and control of nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension, especially the research of nonlinear dynamics and control of nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension. At the same time, the application of fractional order theory in nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension is introduced. The development direction of nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension in dynamic analysis and control is analyzed.

干式双螺杆空压机气动噪声优化设计

摘要:目前国内外干式双螺杆压缩机大多数直接采用了喷油螺杆压缩机的型线,一般通过改变齿数比,适应干式螺杆压缩机低压比和大气量的需求。通过对干式双螺杆空压机型线开展优化设计,将螺杆压缩机型线中瞬时啮合的曲线变为逐点啮合的曲线,避免压缩机螺杆齿面啮合的泵吸作用,从而降低压缩机气动噪声,改善压缩机运行环境。

Aerodynamic Noise Optimization Design of Dry Twin Screw Air Compressor

Abstract: At present, most dry twin screw compressors directly use the profile of oil injection screw compressor, generally by changing the tooth ratio, to adapt to the low-pressure ratio of dry screw compressor and large gas requirements. Through the optimization design of dry twin-screw air compressor profile, the instantaneous meshing curve of screw compressor profile is changed into point-by-point meshing curve, avoiding the pumping action of screw tooth surface meshing, thus reducing compressor aerodynamic noise and improving compressor operating environment.

基于AMESimMATLAB/Simulink的注油机电液比例流量控制系统设计

摘要:为满足注油机对流量控制的高精度要求,首先完成了注油机液压系统的设计,又以注油机电液比例流量控制系统为研究对象,分别利用AMESimMATLAB/Simulink建立了液压系统模型与控制器模型,并通过联合仿真分析了系统在PID控制与模糊自适应PID控制下的控制效果。仿真结果表明:与PID控制相比,注油机电液比例流量控制系统在模糊自适应PID控制下其动态特性与控制精度得到明显提升。最后搭建了注油机电液比例流量控制系统测试平台,通过实验测试验证了仿真的准确性,表明了注油机电液比例流量控制系统的有效性。

Design of Electro-hydraulic Proportional Flow Control System for

Oil Injection Based on AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink

Abstract: In order to meet the high-precision requirements of the flow control of the oiler, the design of the hydraulic system of the oiler is completed first, and then the hydraulic system model and controller model are established by using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink, The control effect of the system under PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control is analyzed through joint simulation. The simulation results show that compared with PID control, the dynamic characteristics and control accuracy of electro-hydraulic proportional flow control system are significantly improved under fuzzy adaptive PID control. Finally, the test platform of oil injection electro-hydraulic proportional flow control system is built. The experimental test verifies the accuracy of the simulation and shows the effectiveness of oil injection electro-hydraulic proportional flow control system.

车辆液压主动悬挂控制系统稳定性控制方法研究

摘要:车辆液压主动悬挂系统能够实现大功率强负载的带载运动,针对车辆在运动过程中液压主动悬挂系统的稳定性控制问题,在液压主动悬挂系统的结构和运动学模型基础上,设计了液压主动悬挂系统的位置观测模型和动态控制节点状态观测器,利用设计LQR控制器来实现液压主动悬挂控制系统各控制节点的协调运行,最后在车辆液压主动悬挂控制系统实验台架中进行硬件在环试验,通过调节不同的性能控制参数,不断优化车辆液压主动悬挂控制系统的稳定性,实验结果表明,设计的稳定性控制方法能够提升系统的响应速度和稳定性。

Research on Stability Control Method of Vehicle Hydraulic Active Suspension Control System

Abstract: The vehicle hydraulic active suspension system can realize the movement with high power and strong load. Aiming at the stability control problem of the hydraulic active suspension system in the process of vehicle movement, based on the structure and kinematics model of the hydraulic active suspension system, the position observation model and dynamic control node state observer of the hydraulic active suspension system are designed, The LQR controller is designed to realize the coordinated operation of each control node of the hydraulic active suspension control system. Finally, the hardware in the loop test is carried out in the vehicle hydraulic active suspension control system experimental bench. By adjusting different performance control parameters, the stability of the vehicle hydraulic active suspension control system is continuously optimized, The designed stability control method can improve the response speed and stability of the system.

汽车循环球式液压助力转向装置优化设计

摘要:汽车循环球式液压助力转向装置是确保汽车行驶系统性能和安全的重要部件,针对循环球式液压助力转向装置的稳定性控制,在循环球式液压助力转向装置的系统结构基础上,对其转向灵敏度特性和回正特性进行分析,通过对循环球式液压助力转向装置进行参数优化配置,采用动态规划算法进行稳定性控制,最后在构建的模拟循环球式液压助力转向器实验环境中验证优化设计方法的可靠性和稳定性,实验结果表明,所采用的优化设计方法能够提高该装置的稳定性和可靠性。

Optimization Design of Automotive Recirculating Ball Hydraulic Power Steering System

Abstract: The automobile circulating ball type hydraulic power steering device is an important component to ensure the performance and safety of the automobile driving system. Aiming at the stability control of the circulating ball type hydraulic power steering device, based on the system structure of the circulating ball type hydraulic power steering device, its Steering sensitivity characteristics and return characteristics are analyzed. Through the optimization of the parameters of the circulating ball type hydraulic power steering device, The dynamic programming algorithm is used to control the stability. Finally, the reliability and stability of the optimization design method are verified in the simulated recirculating ball type hydraulic power steering gear experimental environment. The experimental results show that the optimization design method can improve the stability and reliability of the device.

螺旋轴流式多相流泵内流场可视化测试

摘要:螺旋轴流式多相流泵适用于输送气液两相流介质,由于两相介质的密度不同,运动轨迹也不相同,气体以气泡的形式流动,在流动过程中大小和形态的转变可直观反映泵内流体参数的变化,通过设计试验系统观测以及数值模拟的两种方式结合对气泡轨迹进行研究。结果表明:在转速低于1200 r/min时,气泡在叶轮叶片骨线1/2处体积达到最大,与压力面接触破碎向吸力面运动,在导叶内气泡自身能量不足开始逆压力梯度回流,两相流通流情况差;转速高于1450 r/min时,叶轮内气泡数量增多、尺寸减小,开始出现叶顶间隙回流且强度不断增加,跨流道运动强度也逐渐增加,在叶顶间隙有明显的气泡冲撞并有叶顶间隙涡的形成,导叶内气泡的气泡跨流道运动导致在其出口尾缘出现气体涡旋,随转速的增加所占流道面积增大,阻碍两相流通流。

Visualization Test on Internal Flow Field of Helical Axial Multiphase Flow Pump

Abstract: Spiral axial flow multiphase flow pump is suitable for conveying gas-liquid two-phase flow medium. Due to the different densities of the two-phase medium and the different motion trajectories, the gas flows in the form of bubbles, and the change in size and shape during the flow process can be intuitive. Reflecting the change of the fluid parameters in the pump, the bubble trajectory is studied by combining the three methods of designing the experimental system observation, the basic theory of multiphase fluid mechanics and numerical simulation. The results show that when the rotation speed is lower than 1200 r/min, the volume of the bubbles reaches the maximum at 1/2 of the impeller blade bone line, and the bubbles contact the pressure surface and move toward the suction surface. The two-phase flow situation is poor; when the speed is higher than 1450 r/min, the number of bubbles in the impeller increases and the size decreases, and the tip clearance begins to flow back and the intensity increases, and the movement intensity across the flow channel also gradually increases. Obvious bubble collision and the formation of tip gap vortex, the bubble movement of bubbles in the guide vane across the flow channel causes gas vortex to appear at the trailing edge of its outlet, and the area of the flow channel increases with the increase of rotation speed, hindering the two-phase flow flow.

基于联合仿真弱耦合技术的液力缓速器充液率控制仿真与试验研究

摘要:针对液力缓速器充液率计算较为困难的问题,从精确计算进出口流量方面入手,提出了一种基于联合仿真弱耦合技术的计算方法。通过供油液压系统建模和仿真得到缓速器充液油路入口、排液油路出口压力,调用液力缓速器CFD内流场计算结果得到排液油路入口压力,利用流量连续性方程得到充液油路出口压力;再根据压力换算出进出口流量,进而得到充液率。基于联合仿真弱耦合进行了液力缓速器充液率控制仿真计算与分析。通过台架试验验证了这种方法的可行性和仿真计算精度。方法在保证计算精度的同时极大的缩短了计算时间,为解决液力缓速器CFD与系统仿真耦合问题提供了一种新思路。

Hydraulic Retarder Filling Rate Control Simulation Experimental

Research Based on Weak Coupling Co-simulation

Abstract: In response to the calculation of hydraulic retarder oil charging ratio, starting from the accurate calculation of the inlet and outlet flowrates, a calculation method based on weak co-simulation is proposed. Through the modeling and simulation of the oil supply hydraulic system, the inlet pressure of the retarder is obtained from the inlet of the filling oil circuit and the outlet pressure of the discharge oil circuit, the calculation results of the flow field in the CFD of the hydraulic retarder are use to obtain the inlet pressure of the draining oil circuit, and the outlet pressure of the liquid-filled oil circuit is obtained by using the flow continuity equation. Then the inlet and outlet flow rates are converted according to the pressure, and the filling rate is obtained. Based on the weak coupling co-simulation, the simulation calculation and analysis of the liquid filling rate control of the hydraulic retarder is carry out. The feasibility and simulation calculation accuracy of this method are verified by bench test. The method in this paper greatly shortens the calculation time while ensuring the calculation accuracy. It provides a new way of solving the problem of coupling CFD and system simulation.

变转速泵控马达自抗扰控制

摘要:变转速泵控系统具有动力学阶数高、强非线性、参数时变等控制难点。建立了交流永磁同步电机驱动的变转速泵控马达系统的完整数学模型。在模型简化的基础上,引入串级系统的思想设计自抗扰控制器。通过PID控制和自抗扰控制的对比仿真研究,验证了自抗扰控制器的控制性能。仿真结果表明,自抗扰控制器能较好克服系统阶数降低的影响,不但在基本恒定负载下响应快、跟踪精度高,而且在突变力矩干扰下时,展现出较好抗干扰能力。

ADRC Control of Variable Speed Pump Controlled Motor

Abstract: Variable speed pump control system has many control difficulties, such as high dynamic order, strong nonlinearity, time-varying parameters and so on. In this paper, a complete mathematical model of variable speed pump controlled motor system driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor is established. On the basis of model simplification, the idea of cascade system is introduced to design ADRC. Through the comparative simulation of PID control and ADRC, the control performance of ADRC is verified. The simulation results show that the ADRC can overcome the influence of system order reduction; it not only has fast response and high tracking accuracy under basically constant load, but also shows good anti-interference ability under abrupt disturbance.

不同摩擦状态下ZA81M镁合金磨损行为研究

摘要:采用往复式摩擦磨损试验机测试ZA81M镁合金在干摩擦及油润滑下的磨损行为,研究二辛基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)和砂粒的含量对ZA81M镁合金在油润滑下摩擦学性能的影响,探讨ZA81M镁合金在不同摩擦状态下的摩擦学作用机理。结果表明:干摩擦下,ZA81M镁合金磨损量和摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而增加,随着往复频率的增加而减小。与干摩擦相比,68#机械油润滑下的ZA81M镁合金磨损量和摩擦系数降低。在68#机械油中添加ZDDP后,ZA81M镁合金磨损量和摩擦系数进一步降低,ZDDP中的化学元素与镁合金表面生成了易剪切的摩擦反应膜。在含ZDDP68#机械油中添加砂粒后,摩擦反应膜被破坏,磨损量和摩擦系数增加。

Abstract: Dry friction and oil-lubrication wear behaviors of ZA81M magnesium alloy were tested by using a reciprocating friction and wear testing machine, the effect of the content of dioctyl zinc dithiophorate (ZDDP) and sand particles on the tribological properties of ZA81M magnesium alloy in oil lubrication were studied, and the tribological mechanism of ZA81M magnesium alloy in different friction condition was discussed. The results showed that in dry friction, the wear loss and coefficient of friction of ZA81M magnesium alloy increased with the increasement of load, but decreased with the increasing of the reciprocating frequency. The wear loss and coefficient of friction of ZA81M magnesium alloy in 68# mechanical oil lubrication decreased compared with those in dry friction After ZDDP was added into 68# mechanical oil, the wear loss and coefficient of friction of ZA81M magnesium alloy gradually decreased because of the shearable friction reaction film formed by the elements in ZDDP and magnesium alloy. After adding sand particles into 68# mechanical oil with ZDDP, the friction reaction film was broken and wear loss and coefficient of friction of ZA81M magnesium alloy increased.

This paper takes the hydraulic system of pipe bender as the research object, analyzes the possible faults of the hydraulic system and their causes, by establishing the fault tree of the hydraulic system and calculating the Coefficient of structural importance, the fault analysis of the hydraulic system of the pipe bender is qualitatively carried out, and the functions of fault early warning and fault rapid location are realized, thus the reliability of the pipe bender is improved, and this analysis method can be extended to other fields.

高集成阀门电液驱动装置的研制

摘要:针对目前舰船上采用集中能源控制和驱动阀门启闭的液压驱动装置,提出了一种分布式自带油源系统的高集成阀门电液驱动装置。该装置将控制驱动器、增压油箱、电机、泵、控制阀组、双液压缸及执行机构高度集成为一体,通过控制驱动器控制并驱动电机和阀组动作,实现阀门的启闭。该装置的研制和应用既可改变原全船液压长管路的不足,又可提高全船使用效率,并达到减振降噪的效果。性能试验结果显示其伸出和缩回的全行程时间均小于5 s,运行稳定可靠。

Development of Highly Integrated Valve Electro Hydraulic Driving Device

Abstract: Aiming at the current hydraulic drive device which adopts centralized energy control and drives the valve opening and closing, a highly integrated valve electro-hydraulic drive device with distributed oil source system is proposed. The device will control the driver, pressurized oil tank, motor, pump, control valve group, double hydraulic cylinder and actuator highly integrated into one, through the control driver control drive motor and valve group action, to realize the valve opening and closing. The development and application of the device can not only change the shortage of the original long hydraulic pipeline of the whole ship, but also improve the service efficiency of the whole ship, and achieve the effect of reducing vibration and noise. The performance test results show that the whole travel time of stretching and retracting is less than 5s, and the operation is stable and reliable.

带式输送机液压自动张紧装置优化设计

摘要:带式输送机在片烟装箱翻包中承担烟包输送作用,其输送带在长时间运转后,由于自身粘弹性,产生皮带松动,需液压张紧装置对输送带的张紧度进行调整,以提高输送机运行的安全性。当前液压张紧装置在使用中,存在传感器使用寿命短、信号波动大的问题,影响了输送机运行的稳定性。基于此,优化设计了液压张紧系统,实现了根据实际需求,自动调整带式输送机皮带松紧度。通过现场应用可知,所优化张紧系统满足输送机的实际使用需求,且具有较高的稳定性。

Optimal Design of Hydraulic Automatic Tensioning Device for Belt Conveyor

Abstract: The belt conveyor plays the role of empty box conveying in cigarette packing and bag turning. After long-time operation, the belt is loose due to its viscoelasticity. The hydraulic tensioning device is required to adjust the tension of the belt to improve the safety of conveyor operation. At present, there are some problems in the use of hydraulic tensioning device, such as short service life of sensor and large signal fluctuation, which affect the stability of conveyor operation. Based on this, the hydraulic tensioning system is optimized and designed to automatically adjust the belt tightness of the belt conveyor according to the actual demand. The field application shows that the optimized tensioning system meets the actual use needs of the conveyor and has high stability.

煤矿井下除尘风筒气动驱动装置的设计研究

摘要:连续采煤机短壁开采技术应用广泛,而此工艺在采煤过程中由于井下作业人员禁止进入连续采煤机工作区域,无法向前调整供风风筒和干式除尘系统中的负压风筒,导致其所在区域的连采工作面很难构成完整的通风除尘系统。因此,设计研究了一种气动驱动装置,使得除尘风筒可以随着连采机截割过程中向前移动,无需人工推拉或嫁接风筒,减少了煤矿井下作业人员劳动量的同时提高了连采工作面粉尘的除尘效率。

Therefore, a small pneumatic driving device is designed and studied, so that the dust removal air duct can move forward with the cutting process of continuous mining machine without manual push-pull or grafting air duct, which reduces the labor of underground operators and improves the dust removal efficiency of flour dust in continuous mining.

不锈钢管路焊缝连接疲劳性能试验研究

摘要:通过高周疲劳试验机,采用升降疲劳试验法,开展了室温及高温(150 ℃)环境下,UNS32100不锈钢管路焊缝接头疲劳性能的试验测试。得到了应力比R-10.10.5等不同载荷条件下焊缝接头的疲劳寿命极限。基于非线性模型及最小二乘法,推导得到了不同载荷条件下的S-N曲线方程,并同步给出了其相对应的S-N曲线图。最后,进行了焊缝疲劳断口形貌的观察和分析。对UNS32100不锈钢管焊缝接头连接疲劳性能的试验研究及获得的疲劳寿命曲线,为航空发动机外部管路的疲劳设计与分析提供了数据支撑,具有重要的工程实际意义。

Expermental Study on Fatigue Performance of Welded Joint of Stainless Steel Pipe Line

Abstract: Through the high cycle fatigue testing machine and the lifting fatigue test method, the fatigue properties of UNS32100 welded steel pipe joints at room temperature and high temperature (150 ) were tested. The fatigue life limits of welded joints with stress ratior under different loading conditions such as -1, 0.1 and 0.5 are obtained. Based on the nonlinear model and the least square method, the S-N curve equations under different load conditions are derived, and the corresponding S-N cures arc given synchronously. Finally, the fatigue fracture morphology of weld was observed and analyzed. In this paper, experimental study on fatigue performance of UNS32100 welded steel pipeweld joint and the obtained fatigue life curve provided data support for the fatigue design and analysis of aercengine external pipeline, which has important engineering practical.

摘要:针对传统密封件设计中使用AutoCAD软件存在尺寸修改困难、设计柔性差等问题,开发出基于SolidWorks二次开发的密封件设计软件。在密封件设计软件上输入设计信息,实现搜索历史设计信息、标准件设计尺寸建议、性能预估、自动出工程图、保存设计信息等功能,可以让设计开发人员更加快捷、高效地设计和修改密封件结构,从而有更多的时间和精力用在密封件的正向设计和对设计结果的仿真模拟和台架验证,实现密封件的迭代得到最优结构,缩短了产品的设计开发周期[1]。

摘要:利用Pro/E建立工作机构的三维实体模型,使用ADAMS建立其虚拟样机仿真模型,采用AMESim建立其液压系统的仿真模型,针对最大破碎深度作业姿态搭建了机液联合仿真模型,得到了各油缸的位移、速度和压力曲线、不同作业方式和不同负载的功率曲线、改进前后液压系统的压力特性对比曲线以及不同直径阻尼口系统的启动、制动曲线。研究表明:位移、速度和压力曲线波动幅度较小且趋势相对平稳,满足作业性能需求;在作业时间允许的前提下,应尽量选择单独作业方式和“避硬就软”的作业策略来减少功率消耗;安装直径为0.8 mm的并联阻尼器可以很好的降低液压系统的波动幅度;压力试验数据验证了所建仿真模型的准确性,所得结果为该工作机构机械系统和液压系统的参数匹配以及优化改进提供依据。

重载过盈锁紧液压缸锁紧刚度特性分析

摘要:重载过盈锁紧液压缸通过锁紧套与活塞杆之间过盈配合实现机械锁紧,具有锁紧刚度好、锁定精度高等显著优点。分析过盈锁紧液压缸工作原理及采用机械锁紧、液压锁紧时锁紧刚度的计算方法;建立过盈锁紧液压缸有限元模型,在活塞杆杆头轴向和径向施加不同载荷约束,仿真获得不同行程、不同载荷时过盈锁紧液压缸的应力应变特性,并与解析计算值进行对比分析。结果表明:重载过盈锁紧液压缸的机械锁紧刚度达4.7×108 N/m,高出液压锁紧刚度一个数量级以上,40 t轴向载荷作用下轴向形变量不超过1 mm,径向载荷对过盈锁紧液压缸的形变量影响较大,有限元仿真结果与解析计算结果的最大误差在14%左右。为重载过盈锁紧液压缸的设计、研制和应用提供参考。

Locking Stiffness Characteristics Analysis of Heavy Duty Interference

Locking Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract: The heavy-load hydraulic cylinder realizes mechanical locking through interference fit between the sleeve and piston rod, which has advantages of good locking stiffness and high locking accuracy. Briefly describe working principle of the cylinder and the locking stiffness calculation method through mechanical and hydraulic locking. Establish the finite element model of the cylinder, apply axial and radial load constraints on the piston rod, simulate the stress and strain characteristics of the cylinder under different working conditions, of which results are compared with the analytic calculated values. The results show that mechanical locking stiffness of the cylinder is about 4.7×108 N/m, which is more than one order of magnitude higher than the hydraulic locking. The axial deformation under 40 t axial load is less than 1mm. The radial load has a great influence on the deformation of the cylinder, and the maximum error between finite element and analytical calculation is about 14%. It provides reference for the design, development and application of heavy load interference locking hydraulic cylinder.

摘要:特种车底盘的液压转向技术已逐渐成熟,具有广阔的市场前景。为实现自主可控,2021年研发的电液转向系统使用的进口阀件要求全面进行国产化替代。阀件种类多,涉及电磁阀、平衡阀、节流阀等常规阀件,同时为优化系统结构还研制了液控切换阀、流量指示阀等特种阀件。按GJB 4527-2002《军用越野汽车设计定型试验规程》的规定,国产化阀件需要满足10万次可靠性测试。通过分析主要阀件的功能及工作原理,提出了国产化阀件的集成测试方案并进行,节省试验资源并大幅降低研发周期。

摘要:柱塞泵配流盘是进口吸液、出口排液分配的关键零组件,与缸体端面摩擦接触,同时受到摩擦力、倾覆力、压紧力和分离力等力的作用,因此,工作过程中容易受到损坏。通过对配流盘的磨损原因进行分析,介绍了改善方法及主要计算内容。

先导式安全阀活塞密封圈国产化研制

摘要:稳压器安全阀为一回路系统的超压保护设备,对于保护压力边界完整,防止系统超压具有重要的作用。每次解体检修均需要更换密封件,其备件全部为进口,存在断供的风险,卡脖子项目,为了打破国外垄断,对其密封件进行国产化研制。活塞密封圈为研究重点,该文从设备结构以及原理分析出发,阐述了活塞密封圈既需要保证密封性,同时还需要保证较小的摩擦力。为国产化项目的试验以及验收准则提供了依据。

Abstract: PZR safety valves are the equipment of overpressure in the primary loop, it's very important to protect against overpressure and integrity of the pressure boundary. The maintenance need to replace the seals each time, its spare parts are all import, and risk exist to break to provide, bottlenecks, for breaking abroad monopoly, research the seals to national. The Joint Bal-Seal seals as the research point, the paper from the structure of valve and the principle analysis, elaborated that the piston seals completely a turn since need to promise to seal, and need to promise smaller friction at the same time. Provide a basis of experiment, checked and accepted standard for the localization produce.

多级内啮合摆线泵结构设计和优化

摘要:针对单级摆线泵流量范围小,单个泵体可供使用的吸排油回路少,提出一种多级摆线泵的设计方法,阐述了多级内啮合摆线齿轮泵的结构原理,给出了多级内啮合摆线泵关键参数设计方法和结构设计方法,并对内部结构进行优化。试验结果表明,该产品满足客户技术要求。

Design and Optimization of Variable Internal Meshing Cycloid Pump Structure

Abstract: Single-stage cycloid pump has small flow range and low outlet pressure. A design method of variable cycloid pump is presented in this paper. The structural principle of variable internal meshing cycloidal gear pump is expounded, and the key parameter design method and structural design method of variable internal meshing cycloidal gear pump are explained. The structure is optimized. The test results show that the products designed by our company meet the technical requirements of customers.

一种提高摆线泵内外转子加工精度的工艺研究

摘要:针对目前摆线泵内外转子加工精度不高,造成容积效率降低的情况,结合目前摆线泵内外转子的加工方法,并对其相对运动过程进行研究,通过改善加工工艺和设计合理的工装,提高了摆线泵内外转子重要尺寸和形位公差的精度。试验结果表明,摆线泵的容积效率明显提高。

Study on a Technology to Improve the Machining Accuracy of Inner and

Abstract: At present, the machining accuracy of inner and outer rotors of cycloidal pump is not high, resulting in the reduction of volumetric efficiency. Combined with the current machining methods of inner and outer rotors of cycloidal pump, its relative motion process is studied. By improving the processing technology and designing reasonable tooling, the accuracy of important dimensions and geometric tolerances of inner and outer rotors of cycloidal pump are improved. The test results show that the volumetric efficiency of cycloidal pump is significantly improved.
