新版《柔性石墨填料环 试验方法》标准修订解读

摘要: 柔性石墨填料环作为目前相对应用较广泛,密封性能优异,耐酸碱腐蚀的填料密封器件,相对其他种类的填料密封,耐高温工况能力强,是目前国内机械装备密封中十分关键和不可替代的组成部分。2022年发布的GB/T 29035-2022《柔性石墨填料环 试验方法》国家标准修订项目,在原标准的基础上对热失重、摩擦磨损和试样规格等技术参数进行了调整,并增加了硫含量测定方法。标准主要内容和技术指标均已确定并经过试验验证。为增进企业对该标准的理解,该文对标准的主要内容、试验验证步骤进行了梳理,便于企业参照使用本标准,提高对应产品的质量。

Standard Interpretation of the Revised Standard “Test Method for

Abstract:  As one of the widely used, well-performed and corrosion preventive sealing product, the flexible graphite ring is one of the key and irreplaceable part in mechanical equipment sealing in China. The revised standard “Test method for flexible graphite ring”, which is published in 2022, adjust the technical data for weight loss, frictional coefficient and size, as well as the addition of test method for sulfur. The main content and technical requirements have been tested. In order to help with the understanding for enterprises, the clauses and demonstration tests have been discussed in this paper for the applying of this standard.

高性能液压缸的研究综述

摘要: 液压缸是一种将液压能转变为机械能,实现往复直线运动的执行元件。在工业4.0的全球时代背景下,为了达到机械制造行业现代化的要求,液压缸也在朝着更高性能的方向不断发展。该文将结合近年高性能液压缸的国内外研究,对其低速稳定性、轻量化、密封方式和缓冲结构这四个部分进行简要概述,同时提出未来发展趋势。

Abstract:  Hydraulic cylinder is an actuator that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to realize reciprocating linear motion. In the global era of industry 4.0, in order to meet the requirements of the modernization of the machinery manufacturing industry, the hydraulic cylinder is also developing towards higher performance. Combined with the research of high-performance hydraulic cylinder at home and abroad in recent years, this paper briefly summarizes its low-speed stability, lightweight, sealing mode and buffer structure, and puts forward the future development trend.

机械臂电液伺服系统双闭环稳定性控制方法研究

摘要: 机械臂电液伺服系统是一种可控大功率输出、响应速度快的机电液控制系统,针对工业机械臂大功率高负载工况下机械臂电液伺服系统稳定性下降的问题,在机械臂电液伺服系统结构基础上,构建了电液伺服系统的扩张状态观测器,利用窗口平移检测稳定性分析方法分析其稳定性,采用数模结合的双闭环控制方法,通过内环模拟流量控制、外环数字速度控制来提升电液伺服系统的稳定性,最后在机械臂电液伺服系统实验平台对控制方法进行验证,通过分析实验数据,验证了所设计的双闭环稳定性控制方法能够快速提高电液伺服系统的稳定性和响应速度。

Research on Double Closed Loop Stability Control Method of

Manipulator Electro-hydraulic Servo System

Abstract: The electro-hydraulic servo system of the manipulator is an electro-hydraulic control system with controllable high-power output and fast response. Aiming at the problem of the decline of the stability of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the manipulator under the condition of high power and high load of the industrial manipulator, based on the structure of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the manipulator, an extended state observer of the electro-hydraulic servo system is constructed, The window translation detection stability analysis method is used to analyze its stability. The double closed-loop control method combined with digital and analog is used to improve the stability of the electro-hydraulic servo system through the inner loop analog flow control and the outer loop digital speed control. Finally, the control method is verified on the experimental platform of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the manipulator. By analyzing the experimental data, It is verified that the designed double closed-loop stability control method can quickly improve the stability and response speed of electro-hydraulic servo system.

基于溢流阀物理模型的电控压力切断控制策略研究

摘要: 电控压力切断功能可以根据不同的工况模式灵活地改变压力切断的限值,不仅能够有效地保护液压元件,而且能够最大化的起到节能降耗的作用。该文介绍了液压系统当前采用的几种压力切断方法,并在电控挖掘机回转控制中进行了普通PID闭环压力切断控制方法的应用尝试。根据这种控制方法存在的不足,提出了一种基于溢流阀物理模型的压力切断控制策略。在整车上的测试实践证明,基于模型的压力切断控制在保证操控性的前提下,响应更快、节能效果更明显。

Electronic Pressure Cut-off Control Strategy Research Based on

Physical Modelling of Relief Valve

Abstract:  Electronic pressure cut-off control has the flexibility to change pressure limit value in different working situation, this function can both protect hydraulic components and reduce the fuel consumption of the machine. In this paper, several pressure cut-off methods currently in use are introduced and the common PID close-loop method is used in the control of electronic excavator swing system. On the basis of the shortage of this method, a new control strategy based on physical modelling of relief valve is proposed and it's advantages is proved during the test on the machine, which are good performance, quicker response and better fuel consumption reduction ability.

核级球阀流通性能的仿真分析和研究

摘要: 为研究球阀在不同开度下对流量特性的影响,该文针对某项目球阀,设置不同阀门开度,在CFDesgin中进行数值模拟。分析不同阀芯开度下的阀门内部流场以及阀门的流量系数CV。然后探究建模中细节处理以及球体通孔直径大小对计算结果的影响。发现①随着阀门开度的增大,阀门流通性能逐步提高;②由于球阀流道十分简单,不建议对模型进行简化;③阀门的流量系数CV随球体通孔直径增大先变大再变小。

Abstract:  For the study of the influence of flow characteristic under different opening of ball valve, for ball valve of one project, different valve opening is set in the CFDesgin software to carry on the numerical simulation. Valve interior flow field under different opening of the valve core is analyzed. It is found: with the increase of valve opening, the flow performance of the valve is gradually improving; Because of the simple ball valve flow, it is not recommended to simplify the model; Flow coefficient CV of the ball valve changes with ball hole diameter, bigger and smaller.

高速电磁阀线圈与阀体配合气隙对电磁

摘要: 以制动系统液压控制单元中的高速开关阀为研究对象,研究了线圈与电磁阀配合气隙对电磁阀保压性能的影响。建立相关数学模型,对电磁阀保压工作状态的进行仿真,根据仿真模型结果对线圈与电磁阀配合气隙对电磁阀保压特性影响做相关研究。设计了保压实验来验证线圈与配合对电磁阀保压能力的试验,结果证明了理论正确性及模型在电磁阀工程设计中应用的可行性。

Research on the Influence of the Air Gap Between Coil and Solenoid

Abstract:  In this paper, the high-speed on-off valve in the hydraulic control unit of the brake system is taken as the research object, and the influence of the air gap between the coil and the solenoid valve on the pressure maintaining performance of the solenoid valve is studied. Establish the relevant mathematical model, simulate the pressure maintaining working state of the solenoid valve, and conduct relevant research on the influence of the air gap between the coil and the solenoid valve on the pressure maintaining characteristics of the solenoid valve according to the simulation model results. The pressure holding experiment is designed to verify the pressure holding ability of the coil and the matching to the solenoid valve. The results prove the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the application of the model in the solenoid valve engineering design.

摘要:根据40 t铲板式支架搬运车的传动方式与整机参数,完成了采用脚踏制动阀与继动阀组合控制的全液压制动系统设计与配置。对制动系统关键元部件继动阀的工作状态和制动过程进行了分析。通过将液压系统与传动系统和气路系统进行相关功能闭锁,满足了整机制动工况需求。结合整机在装配调试与使用中的问题,对全液压制动系统的充液回路和制动回路故障进行了分析与处理。

Application Research on Full Hydraulic Brake System of 40 t Shovel Plate Chock Carrier

Abstract: According to the transmission mode and the whole machine parameters of the 40t shovel plate chock carrier, the full hydraulic brake system configuration with the combination control of the pedal brake valve and the relay valve is completed. The paper makes an analysis of the working state and brake process of the relay valve of the brake system. It meets the requirements of the braking condition by interlocking the hydraulic system and the transmission system and the pneumatic system. According to the testing and using problems of the shovel plate chock carrier, it makes an analysis and handling of the charging circuit and brake circuit faults of the full hydraulic brake system.

DN80二通插装式伺服阀动态特性优化研究

摘要: 针对国产DN80二通插装式伺服阀阶跃响应时间长的问题,提出先导控制腔优化方法以提高动态特性。首先建立先导控制腔三维数模,利用Fluent软件详细分析了主阀芯不同开口度的液动力分布情况,将先导控制腔的直径优化为90 mm;然后结合仿真软件AMESimDN80二通插装式伺服阀进行动态特性研究。仿真结果表明:先导腔结构参数优化后减小了液动力,提高了动态响应特性。最后对优化后的DN80二通插装式伺服阀进行实验测试,其阶跃响应时间由40 ms缩短至23 ms,显著提高的了动态特性,验证仿真与优化的准确性。

Optimization of Dynamic Characteristics for DN80 2-way Cartridge Servo Valve

Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of long step response time of domestic DN80 two-way cartridge servo valve, an optimization method of pilot control cavity was proposed to improve the dynamic characteristics. Firstly, the 3D digital model of the pilot control cavity is established, Fluent software was used to analyze the hydrodynamic distribution of the main spool with different opening degrees in detail, and the diameter of the pilot control chamber was optimized to 90mm; Then the dynamic characteristics of DN80 two-way cartridge servo valve are studied by AMESim. The simulation results show that the hydraulic force is reduced and the dynamic response is improved after the structural parameters of the pilot cavity are optimized. Finally, the optimized DN80 two-way cartridge servo valve was tested experimentally. The step response time was shortened from 40ms to 23ms, which significantly improved the dynamic characteristics and verified the accuracy of simulation and optimization.

摘要: 针对乐力士PGH内啮合齿轮泵在高压工况下的温升严重问题,利用SolidWorks建立了啮合齿轮泵的几何模型,并在PumplinxANSYS Workbench中分别对流体热效应和机械热效应进行仿真,对分析了齿轮泵内部及外壳的温度分布及传递情况和热应力仿真分析计算。发现齿轮泵外壳在内啮合齿轮偏心圆圆心一侧温升和应力变化明显,结果表明齿轮泵温升原因主要来自齿轮泵样机与内齿圈等处的摩擦,并通过实验验证了仿真结果。

Finite Element Analysis of Temperature Field for PGH Internal Gear Pump

Abstract: In view of the serious temperature rise of the Le Lux PGH internal gear pump under high pressure conditions, the geometric model of the gear pump was established by SolidWorks, and the fluid thermal effect and mechanical thermal effect were simulated in Pumplinx and ANSYS Workbench, respectively, and analyzed the simulation analysis and calculation of temperature distribution and transmission conditions and thermal stress inside and outside the gear pump. It is found that the temperature rise and stress change of the gear pump housing is obvious on the side of the eccentric circle center of the inner meshing gear. The results indicate that the temperature rise of the gear pump mainly comes from the friction between the gear pump prototype and the ring gear. The simulation results are verified by experiments.

摘要: 通过对伺服节能液压动力系统的研究、测试,表明伺服节能液压动力系统节能效果显著,压力控制稳定,动态响应快速,低速性能优良。同时通过对某钢厂热连轧生产线各主要液压系统的实际流量需求的分析,在此基础上对各液压系统采用伺服节能液压动力系统和常规的恒压变量动力系统的能耗进行比较。得出了伺服节能液压动力系统比恒压变量动力系统更为节能的结论,特别是在热连轧生产线中的换辊低压液压系统中节能效果更为显著。

Research and Application of Servo Energy Saving Hydraulic Power System for Hot Strip

Abstract:  Based on the research and test of servo energy-saving hydraulic power system, the results show that the servo energy-saving hydraulic power system has remarkable energy-saving effect, stable pressure control, fast dynamic response and excellent low-speed performance. At the same time, based on the analysis of the actual flow demand of the main hydraulic systems in a hot rolling production line of a steel mill, the energy consumption of each hydraulic system using servo energy-saving hydraulic power system and the conventional constant pressure variable power system is compared. It is concluded that the servo energy-saving hydraulic power system is more energy-saving than the constant pressure variable power system, especially the energy-saving effect is more obvious in the low pressure hydraulic system of roll change in hot strip rolling line.

摘要:针对液压传动系统的组成和调速控制机理,提出一种基于单片机控制的液压反馈调节系统。选用AT89S52单片机,对变量泵控制电路、继电器控制电路和供电模块进行设计。通过数据测试,得出排量比和输出转速动态特性,结果表明,该系统能够有效提升流量泵和比例阀等元件响应的准确度,确保输出泵马达系统流量的稳定性,改善液压传动的安全性和可靠性。

Design of Hydraulic Transmission Control System with AT89S52

Abstract: According to the composition and speed regulation mechanism of hydraulic transmission system, a hydraulic feedback regulation system based on single chip microcomputer is proposed. AT89S52 single chip microcomputer is selected to design the variable displacement pump control circuit, relay control circuit and power supply module. Through the data test, the dynamic characteristics of displacement ratio and output speed are obtained. The results show that the system can effectively improve the response accuracy of components such as flow pump and proportional valve, ensure the flow stability of output pump motor system, and improve the safety and reliability of hydraulic transmission.

基于逆向工程的冲焊型液力变矩器叶片设计

摘要:随着市场竞争日益激烈,客户对液力变矩器性能参数要求也更加细化,针对不同型号的发动机需要匹配不同能容的变矩器以达到理想的共同工作输入特性,此外为进一步抢占市场份额,产品交付周期也需要进一步缩短。该论文根据欧拉束流原理分析了泵轮叶片进出口角度与流道所传递扭矩之间的关系,并以此为依据对泵轮叶片进出口角进行调整,待性能验证后,通过逆向工程软件Geomagic-Design-X将调整后的泵轮叶片转换成数模,再利用三维软件将数模设计成模具,最后运用CAM制造工程师软件进行编程加工,快速得到模具。实验结果表明,此方法设计的泵轮叶片,性能满足预期。

Design of Punching Welding Hydrodynamic Torque Converter Blade Based on Reverse Engineering

Abstract:  With the increasingly fierce market competition, customers have more and more detailed requirements on the performance parameters of hydrodynamic torque converter. Different types of engines need to be matched with torque converters that have different capacities to achieve the ideal common working input characteristics. In addition, in order to seize the market share, the product delivery cycle also needs to be shorter than before. Based on the Euler beam principle, the relationship between the inlet/outlet angle of the blade and the torque transmitted by the passage is analyzed, and then the relationship between the outlet angle of the impeller and the energy capacity is also obtained. Through reverse engineering software Geomagic-Design-X converting the adjusted impeller blade into digital analog, to design the digital analog into stamping mold by 3D software, and uses CAM Manufacturing Engineer Software to get the mold within a few days. Finally, the blades are pressed and installed to verify the performance data, and the result which meets the expectation is fine.

摘要: 串联式液压机械臂是一个复杂的连杆控制机构,针对复杂多变的运行工况下串联式液压机械臂的运动控制精确化需求,在串联式液压机械臂工作原理和运动控制系统结构基础上,构建了PLC主从式控制系统图,并设计了PLC控制程序,优化了运动控制系统的标定参数,在搭建好的串联式液压机械臂运动控制实验台架中进行调试测试,最后实验结果表明该控制方法能够快速提高串联式液压机械臂的运动控制精度,提升运动控制系统的响应能力。

摘要:对偏心缸筒与活塞杆同轴装配进行技术研究,异型液压缸缸筒设计带有销轴连接形式长挂板,与环状缸体组焊后组成缸筒,因不规则外置长挂板重量大于环状缸体重量,导致缸筒重心偏移,通过阶梯型定制式固定竖直装置结构实现了竖直固定配重液压缸缸筒偏心部件,使活塞杆与之同轴装配,避免因不同轴造成孔用密封装切发生液压缸内泄等质量失效问题。

Based on the technical requirements of the user for the driving performance of the tunnel cleaning vehicle in high-speed section and low-speed operation, the parameters of the driving system are matched and calculated, the hydraulic schematic diagram of the driving system is designed, and the composition and working principle of the hydraulic circuit are introduced in detail. Through many tests and practical use, it is proved that the driving hydraulic system of the vehicle has good heat dissipation, fast response speed, and it is safe and reliable.

Abstract:  This paper introduces an intelligent control hydraulic motor fan cooling system, which can facilitate the stepless speed regulation of the fan speed through the hydraulic motor. On the premise of satisfying the heat dissipation of each radiator, the fan speed can operate at different speeds with the temperature change of the cooling medium of each radiator during the working process, which can save energy and reduce noise. This paper briefly describes the correctness, feasibility and progressiveness of the principle of the hydraulic drive system for the temperature control of the hydraulic motor fan. Because of its obvious advantages, this intelligent hydraulic fan motor cooling system is more and more widely used in various construction machinery.

基于互联网的电液伺服教学实验台设计

摘要:电液伺服系统现在广泛的应用于很多领域,很多高校现在都开设有电液伺服控制相关课程。但目前现状是课程的教学普遍偏重于理论,学生在课程学习的过程中缺乏实践,导致电液伺服控制技术的教学效果不尽如人意。设计并实现了一种电液伺服教学实验台,它采用灵活多变的模块化设计思想,为实验教学系统功能可扩展性提供基础。而这种电液伺服实验台的造价是非常昂贵的,导致该类实验设备的配比普遍较低。为了避免学生扎堆实验,基于此该教学系统结合了网络远程控制技术,使学生做实验可以通过网络预约的方式有序实验。教师也可以在课堂上使用该实验设备的远程控制功能为学生做课堂演示,使课堂更生动,帮助学生课堂学习。

Abstract: Electro hydraulic servo system is now widely used in many fields, many colleges and universities now have courses related to electro-hydraulic servo control. However, the current situation is that the teaching of the course generally focuses on theory, and students lack of practice in the course of learning, resulting in the teaching effect of electro-hydraulic servo control technology is not satisfactory. In this paper, a kind of electro-hydraulic servo teaching experiment platform is designed and implemented. It adopts the flexible and changeable modular design idea, which provides the basis for the expansibility of the experimental teaching system. The cost of this kind of electro-hydraulic servo test-bed is very expensive, which leads to the low proportion of this kind of experimental equipment. In order to avoid the students to pile up experiments, the teaching system based on the network remote control technology, so that students can do experiments in an orderly way through network reservation. Teachers can also use the remote control function of the experimental equipment to do classroom demonstration for students in order to make the classroom more vivid and help students learn in class.

Analysis and Research on Output Pressure Fluctuation of Emergency

Abstract: This paper analyzes the fluctuation phenomenon of the output pressure of the emergency brake valve of a certain type of machine. Based on the theoretical analysis of the causes of the pressure fluctuation, thecalculation of the range of pressure fluctuation and the in-machine and in-factory test verification measures, it is concluded that the reasons for the fluctuation of the output pressure of the emergency brake valve are positive overlap design and internal leakage that the product cannot completely avoid. According to the reasons and internal structure, calculate the pressure fluctuation range, in the design of aircraft wheel brake pressure, should set reasonable tolerance in the technical requirements.

基于Maxwell的微型低功耗电磁铁仿真分析

摘要: 通过对微型低功耗电磁铁结构进行Maxwell建模仿真,模拟可得力—行程曲线、磁感应强度分布、磁力线分布。结果表明,选择电磁铁行程为0.2 mm时,可大大降低功耗,并且使力-行程之间保持一个非常平滑的关系,这样就确保了电磁铁即使在恶劣环境条件下也能正常吸合,并经试验验证,仿真误差较小,对电磁铁工程化应用具有重要参考意义,可提高产品研制效率。

Abstract:  Through Maxwell modeling and Simulation of the structure of micro low power consumption electromagnet, the force stroke curve, magnetic induction intensity distribution and magnetic force line distribution can be obtained. The results show that when the electromagnet stroke is 0.2 mm, the power consumption can be greatly reduced and a very smooth relationship between force and stroke can be maintained. In this way, the electromagnet can be pulled in normally even under harsh environmental conditions. The test shows that the simulation error is small, which has important reference significance for the engineering application of electromagnet and can improve the efficiency of product development.

滑靴材料及封严带结构对摩擦副性能的影响

摘要: 目前,高压柱塞泵普遍采用滑靴的柱塞结构,滑靴不仅增大了与斜盘的接触面,减小了接触应力,而且其封严带结构,使滑靴与斜盘表面之间形成一层润滑油膜,极大地降低了滑靴-斜盘摩擦副之间的摩擦损失,提高了整泵机械效率。柱塞泵最高工作压力不同,滑靴封严带也随之采用不同结构。该文通过故障分析、理论研究和仿真计算滑靴副PV值,并结合试验验证的方式,阐述了3种不同封严带结构的滑靴在工程实际中的应用。

Influence of Slipper Material and Seal Groove Structure on Friction Pair Performance

In this paper, through fault analysis, theoretical research and simulation, PV value of slipper pair is calculated, and combined with the way of test verification, the application of three kinds of slipper with different sealing belt structure in engineering practice is expounded.

摘要:通过分析与实验结合的方法,对液压缸大长厚比阀座的焊接工艺进行了研究。分析表明:液压缸阀座工作平面需要很高的平面度,而其与缸筒连接的焊缝为非对称结构,焊接后受热收缩及协调变形的影响,阀座平面中间向上凸起,平面度大大超出设计要求。要确保精加工后的阀座焊接后平面度能满足设计要求,必须采取合理的焊接结构设计,焊接顺序、以及控制热输入等工艺措施。实验结果表明,本文拟定的工艺方案完全达到了设计要求,并已稳定投入焊接生产。

摘要: 泰山钢铁板坯连铸机动态轻压下液压辊缝调节装置原设计采用进口伺服阀控制,存在故障率高、使用寿命短、能耗大及维护困难等问题。经技术分析与使用情况调研,采用由中国重型机械研究院股份公司自主研制的快速阀装置进行升级改造,完美解决了上述存在的问题,并且具有改造成本低、设备免维护等显著特点,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。

Revamping and Application of Segment Dynamic Soft Reduction

with Quickly Shut-off Valve for Slab Caster

Abstract:  the original design of hydraulic roll gap adjusting device for dynamic soft reduction of slab caster in Taishan Steel Group is controlled by imported servo valve, which has the problems of high failure rate, short service life, high energy consumption and difficult maintenance. After technical analysis and application investigation, the Quickly Shut-off Valve independently developed by China Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. is used for upgrading and revamping, which perfectly solves the above problems, and has the remarkable characteristics of low transformation cost and maintenance free equipment, and has achieved good economic benefits.

Analysis and Elimination of “Three Quantities” for Hydraulic System Unsteady Pressure

Abstract:  This paper aims at the fault phenomenon that the constant pressure value of the hydraulic system is unstable in the actual operation, which makes it difficult for enterprise technicians to analyze and find out the causes and eliminate the faults. Based on the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the components of the hydraulic system and the principles of various system circuits formed, the author puts forward the “three quantity” analysis and elimination method of hydraulic system pressure instability, expounds the practicability of this method in detail, and gives the cleaning ideas of hydraulic technicians in various enterprises when analyzing the causes of faults.

摘要: 在新工科背景下,对《液压与气动技术》的中英文双语教学体系进行改革与优化。针对液压和气动行业的需求确立知识目标、能力目标和素质目标,构建基于评估、教学和调查的课程体系。规划教学内容与学时,提出双语启发和分类教学法,量化考核制度并对课程进行绩点化处理。通过教学手段的调整,最终实现液压和气动方向专业技能的有效提升。

Research on Bilingual Teaching Reform of “Hydraulic and Pneumatic

Abstract:  Under the background of new engineering, the bilingual teaching system of “Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology” is reformed and optimized. According to the needs of hydraulic and pneumatic industry, the knowledge objectives, ability objectives and quality objectives is established, and a curriculum system based on evaluation, teaching and investigation is built. The teaching content and class hour is planned, the bilingual inspiration and classified teaching method is proposed, the assessment system is quantified, and the grade point of the course is processed. Through the adjustment of teaching means, the professional skills of hydraulic and pneumatic direction can be effectively improved.

叶片曲率半径变化对离心泵叶轮水力性能的影响

摘要: 为了探究叶片曲率半径变化对离心泵叶轮内部流动特性以及对叶轮水力性能的影响,采用基于RNG k-ε湍流模型对某型号离心泵进行定常数值计算。在原模型的基础上,将叶片出口角在17°~23°区间内进行变化以改变叶片中后部的曲率半径大小,并在分析叶轮内速度场和压力场变化的基础上探讨叶轮水力性能发生变化的原因。结果表明:减小叶片出口角,能够有效地减小叶片中后部的曲率半径,但对叶轮扬程减小的幅度有限,最低扬程仅比原模型计算值减小了0.43%;而叶片中后部曲率半径的减小,能够有效地减小叶片两侧压差,从而进一步降低叶轮的轴功率,最小轴功率比原模型计算值降低了1.12%,最终可使叶轮的水力效率提高0.61个百分点。

Influence of Blade Curvature Radius on Hydraulic Performance of Centrifugal Pump Impeller

Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of blade curvature radius change on the flow characteristics and hydraulic performance of centrifugal pump impeller, Based on RNG k-ε turbulence model, steady numerical calculation of a centrifugal pump is carried out in this paper. On the basis of the original model, the blade outlet angle was changed in the range of 17°~23° to change the radius of curvature at the middle and rear of the blade, and the reasons for the change of the impeller hydraulic performance were discussed based on the analysis of the velocity field and pressure field changes in the impeller. The results show that reducing the blade outlet angle can effectively reduce the radius of curvature at the middle and rear of the blade, but the reduction of impeller head is limited, and the minimum head is only 0.43% lower than the calculated value of the original model. The reduction of the radius of curvature in the middle and rear of the blade can effectively reduce the pressure difference on both sides of the blade, and further reduce the shaft power of the impeller. The minimum shaft power is reduced by 1.12% compared with the original model, and the hydraulic efficiency of the impeller can be improved by 0.61 percentage.

摘要:该文介绍了一种静液压驱动的整体式车辆的传动方式及转向控制,在实际使用中车辆原有的手柄转向控制方式存在方向不易控制且长时间操作容易使驾驶人员疲劳等弊端,为解决这些问题,设计了一种螺杆控制压力阀,实现了整体式静液压驱动车辆的方向盘控制,使车辆的驾驶方式与普通车辆的操作方式相一致,驾驶人员更轻松的操控车辆,同时提高了驾驶车辆的安全性。

Abstract:  This paper introduces the transmission mode and steering control of an integral vehicle driven by hydrostatic pressure, in actual use, the original steering control mode of the vehicle's handle has some disadvantages, such as the direction is not easy to control and the driver is easy to be tired after long operation. To solve these problems, a screw control pressure valve is designed, the steering wheel control of the integral hydrostatic driving vehicle is realized, the driving mode of the vehicle is consistent with the operation mode of the ordinary vehicle, the driver can control the vehicle more easily, and the safety of the driving vehicle is improved.

基于小波包变换的柱塞泵脉动压力信号BP故障诊断

摘要:为了提高柱塞泵脉动压力信号的故障诊断诊断能力,分别提取得到正常的泵脉动压力与齿圈出现磨损故障时对应的泵脉动压力,利用小波包变换的方法消除原始信号的噪声信号,再提取得到由故障信息构成的频段,完成信号时域特征的分析。频段介于04 kHz之间时,在柱塞泵脉动压力信号中形成了泵轴频、基频与谐倍频等,含有泵运行过程的各项信息参数,处于高频区间时,发生了线谱幅值的持续减小。利用MATLAB软件建立BP网络故障诊断结果表明:脉动压力指标可以实现柱塞泵内部运行情况的准确识别,达到故障诊断的测试要求。方法在诊断方面是有效的,在处理柱塞泵脉动压力信号故障诊断领域具有很好的实际指导意义。

BP Network Fault Diagnosis of Piston Pump Pulsation Pressure Signal

Abstract: In order to improve the diagnosis of the fault diagnosis of plunger pump pulse pressure signal, the normal fluctuation pressure pump and gear ring wear failure of pump pulse pressure were got respectively. By using the wavelet packet decomposition method to eliminate the noise of the original signal signal, then get composed of fault information extraction frequency, the analysis of the complete time domain signal characteristics. When the frequency band is between 0 and 4 kHz, the pump shaft frequency, fundamental frequency and harmonic multiple frequency are formed in the pulsating pressure signal of the piston pump, which contains various information parameters of the pump operation process. When the frequency band is in the high frequency range, the linear spectrum amplitude decreases continuously. The fault diagnosis results of BP neural network established by MATLAB software show that the pulsating pressure index can realize the accurate identification of the internal operation of the piston pump and meet the test requirements of fault diagnosis. The method presented in this paper is effective in diagnosis and has a good practical guiding significance in the field of fault diagnosis of pulsating pressure signal of piston pump.
