基于NUMECA的液力变矩器性能开发

摘要:该文通过NUMECA软件的AutoBlade模块,给工程机械用某300循环圆的一款液力变矩器重新设计了一款导轮,再通过Turbo模块仿真得到了新设计导轮的液力性能。最终通过样机的实验验证,新设计的导轮使得该液力变矩器的性能得到了大幅度提升,满足了整车的匹配要求。使用该文的方法可经济快速地实现液力变矩器性能的系列化开发,达到用户需求。

Development of Hydrodynamic Torque Converter Performance Based on NUMECA

Abstract:In this paper, through the AutoBlade module of NUMECA software, a stator is redesigned for a 300 mm torque converter used in construction machinery, and the hydraulic performance of the newly designed stator is obtained by Turbo module simulation. Finally, through the experimental verification of the prototype, the performance of the hydraulic torque converter is greatly improved by the newly designed stator, which meets the matching requirements of the whole vehicle. Using the method in this paper, the series development of torque converter performance can be realized economically and quickly to meet the needs of users.

基于推理机的机械臂故障诊断专家系统优化设计

摘要:故障诊断系统是机械臂不可或缺的关键系统,针对机械臂故障诊断的非线性时变特性导致故障诊断效率下降的问题,在机械臂系统结构基础上,构建机械臂故障预测模型,输出故障特征比对后的故障残差统计信息,设计基于诊断规则推理机的专家系统,并借助AMESim硬件在环故障注入平台构建了实验环境,通过注入不同故障信号,模拟机械臂的多样故障,实验数据分析证明,设计的故障诊断专家系统能够高效地准确地检测出机械臂的故障。

Optimal Design of Manipulator Fault Diagnosis Expert System

Based on Inference Engine

Abstract:  Fault diagnosis system is an indispensable key system of manipulator. Aiming at the problem that the nonlinear time-varying characteristics of manipulator fault diagnosis lead to the decline of fault diagnosis efficiency, based on the system structure of manipulator, the fault prediction model of manipulator is constructed, the statistical information of fault residual after fault characteristic ratio is output, and an expert system based on diagnosis rule inference engine is designed, The experimental environment is constructed with the help of AMESim hardware in the loop fault injection platform. By injecting different fault signals, the various faults of the manipulator are simulated. The experimental data analysis shows that the designed fault diagnosis expert system can effectively and accurately detect the faults of the manipulator.

基于三维数字化的设备绝缘状态可视化监测模型

摘要: 设备绝缘状态监测作为后续维修与保护的前提和基础条件,实现其可视化功能具有重要的实用意义,为确保电器安全、稳定运行,构建一种设备绝缘状态的三维数字可视化监测模型。离散化处理的绝缘状态谐波信号频谱,因基波频率误差会对谐波频率造成偏差,采用基波频率与三次谐波,描述设备的多谐波信号。利用自动化信息采集装置与Wifi4G等无线传输技术,采集、传输设备状态信息,在可视化单元的支持下,由开源可视化图形编程软件dynamo,建立客户端显示界面,呈现设备绝缘状态的三维数字可视化分析结果。实验结果表明,针对不带电容的设备,所建模型具有较好的监测准确性,可视化结果与实际监测结果相一致,可以有效完成可视化监测。

Visual Monitoring Model of Equipment Insulation Status

Based on 3D Digitization

Abstract:  As the premise and basic condition of subsequent maintenance and protection, equipment insulation status monitoring has important practical significance to realize its visualization function. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical appliances, a three-dimensional digital visualization monitoring model of equipment insulation status is constructed. The discrete processed harmonic signal spectrum of insulation state will cause deviation to the harmonic frequency due to the fundamental frequency error. The fundamental frequency and the third harmonic are used to describe the multi harmonic signal of the equipment. The automatic information acquisition device and wireless transmission technologies such as WiFi and 4G are used to collect and transmit the equipment status information. With the support of the visualization unit, the client display interface is established by the open source visual graphics programming software dynamo to present the three-dimensional digital visualization analysis results of the equipment insulation status. The experimental results show that for the equipment without capacitance, the model has good monitoring accuracy, the visual results are consistent with the actual monitoring results, and can effectively complete the visual monitoring.

复杂多向耦合液压机械臂电气化优化设计

摘要: 液压机械臂是一种高精度化控制的综合机械设备,在越来越复杂的工业化作业工况下,需要液压机械臂具备完善的多样化自动化功能,针对液压机械臂控制系统的电气化缺陷,在液压机械臂运动学基础上,进一步构建其控制系统的电气化拓扑结构,对电液耦合协调驱动、电气系统故障诊断以及运动控制进行优化设计,最后利用DOE实验设计方法进行验证,通过实验结果可以说明采用的电气化优化设计方法能够满足液压机械臂的电气化目标。

Electrification Optimization Design of Complex Multidirectional

Coupling Hydraulic Manipulator

Abstract: The hydraulic manipulator is a kind of comprehensive mechanical equipment with high-precision control. Under more and more complex industrial operation conditions, the hydraulic manipulator needs to have perfect diversified automation functions. In view of the electrification defects of the hydraulic manipulator control system, the electrification topology of its control system is further constructed based on the kinematics of the hydraulic manipulator, The electro-hydraulic coupling coordinated drive, electrical system fault diagnosis and motion control are optimized. Finally, DOE experimental design method is used to verify. The experimental results show that the electrification optimization design method can meet the electrification goal of hydraulic manipulator.

滑动轴承的压力分布与功耗数值计算

摘要:以Reynolds方程为基础,对径向滑动轴承的液体动压力润滑产生的油膜进行压力分布和功率损耗计算分析。从数值上理论推导出无量纲的二维Reynolds方程,并给出Reynolds边界条件;利用有限差分法对二维Reynolds方程进行离散推出其迭代形式,并利用超松弛迭代法求解;以工程实例计算滑动轴承油膜压力分布和功率损耗,并分析了偏心率、宽径比对轴承润滑性能的影响。该方法流程可用于工程中滑动轴承的压力分布和功率损耗计算,有利于设计人员的设计选型。

A Numerical Simulation of Pressure Distribution and Power

Dissipation on Journal Bearing

Abstract:  Based on Reynolds equation, the pressure distribution and power dissipation of journal bearing are analyzed, produced by the hydrodynamic lubrication. A dimensionless and two-dimensional Reynolds equation and its boundary conditions are given. With the finite difference method, the two-dimensional Reynolds equation is transferred to an iteration form, which is solved using the successive overrelaxation (SOR) method. An example is given to verify the numerical method. The influences of malalignemnt and width-diameter ratio on the lubricating property are analyzed. This numerical method and process is available to the calculation of journal bearing's pressure distribution and power dissipation in mechanical engineering. It can help engineers design and select the journal bearing.

伺服机构加注活门泄漏分析及优化

摘要: 基于某液压伺服机构加注活门阀口处有油雾喷出的问题,通过CFD和试验的方法,对加注活门密封部位进行分析和优化。结果表明:该处油液泄漏是由于伺服机构工作过程中的脉动压力以及加注打开关闭过程中,使得原接触线密封部位应力集中发生脉动变化,造成特定情况下阀口崩边,导致密封失效。对加注活门的尖边密封结构进行优化,将阀套阀口处的锐边打钝改为C0.3,在不影响密封性能的条件下,有效改善了原锐边产生的应力集中现象,避免因崩边而造成的泄漏发生。

Leakage Analysis and Optimization of Servo Filling Valve

Abstract:  Based on the problem of oil mist ejecting from the filling value of hydraulic servomechanism,through CFD and experimental methods were used to analyze and optimize the filling value seal parts.The result show that oil spilling was caused by the edge collapse caused by the pulsating pressure, which leads to the sealing failure. The tip seal structure of the filling value was optimized which was changed to C0.3. Under the condition of sealing performance, the optimize could effectively improve the stress concentration caused by the sharp edge and avoid the leakage caused by edge collapse.

微型涡轮发动机供油系统滤油器堵塞故障研究

摘要: 供油系统是微型涡轮发动机控制系统的重要组成部分,对发动机的性能有重要影响。根据发动机台架试验时转速异常下降的现象,从供油系统滤油器堵塞原理的角度分析了故障成因。搭建了滤油器堵塞试验系统,获得了滤油器前后压差和供油流量的关系。由试验获得的数据,建立了滤油器堵塞流通特性的AMESim模型,并通过仿真分析了滤油器部分堵塞和流通特性随时间逐步恶化时的故障特征。分析了发动机实际运行时,供油系统存在出口背压的情况下,滤油器堵塞对供油系统的影响规律。根据仿真分析的结果,提出了发动机供油系统闭环控制和滤油器堵塞预警等改进措施。

Study on Fault of Filter Blockage for Fuel Supply System of Micro-turbine Engine

Abstract:  The fuel supply system is an important part of the micro-turbine engine which has an important impact on the performance of the micro-turbine engine. According to the phenomenon of abnormal speed drop during the engine bench test, the cause of the failure was analyzed from the perspective of the principle of oil filter clogging in the fuel supply system. The oil filter clogging test system was built, and the relationship between the pressure difference before and after the oil filter and the oil supply flow rate was obtained. Based on the data obtained from the experiment, an AMESim model of the flow characteristics of the oil filter blockage was established, and the fault characteristics of the blockage of the oil filter partly blocked and the flow characteristics gradually deteriorated over time were analyzed through simulation. The influence of oil filter blockage on the oil supply system is analyzed when the engine is actually running and the oil supply system has an outlet back pressure. Based on the results of the simulation analysis, improved measures such as closed-loop control of the engine oil supply system and early warning of oil filter clogging were proposed.

混合动力汽车液压制动系统的仿真与分析

摘要: 针对混合动力汽车液压制动系统的结构特点,采用AMESim对系统的压力响应进行仿真分析。分别建立制动阀和继动阀模型,以位移和压力作为输入条件,得出制动力矩的输出结果。在不同蓄能器初始压力以及上弹簧刚度条件下,对比分析制动压力的输出规律,为液压系统的优化设计提供重要依据。

Simulation and Analysis of Hydraulic Braking System for Hybrid Electric Vehicle

Abstract:  According to the structural characteristics of hybrid electric vehicle hydraulic braking system, AMESim is used to simulate and analyze the pressure response of the system. The models of brake valve and relay valve are established respectively, and the output results of braking torque are obtained with displacement and pressure as input conditions. Under the conditions of different initial pressure of accumulator and upper spring stiffness, the output law of braking pressure is compared and analyzed, which provides an important basis for the optimal design of hydraulic system.

电力用油污染度现场检测装置的研制与应用

摘要: 研制了一种电力用油污染度现场检测装置,可以直接连接在油箱的取样阀门上测量电力用油的颗粒污染度,开发了故障诊断软件,可以分析油中颗粒污染物的尺寸,与实验室台式颗粒污染度检测仪进行比对。实验结果表明:该装置检测出电力用油中颗粒度含量范围与实验室检测偏差在6% 以内,表明该设备具有较好的稳定性和实用性。

Development and Application of Degree Contamination Detection

Device in Electric Power Oils

Abstract:  The degree contamination detection device in electric power oils is  developed, it can be directly connected to the sampling valve of the oil tank to measure the particle pollution degree of the electric power oil, and a fault diagnosis software has been developed. The experimental results show that the range of particle size in electric power oil detected by the device is less than 6%, which shows that the device has good stability and practicability.

摘要: 液动力是影响液压多路阀性能的关键因素之一,为了研究稳态液动力的影响因素,基于STAR CCM+流体仿真软件建立仿真模型,分析流量、阀芯旋转角度这两个因素对液动力的影响,并用汽车起重机上某型号的多路阀对仿真结果进行试验验证。仿真与试验的结果基本一致,均表明:在流量饱和时,流量越大,稳态液动力越大;在流量不饱和时,流量越大而稳态液动力变小;阀芯旋转角度为90°和0°时,稳态液动力分别为最大和最小。所进行的研究工作对于多路阀设计优化提供了依据。

Simulation and Optimization of Steady-state Flow Force of Multi-way Valve

Abstract:  Flow force is one of the key factor affecting the performance of the multi-way valve. In order to research the interfering factors of steady-state flow force, the simulation model is built based on the fluid simulation software of STAR CCM+, the influence of the flow rate and spool angle are analysed, and the simulation results are verified by experiments used a multi-way valve of truck crane. The results of simulation and test are basically consistent, which showed:the steady-state flow force is larger along with the flow rate's increasing at the flow saturation state, but it is reduced along with the flow rate's increasing at the flow non-saturation state; the steady-state flow force is maximum when the spool angle is 90°, and it is minimum when the spool angle is 0°. The research provides foundation for optimum design of the multi-way valve.

起重机卷扬闭式液压系统负扭矩控制策略研究

摘要: 该文基于对带负功率控制的闭式卷扬液压系统原理的分析,深入研究了其闭式系统与开式系统之间的相关参数的传递关系。为寻求两类系统之间的匹配方法,对其控制过程中变量的传递关系进行了分析,进一步提出功率平衡和扭矩平衡两种控制策略,并通过AMESim仿真模型验证了扭矩平衡控制策略的可行性,为最终实现该系统全闭环控制,提升系统操作性能和主机吊重能力,降低系统能耗提供了理论支持。

Research on the Negative Torque Control Strategy of the

Crane's Hoisting Winch Closed Hydraulic System

Abstract:  Based on the analysis of the principle of the closed hoisting winch system with negative power control, the transfer relationship of related parameters between the closed system and the open system is deeply studied in this paper. In order to find a matching method between the two types of systems, the transfer relationship of variables in the control process is analyzed, and two control strategies of power balance and torque balance are further proposed. The feasibility of the torque balance control strategy is verified through the AMESim simulation model. It is proved that the control strategy realizes the full closed-loop control of the hoisting winch system, improves the operating performance and lifting capacity of the main engine, and reduces the energy consumption of the system.

活塞速度对液压缸缓冲特性的影响分析

摘要: 液压缸在缓冲过程中,内部液压油受到挤压而形成非定常的流动,会对液压缸的工作性能及液压系统的稳定性造成影响。采用数值模拟方法对某三级液压缸在收回过程中的缓冲特性进行数值模拟分析,分析活塞以不同速度进入缓冲区后液压缸内油液的流动情况。结果表明:活塞端面进入缓冲套后,从缓冲腔中挤出的油液的压力及速度都增大,并在缸底的缓冲腔内形成较大的漩涡,阻碍活塞的运动;当活塞收回速度较大时,活塞端面靠近缓冲套时,受到挤压而从缓冲区内挤出的流体会在与出油口相连的油腔内形成两个较大的漩涡,大漩涡的破裂会引起缓冲间隙内油液的速度及压力波动。计算结果能够为液压缸缓冲结构的设计及优化运行提供指导。

Analysis of the Influence of Piston Speed on Hydraulic Cylinder

Cushioning Characteristics

Abstract:  During the buffering process of the hydraulic cylinder, the internal hydraulic oil is squeezed to make an unsteady flow, which will affect the performance of the hydraulic cylinder and the stability of the hydraulic system. In this paper, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the buffer characteristics of a three-stage hydraulic cylinder during the retraction process, and the flow of oil in the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed after the piston enters the buffer zone at different speeds. The results show that after the end of the piston enters the buffer sleeve, the pressure and speed of the oil extruded from the buffer gap increase, and large vortices are formed in the buffer cavity at the bottom of the cylinder, which hinders the movement of the piston; when the end face of the piston is close to the buffer sleeve at larger speed of piston, the fluid squeezed out from the buffer will form two large vortices in the oil cavity connected to the oil outlet, and the rupture of the large vortex will cause the velocity and pressure fluctuations of the internal oil in the buffer gap. The research in this paper can provide guidance for the design of the buffer structure of the hydraulic cylinder and the optimal operation of the hydraulic cylinder.

电动缸试验过程梯形螺母咬死的解决方案

摘要: 电动缸是把伺服电机与传动丝杠设计成为一体的模块产品,可以实现平移、旋转、压紧等运动。在产品出厂前需求完成行程范围测试、承载能力测试、传动精度测试及磨合试验等多个测试项目。实际在测试中经常出现活塞杆运行超出行程范围,造成梯形螺母与端盖或轴承衬套咬死的情况。该文通过分析电动缸的结构及工作原理,提出了防止梯形螺母咬死的解决方案,改进了行程限位相关结构,搭建了专用加载试验台,通过样机试验验证,方法可靠,满足电动缸功能性能试验要求。

Abstract:  The electric cylinder is a modular product that integrates the servo motor and the lead screw design, which can realize the movement of translation, rotation, compression and so on. Before the product leaves the factory, it is necessary to complete a number of test items such as stroke range test, load carrying capacity test, transmission accuracy test and running-in test. In practice, in practice, it is common for the piston rod to run out of range of travel, causing the trapezoidal nut to bite off the end cap or bearing bushing. In this paper, through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the electric cylinder, the solution to prevent trapezoidal nut bite is proposed, the relevant structure of the stroke limit is improved, and a special loading test bench is built, which is verified by the prototype test, and the method is reliable to meet the functional performance test requirements of the electric cylinder.

重型卡车液力机械传动特性分析与动力学建模

摘要: 重型卡车作为工程机械车辆最常用的一个种类,其液力机械无级变速器影响着整车的使用性能和作业效率。准确分析重型卡车液力机械传动特性与动力学特性,能够提高其燃油经济性和传动效率。国内在车辆液力机械传动方面已经开展了大量的研究,但是对重型车辆的相关特性研究较少。该文对重型卡车液力机械传动特性展开分析,并对其进行动力学建模。通过变量泵和定量马达构建重型卡车的液压单元,在这种液压单元下,将液力机械无级变速器分为HM1HM2HM3以及HM4四段无级变速段,分别分析每段的传动特性,得出对应段的传动比;动力学建模从空气动力学以及悬架多体动力学两方面入手,计算每种动力学车身和车架受到的作用力,获取重型卡车的动力学模型。测试实验可知:液力机械的无级变速器传动具有提高卡车效率的特性,且构建的动力学模型精度高,具有广泛的适用性。

Characteristic Analysis and Dynamic Modeling of Hydraulic

Mechanical Transmission for Heavy Truck

Abstract:  Heavy truck is one of the most commonly used types of construction machinery vehicles, and its hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission affects the use performance and operation efficiency of the whole vehicle. Accurate analysis of hydraulic mechanical transmission characteristics and dynamic characteristics of heavy trucks can improve their fuel economy and transmission efficiency. A lot of research has been carried out on vehicle hydromechanical transmission in China, but there is little research on the relevant characteristics of heavy vehicles. In this paper, the hydraulic mechanical transmission characteristics of heavy trucks are analyzed, and its dynamic modeling is carried out. The hydraulic unit of heavy truck is constructed by variable displacement pump and constant displacement motor. Under this hydraulic unit, the hydraulic mechanical stepless transmission is divided into four stepless speed change sections: HM1, HM2, HM3 and HM4. The transmission characteristics of each section are analyzed respectively, and the transmission ratio of the corresponding section is obtained; Dynamic modeling starts with aerodynamics and suspension multi-body dynamics, calculates the force on each dynamic body and frame, and obtains the dynamic model of heavy trucks. The test experiment shows that the hydro mechanical CVT transmission has the characteristics of improving the efficiency of trucks, and the dynamic model built has high accuracy, which has a wide range of applicability.

增材制造航空液压阀块流道仿真及成型工艺研究

摘要:航空液压阀块在航空航天液压系统中应用广泛,利用传统工艺加工的液压阀块须采用直孔形式,流道布置不灵活,存在较多工艺孔,体积重量较大,流体传输能量损耗较高。以某航空液压阀块为研究对象,建立了增材制造液压阀块三维模型;有限元分析其应力强度;通过与传统液压阀块比较,系统研究了不同流道形式的流场特性和压力损失;基于选区激光熔化技术(SLM)实现了航空液压阀块的加工成型。理论结合试验表明:相比传统机加工液压阀块,增材制造液压阀块减重超过55%,内流道压力损失降低35%以上,在航空液压阀块的轻量化、降能耗等方面具有显著优势,为航空液压阀块的设计和制造提供参考。

Research on Flow Channel Simulation and Forming Process of Aero

Hydraulic Manifold with Additive Manufacturing

Abstract: Aero hydraulic manifolds are widely used in aero hydraulic systems. The traditional hydraulic manifolds must adopt the form of straight holes. The pipeline layout is not flexible, there are many invalid runners, the volume and weight are large, and the fluid power energy consumption is high. Taking an aero hydraulic manifold as object, three-dimensional model was established and stress intensity was analyzed by finite element. By comparing with the traditional hydraulic manifold, the flow characteristics and pressure loss of different runners are systematically studied. The selective laser melting aero hydraulic manifold was developed. The result shows that compared with traditional machined manifold, the weight of additive manifold is reduced by more than 55%, and the runner pressure loss is reduced by more than 20% on average. It has significant advantages in lightweight, energy saving for the aero hydraulic manifold, providing a reference for the design and manufacture of aero hydraulic manifold.

燃气轮机进气滤筒动态清灰效果评价

摘要:针对目前在燃机进气段广泛应用的燃机进气滤筒缺乏清灰效果评价方法和标准的现状,基于一般通风过滤器EN779标准的试验方法,针对燃机需求设计了滤筒脉冲喷吹性能评价指标并开发了一种实验室试验系统;利用该试验系统对几种典型滤筒进行测试比较后发现,脉冲喷吹后过滤效率均没有下降;同时揭示了不同材质滤筒在脉冲喷吹后的清灰性能,指出复原率能够较好地反映滤筒的动态清灰性能,可以考虑将其作为效果评价的主要指标。相关成果可为相关从业人员的设计、选型和科研提供参考。

Evaluation on Dynamic Dust Removal Effect of Gas

Turbine Intake Filter Cartridge

Abstract: Filter cartridges with dynamic dust removal function are widely used in gas turbine generator sets, but the evaluation methods and standards of ash cleaning effect are lacking. Based on the test method of general ventilation filter EN779 standard, and starting from the gas turbine reliability and energy saving demand, the evaluation index of the filter cartrid-pulse injection performance was designed and a laboratory test system was developed. The experimental system was used to test and compare several typical cartridges. It was found that the filtration efficiency did not decrease after pulse injection. At the same time, the dust removal performance of the cartridges made of different materials after pulse injection is revealed, and the recovery rate can better reflect the dynamic dust removal performance of the cartridges, which can be considered as the main index of effect evaluation. The relevant results can provide reference for the design, type selection and scientific research of related practitioners.

四柱液压机底缸结构改进

摘要: 某台四柱油压机的底缸柱塞容易与导向套产生摩擦,从而导致柱塞刮花,进而发展为从柱塞密封处漏油,该型底缸用密封件经常使用寿命仅为6个月,与底缸配合的柱塞、导向套等零件寿命也不超过2年,对企业生产造成极大困扰。因此,经过分析研究得出是底缸密封设计存在严重问题,从而导致故障经常发生,为此重新设计改造了新型结构的底缸零部件,解决了生产漏油等故障问题,创造了较可观的经济效益。

比例阀滞环、颤震与PWM驱动研究

摘要: 该文对比例阀滞环、颤震与PWM驱动进行了研究。比例阀滞环的存在会降低开环控制系统的重复精度,开环控制比例阀在线圈驱动电流上叠加颤振改善滞环,放大器颤振频率调整范围是50~450 Hz。这个频率范围涵盖了绝大多数开环比例阀的最佳PWM寄生颤振频率,一般来说,更低的颤振频率可以得到更小的流量曲线滞环。

Research on Hysteresis, Chatter and PWM Drive of Proportional Valve

Abstract: The hysteresis, chatter and PWM drive of proportional valve are studied in this paper. The existence of the hysteresis of the proportional valve will reduce the repetition accuracy of the open-loop control system. The flutter of the open-loop control proportional valve is superimposed on the coil drive current to improve the hysteresis. The flutter frequency adjustment range of the amplifier is 50~450 Hz. This frequency range covers the best PWM parasitic flutter frequency for most open-loop proportional valves. In general, lower flutter frequency results in smaller flow curve hysteresis.

高压金属软管失效分析及可靠性优化

摘要: 基于一起软管泄漏故障,以金属软管为研究对象,通过对故障件断口进行宏观和微观检验、组织及成分分析,完成了故障机理分析,明确了故障发生原因。结果表明:泄漏原因为金属波纹管开裂,裂纹位于焊缝融合线附近的热影响区,波纹管开裂失效原因为疲劳损伤累积导致的结构强度退化,失效模式为弯曲疲劳开裂,断面未见材料缺陷及主成分异常。根据故障原因和失效分析结果,提出了高压金属软管的抗疲劳及可靠性优化措施。文中对高压金属软管开裂的故障分析过程及提出的优化措施,为类似故障的分析和预防以及可靠性提升提供了参考依据。

Failure Analysis and Reliability Optimization of High-pressure Metal Hose

Abstract: Based on a hose leakage fault, taking metal hose as the research object, the failure mechanism was analyzed and the cause of the failure was clarified through the macroscopic and microscopic inspection, microstructure and composition analysis of the fracture of the faulty part. The results show that the reason of leakage is the cracking of metal bellows, and the cracks are located in the heat-affected zone near the weld fusion line. The cracking failure reason of bellows is the structural strength degradation caused by the accumulation of fatigue damage, and the failure mode is bending fatigue cracking. The material defects and principal component abnormality are not found in the fracture. The anti-fatigue and reliability optimization measures of high-pressure metal hose are put forward accord to the failure cause and failure analysis results. The fault analysis process of high-pressure metal hose cracking and the optimization measures provide a reference for similar fault analysis and prevention and reliability improvement.

摘要: 针对断路器实际工作过程中操作机构存在问题,基于产品结构及工作原理分析,确定了存在问题液压部件,研究了控制阀产生故障原因,并对控制阀进行优化设计。介绍了所设计电液控制阀结构特点及工作原理,通过试验对比分析优化前后控制阀性能。由试验结果可知,优化后电液控制阀满足断路器机械特性,确保了断路器的互换性,且稳定性、可靠性大幅提升。

Fault Analysis and Optimization Design of Hydraulic Mechanism

Abstract:  Aiming at the problems existing in the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker in the actual working process, based on the analysis of product structure and working principle, the existing hydraulic components are determined, the causes of the problems of the control valve are studied, and the control valve is optimized. The structural characteristics and working principle of the designed electro-hydraulic control valve are introduced. The performance of the control valve before and after optimization is compared and analyzed through experiments. The test results show that the optimized electro-hydraulic control valve meets the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker, ensures the interchangeability of the circuit breaker, and greatly improves the stability and reliability.

Design of an Ultra-low Opening Pressure Safety Valve

Abstract:  Aming at the characteristics of low opening and high sealing requirement of safety valve used in aircraft radar system, this paper analyzes whether its performance meets the requirements of relevant indexes by mathematical modeling and numerical analysis. Based on the channel optimization method, a fluid analysis model is established by using WORKBENCH finite element analysis software, and the flow field is analyzed. 基于CAN的电磁阀内孔及阀芯磨损检测传感器设计

摘要: 电磁阀阀芯频繁动作后易受磨损却无法及时发现并进行维护,设计一种用于电磁阀内孔及阀芯磨损检测传感器。传感器采用电容式原理,增加信号调理电路、单片机控制核心及CAN总线协议接口。传感器、显示仪表或测控系统之间通过线缆连接,解决电磁阀阀芯磨损传感器监测问题,CAN总线根据实际工况选择不同的通信速率和通信距离,降低了现场布线难度。通过连续多点采样电磁阀动作过程中传感器电压输出,分析该系列采样点的线性关系,求解其斜率,根据斜率变化可进行电磁阀阀芯磨损状况实时监测。实验表明,在该文的实验装置条件下,当阀芯、阀孔磨损单个磨损或磨损之和达到0.03 mm后,综合的线性预测的曲线斜率为小于-66,内泄漏等级超过了C级,此时传感器能检测磨损不可用状态。

Wear Detection Sensor for Inner Hole and Valve Core of Solenoid Valve with CAN

Abstract:  The solenoid valve spool is vulnerable to wear after frequent actions, cannot be detected and maintained in time. A sensor for wear detection of the inner hole and spool of the solenoid valve is designed. The sensor adopts the capacitive principle, and adds a signal conditioning circuit, a single-chip control core and a CAN bus protocol interface. The sensors, display instruments or measurement and control systems are connected by cables to solve the problem of monitoring the wear sensor of the solenoid valve spool. The CAN bus selects different communication rates and communication distances according to the actual working conditions, which reduces the difficulty of on-site wiring. Through the sensor voltage output of the continuous multipoint sampling solenoid valve action, the linear relationship of the series of sampling points is analyzed to solve the slope of the solenoid valve core can be monitored according to the slope change. The experiment shows that under the condition of the experimental device, when the sum of the single wear or wear of the valve core and valve hole reaches 0.03mm, the comprehensive linear predicted curve slope is less than -66, and the internal leakage level exceeds C, and the sensor can detect the wear unavailable state.

摘要: 介绍了一种一体式智能型电液执行器,总结阐述了执行机构的工作原理和关键技术:一体化、智能化、齿轮齿条液压缸设计、内置液压单元、力矩测量、多种控制方式和液压手动泵技术等。产品具有系统简单,运行可靠,操作方便、控制精度高和保护功能完善等特点,是中石油油气管道关键设备国产化项目之一,通过了工业性试验和第三方测试,并批量成功应用于中俄原油管道等国家重点工程,替代进口产品,成功实现了国产化应用。

Abstract:  This paper introduces an integrated intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator, summarizes and expounds the working principle and key technologies of the actuator: integration, intelligence, design of rack and pinion hydraulic cylinder, built-in hydraulic unit, torque measurement, multiple control modes and hydraulic manual pump technology.The product has the characteristics of simple system, reliable operation, convenient operation, high control accuracy and perfect protection function. It is one of the key equipment localization projects of PetroChina oil and gas pipeline. It has passed industrial tests and third-party tests, and has been successfully applied in batch to national key projects such as China Russia crude oil pipeline, replacing imported products, and has successfully achieved localization application.

摘要: 随着储氢技术和液化天然气(LNG)等技术的发展,越来越多的气体介质低温液化储运技术得到广泛的运用。2021年报批的《低温装置用密封垫片》行业标准,填补了垫片制造领域该产品相关标准的空白。标准虽未正式发布,但主要内容和技术指标均已确定并经过试验验证。为增进企业对该标准的理解,对标准的主要内容、试验验证步骤进行了梳理,便于企业参照使用该标准,提高对应产品的质量。

Standard Interpretation of  “Gaskets for Cryogenic Device”

Abstract:  With the development of hydrogen storage technology and liquified natural gas (LNG), more and more low temperature liquefaction storage and transportation technologies of gas medium have been applied widely. The trade standard “Gaskets for cryogenic device” in machinery area approbated application in 2021 fill the blank in the gasket production field. Though the standard is waiting for formally published, the main content and specifications were tested and verified, which were shown in this article in order to enhance understanding and using of this standard for the enterprises to improve the quality of gaskets for cryogenic device.

卡套式管接头密封失效分析及仿真优化研究

摘要:介绍了卡套式管接头的密封原理,分析了引起卡套式管接头密封失效的原因,并利用有限元软件对卡套刃口结构进行了优化改进,结果表明改进刃口结构尺寸可促使卡套与硬管的密封结合面紧密接触。经试验验证,改进效果明显,为实际应用中卡套式管接头的优化设计提供了依据。

Research on Sealing Failure Analysis and Simulation Optimization of Cone Connectors

Abstract: By introducing the sealing principle of cone connectors, the causes of sealing failure of cone connectors are analyzed. Then it optimizes and improves the cutting edge structure using software. The results show that the sealing surface between the ferrule and the hard tube can be tightened by improving the structural size of the cutting edge. The improvement effect is verified through experiments. It provides a basis for solving the oil leakage problem of cone connectors in practical application.

发动机缸盖用冲刺复合垫片性能研究

摘要: 石墨冲刺复合垫片具有良好的回弹性、压缩性、密封性、耐高温高压等优点,是发动机气缸盖常用的一种垫片。首先使用300T高温通用型密封件检测设备完成了20℃常温条件与100℃高温条件下复合垫片的机械性能试验。结果表明,常温条件下垫片的压缩率为21.33%,回弹率为28.30%;高温条件下垫片的压缩率为20.47%,回弹率为32.77%,满足发动机气缸垫技术要求。然后进行了垫片的密封性能试验,试验表明载荷为35 MPa时,泄漏率为0.08×10-3 mm3/s,垫片的密封性能良好。最后采用Workbench软件对发动机停车、启动和正常运转3种工况下气缸垫的密封性能进行了模拟,分析表明螺栓预紧力应大于52.5 kN可满足密封要求。

Research on Performance of Sprinting Composite Gasket for Engine Cylinder Head

Abstract: Graphite sprint composite gasket has the advantages of good resilience, compressibility, tightness, high temperature and high pressure resistance, etc. It is a commonly used gasket for engine cylinder heads. Firstly, the mechanical performance test of the composite gasket under normal temperature and high temperature conditions was completed. The results indicated that the compression rate of the gasket under normal temperature conditions was 21.33%, and the rebound rate was 28.30%; the compression ratio of the gasket under high temperature conditions was 20.47%, and the rebound rate was 32.77%. The performance was qualified and met the technical requirements for engine cylinder gaskets. Secondly, the sealing performance test of the gasket was completed. When the load was 35 MPa, the leakage rate was 0.08×10-3mm3/s, and the sealing performance of the cylinder gasket was good. Finally, using Workbench software to simulate the sealing performance of the cylinder head gasket under different working conditions, analysis shows that in order to achieve good sealing effect under three working conditions, the preload of bolts shall be greater than 52.5 kN.

新能源工程车液压系统的密封性与冷却油液流动特性分析

摘要:为确保新能源工程车液压系统的稳定工作,分别采用试验测试和数值仿真方法对其密封性能和冷却油液的流场特性进行了分析与研究。设计出一种液压系统密封性测试平台,实时检测油压、温度和活塞行程等参数,通过真空压差法得出含气量的变化特性。建立冷却油液的泵内CFD模型,得出稳态压力场和速度场。结果表明:压力对含气量检测误差率的影响较大,靠近叶片的区域更容易产生振动和气蚀问题。

Analysis on Sealing Performance and Coolant Flow Characteristics of

Hydraulic System for New Energy Engineering Vehicle

Abstract:  In order to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system of engineering vehicle, the sealing performance and the flow field characteristics of cooling oil are analyzed and studied by means of experimental test and numerical simulation. A hydraulic system sealing test platform is designed to detect the parameters such as oil pressure, temperature and piston stroke in real time, and the variation characteristics of gas content are obtained by vacuum differential pressure method. The CFD model of cooling oil in pump is established, and the steady-state pressure field and velocity field are obtained. The results show that the pressure has a great influence on the error rate of gas content detection, and the area near the blade is more prone to vibration and cavitation.

延长高含硫天然气田机械密封运行周期技术研究

摘要: 在高含硫气田开发砜胺液脱硫脱碳工艺中,砜胺液泵是天然气净化装置采用机械密封作为轴封的最关键机泵,也是整个净化工艺系统最为重要的多级离心泵。砜胺液泵机械密封失效频繁、清洗置换隔离繁琐、备件费用高、检修周期和备件采购周期长,是转动设备专业日常维护的重点和难点。该文从机泵的工艺工况、机械密封设计制造、设备运行、密封管理、冲洗方案及密封维护等多方面探寻制约砜胺液泵机械密封长周期运行的关键点,发现了半贫泵机封轴套与泵轴不同步是机械密封失效的根本原因,通过在主轴上钻取沉孔固定机械密封轴套的方式能够可靠且稳定地延长机械密封运行周期以及高压泵机械密封内部存在固体杂质是机械密封失效的根本原因,通过优化机械密封内部结构和增加外部冲洗的方式能够延长机械密封运行周期。

Technical Study on Prolonging the Operation Cycle of Mechanical

Seals for High Sour Natural Gas Fields

Abstract:  In the sulfone amine desulfurization and decarbonization process of high sulfur gas field development, the sulfone amine liquid pump is the most critical pump in the natural gas purification unit that uses mechanical seal as the shaft seal, and is also the most important multi-stage centrifugal pump in the whole purification process system. Frequent mechanical seal failures of sulfone amine pump, tedious cleaning, replacement and isolation, high cost of spare parts, long maintenance cycle and spare parts procurement cycle are the key and difficult points of daily maintenance of rotating equipment. This paper explores the key points that restrict the long-term operation of the mechanical seal of sulfone amine liquid pump from the aspects of process conditions, mechanical seal design and manufacturing, equipment operation, seal management, flushing scheme and seal maintenance of the pump, and finds that the rotation out of sync between the seal sleeve of semi lean pump and the pump shaft is the root cause of mechanical seal failure, The way of drilling counterbore on the main shaft to fix the shaft sleeve of the mechanical seal can reliably and stably extend the operating cycle of the mechanical seal. The existence of solid impurities in the mechanical seal of the high-pressure pump is the root cause of the failure of the mechanical seal. The operating cycle of the mechanical seal can be extended by optimizing the internal structure of the mechanical seal and increasing the external flushing.
