气动消声技术研究现状及发展趋势

摘要:消声技术是噪声处理的核心技术之一,在噪声防治和治理中起到关键作用。随着科技的进步以及人们生活质量的提高,对工作环境和生活环境中的噪声提出了较高的要求。该文对气动消声技术进行了介绍,主要从气动消声技术分类、气动消声技术现存问题和气动消声技术发展趋势三方面进行介绍,为气动消声技术理论研究、性能优化及发展方向提供一定的帮助。

This paper introduces the pneumatic silencing technology mainly from the technical classification the existing problem and the development trend In order to provides some help in the theoretical study the performance optimization and the development trend.

数字比例分流阀的结构设计及仿真分析

摘要:针对现有分流阀结构复杂、压力损失大、抗污染能力差、分流精度不稳定、分流比不可调等问题,该文设计了一种通过滚珠丝杆机构连接阀芯与伺服电机,通过伺服电机驱动的滑阀式数字比例分流阀。首先确定其工作原理和三维结构,然后对主要部件的尺寸进行了设计,最后通过建模,利用仿真软件对阀芯结构进行比较分析,建立不同结构下阀芯位移和出油口流量的数值关系,及阀芯位移与分流比的数值关系。研究表明,当采用90°铣刀加工V型节流槽时该阀不仅结构简单、还具有分流比可调、线性好等优点。

Structural Design and Simulation Analysis of Digital Proportional Shunt Valve

Abstract:  Aiming at the problems of the existing diverter valve such as complex structure, large pressure loss, poor anti-pollution ability, unstable diversion accuracy, and non-adjustable diversion ratio, this paper designs a ball screw mechanism that connects the valve core and the servo motor. Motor driven spool type digital proportional diverter valve. First determine its working principle and three-dimensional structure, then design the size of the main components, and finally use simulation software to calculate and analyze the valve core structure through modeling, establish the numerical relationship between the valve core displacement and the oil outlet flow, and the valve numerical relationship between core displacement and split ratio. The research shows that when the V-shaped throttling groove is machined with a 90° milling cutter, the valve not only has a simple structure, but also has the advantages of adjustable split ratio and good linearity.

基于PLC的液控分拣机械臂设计与研究

摘要:随着科学技术水平的提高,机械臂逐渐代替人力应用于工业生产中,实现货物的装卸、搬运及分拣等工作。传统球坐标机械臂由于承受自重及货物负载,导致转动角度及控制精度较差。对此,基于传统球坐标机械臂及PLC控制原理,设计了新型五自由度液控机械臂。该机械臂以液压为驱动力,通过PLC控制程序实现对机械臂的运动控制,完成生产线中物料的自动分拣,其应用大幅降低了人工劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

Design and Research of Hydraulic Control Sorting Manipulator with PLC

Abstract: With the improvement of science and technology, the manipulator is gradually applied in industrial production instead of manpower to realize the loading, unloading, handling and sorting of goods. The traditional spherical coordinate manipulator bears self weight and cargo load, resulting in poor rotation angle and control accuracy. Based on the traditional spherical coordinate manipulator and PLC control principle, a new five degree of freedom hydraulic control manipulator is designed. The mechanical arm takes hydraulic pressure as the driving force, realizes the motion control of the mechanical arm through PLC control program, and completes the automatic sorting of materials in the production line. Its application greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the production efficiency.

基于动态规划算法的液压驱动机械臂运动控制研究

摘要:液压驱动机械臂运动控制系统是一种时变且强耦合的非线性控制系统,在面对复杂的作业场景中需要更为精确的运动规划,针对液压驱动机械臂运动控制系统运动轨迹控制精度问题,在液压驱动机械臂运动学模型基础上,对传感器输出信号进行双闭环平均值滤波处理,通过对机械臂逆运动学进行求解,采用动态规划控制算法对液压驱动机械臂进行运动轨迹的最优控制,最后在液压驱动机械臂集成测试环境中验证算法的可靠性和准确性,实验结果表明,采用动态规划算法能够快速提升液压机械臂的运动控制精确度,满足机械臂的实时控制需求。

Research on Motion Control of Hydraulic Driven Manipulator

Based on Dynamic Programming Algorithm

Abstract:  The motion control system of hydraulic driven manipulator is a time-varying and strongly coupled nonlinear control system. In the face of complex operation scenarios, more accurate motion planning is required. Aiming at the problem of motion trajectory control accuracy of hydraulic driven manipulator motion control system, based on the kinematic model of hydraulic driven manipulator, The sensor output signal is filtered by double closed-loop average value. By solving the inverse kinematics of the manipulator, the dynamic programming control algorithm is used to optimize the motion trajectory of the hydraulically driven manipulator. Finally, the reliability and accuracy of the algorithm are verified in the integrated test environment of the hydraulically driven manipulator. The experimental results show that, The dynamic programming algorithm can quickly improve the motion control accuracy of the hydraulic manipulator and meet the real-time control requirements of the manipulator.

球式配流阀内空化数研究

摘要:针对配流阀吸水过程发生空化带来水压泵容积效率低的问题,作者以表征空化特征的空化数为角度,分析了影响配流阀空化数变化的主要因素,开展了配流阀吸水过程相关实验和AMESim仿真研究。结果表明,泵腔内压力变化随工况不同而变化,全工况内的实验与仿真计算所得空化数变化趋势一致。利用阀配流系统模型综合对比了柱塞直径、柱塞行程、阀座锥角、入口直径、余隙容积各特征参数对空化数的影响,得出高转速下各因素对吸水空化程度的影响规律,结果发现,阀座锥角和入口直径不影响空化初始时间,阀座锥角变小后空化程度会有波动变化;柱塞直径和行程的大小只会影响空化发生的先后,并不改变最小空化数;余隙容积增大可显著减小吸水空化发生的时间。

Study on Cavitation Number in Ball Distribution Valve

Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of low volume efficiency of hydraulic pump caused by cavitation in the suction process of valve, the author analyzes the main factors affecting the change of cavitation number of valve from the perspective of cavitation number, which represents the cavitation characteristics, and carries out related experiments and AMESim simulation research on the suction process of valve. The results show that the variation of the pressure in the pump cavity varies with the different working conditions, and the variation trend of the cavitation number in the whole working conditions is consistent with that of the simulation calculation. Comparison of valve with flow system model integrated the plunger diameter, piston stroke, the seat Angle, inlet diameter, clearance volume each characteristic parameters influence on cavitation number, it is concluded that under the high speed the influence law of various factors on the water absorption degree of cavitation, the results show that the seat cone Angle and inlet diameter does not affect the cavitation initial time, the seat Angle decreases after the degree of cavitation can fluctuate change; The plunger diameter and stroke size only affect the sequence of cavitation occurrence, and do not change the minimum cavitation number. The increase of clearance volume can significantly reduce the time of water absorption cavitation.

机械密封端面摩擦机理及其声发射信号特性研究

摘要:分析了机械密封端面摩擦机理,根据端面的摩擦机理,选用声发射信号(Acoustic EmissionAE),作为表征密封端面摩擦状态的监测信号,建立了基于AE信号的密封端面摩擦状态的监测模型。根据机械密封的工程应用需求,将密封端面工作状态分为三种类型:边界摩擦状态、混合摩擦状态和流体润滑状态,利用采集的声发射信号和建立的监测模型,能够有效地识别密封端面的工作状态,识别率大于70%

Study on Friction Mechanism and Acoustic Emission Characteristics of Mechanical Seal Face

Abstract: The basic friction mechanism of the seal face was analyzed. According to the friction mechanism of the seal face, the acoustic emission signal was selected as the characteristic signal of the seal face friction state, and the monitoring model of the seal face friction state was established. According to the engineering application requirements of seal, the working state of seal face is divided into three types: contact friction state, mixed friction state and fluid lubrication state. Based on the collected acoustic emission signals and the established monitoring model, the working state of seal face can be effectively identified, and the recognition rate is more than 88%.

离心泵设计方法及基于CFX的性能仿真系统研究

The model is simulated by CFD with CFX, and the different parameters of volute and impeller are adjusted for optimization.

不同攻角下圆方组合棱柱流致振动特性研究

摘要:以圆柱和方柱组合柱体为研究对象,采用二维非稳态RANS数值模拟方法,研究了4种组合柱体在不同攻角下的气动特性和流动特性。研究结果表明:各柱体均有驰振现象发生,1C柱体驰振响应明显低于其他柱体。各柱体在所有攻角下,Strouhal数呈现先上升后降低的趋势,最后趋于平稳;在所研究的各柱体中,1C柱体的气动特性最优,8C柱体气动特性最差;对各柱体的流动模式进行了分析,在5°风向角附近时,各柱体主要为主分离流动模式,在20° ~ 45°之间流动模式由单一次级涡向合并涡转变。

Research on Flow-Induced Vibration Characteristics of Cir-squa

Prism with Different Attack Angles

Abstract: The cir-squa prism is taken as research object. The two-dimensional unsteady RANS numerical method is used to study the aerodynamic and flow characteristics of four combined cylinders at different angles of attact. The result of research shows that the galloping phenomenon of each cylinder occurred, and the galloping response of 1C cylinder significantly lower than that of other cylinder. At all angles of attack of each cylinder, the Strouhal number shows a trend of increase firstly, then decrease, and become constant at last. Among the each cylinders of studied, the aerodynamic of the 1C cylinder is the best, and that of the 8C cylinder is the woest. The flow pattern of each cylinder is analyzed. The each cylinders is mainly the main separation flow pattern with 5° wind attack angle. The flow pattern transfers from single secondary vortex to vortex merging with 20° and 45° wind attack angle.

摘要:为了研究轴流泵反转作液力透平的压力脉动特性,选取一轴流式液力透平为研究对象,在导叶前、叶轮与导叶之间和叶轮后分别选取3个截断面,每个断面上沿轮缘至轮毂分别布置3个监测点,应用CFD软件进行数值计算,得到液力透平运行时不同监测点处压力脉动时域图与压力脉动频域图并分析其内部规律。结果表明:叶轮内压力脉动频率是由导叶通过频率决定的,且与导叶和叶轮之间的距离呈现负相关的趋势;叶片通过频率是导叶内脉动频率的主要决定因素,同时叶轮动静干涉作用对导叶内压力脉动的影响较大;各个交接面和出口段压力脉动主要受叶轮干涉作用影响。

Research on Pressure Pulsation Characteristics of Axial Flow Hydraulic Turbine

Abstract:  In order to study the pressure pulsation characteristics of axial flow pump reverse acting hydraulic turbine, an axial flow hydraulic turbine was selected as the research object. Three truncated surfaces were selected in front of guide vane, between impeller and guide vane and behind impeller, and three monitoring points were arranged along the rim to the hub on each section. CFD software was used for numerical calculation. The pressure pulsation time domain diagram and frequency domain diagram at different monitoring points during the operation of hydraulic turbine are obtained and their internal laws are analyzed. The results show that the pressure pulsation frequency in the impeller is determined by the guide vane passing frequency, and is negatively correlated with the distance between the guide vane and the impeller. The blade passing frequency is the main determinant of the pulsation frequency in the guide vane, and the dynamic and static interference has a great influence on the pressure pulsation in the guide vane. The pressure pulsation of each interface and outlet section is mainly affected by impeller interference.

混合式油气混输泵内部流动分析

摘要:为分析混合式油气混输泵内部流动情况、探索混合式叶轮结构对混输泵性能的影响,该文基于Pro/EFluent等软件,对混合式油气混输泵建立全三维流场。并采用Mixture多相流模型、 Standard k-epsilon湍流模型以及基于Pressure-Velocity耦合计算的Simple C算法。以理想状态的水和空气作为多相介质,通过改变含气率(GVF)等工况,分析了混合式油气混输泵的内部流动情况,以及不同外径的混流式叶轮对油气混输泵外特性的影响。结果表明:混合式油气混输泵相较于原型泵的扬程和效率得到提高,混流式叶轮内的气液分布较为均匀,随着混流式叶轮外径的增大,扬程提高越明显;在相同混流式叶轮外径下,随含气率提高,扬程逐渐下降,叶轮出口边出现气液分离,但流道内湍动能基本不发生变化。

Analysis on the Internal Flow of a Hybrid Oil-gas Mixed Pump

Abstract:  In order to analyze the internal flow of the hybrid oil-gas mixed pump and explore the influence of the hybrid impeller structure on the performance of the mixed pump, this paper established a full three-dimensional flow field for the hybrid oil-gas mixed pump based on software such as Pro/E and Fluent. And adopt Mixture multiphase flow model, Standard k-epsilon turbulence model and Simple C algorithm based on Pressure-Velocity coupling calculation. Using ideal water and air as the multiphase medium, by changing the gas content (GVF) and other working conditions, the internal flow of the hybrid oil-gas mixed pump is analyzed, and the mixed-flow impellers with different outer diameters are used for the oil-gas mixed pump. The influence of external characteristics. The results show that the head and efficiency of the hybrid oil-gas mixed pump are improved compared with the prototype pump. The gas-liquid distribution in the mixed-flow impeller is more uniform. With the increase of the outer diameter of the mixed-flow impeller, the increase in the head is more obvious; Under the outer diameter of the mixed-flow impeller, the head gradually decreases as the gas content increases, and gas-liquid separation occurs at the outlet of the impeller, but the turbulent kinetic energy in the flow channel basically does not change.

混合动力汽车底盘液压控制系统集成化诊断方法研究

摘要:底盘液压控制系统是混合动力汽车底盘域中关键的系统,针对混合动力汽车底盘液压控制系统故障诊断精度下降,故障诊断覆盖率过低的问题,在混合动力汽车底盘液压控制系统结构和集成化诊断拓扑结构基础上,构建了关键部件的精细化模型,采用分段故障阈值方法对底盘液压控制系统进行故障检测,并对故障检测结果进行防抖处理,在构建的混合动力汽车底盘液压控制系统故障模拟实验平台进行故障注入试验,实验结果表明,所采用的故障诊断方法能够提高故障诊断速率和覆盖率,确保故障诊断精度。

Research on Integrated Diagnosis Method of Chassis Hydraulic

Abstract:  Chassis hydraulic control system is a key system in the chassis domain of hybrid electric vehicle. In view of the decline of fault diagnosis accuracy and low fault diagnosis coverage of hybrid electric vehicle chassis hydraulic control system, a refined model of key components is constructed based on the structure of hybrid electric vehicle chassis hydraulic control system and integrated diagnosis topology, The segmented fault threshold method is used to detect the fault of the chassis hydraulic control system, and the fault detection results are anti shake processed. The fault injection test is carried out on the fault simulation experimental platform of the hybrid electric vehicle chassis hydraulic control system. The experimental results show that the adopted fault diagnosis method can improve the fault diagnosis rate and coverage, Ensure the accuracy of fault diagnosis.

齿轮泵吸油口真空度研究

摘要:齿轮泵在安装使用过程有一个重要性能指标,那就是齿轮泵吸油口真空度。一般需要用户保证齿轮泵安装中吸油口距离油箱液面高度不得超过0.5 m以上,避免齿轮泵吸油口真空度太高造成齿轮泵吸空现象。吸油口真空度在JB/T 7041《液压齿轮泵》标准中对齿轮泵自吸试验步骤的描述比较简单,在实际生产过程中不具有指导性作用,因而各齿轮泵生产厂家对真空度定义的理解和实际意义以及自吸试验的实际操作也千姿百态。该文通过对真空度定义的阐述,并对齿轮泵吸油口真空度产生的机理进行理论分析,结合多年的齿轮泵设计、生产经验,并对比国内一些现行检测方法提出一种实操简单的齿轮泵自吸试验方法。

Research on Gear Pump Inport Vacuum Degree

Abstract:  Gear pump in the process of installation and use of an important performance index, that is, the gear pump suction nozzle vacuum can not be too high, generally need to ensure that the user of the pump installation oil suction nozzle from the oil tank liquid height shall not exceed 0.5m above, to avoid the gear pump suction nozzle vacuum caused by too high gear pump suction phenomenon. Vacuum oil suction mouth as an important performance parameter of gear pump products, in the current JB/T 7041 standard for hydraulic gear pump in the description of the gear pump self-priming test steps is simple, has no guiding role in the process of practical production, thus the pump manufacturer's understanding of vacuum is defined and the practical significance and imbibition test actual operation is also various. In this paper, through the definition of vacuum degree, and the mechanism of vacuum degree generation of gear pump suction port is theoretically analyzed, combined with years of experience in design and production of gear pump, and compared with some existing domestic detection methods, a simple practical operation of the gear pump self-pription test scheme.

摘要:采用三维设计软件对一款液压绞车进行了结构设计,介绍了其工作原理。通过对液压绞车的强度和刚性分析,得出其卷筒为关键结构件。采用ANSYS有限元软件对液压绞车中的卷筒进行了三维建模和应力、变形研究。通过有限元分析,说明了该液压绞车中卷筒的机械结构强度及刚度符合要求。

Abstract: The structure of a hydraulic winch is designed with 3d design software, and its working principle is introduced. By analysing its strength and rigidity, it is conducted that the drum in the hydraulic winch is the key structure part. the 3-D model of the drum is carried out by using the finite element analysis ANSYS, and its stress and deformation is studied through finite element analysis. it is verified that the mechanical structure strength and stiffness of the drum in the hydraulic winch meet the requirements.

锚杆钻车冷却系统分析及优化

摘要: 基于煤矿井下锚杆钻车液压系统工作原理,分析了液压系统压力损失和热平衡,绘制了系统热能循环图,根据能量守恒、热平衡原理得出了该锚杆钻车发热总功率计算公式。针对目前锚杆钻车冷却系统存在的问题,提出了强制循环冷却的冷却方法。实验表明,锚杆钻车液压油温与液压系统总效率和工作回路等因素有关;通过强制循环冷却可解决锚杆钻车油温过高的问题;该冷却系统的设计为同类型锚杆钻车液压系统的设计提供了参考。

Analysis and Optimization of Cooling System for Rock Bolt Drilling Rig

Abstract: Based on the working principle of the hydraulic system of the rock bolt drilling rig in the coal mine, the pressure loss and heat balance of the hydraulic system were analyzed, and the thermal energy cycle diagram of the system was drawn. Aiming at the problems existing in the cooling system of the current rock bolt drilling rig, a cooling method of forced circulation cooling is proposed. Experiments show that the hydraulic oil temperature of the rocker drilling rig is related to factors such as the total efficiency of the hydraulic system and the working circuit; forced circulation cooling can solve the problem of excessive oil temperature of the rocker drilling rig; the cooling system is designed for the same type of rocker drilling rig. The design of the hydraulic system of the vehicle provides a reference.

基于国产振动缸的液压系统改造及应用浅析

摘要: 针对某钢铁公司2#连铸机结晶器振动控制液压系统存在高功耗、高故障率、伺服振动缸维护便利性差且工作寿命短的弊端,采用了更换振动单元及振动缸装置,增加振动蓄能控制阀台,改造回油蓄能装置及优化振动液压站工作参数等一系列措施很好解决了原有系统存在的缺陷。在改造并应用了由中国重型机械研究院自主研制的长寿命振动缸装置和液压系统后,现有结晶器振动液压系统具有节能、维护成本低、维护便利及振动缸装置使用寿命长的特点,投入使用以来取得了良好的经济效益。

Revamping and Application of Hydraulic System with Domestic Oscillation Cylinder

Abstract:  The original mould oscillation hydraulic system of the steel plant 2# slab caster had the defects of high power consumption, high failure rate, inconvenient maintenance and short service life of the oscillation cylinder unit. The following methods such as changing new oscillation unit and cylinder unit, adding new servo-control hydraulic valve stand, revamping the return oil accumulator unit, and optimizing the parameter of the hydraulic station were applied into the original system and all the defects were solved. Now, the long-life oscillation cylinder unit and hydraulic system independently developed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute which is used to upgrade and reform, has characteristics of good energy saving effect, low maintenance cost, convenient maintenance and long service-life, and it has achieved good economic benefits since put into use.

温度对连通式油气悬架特性的影响

摘要: 为研究温度对连通式油气悬架特性的影响,基于其工作原理建立连通式油气悬架刚度、阻尼力的数学模型与车辆动力学模型,并在Simulink中搭建车辆整车仿真模型。在三种不同的温度下对连通式油气悬架进行特性试验,结合仿真与试验数据,结果显示:连通式油气悬架在20℃与40℃时的阻尼特性基本不变,当温度达到60℃时,悬架的阻尼特性降低,且油气悬架的仿真与试验误差增大,但曲线变化趋势相同。连通式油气悬架刚度不仅与活塞杆位移有关,并且随着温度的升高而增加,温度越高,刚度增大越快。

The Influence of Temperature on Characteristics of Connected

Hydro Pneumatic Suspension

Abstract:  In order to study the influence of temperature on the characteristics of connected hydro pneumatic suspension, based on its working principle, the mathematical model of stiffness and damping force of connected hydro pneumatic suspension and vehicle dynamics model are established, and the whole vehicle simulation model is built in Simulink. The characteristics of connected hydro pneumatic suspension are tested at three different temperatures. Combined with simulation and test data, the results show that: The damping characteristics of the connected hydro pneumatic suspension are basically unchanged at 20 and 40, when the temperature reaches 60, the damping characteristic of the suspension decreases, and the simulation and test error of hydro pneumatic suspension increases, but the curve change trend is the same. The stiffness of connected hydro pneumatic suspension is not only related to the displacement of piston rod, but also increases with the increase of temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the stiffness increases.

起重机械流量引导型液压平衡系统仿真研究

摘要:在起重机械液压系统中,平衡系统对操控性能影响非常重要。为了改善平衡阀在开启过程中的特性,首先提出了一种控制口流量引导型平衡阀的原理,并通过AMESim仿真与普通控制口流量抑制型平衡阀进行对比。仿真结果表明控制流量引导型平衡系统具有明显的优势,缓冲时间长且无压力冲击。然后,利用仿真软件对控制口流量引导型平衡阀的各参数进行分析,总结其对平衡阀性能的影响。所进行的研究工作对于起重机械液压平衡系统的优化提供了依据。

The Simulation Research of Crane's Flow-guiding Balance Hydraulic System

Abstract:  The balance hydraulic system is extremely important to the control performance of crane's hydraulic system. In order to improve features when balance valve is opening, a flow-guiding balance hydraulic valve is advanced first, and then compared with the common flow-inhibiting balance valve by the simulation of AMESim. The simulation results show the flow-guiding balance hydraulic valve has obvious advantages of longer buffer time and no pressure impact. Then it analyses the parameters of the flow-guiding balance hydraulic valve by simulation and summarizes the influence on the performance of balance valve. The research provides foundation for optimization of crane's balance hydraulic system.

一种圆柱分度凸轮液压装载机故障诊断方法

摘要:圆柱分度凸轮是一种重要的间歇式运动机构,针对液压装载机动态装载中极易出现圆柱分度凸轮惯性载荷,导致装载机运动稳定性下降的问题,在圆柱分度凸轮机构工作原理和液压装载机部件结构基础上,设计了液压装载机的故障诊断系统,通过获取圆柱分度凸轮机构运动特性值,输入到神经网络模型中进行训练,提取到相关的故障信息作为液压装载机的故障诊断系统的输入进行故障诊断,最后在构建的液压装载机实验台架中进行故障模拟试验,试验结果表明所设计的诊断方法能够满足液压装载机的故障诊断目标。

A Fault Diagnosis Method for Cylindrical Indexing Cam Hydraulic Loader

Abstract: Cylindrical indexing cam is an important intermittent motion mechanism. Aiming at the problem that the inertia load of cylindrical indexing cam is easy to appear in the dynamic loading of hydraulic loader, which leads to the decline of the motion stability of loader, based on the working principle of cylindrical indexing cam mechanism and the component structure of hydraulic loader, a fault diagnosis system of hydraulic loader is designed, The motion characteristic values of cylindrical indexing cam mechanism are obtained and input into the neural network model for training. The relevant fault information is extracted as the input of the fault diagnosis system of the hydraulic loader for fault diagnosis. Finally, the fault simulation test is carried out in the constructed hydraulic loader experimental platform, The test results show that the designed diagnosis method can meet the fault diagnosis goal of hydraulic loader.

Abstract:  This paper introduces the structure and working principle of an inverse proportional pressure-relief cartridge valve, aiming at the common problems of similar products, steady state modeling and simulation analysis of inverse proportional pressure-relief cartridge valve with MATLAB, study on the influence of structural parameters on the static characteristics of the valve. 罐车用钢制底阀安全性能液压测试装置设计

摘要:钢制底阀在道路运输危险液体货物过程中时有发生的受撞击或碰撞后破裂或变形导致泄漏、燃爆的潜在危险日益突出,主要因为国内无相应测试装置、无法评价该性能,使该性能成为质量盲点。从钢制底阀的发展现状、材质特性、使用工况、泄漏检测以及国内外标准规定的加载30°变形的安全性能等方面,提出了基于液压推力变形原理的钢制底阀安全性能液压测试装置的设计方案,为解决钢制底阀破裂或变形以及阀座密封关键性能无法评价的行业共性难题提供思路,为完善底阀不同材质性能特性理论研究奠定基础。

Abstract: In the process of road transportation of dangerous liquid goods, the potential danger of leakage and combustion explosion caused by impact or rupture or deformation after collision is increasingly prominent. The main reason is that there is no corresponding test device in China and the performance cannot be evaluated, so that it becomes a quality blind spot. Based on the development status of steel foot valve, material characteristics, working conditions, leakage detection and safety performance of loading 30° deformation stipulated by domestic and foreign standards, the design scheme of hydraulic test device for safety performance of steel foot valve based on hydraulic thrust deformation principle is put forward. It provides ideas for solving the common problems of steel foot valve rupture or deformation and the key performance of valve seat sealing been not evaluated in the industry, and lays a foundation for improving the theoretical research on the performance characteristics of different materials of foot valve.

摘要:针对现有负载口独立控制双阀芯多路阀结构复杂,控制难度大的问题,结合负载敏感压力补偿技术,提出了一种具有三级结构的新型双阀芯多路阀,该阀结构简单紧凑,控制方便可靠,应用场景灵活多变。结合新型双阀芯多路阀在起重机卷扬动作控制上的应用,基于AMESim软件对其进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明新型双阀芯多路阀具有较好的电流-流量特性、负载敏感特性,同时,与传统负载敏感系统相比,该双阀芯多路阀负载敏感系统节能效果优势明显。

基于模糊控制的液压软启动监测系统设计

摘要: 根据液压软启动系统的工作原理,构建液压监测平台,得出不同油膜压力下的压力降变化规律。采用模糊控制方案,基于PLC对液压软启动监测系统的传感监测模块、远程通讯模块和采样滤波电路进行设计,得出不同调速特性下的压力载荷变化规律。研究结果表明:PLC与模糊控制在液压软启动系统的控制上具有良好的兼容效果,在不同载荷下的恒速和调速控制均具有较高的稳定性。

摘要:针对职业院校液压传动技术教学中学生自主学习习惯差、团队合作意识淡薄等突出问题,以所在院校为例进行教学改革,构建基于云班课的线上线下混合式教学模式。主要从教学内容设计、教学实施过程、教学效果评价几个方面进行分析研讨和教学实践,发现课堂缺少网络环境支持、学生缺乏自主控制能力、教师匮乏信息技术手段,提出提高优化校园网络环境、激励引导学生自主学习、广泛开展教师技能培训策略建议,希冀为培养高素质技能型人才尽绵薄之力。

摘要:针对实际工作中,工程机械行走马达AB口需加装溢流阀起安全保护,防止外负载或液压冲击致马达损害。同时工程机械行走系统大多采用闭式液压传动,具有反拖制动能力,故当车辆发生故障时,这一反向制动性能使车辆被拖动行走困难,为此需在回路中采取措施,使拖车时行走马达处于浮动状态。常规设计,需加装3个阀方能实现双向安全保护及浮动功能:在AB口分别加装溢流阀,AB口之间加装换向阀。这样,阀件多致阀组体积大,而工程机械空间一般非常紧凑,影响布置;同时阀件多,故障概率大。针对常规设计缺点,设计了一种双向安全保护及浮动回路,阀组体积小、故障概率小,尤其适合大流量液压系统,只需一个主阀即可完成双向安全、浮动功能。

摘要:液压起重机是最重要的工程机械品种之一,广泛用于各类基础设施建设及维修工程中。卷扬系统是液压起重机的核心子系统。该文针对某型液压起重机卷扬系统出现的抖动问题,进行了详细分析与测试研究,找出了故障原因,并总结得到了此类故障的一般诊断方法。该文提出的方法为液压起重机卷扬系统的抖动故障诊断提供了参考。
