2022年第10期 总第42卷 魏列江1,李健伟1,展鹏1,鲁安卫2,强彦1,杨润雪1 (1.兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050; 2.重庆望江工业有限公司,重庆400000) 摘要:为降减小“高压回流”引起的流量脉动和压力脉动,基于双作用叶片泵的三角减振槽、根据双作用叶片泵的预升压变化过程,设计了一种具有更大通流截面,过渡更加平滑的复合型减振槽。利用PumpLinx软件进行数值模拟,分别监测三角减振槽及复合型减振槽所在的双作用叶片泵流场的出口流量变化和压力变化情况。研究结果表明:当转速在4500~6000 r/min变化时,复合型减振槽比三角减振槽能使出口流量脉动系数分别降低67.6%和67.04%,证明复合型减振槽对降低泵的出口流量脉动和压力脉动的有效性,为双作用叶片泵的结构优化提供一种新的思路。 关键词: 高速;复合型;流量脉动;压力脉动;结构优化

Chongqing Wangjiang Industry Co., Ltd., Chongqing400000, China) Abstract: In order to reduce the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation caused by “high pressure backflow”, based on the triangular vibration damping groove of the double-acting vane pump, and according to the pre-boost pressure change process of the double-acting vane pump, a larger flow cross-section is designed. Smoother compound damping grooves. Using PumpLinx software to carry out numerical simulation, the outlet flow changes and pressure changes of the flow field of the double-acting vane pump where the triangular damping groove and the compound damping groove are located are respectively monitored. The research results show that when the rotational speed varies from 4500 to 6000 r/min, the composite damping groove can reduce the outlet flow pulsation coefficient by 67.6% and 67.04% respectively compared with the triangular damping groove, which proves that the composite damping groove can reduce the outlet flow of the pump. The effectiveness of pulsation and pressure pulsation provides a new idea for the structural optimization of double-acting vane pumps. 赵颖烈 (太重集团榆次液压工业有限公司,山西晋中030600) 摘要:新型工程柱塞泵泵盖铸件的结构特殊,由于泵盖内部有细长且交错的油道,其次泵盖铸件材料为球墨铸铁,因此铸件浇注时内部容易出现油道砂芯断裂、砂芯变形、缩松和气孔缺陷,铸造工艺上保证内部空腔残留铸砂的清洁也是难点。由于此类泵盖较为少见,基于对泵盖的结构进行铸造工艺可行性分析和工艺方案设计,预先进行铸造方案的虚拟仿真验证,确定最终工艺方案后进行浇注试制,首次浇注验证泵盖合格,客户加工装试满足工况条件,成功研制出新型柱塞泵泵盖铸件。 关键词: 铸造工艺性分析;工艺设计与仿真验证;铸件研制合格

As there are long and thin oil passage branches inside the pump cover, the internal structure of the pump cover casting is similar to the hydraulic valve body, and the material of the pump cover casting is nodular cast iron, so the internal oil passage is prone to fracture, deformation, shrinkage and porosity, at the same time, it is difficult to clean the residual casting sand in the internal cavity. As such pump covers are rare, based on the feasibility analysis of the casting process and the design of the process scheme for the structure of the pump cover, the virtual simulation verification of the casting scheme is carried out in advance. After the final process is determined, the mold is made for pouring. The first pouring verifies that the pump cover is qualified, and the customer's processing and assembly meet the working conditions. A new type of piston pump cover casting is successfully developed. 陈田,梅林,陈军 (南京嘉瑞动力控制有限公司,江苏南京210032) 摘要:液压传动系统常常要求执行元件具备可靠的锁止功能,针对液压缸任意位置锁止技术,对当前工程实践中主要采用的过盈与胀紧相结合的联接装卸方法进行了疏理。在对技术应用现状总结的基础上,通过对加载力、加载形式、加载结构等方面进行分析,提出了液压缸锁紧装置工程匹配开发思路和优化设计方法,通过归纳相应特性指标、参数关系和产品性能,建立了贴合工程需求的模块化系统化开发应用结构,为该技术的推广应用和相关产品的解决方案提供了依据和新的思路。 关键词:液压缸;任意位置锁止;锁紧装置;工程匹配开发

As for the optional position locking technology, the interference fit connection integrated with locking and assembly methods which are mainly adopted in modern engineering are addressed. Under the background of this, status quo of this technology's application is summarized. On this base, the ideas and optimal design methods for engineering tailored development, which is used for cylinders' locking units, are introduced and proposed via analyzing the force, form and structure of loading. Then, the modular-based and systematic development and application architecture that meets the engineering requirements well is established according to a summary of characteristic indices and device performance, and this, in turn, will support the extension and application of this technology and help to find innovative solutions for corresponding product manufacturing and services offering. Taking a hydraulic motor used in a rotary device of an excavator as an example, the influences of radial force acting point of the main shaft, the central spring force on the cylinder-block incline trend are analyzed under the motor and pump working conditions. 基于AMESim的车载液压发电系统的动态特性研究 韩钰1,邹炳燕1,刘泽2,郭爱东1 (1.天津中德应用技术大学基础实验实训中心,天津300350; 2.天津理工大学机械学院,天津300350) 摘要:介绍了带蓄能器的车载液压发电系统,推导了带蓄能器模块的泵控马达的局部回路数学模型,并根据控制理论进行了分析。分析结果表明:蓄能器模块起到了提高变量泵流量增益的作用。运用AMESim软件建立了车载液压发电系统的仿真模型,并通过实验数据验证了仿真模型的准确性。在此仿真模型的基础上,分别研究了蓄能器的初始容积、蓄能器的预充压力、换向阀的换向频率、换向阀阀口压差流量特性以及恒压变量泵的设定压力对发电指标的影响。仿真结果表明:适当提高以上参数的数值,可以改善发电指标。研究结果可为该类型的车载液压发电系统的进一步改进提供一定依据。 关键词:蓄能器;车载液压发电;瞬态特性;AMESim 中图分类号:TH137;TH138文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2022)10-0034-05 Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Vehicle Hydraulic Power Generation System Based on AMESim HAN Yu1,ZOU Bing-yan1,LIU-Ze2,GUO Ai-dong1 (1. Mechanical Engineering College, Tianjin University of Technology,Tianjin300350, China) Abstract: This paper introduces the vehicle hydraulic power generation system based on accumulator, deducing and analyzing mathematical model of pump-motor loop with accumulator module. The results show that the accumulator module can improve the flow gain of the variable displacement pump. Then the paper establishes the simulation model of vehicle hydraulic power generation system with AMESim software and verifying the accuracy of the simulation model through the experimental results. Based on the simulation model, the parameters of the initial volume of the accumulator, the precharge pressure of the accumulator, the frequency of the directional valve, the pressure flow characteristics of the directional valve and the set pressure of the constant pressure variable displacement pump are studied. The simulation results show that the power generation index can be improved by appropriately increasing the above parameters. The research results can provide a certain basis for the further improvement of this type of vehicle hydraulic power generation system. Haimo Technologies Group Corp., Lanzhou730010, China) Abstract: In order to obtain the two-phase separation law of oil-gas pump and the effect of the separation property on the pump, a helical axial-flow oil-gas pump is numerically calculated when its gas volume fraction GVF=0.4. The distribution in the phase of gas and liquid and the velocity variation in impeller domain are analyzed quantitatively. The results showed as follows: the blocking effect of gas-liquid separation on fluid flow is mainly concentrated on the flow passage near the working face and the back, and has a low impact on the middle flow channel. The internal flow field of guide vane is analyzed. The flow field inside the guide vane of the pump was analyzed. It was found that the air mass accumulation caused by two-phase separation resulted in a low pressure are. The low pressure area causes the fluid to form a secondary reflux inside the guide vane. This shows that the gas-liquid separation phenomenon not only causes flow blockage in the impeller region of the pump, but also causes secondary reflux loss of the guide vane. If the high requirements for speed and position accuracy, designers of the control valve selection and configuration requirements are very strict, but in the reality of the actual working conditions, some control valves with high precision can not play a high-precision function, and also lead to high cost and high failure rate. Kelite Group Co., Ltd., Longyou324400, China) Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of gas over oil valve actuator for ball valve of super large diameter high pressure natural gas pipeline, and summarizes the working principle and key technologies of the actuator: large torque hydraulic drive technology, pneumatic control technology, pressure control technology and local emergency manual operation technology. The product has the characteristics of large output torque, advanced measurement and control technology and perfect protection function. This product is one of the localization projects of key equipment of CNPC oil and gas pipeline. It has passed the industrial test and the third-party test, and has been applied to the China Russia east line and other national key projects, replacing the imported products and successfully realizing the localization application. 严梁柱,方琼瑶 (长江大学石油工程学院,湖北武汉430000) 摘要:连续分层注水是目前提高油藏采收率的重要技术之一,但存在注水能量利用率低、注水波及体积差等问题。提出了一种脉冲注水工艺方法,并设计了配套的螺杆驱动滑套式低频脉冲分层注水工具,该工具采用螺杆驱动,利用滑套轴向的往复运动实现脉冲压力调制,脉冲流体通过滑套和工具壳体上的内外射孔注入储层,对地层产生持续的高幅低频脉动干扰,提高注水效率;同时,运用牛顿运动定律描述滑套运动状态,并用abaqus进行了有限元分析,验证了工具结构的合理性。有限元模拟结果表明:滑套能够适应井下25MPa注水的工况条件,具备井下工作能力,20~25MPa动载荷下,滑套的最大Mises应力及最大位移均大于20 MPa工况下,且低于25 MPa,在载荷F=39 MPa时,滑套发生塑性形变。研究结果表明:新型螺杆驱动滑套式低频脉冲分层注水工具解决了脉冲波沿管柱传递过程中对管柱强度要求高、衰减快的问题,有助于在复杂的井身结构下保持较适合的层间压差,可以为分层注水工具的设计提供技术指导。 关键词:分层注水;压力脉冲;注水技术;螺杆驱动;工具设计 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2022)10-0059-06 Screw-driven Sliding Sleeve Type Low Frequency Pulse Layered Water Injection Tool YAN Liang-zhu, FANG Qiong-yao (School of Petroleum Engineering, Yangtze University, Wuhan430000, China) Abstract: Continuous separate layer water injection is one of the most important technologies to enhance oil recovery, but there are some problems such as low water injection energy utilization ratio, low swept volume and so on. A method of pulse water injection technology is proposed, and a matching screw-driven sliding sleeve type low frequency pulse layered water injection tool is designed. The tool is driven by a screw, and the pulse pressure is modulated by the axial reciprocating motion of the sliding sleeve, the pulsed fluid is injected into the reservoir through the inner and outer perforations on the sliding sleeve and the tool housing, which produces continuous high amplitude and low frequency pulsating disturbance to the formation and improves the water injection efficiency. At the same time, the Newton's laws of motion is used to describe the sliding sleeve movement, the finite element analysis is carried out with Abaqus to verify the rationality of the tool structure. The results of finite element simulation show that the sliding sleeve can adapt to the working condition of 25MPa water injection, and has the working ability of downhole. Under the dynamic load of 20~25MPa, the maximum Mises stress and the maximum displacement of the sliding sleeve are greater than 20MPa, when the load is less than 25 MPa and the load is 39 MPa, the sliding sleeve will have plastic deformation. The results show that the new sliding sleeve type low frequency pulse layered water injection tool solves the problems of high intensity and fast attenuation of pulse wave in the process of transmitting along the pipe string, it is helpful to maintain the suitable interlayer pressure difference under the complex wellbore structure, and can provide technical guidance for the design of layered water injection tool. CNPC National Engineering Research Center for Oil and Gas Drilling Equipment Co., Ltd., Baoji721002, China) Abstract: In response to the operation requirements of marine geological exploration and sampling conditions, in order to solve the problems of wellhead steering and positioning, drilling tool clamping stability, wellhead monitoring, constant tension retraction, etc., the technical research of the relay boxes, umbilical winches, survey bases and control system was carried out. The detailed technical scheme design, in-plant test and field application have developed, a set of base system for marine survey at a depth of 1200 meters was developed. The system adopts high-voltage power transmission, umbilical cable constant tension retraction, submarine photoelectric-hydraulic composite control, etc. The technology has been tested in the factory and applied in the South China Sea. More than 10 times of drilling and coring operations have been carried out, and more than 180 meters of seabed samples have been successfully obtained. The application results show that the functions of seabed detection and control, wellhead positioning and drill pipe clamping all meet the design requirements, which promotes the process of localization of key equipment for marine exploration, and provides a certain reference for subsequent geological scientific investigations and ultra-deep water exploration and coring. Firstly, this paper introduces the working principle of hydraulic loading, and takes OMP160CC/Rev motor of Danfoss company as an example to analyze the working principle. Then this paper simply introduces three kinds of common brake loading methods and the advantages and disadvantages of each approach; Finally, the working principle of asynchronous servo motor loading and the composition of energy feedback system are analyzed emphatically. This paper studies the air tightness test of the hydraulic valve of the construction machinery, introduces the principle of the air tightness test method of the differential pressure comparison, and puts forward a technical scheme suitable for the air tightness test of the hydraulic valve of the construction machinery; then points out four innovations of the application of the air tightness test method of the differential pressure comparison in the hydraulic valve of the construction machinery: the first one is integrating the detection principle of the differential pressure method and the water bath method; the second one is easy to operate and fast, with high test accuracy and fast stability; the third one that has good performance, easy to distinguish the sealing, no damage to the workpiece, and easy to automate the test process; the last one that has good flexibility, which can be applied to other valve products only by replacing the quick connector, with strong universality.
