高压柱塞泵摩擦副研究现状与展望

摘要:鉴于目前高压柱塞泵服役工况愈发严苛,指出学者大多探究柱塞泵流体场、温度场耦合的复杂工况对可靠性与寿命的影响,归纳讨论了国内外柱塞泵关键摩擦副磨损机理、润滑特性、结构优化,通过对比归纳不同的研究方法指出制约高压柱塞泵发展的关键性科学问题。在此基础上,对流--热三学科耦合的研究前景进行展望。为高压柱塞泵在我国高端装备、军事机械、航空航天等领域发挥更大的作用做出理论参考和技术指导。

Present Situation and Forecating of Friction Pairs for High Pressure Piston Pump

Abstract: In view of the increasingly severe service conditions of high-pressure piston pump, the paper points out that most scholars study the influence of complex working conditions of fluid field and temperature field coupling on reliability and life of plunger pump, and summarizes and discusses the wear mechanism, lubrication characteristics and structure optimization of key friction pairs of plunger pump at home and abroad. Through comparative induction of different research methods, the key disciplines restricting the development of high-pressure piston pump are pointed out Question. On this basis, the prospect of the coupling of convection solid heat is prospected. It provides theoretical reference and technical guidance for high-pressure plunger pump to play a greater role in high-end equipment, military machinery, aerospace and other fields in China.

几种随动液压脉动衰减器的研究介绍

摘要:液压泵脉动式的流量输出流经管路后会产生压力脉动,采用液压脉动衰减器能衰减液压泵出口的压力脉动。通过改变自身参数来适应随时改变的压力脉动的随动液压脉动衰减器成为研究的热点,随动液压脉动衰减器能够精确有效衰减系统的压力脉动,使液压脉动衰减器的衰减性能发挥到最大化。重点介绍了现有的随动液压脉动衰减器的结构、设计方法和原则以及衰减性能,以便于针对不同工作环境的设计和选用,并在此基础上对智能化液压脉动衰减器的发展趋势做出预测和展望。

Research and Introduction of Several Servo Hydraulic Pulsation Attenuators

Abstract: The pulsating flow of the hydraulic pump will produce pressure pulsation after passing through the pipeline, and the pressure fluctuation at the outlet of the hydraulic pump can be attenuated by using the hydraulic pulsating Attenuator. The servo hydraulic pulsating attenuator which adapts to the changing pressure pulsation at any time by changing its own parameters has become the focus of research. The following hydraulic pulsating attenuator can accurately and effectively reduce the pressure pulsation of the system and maximize the attenuation performance of the hydraulic pulsating attenuator. This paper mainly introduces the structure, design method, principle and attenuation performance of the existing servo hydraulic pulsating attenuator, so as to be suitable for the design and selection of different working environments. On this basis, the development trend of intelligent hydraulic pulsating attenuator is predicted and prospected.

锚杆钻车加油阀原理浅谈

摘要:煤矿井下环境相比于地面普遍存在潮湿、粉尘污染和视野差等情况,但井下设备又不能全部开到地面进行加油,因此开发一种新型的射流阀已满足井下设备的加油过程。该阀普遍具有结构简单、体积小、成本低的特点,但是射流阀本身的特性确无法通过设计计算得到,该文主要对锚杆钻车中使用的加油射流阀进行分析,通过设计不同的流量和面积比计算射流阀的特性,为后续加油射流阀应用于不同的场合提供相关计算参考和结构完善。

A Brief Talk on the Principle of Roof Bolting

Abstract: The coal mine environment compared to the ground wet dust pollution and poor vision, but underground equipment and I could not open all to the ground to go, so the development of a new type of jet valve has meet the refueling process of downhole equipment The valve is generally has a simple structure The characteristics of small volume of low cost, but the nature of the jet valve itself it does not obtain in design and calculation, this article mainly the gas used in the jumbo jet valve of anchor bolt is analyzed, through the design of different flow rate and area than calculating the properties of the jet valve, cheer for subsequent jet valve used in different occasions to provide a reference for calculation and perfect structure.

来流条件对风力机叶片流固耦合特性影响研究

摘要:针对不同来流条件引起的风力机叶片振动问题,通过数值方法研究流速以及风剪切指数对叶片流固耦合振动的影响规律。以NREL 5MW风力机叶片实尺度模型为研究对象,采用不同风剪切指数的来流入口条件,利用数值方法获取不同来流工况下叶片表面载荷、压力分布以及载荷随方位角的变化规律;基于单向流固耦合方法计算不同工况下结构耦合形变、应力、应变以及模态频率。结果表明:叶片主要承受轴向载荷作用,叶片表面载荷最值主要在叶展方向85%90%截面段;与均匀流作用下的耦合结果对比,风剪切来流作用下叶片截面载荷、压力分布以及结构耦合变形、应力、应变以及模态频率均增大,且随风剪切指数的增大而增大;因此,在开展风力机叶片流固耦合研究时,考虑风剪切的影响能够更准确地反映大气边界层中流体对叶片的耦合作用,对风力机叶片流固耦合动力特性的研究有很大意义。

The Effect of Wind Shear on Wind Turbine Blades Fluid-structure Coupling Characteristics

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of wind turbine blades vibration caused by different inflow condition, the influence of flow velocity and wind shear index on fluid-solid interaction (FSI) of wind turbine blades are studied by numerically simulation. Based on the NREL 5MW wind turbine blades, the entry conditions of different wind shear indices were used to obtain the blade surface load, pressure distribution and the variation of load with azimuth under different inlet conditions by FSI numerical method. For each of the inflow cases, the coupled deformation, stress, strain and modal frequency of the structure under different working conditions are calculated by means of unidirectional FSI method. The results show that: The blades are mainly bear axial load, and the max fluid load of blades is mainly concentrated at the section of 85% to 90% of blades in the direction from blade root to top. Compared with the uniform flow cases, all of the fluid load, pressure distribution, coupled deformation, stress, strain and modal frequency of the blade increase under the action of wind shear inflow. And also increases with the increase of wind shear index. Therefore, when analyzing the FSI problem of wind turbine blades, considering the influence of wind shear can more accurately reflect the coupling effect of the fluid in the atmospheric boundary layer on the blades, which is of great significance to study the FSI dynamic characteristics of wind turbine blades.

航天伺服电位计压装工艺技术研究

摘要:由于航天伺服机构结构紧凑,结构定制化特点鲜明,壳体多为异形,装配操作困难,电位计的装配过程易产生不可检测的质量问题,导致电位计失效。该文通过对伺服机构产品故障进行工艺分析,提出有效的电位计安装工装,并对电位计销子与联轴器过盈压装进行有限元仿真分析和试验验证,得到了压装力和过盈量的工艺指导范围。研究成果对伺服机构盲装工艺改进、过盈联接结构设计及装配工艺具有一定的借鉴意义。

Research on Press Fitting Technology of the Space Servo Potentiometer

Abstract: Due to the compact structure and distinct structure customization, the shell is mostly heterogeneous, the assembly operation is difficult, and the assembly process of the potentiometer is easy to produce undetectable quality problems, leading to the failure of the potentiometer. Through the process analysis of servo product fault, proposed the effective positioning tooling design, and the finite element simulation analysis and test verification, obtain the scope of overfit and process guidance. The research results have reference significance for the blind loading process and surplus structure design and assembly process of servo mechanism.

水介质液位自动控制阀结构设计与优化

Abstract: In view of the problems of large torque fluctuation and large water consumption in the valve controlled hydraulic coupling of the driving part of coal mine scraper conveyor, an liquid level automatic control valve for water medium is developed, its working principle and structural design process are analyzed in detail, and its structure is optimized to solve the fault that the control valve cannot be opened normally in production and use.

一种转向随动器承载可靠性试验方法

摘要:转向随动器用于传递转向器的输出力矩,控制多轴转向底盘第二转向桥及其他转向桥转向,并提供助力。转向随动器是公司的重点产品,在运输型底盘上大量应用,随着承载要求的提高,对于新研发的重载型产品,需要进行承载能力的可靠性试验,确保产品质量满足客户要求。该文通过对转向随动器的结构及工作原理分析,设计了一种承载能力可靠性试验方法,利用液压系统控制转向随动器输出力,利用第二件转向随动器被动加载,通过程序监测液压系统的压力及被动加载压力,满足了新产品的可靠性测试需求。

A Bearing Reliability Test Method for Steering Follower

Abstract: The steering follower is used to transmit the output torque of the steering gear, control the steering of the second steering axle of the multi axle steering chassis and other steering axles, and provide power. The steering follower is a key product of the company and is widely used in the transportation chassis. With the improvement of the bearing requirements, the reliability test of the bearing capacity needs to be carried out for the newly developed heavy-duty products to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of customers. Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the steering follower, this paper designs a reliability test method of bearing capacity. The hydraulic system is used to control the output force of the steering follower, the second steering follower is used for passive loading, and the pressure and passive loading pressure of the hydraulic system are monitored through the program, which meets the reliability test requirements of new products.

新式叶片在水轮机增容改造中的应用

摘要:对于投运多年的水电站,机组在运行过程中普遍暴露出效率低、水力稳定性差等问题。究其原因主要是设计之初的自然环境已发生巨大改变,设计理念的不成熟以及生产制造技术的精度跟不上,加上运行过程中的必要损耗,故而造成机组存在多方面的隐患,给设备的安全稳定运行带来严重威胁。对于老旧电站,现阶段提升水轮机的水力性能主要通过技术改造更换水轮机转轮和导水机构或切割叶片出口边来实现。常规的转轮改造方法是选用型谱中出力更大的转轮匹配原有流道实现提升机组出力 ,但是近年来数值模拟技术在水力机械优化设计中广泛应用,为水轮机的增容改造提供新的思路和方向。经过对国内某水电站HL160-WJ-84型号混流式水轮机组水力参数的探讨和设计理念的研究,最后决定采用负倾角叶片设计理念来设计转轮叶片代替传统二维设计方法设计出来的叶片。对转轮采用重新设计流道、减少叶片数为15片、装载新式叶片的改型方案。

Application of New Type Blades for Water Turbine  Capacity-increasing and Modification

Abstract: For hydropower stations that have been in operation for many years, the unit generally exposed problems such as low efficiency and poor hydraulic stability during operation. The main reason is that the natural environment at the beginning of the design has undergone tremendous changes, the immaturity of the design concept and the inadequacy of the precision of the manufacturing technology, coupled with the necessary losses during operation, have caused the unit to have many hidden dangers. The safe and stable operation of equipment poses a serious threat. For old power stations, the current stage of improving the hydraulic performance of the turbine is mainly achieved through technical transformation, replacement of the turbine runner and water guiding mechanism, or cutting the blade outlet edge. The conventional runner transformation method is to select a runner with a larger output in the model spectrum to match the original flow channel to increase the output of the unit. However, in recent years, numerical simulation technology has been widely used in the optimization design of hydraulic machinery, providing new solutions for the capacity expansion and transformation of hydraulic turbines. Thoughts and directions. After discussing the hydraulic parameters and design concepts of the HL160-WJ-84 Francis turbine unit of a domestic hydropower station, it was finally decided to adopt the negative angle blade design concept to design the runner blades instead of the blades designed by the traditional two-dimensional design method. The runner adopts a modified scheme of redesigning the flow channel, reducing the number of blades, and loading new blades.

摘要:针对职业教育“液压传动技术”课程教学中存在的理论推导繁琐、液压元件结构复杂、液压回路工作原理抽象,导致学生学习难度大和综合实践能力培养不足等问题,以UGAMESim软件联合引入“液压传动技术”教学中的应用为研究对象,并以齿轮泵、差动连接的快速运动回路为例对教学过程中的同步应用教学方法进行了设计。研究表明将UGAMESim软件联合引入“液压传动技术”教学中,可有效提升课程教学效果,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生的综合实践能力培养。

Research on Application of Simulation Technology in the Teaching of

Abstract: In order to resolve problems such as the cumbersome theoretical derivation, the complicated structure of hydraulic components, the abstract working principle of hydraulic circuit, and too difficult learning and insufficient training of comprehensive practical ability in the teaching of the “hydraulic transmission technology” course in vocational education, by taking the application of “hydraulic transmission technology” co-introduced by the UG and AMESim software as the research object, and using the gear pump and fast motion circuit with differential connection as examples, the teaching method of synchronous application in the teaching process is designed. Research shows that the co-introducing the UG and AMESim software into the teaching of hydraulic transmission technology can significantly improve the teaching effect of the course, stimulate students' interest in learning, and cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability.

盆形极靴形状对比例电磁铁静态特性影响的仿真与试验研究

摘要:比例电磁铁的静态特性与盆形极靴的形状息息相关,以梯形宽度和极靴角作为研究对象,利用电磁仿真软件建立比例电磁铁的仿真模型,仿真分析得到盆形极靴的形状参数对比例电磁铁位移-电磁力特性和电流-电磁力特性等静态性能的影响,对优化比例电磁铁结构设计起到指导作用,最后通过试验验证了仿真的正确性并给出了结论。

Abstract: The static characteristics of proportional electromagnet are closely related to the shape of basin shaped pole piece. To analyze the influence of the shape parameters of basin shaped pole piece on the static properties of proportional electromagnet, such as displacement-electromagnetic force characteristics and current-electromagnetic force characteristics, take the trapezoidal width and pole piece angle as the research objects, establish the simulation model of the proportional electromagnet by using electromagnetic simulation software and get the final analytic results. These results can be used to optimize the structural design of the proportional electromagnet.

Design of Electric Control System for Loader Hydraulic Jack

Abstract: In order to ensure the dynamic response accuracy of the hydraulic jack of the loader, a closed-loop electrical control scheme is proposed. According to the working principle of hydraulic servo, the whole system is divided into three parts: power unit, control unit and pump station. Based on PLC control, the selection of key components and wiring circuit are designed. The servo system is jointly simulated and analyzed by AMESim and ADAMS software. The results show that the system has good control effect on the output load error, and the maximum deviation is less than 2%.

基于PSO算法的电液机械臂故障诊断系统集成设计

摘要:多自由度电液机械臂的故障诊断系统对于机械臂稳定性运行至关重要,在电液机械臂运行工况中需要实时对系统进行故障检测,针对电液机械臂传统故障诊断系统检测效率和准确率低下的缺陷,设计一种基于粒子群优化(Particle Swarm OptimizationPSO)算法的故障诊断系统,在电液机械臂故障诊断系统架构基础上,通过滑动平均滤波算法对电液机械臂故障检测输入信号进行优化,提取不同故障诊断项的故障信息特征,采用PSO算法进行寻优处理,提高故障诊断的效率,最后在电液机械臂快速原型开发实验平台导入PSO故障诊断算法进行集成测试,实验结果表明所设计的诊断算法能够满足设计需求。

Integrated Design of Electro Hydraulic Manipulator Fault Diagnosis

System Based on PSO Algorithm

Abstract: The fault diagnosis system of the electro hydraulic manipulator is very important for the stable operation of the manipulator. It is necessary to detect the fault of the system in real time under the operating conditions of the manipulator. Aiming at the defects of low detection efficiency and accuracy of the traditional fault diagnosis system of the manipulator, a fault diagnosis system based on particle swarm intelligence algorithm is designed. Based on the architecture of the manipulator fault diagnosis system, the sliding average filter algorithm is used to optimize the fault detection input signal of the manipulator, extract the fault information characteristics of different fault diagnosis items, and use the PSO algorithm for optimization processing to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis. Finally, the PSO fault diagnosis algorithm is introduced into the rapid prototyping experimental platform of the manipulator for integration test, the experimental results show that the designed diagnosis algorithm can meet the design requirements.

摘要:该文对配重油缸挂板焊接形位公差保证能力进行了研究。配重油缸作为大吨位起重机工作时的平衡器,对防止倾倒、侧翻起着关键性作用。挂板作为油缸与起重机的关键连接部件,其尺寸精度及形位公差对油缸的工作平稳性、可靠性有直观的影响。该文通过对配重油缸挂板焊接方法及加工工艺的研究,从焊接精度及可靠性方面提高挂板形位公差,研发及制造挂板定位焊接工装,提高焊接效率,提高焊接可靠性。

Study on Welding Ability of Hanging Plate for Crane Balance Mass Cylinder

Abstract: In this paper, the guarantee ability of welding geometric tolerance of hanging plate of counterweight oil cylinder is studied. As the balancer of large tonnage crane, Balance mass cylinder plays a key role in preventing tipping and rollover. As the key connecting part between the oil cylinder and the crane, the dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerance of the hanging plate have an intuitive impact on the working stability and reliability of the oil cylinder. Through the research on the welding method and processing technology of the hanging plate of Balance mass cylinder, this paper improves the shape and position tolerance of the hanging plate from the aspects of welding accuracy and reliability, develops and manufactures the positioning welding tooling of the hanging plate, improves the welding efficiency and welding reliability.

基于净化效果评价正交实验的静电净油关键因素影响规律研究

摘要:静电净油因其环保,无耗材等特点,在对于液压润滑油品这种不可再生石油产品的净化、再生方面十分具有发展潜力。但在工业液压润滑系统中,油品特性随系统运行不断变化,导致系统及油液本身的影响因素对净化效果的作用机制十分复杂,使得静电净油技术无法得到广泛应用。该文为了获得静电净油在系统中关键因素对净化效果率的作用规律,基于静电净油的基本原理设计了静电净油正交实验系统,进行了4种典型工业液压润滑油品净化效果评价实验,并对其结果进行分析,得到关键因素对静电净油净化效果的影响规律。

Research on the Influencing Law of Key Influencing Factors of Electrostatic

Abstract: Because of its environmental protection and no consumables, electrostatic oil has great potential for development in the purification and regeneration of non-renewable petroleum products such as hydraulic lubricants. However, in the industrial hydraulic lubrication system, the characteristics of the oil are constantly changing with the operation of the system, resulting in a very complicated mechanism of the effect of the system and the influencing factors of the oil itself on the purification effect, making the electrostatic oil purification technology unable to be widely used. In this paper, in order to obtain the law of the effect of the key factors of the electrostatic clean oil on the purification effect rate, the electrostatic clean oil orthogonal experiment system is designed based on the basic principle of the electrostatic clean oil, and four typical industrial hydraulic lubricating oil purification effects evaluation experiments are carried out, and analyze the results to get the law of the influence of key factors on the effect of electrostatic net oil purification.

Discussion on “Triple Centric on Same Position” for Swash Plate Axial Piston Pump

Abstract: There is a very important problem in the design of the swash plate axial piston pump: the use of parallel line cylinders and oblique line cylinders of the pump to the ball joint center, the swash plate swing center, and 9 sliding shoe ball sockets. The position requirements of the three elements of the plane formed by the center are different: the former requires “three centers in the same position”; the latter requires not to be in the same position. The swing center of the swash plate must be relative to the plane formed by the center of the ball hinge and the center of the shoe ball socket. Move back by one offset. This text has carried on the systematic analysis to the above question, has the realistic guiding significance to the plunger pump structure design.

一种液压绞车系统的负载特性仿真分析

摘要:该文针对一种液压绞车驱动系统进行仿真分析,发现起吊不同的重物时,仅仅改变重物质量参数并不能模拟绞车的负载,还需调整吊重引起的等效转动惯量,另外,钢丝绳的粘性摩擦系数对起升负载波动的影响很大,需要根据不同的吊重量进行正向比例设定(吊重越大则系数值越高),此三参数的合理设置能有效模拟液压绞车系统的负载特性。该方法在一定程度上对于液压绞车系统的性能提升具有借鉴意义和参考价值。

Simulation Analysis of Load Characteristics for a Hydraulic Winch System

Abstract: In this paper, a hydraulic winch driving system is simulated and analyzed. It is found that when lifting different weights, only changing the mass parameters of the weights can not simulate the load of the winch, and the equivalent moment of inertia caused by the lifting weights must be adjusted, the viscosity friction coefficient of wire rope has a great influence on the fluctuation of lifting load, so it is necessary to set the positive proportion according to different lifting weight (the larger the lifting weight is, the higher the Coefficient is) , the reasonable setting of these three parameters can effectively simulate the load characteristics of the hydraulic winch system. To a certain extent, this method has reference significance and reference value for improving the performance of hydraulic winch system.

不同抛光工艺对涂层形貌及其摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘要:该文揭示了不同抛光工艺对涂层表面形貌及涂层与密封间摩擦匹配性能影响规律。分别利用不同目数的膜基砂带和布基砂带,对等离子喷涂Cr2O3-TiO2陶瓷涂层进行抛光处理,采用粗糙度仪、三维光学显微镜分析了不同抛光工艺下涂层表面轮廓特征,以摩擦系数和磨损失重量分析了不同抛光工艺下涂层与密封间摩擦匹配性能。结果表明,涂层表面质量与砂带表面平整性及磨粒粒度正相关,抛光次数的增加有利于降低涂层轮廓的最大高度Rz和轮廓支承长度率Mr-40%,进而改善涂层与密封间的摩擦匹配性能。但是,随着抛光次数的增加,当涂层表面光洁度达到一定极限后,表面轮廓不利于油膜形成,摩擦系数反而上升。

The Effect of Different Polishing Processes on Coating Morphology and Friction-wear Properties

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of different polishing processes on the surface morphology of coating and the friction matching performance between coating and seal were revealed. The plasma-sprayed Cr2O3-Tio2 ceramic coating was polished with different mesh sand bands and cloth sand bands. The surface profile characteristics of the coating under different polishing processes were analyzed by 3d optical microscope, and the friction matching performance between the coating and the seal under different polishing processes was analyzed by friction coefficient and wear loss weight. The results show that the surface quality of the coating is positively correlated with the surface smoothness and abrasive grain size of the sand belt. The increase of polishing times is beneficial to reduce the maximum height Rz of the coating contour and the support length ratio Mr-40%, and then improve the friction matching performance between the coating and the seal. However, with the increase of polishing times, when the finish of the coating reaches a certain limit, the surface profile is not conducive to the formation of oil film, and the friction coefficient increases.

一种液压绞车系统抖动问题处理分析

摘要:该文根据一种常规的液压绞车系统原理,结合其在空载工作过程中出现的抖动问题,采用电液控制系统仿真分析,找到问题根源并制订三种防抖动处理措施,仿真结果表明,这三种方案均能解决空载抖动问题,实际应用时按第三种方案实施,经测试验证有效解决了抖动,该方法在一定程度上对液压绞车系统的平稳性提升具有借鉴意义和参考价值。

A Treatment and Analysis of Hydraulic Winch System Shake

Abstract: According to the principle of a conventional hydraulic winch system, combined with the shaking problem in the process of no-load operation, this paper uses the electro-hydraulic control system simulation analysis to find the root of the problem and formulate several sets of anti shaking measures. The simulation results show that the three schemes can solve the no-load jitter problem, and the third scheme is implemented in practical application. The test proves that the jitter is effectively solved, and the method has reference significance and reference value to improve the stability of hydraulic winch system to a certain extent.

电厂涡轮机润滑系统磨损状态的分析研究

摘要:通过铁谱技术分析了电厂涡轮机润滑系统典型污染颗粒的特征,采用灰色关联建模分析汽轮机润滑油指标的关联度。研究结果表明铁谱技术可以识别涡轮机润滑系统的典型污染颗粒,汽轮机油的运动黏度总体上呈下降趋势,而酸值、水分含量、铁含量与铜元素含量呈缓慢升高趋势,汽轮机油添加剂元素CaMgP等呈下降趋势。铁元素含量与酸值的灰色关联度大于运动黏度和水分,灰色预测模型能有效监测汽轮机润滑系统的磨损状态,指导汽轮机油的更换以及设备的维护。

Analysis and Research of Turbine Lubrication Systems Wear State for Power Plants

Abstract: The characteristics of typical pollution particles in turbine lubrication system of power plant are analyzed by ferrography technology, the correlation degree of turbine oil index is analyzed by grey correlation modeling. The results show that the identify of typical pollution particles in turbine lubrication system by ferrography technology, except the abnormal situation, the kinematic viscosity changes in a slightly decreasing trend, and the moisture content, Fe content and Cu content change in a slightly increasing trend. The additive elements, which are Ca, Mg, and P, change in a slightly decreasing trend. The correlation for Fe content with acid is higher than the correlations for Fe content with kinematic viscosity and moisture contentl. This study shows that the monitoring and analysis about the engine oil could help to efficiently analyze the abrasion wear of stream turbine and this study could provide reference for the engine oil replacement and facilities maintenance.

60度锥超高压水介质管接头密封结构分析

摘要:针对60度锥超高压水介质管接头密封结构,使用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对其进行力学仿真,得到了在受到5000 N预紧力时和受到110 MPa载荷时60度锥管结构密封结构的应力集中点和应力、应变值,通过对比接触应力与介质载荷得出此密封方式能够在110 MPa时实现密封。分析发现:受到预紧力后,连接管道和管接头中的应力集中点分别位于连接管道的前端和管接头锥面外圆,受到110 MPa载荷后,连接管道和管接头中的应力集中于连接管道与管接头锥面配合外圆处。在介质载荷的作用下,连接管道受预紧力产生的形变会得到补偿,锥面连接处形变得到了一定的恢复,降低了密封效果。

Sealing Structure Analysis of 60 Degree Cone Ultra-high Pressure Water Medium Pipe Joint

Abstract: This paper used COMSOL Multiphysics software to carry out mechanical simulation on the sealing structure of 60 degree conical ultra-high pressure water medium pipe joint. The stress concentration point and stress and strain values of the sealing structure of 60 degree conical pipe structure were obtained when subjected to pretightening force and 110 MPa load. By comparing the contact stress with the medium load, it is concluded that this sealing method can seal at 110 MPa. It is found that the maximum stress is located at the front end of the pipe and the outer circle of the conical surface of the pipe joint respectively under the preloading force and the loading medium load. Under the action of medium load, the displacement caused by the preload of the connecting pipe will be compensated, and the deformation of the conical joint will be restored to a certain extent, which reduces the sealing effect.

轧机减速机迷宫密封结构改进

摘要:该文以轧机减速机高速轴密封为研究对象,针对我司常用的减速机密封结构进行分析,提出有效防止高速轴漏油的措施,在现有迷宫密封结构的基础上改进设计了输入轴机械迷宫密封结构,很大程度降低我司减速机高速轴漏油案例的发生概率。

Abstract: Takes labyrinth seal of high speed shaft of rolling mill gearbox as an example, according to the analysis of frequently used gearbox sealing structure of our company, gives some effective solutions to prevent oil leakage of high speed shaft, based on present labyrinth sealing structure, redesigns a new labyrinth sealing structure of input shaft, oil leak rates of high speed shaft has dropped considerably of our company gearbox.

齿形滑环密封圈密封性能分析及结构改进

摘要:建立了齿形滑环密封结构数值计算模型,采用有限元方法分析O形密封圈和滑环的接触应力和应力分布,并探讨介质压力、往复速度、摩擦系数和压缩量对密封性能的影响。结果表明,在静密封阶段,O形密封圈横截面内部应力集中在靠近凹槽底部区域,滑环足部与中间接触部位的变形严重。随着压缩量、介质压力的增加,齿形滑环密封圈密封性能和变形增加,摩擦因数对接触应力影响较小。在动密封阶段,接触应力上下波动,接触应力随压缩量、摩擦因数、往复运动速度的变化无明显规律;通过增加介质压力,可有效提高动态密封性能。针对密封圈发生材料疲劳失效的现象,采用将滑环的唇口设计为直径依次增大的半圆弧的改进方案,改进后的密封圈密封性能提高,适合高压工况。

Sealing Performance and Structural Improvement of Tooth Slip Ring Sealing Ring

Abstract: Establish a numerical calculation model of the toothed slip ring seal structure, use the finite element method to analyze the contact stress and stress distribution of the O-ring seal and the slip ring, and discuss the effect of compression, medium pressure, friction coefficient and reciprocating speed on deformation and sealing performance Impact. The results show that, in the static sealing stage, the internal stress of the O-ring cross-section is concentrated in the area near the bottom of the groove, and the slip ring foot and the middle contact part are deformed seriously. As the amount of compression and medium pressure increase, the sealing performance and deformation of the toothed slip ring seal ring increase, and the friction factor has less influence on the contact stress. In the dynamic sealing stage, the contact stress fluctuates up and down, and the contact stress does not change with the amount of compression, friction factor, and reciprocating speed. The dynamic sealing performance can be effectively improved by increasing the medium pressure. In view of the material fatigue failure of the sealing ring, an improved scheme is adopted to design the lip of the slip ring as a semicircular arc with increasing diameter. The improved sealing performance of the sealing ring is improved, and it is suitable for high-pressure working conditions.

一种新型阀体密封结构的设计与试验研究

摘要:针对有阀体阀盖连接的阀门,阀体与阀盖之间需要密封垫片进行密封,目前密封效果良好的是柔性石墨波齿复合垫片,基于此,研究一种非对称波纹复合垫片,应用于流体设备的端面和管线法兰密封,尤其是工业阀门中腔密封,取代冲刺石墨垫,弹性体密封垫,实现管线法兰、阀体部位VOCs级的低逸散密封[1]。研究包括中间金属板压制成非对称波形斜纹增强层的波峰波谷设计;金属板两面复合负比压的非金属柔性材料参数;非金属复合层厚度等于小于金属板原始厚度;垫片内外边缘裸露出金属板;阀体阀盖密封垫片表观形式有跑道形﹑圆形﹑椭圆形或其余同轨迹不规整形状。该密封垫片具有抗微动磨损、高补偿性、低强度螺栓预紧低扭矩密封、结构轻薄简略等特性,适用于阀门阀体与阀盖连接处的密封。

Design and Experimental Study of a New Valve Body Sealing Structure

Abstract: For the valve with valve body and bonnet connected, the sealing gasket is required between the valve body and bonnet for sealing. At present, the flexible graphite corrugated composite gasket with good sealing effect is studied. Based on this, an asymmetric corrugated composite gasket is studied and applied to the end face and pipeline flange sealing of fluid equipment, especially the cavity sealing of industrial valves, replacing sprint graphite gasket and elastomer gasket, realize VOCs level low escape sealing of pipeline flange and valve body. The research includes the crest and trough design of the twill reinforcing layer pressed into asymmetric waveform by the intermediate metal plate; parameters of non-metallic flexible materials with negative specific pressure on both sides of metal plate; the thickness of non-metallic composite layer is equal to or less than the original thickness of metal plate; the inner and outer edges of the gasket are exposed with metal plates; the apparent types of the sealing gasket of the valve body and bonnet include runway shape, circle, ellipse or other irregular shapes with the same track. The sealing gasket has the characteristics of anti fretting wear, high compensation, pre tightening of low-strength bolts, low torque sealing, light and simple structure, and is suitable for sealing at the connection between valve body and bonnet.

大吨位装载机动臂和铲斗油缸常见故障与解决措施

摘要:大吨位装载机主要用于大型露天矿山、港口、水电等工程建设场合,用于物料铲运和装卸、矿石的铲挖等作业。由于工作环境和使用工况恶劣,所以对油缸的可靠性要求极高。该文结合产品实际质量反馈案例,系统性地介绍了大吨位装载机动臂和铲斗油缸在露天矿山等环境中使用时的常见故障模式和对应解决措施。相应改进措施已全部在产品中得到应用,并取得了良好的效果。

Common Faults and Solutions of Large Tonnage Loader's Arm and Bucket Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract: Large tonnage loaders are mainly used in large open-pit mines, ports, hydropower and other engineering construction occasions. They are used for material shovel transportation, loading and unloading, ore shovel excavation and other operations. Due to the poor working environment and working conditions, the reliability of the hydraulic cylinder is highly required. Combined with the actual quality feedback cases of products, this paper systematically introduces the common failure modes and corresponding solutions of large tonnage loader's arm and bucket hydraulic cylinder when they are used in open-pit mines and other environments. The corresponding improvement measures have been applied in products and achieved good results.
