2022年第2期 总第42卷 液压工业4.0下液压技术发展方向及其数智液压 许仰曾 Trend of Hydraulic Technology in Industry 4.0 and its Intelligence Hydraulics XU Yang-zeng (上海液压气动密封行业协会专家委员会,上海20237) 摘要:液压未来的发展方向来自社会需求,即碳中和、无人化、多电化、数字孪生和水液压。从液压技术的主导优势和弱点,以三个维度来分析与判断液压元件发展的内在动力和方向。液压技术必定按“三能一水”(“节能、智能、制能、水液压”)的方向发展。基于这些需求,液压技术在工业4.0下首先要实现液压元件“芯片化”,以支持智能技术、多电化技术和数字孪生技术,去完美实现碳中和目标、无人化境界和全生命周期管理。该文强调液压必须与电气电子技术融合,以化解液压行业是否是”夕阳产业”的问题。数智液压就是工业4.0下的必然发展途径,根据数智液压的分类,列举了世界与中国在这方面的发展现状和存在问题。在国内外开拓数智液压不易的情况下,我国应以“低端液压元件用高端数智技术提升”占领市场的策略,来尽快提升中国数智液压,抢得先机。并且汇报了现有实践和进一步发展的建议,以期我国早日站在世界液压强国之林。 关键词: 液压工业4.0;数智液压;液压技术发展方向 中图分类号:TH137;U463.3文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0813(2022)02-0001-07

With the application of steam huff-puff, steamflood and other technologies, due to the huge difference between the formation fluid and the ambient temperature, the pressure problems caused by the thermal expansion of casing and cement-sheath are becoming more and more prominent, resulting in casing damage, cement-sheath damage and reduced safety, affecting the operation and production, It directly threatens the integrity of the wellbore.The casing deformation experimental device under deep well conditions can measure the casing deformation and stress under high pressure and high temperature conditions, detect the damage of cement sheath and analyze the variation law of casing deformation and stress under indoor conditions by simulating the actual deep well conditions. 基于C/S与B/S混合模式的非接触式机械密封监控系统设计 蔡厚振 (中海石油炼化有限责任公司,北京100029) 摘要:为实现密封在线状态监控,达到用户、制造企业以及研究机构三方对密封运行动态数据实时共享的目的,结合网络化虚拟仪器(VI)技术实现了混合结构的密封网络化监控系统。现地数据采集与显示模块充分利用密封辅助系统现有的传感器和报警装置,采用VI系统实现。现场运行数据通过LabVIEW中的Data socket技术实现远程传输,现地数据采集及显示通过Remote Panels技术发布。 关键词:机械密封;混合模式;网络化;监控系统 中图分类号:TB42;TH117.2文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2022)02-0010-06 The Design of System of Non-contacting Mechanical Seals with C/S and B/S Mixed Mode CAI Hou-zhen (CNOOC Oil & Petrochemicals Co., Ltd., Beijing100029, China) Abstract: In order to implement condition monitoring of mechanical seals, sharing dynamic real-time running data of seals among users, the production enterprise and the research institution, combined with the networked virtual instrument technology, a networked monitoring system of seals based on C/S and B/S mixed mode was constructed. The data acquisition and display module on the spot was implemented through the virtual instrument system, making full use of existing sensors and alarm devices of the seal auxiliary system. The real-time operating data were transmitted through the Data socket technology of LabVIEW, and the data acquisition and display program was published through the Remote Panels technology. 张少波 (河北省煤矿机械工程技术研究中心,河北石家庄050000) 摘要:研究了洗扫车卸载时举升油缸的瞬态液压力。首先针对垃圾箱倾翻过程中的受力情况,建立箱体的受力模型及力矩平衡方程,然后对力矩平衡方程进行研究,计算举升油缸的瞬态液压力关于倾翻角度的一阶导数,得出倾箱过程中,油缸瞬态液压力的变化趋势,结果表明:举升油缸瞬态液压力受到箱体的倾翻角度、油缸铰接点和箱体铰接点等多种因素的影响,合理布置箱体的结构,可使得瞬态液压力的极值点处于倾箱过程的初始状态。这为洗扫车箱体结构设计提供了参考,也为确定洗扫车液压系统溢流压力提供了理论基础。 关键词: 瞬态液压力;力矩;倾翻角度;极值点 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2022)02-0020-03 Study on the Lifting Cylinder Transient Pressure During Tilting Tank Process for Washing Truck ZHANG Shao-bo (Hebei Coal Mine Mechanical Engineering Technology Research Center, Shijiazhuang050000, China) Abstract: The transient pressure of lifting cylinder during unloading by washing truck is studied, the stress model of the box and moment balance equations are established, and then the moment balance equation, calculating lifting oil cylinder transient fluid pressure on the first derivative of tilting angle, it is concluded that in the process of tilting box, cylinder transient fluid pressure change trend, the results show that the transient fluid pressure lifting oil cylinder by the tilting angle of box body is various, cylinder hinged point and body hinged points in a variety of factors, such as enclosure structure, rational distribution of extreme value point of the transient fluid pressure may be in the initial state of the process of tilting box. This provides a reference for the structural design of the cleaning truck box and a theoretical basis for determining the overflow pressure of the cleaning truck hydraulic system. By combination of microcontroller, alternating motor and converter, the technique can adjust the rotating speed of hydraulic motor continuously and expand speed-adjusting range. 张邵平,文李明 (中船动力研究院有限公司,上海201206) 摘要:船用液体系统涉及到流量调节的以喷射系统为主,喷射系统中喷嘴的特性决定了流量与压力的关系,液体介质的特性决定了喷射良好雾化所需的系统压力。流量调节采用的压力源根据压力的大小可分为低压与高压系统。船用SCR尿素喷射系统可采用离心泵变转速控制结合流量计与比例阀的低压系统来调节控制系统的压力与所需要的流量。船用燃油喷射系统为实现雾化需要超高压系统,通过高压共轨式或增压式喷射实现所需的流量调节。通过对船用液体喷射系统相关流量调节技术的研究与应用分析,为船用液体喷射系统设计提供依据与参照。 关键词:船用液体系统;喷射系统;喷嘴特性;压力源;流量调节方法 中图分类号:TH137;TK421文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2022)02-0031-04 Flow Regulation of Marine Liquid System ZHANG Shao-ping,WEN Li-ming (China Shipbuilding Power Engineering Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai201206, China) Abstract: Flow regulation is used for Marine liquid injection system, and the relationship between flow and pressure is determined by the characteristics of the nozzle, and the system pressure for good spray atomization is determine by the characteristics of the liquid medium. The pressure source can be divided into low-pressure and high-pressure liquid system. Low-pressure system can be used for marine SCR urea injection system that centrifugal pump variable speed control combined with proportional valves and flowmeter is used to adjust the pressure and the required flow. Extra high-pressure system is used for marine fuel injection system to realize the atomization, through the high-pressure common rail type or supercharged injection to achieve the required flow. Through the research and application analysis of flow regulation of marine liquid injection system, it provides basis and reference for the design of marine liquid injection system. The filter compensation control method for soft reduction control system and the revamping of oscillation hydraulic system based on long-life domestic oscillation cylinder provided by China Heavy Machinery Research Institute have perfectly solved the above problems. Moreover, the revamping has the advantages of low cost, simple construction and high reliability, which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application. The experimental results show that the scheme can record the change of the oil pressure and flow at the outlet of the hydraulic pump when the load changes, draw the pressure-flow curve of the variable pump, and evaluate the performance of the hydraulic pump. 苏力1,薛峰2 (1.西安航空学院电子工程学院,陕西西安710077; 2.西北工业大学电子信息学院,陕西西安710072) 摘要:为了提高液压机用数字阀增量控制精度,提出了一种阀芯限位电液数字阀控系统。把电机旋转角转换成阀芯位移,根据脉冲信号频率与个数确定阀芯速度与位置,达到调控油液流量与方向的效果。对电液数字阀控系统的位置精度控制构建了仿真模型,之后利用该模型进行了控制过程的动态性能测试。仿真结果表明:电液数字阀导程依次为2 mm、4 mm与6 mm时,响应时间依次为298 ms、175 ms与130 ms。提高导程之后,获得了更短的阶跃响应时间,超调量也明显增大,系统出现了抖动,降低了控制过程的稳定性。实验结果表明:从总体变化趋势上看仿真结果和实验结果达到了良好吻合状态。仿真结果和实验结果之间出现一定的延迟是由于被测试阀形成了一定程度的负开口,导致阀芯、阀套间形成0.1 mm死区,引起延迟现象。 关键词: 电液数字阀;位置精度;控制系统;仿真分析;实验验证;响应时间 中图分类号:TH137.5文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2022)02-0053-04 Spool Limit Electro-hydraulic Digital Valve Control System and Position Precision Control SU Li1, XUE Feng2 (1. School of Electronic Information Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an710072, China) Abstract: In order to improve the incremental control precision of digital valve for hydraulic press, an electro-hydraulic digital valve control system with spool limit position was proposed. The motor rotation angle is converted into the displacement of the spool, and the speed and position of the spool are determined according to the frequency and number of pulse signals to achieve the effect of regulating the flow and direction of the oil. A simulation model for position precision control of electro-hydraulic digital valve control system is built, and then the dynamic performance of the control process is tested by using the model. The simulation results show that when the lead of the electro-hydraulic digital valve is 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm respectively, the response time is 298 ms, 175 ms and 130 ms respectively. After the lead is increased, the step response time is shorter, the overshoot is obviously increased, and the system jitter occurs, which reduces the stability of the control process. The experimental results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results from the overall trend of change. The delay between the simulation results and the experimental results is due to the fact that the tested valve forms a certain degree of negative opening, which leads to the formation of 0.1 mm dead zone between the valve core and valve sleeve, thus causing the delay phenomenon. The wear of the plunger surface is a key factor affecting the work efficiency and life of the oil well, while existing related technologies have the problems of high cost and poor effect. In view of this, consider the low-cost and high-efficiency characteristics of the bionics method, based on the non-smooth wear-resistant and drag-reducing characteristics of the biological surface, the bionic texture plunger sample was designed and processed to explore the tribological properties of reciprocating lubrication under multiple working conditions. The test results show that the bionic texture can reduce the friction resistance about 40% and improve the wear resistance. Subsequently, the loss of the actual plunger surface before and after the bionic texture processing was measured and no obvious difference was found after comparison, which ensured the pump efficiency.
