刘宗恩1,赵希春2,王建强1,梁学进1,孟虎2,耿凯丽2 (1.中国石油大学(华东),山东青岛266400; 2.青岛石大华通科技有限公司,山东青岛266400) 摘要:机械筛管的性能对油井防砂的效果有着重要影响,测试机械筛管的挡砂能力及抗堵塞能力对机械筛管的选择有重要的指导意义;同时由于机械筛管处于地底环境,受温度、压力、砾石挤压等的影响,其挡砂能力及抗堵塞能力也会有所改变,获得这种变化趋势,可有效支持机械筛管的选择及设计。机械防砂性能测试装置能够测试评估机械筛管的挡砂能力,能够模拟各种地层、不同砾石充填深度、不同温度压力情况,测试在不同条件下机械筛管的挡砂能力,评估滤砂器的挡砂能力的变化趋势。 关键词:防砂;机械筛管;深井环境;防砂性能;测试装置

Qingdao ShidaHuatong Science And Technology Co., Ltd., Qingdao266400, China) Abstract: The performance of mechanical screen pipe has significant influences on the effects of sand control in oil well, and it is of great significance to test the sand-retaining ability and anti-blocking ability of the mechanical screen pipe for the selection of mechanical screen pipes. Considering that the working environment of mechanical screen is underground, its ability of sand-retaining and anti-blocking would be affected by the conditions of temperature, pressure, gravel extrusion, etc. Therefore, exploring the influence of underground environment on the performance of mechanical screen can provide a theoretical basis for the selection and design of mechanical screen. The testing device for mechanical sand control performance can test sand-retaining ability of the mechanical screen pipe under different conditions that the device can simulate, such as different kinds of formations, various gravel packing depths, different degree of temperatures and pressures. 魏列江,梁汝健,强彦,卢利锋,柴铭堃 (兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050) 摘要:针对磁流变阻尼器受到外界磁场作用时,阻尼特性发生变化导致其控制精度变差的问题。该文提出分析不同方向的外界磁场对磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性影响的理论方法,设计线性磁场发生器模拟外界磁场环境,通过实验对理论进行验证。理论与实验结果表明:当磁流变阻尼器受到与活塞运动方向垂直的外界磁场作用时,阻尼特性不受影响;当磁流变阻尼器受到与活塞运动方向水平的外界磁场作用时,随着外界磁场强度的增加,输出阻尼力随之增加;且输出阻尼力等于自身电流作用产生的阻尼力与外界磁场作用产生的阻尼力之和。 关键词:外界磁场;磁流变液;磁流变阻尼器;磁场发生器;阻尼特性

In this paper, the theoretical analysis method of the influence of external magnetic field in different directions on the damping characteristics of MR damper is proposed. A linear magnetic field generator is designed to simulate the external magnetic field environment, and the theory is verified by experiments. The theoretical and experimental results show that: When the magnetorheological damper is subjected to the external magnetic field perpendicular to the piston motion direction, the damping characteristics are not affected; But when the magnetorheological damper is subjected to the external magnetic field which is horizontal with the piston movement direction, the output damping force increases with the increase of the external magnetic field strength, and the output damping force is equal to the sum of the damping force produced by the current action and the external magnetic field action. 赵基宏,刘新强 (兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050) 摘要:海水中存在大量污染物,其中悬沙颗粒会对海水液压元件造成不同程度的冲蚀磨损;配流阀的冲蚀磨损会降低海水泵的容积效率,使用离散项模型对水介质下悬沙颗粒对海水泵配流阀的冲蚀磨损现象进行数值模拟计算,研究阀口开度与入口流速对球型配流阀阀芯及阀座冲蚀磨损的影响。结果表明:不同阀口开度下阀座表面的冲蚀位置有明显差异,而阀芯表面冲蚀磨损位置几乎一致,阀芯及阀座的冲蚀率均随阀口开度的增大而减小;不同入口流速对与阀芯表面的冲蚀率影响更为显著。 关键词: 海水泵;配流阀;冲蚀磨损;数值模拟

The particle erosion in check valve will reduce the volumetric efficiency of the sea water pump. The discrete particle model was used to simulate the particle erosion of the check valve of the sea water pump by suspended sand particles, and the influence of the valve opening and inlet velocity on the particle erosion of the valve core and seat of the ball check valve. The results show that the particle erosion positions of the check valve seat surface are obviously different with different orifice openings, while the erosion positions of the valve core surface are almost the same. The erosion rates of both the valve core and the valve seat increase with the increase of orifice openings. The influence of different inlet velocity on the erosion rate of the valve core surface is more significant. Key words: sea water pump; check valve; particle erosion; numerical simulation

It adopts load sensing technology and three-way flow compensator technology to automatically match the load overflow pressure to maximize system efficiency; it adopts a normally closed brake motor with automatic power failure protection, safe and reliable, and uses an accumulator to open the brake. The solenoid valve is easy to realize automation, and the hydraulic system can improve work efficiency, equipment safety, flexibility, adaptability, and automatic intelligence. Sichuan Chuanrun Ltd., Chengdu610031, China) Abstract: The Double Triangle slot hydraulic spool valve is selected as the research object, and the flow field in the double triangle slot hydraulic spool valve is simulated by using the fluid simulation software STAR-CD, the results show that in the inlet and outlet directions of the valve, both the steady-state hydrodynamic force makes the valve port close, the hydrodynamic force value is slightly larger in the outflow direction than in the inflow direction, and the change of the jet angle is slight, the hydrodynamic force increases as the flow rate increases. However, the spherical valve plate structure is complex, and there are many mutually restrictive factors, so it is difficult to design it. Based on the mechanical analysis and the design of transition zone, the preliminary modeling of spherical valve plate is realized in the paper. On this basis, the simulation optimization and iteration are carried out through Pumplinx, so as reduce the design difficulty of sphericalvalve plate and shorten the development cycle. By solving the co-simulation models obtained times of landing gear extraction/retraction and the requirements for flow and verified the compliance. The results show that the co-simulation based on VL motion and AMESim can be accomplished landing gear extraction/retraction function in the time frame given, and can provide a reference for aircraft landing gear extraction/retraction system design and can be optimized parameter. This article describes a multi-way valve applicable to high flow and researched through the experiment method, analyzes the operating principle of the valve by combining the valve structure and the system principle, and researches inner leakage performance, pressure loss performance, composite action performance, flow and control current characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the valve. Results show that the valve has good control characteristics and small pressure loss and provides foundation data and optimum choice for energy-saving operation of engineering machinery. 低压区压力高精度调节的PLC控制系统设计

This paper puts forward to install accumulator in the power head oil replenishing system in order to reduce the hydraulic shock and protect from suction vacuum, and expound the calculation method of accumulator type selection. The optimization direction greatly reduces the hydraulic shock pressure of the power head oil replenishing system, effectively protect from suction vacuum, and improves the reliability of the power head oil replenishing system. The domestic construction machinery transmission mainly uses No. 6/8 hydraulic transmission oil. At present, there is no friction test method for national standards and machinery industry association standards, which can not meet the needs of OEM. The friction characteristics of hydraulic transmission oil reflect the performance of gear shifting impact, shifting hysteresis, friction durability and so on, which directly affect driver ride comfort and oil friction durability. The SAE NO.2 friction tester was used to select the test method that can scientifically evaluate the gearbox wet friction system of domestic engineering machinery equipment. In this paper, based on the theory of water mist dust removal, aiming at reducing the content of solid particles in the air and increasing the air humidity, the design idea, overall structure and layout, working principle of pipeline system, function control and field experiment of roof type high-efficiency water mist air purification spraying system are studied. The experimental results show that the design has a certain effect on the treatment of solid particles and the increase of air humidity in the urban community and the building airspace on both sides of the urban road, which can provide an important reference for the improvement of the air quality in the urban area. Through the analysis of fault causes, simulation analysis and experimental verification, it is concluded that the phase frequency lag is mainly caused by the gap factor of transmission link. The improvement measures are formulated according to the fault causes. It is verified that the measures completely solve the problem of lag of phase frequency characteristics with the increase of test times. All restrictions need to be considered and overcome in the structural optimization design process to achieve a comprehensive program with good manufacturability, less space, and simple installation. This article proposes an optimization design method that considers both the system-level and component-level structural design for the pressurization system. An example shows that the method provides an effective solution for the structural design of the air-breathing aircraft pressurization system. The reason is that the poor dispersion performance of the pump under the zero flow state causes the failure of the rubber and plastic seals, which leads to oil leakage on the joint surface. According to the fault reason we optimize the heat dissipation performance of the pump under the zero flow state and use AMESim simulation, ground bench inspection, and installation to test the form, and the improvement effect is good.
