The liquid ring pump is divided into four types: single stage single action pump, single stage double action pump, double stage pump and atmospheric liquid ring pump, their respective characteristics are introduced, and the development trend of liquid ring pump is analyzed. Liquid ring pump is a kind of crude vacuum pump, which can be used as both vacuum pump and compressor. According to several key technologies of liquid ring pump, the research status of liquid ring pump at home and abroad is compared. Finally, it is pointed out that domestic efforts should be made in many directions to improve the product value of domestic liquid ring pump technology. 基于CFD的双三角形节流槽液压滑阀阀口的流量特性仿真研究 石金艳1,李辉2,周会3 (1.湖南铁道职业技术学院,湖南株洲412001; 2. 四川川润股份有限公司,四川成都610031; 3.株洲电力机车研究所有限公司,湖南株洲412002) 摘要:以双三角形节流槽的液压滑阀为研究对象,通过运用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对该滑阀内的流场进行解析,得到滑阀内的速度分布和流经阀口的流量大小。仿真结果表明:对于双三角形节流槽,在节流槽流出方向,阀口开度增大时,流束射流角略有减小;在节流槽流入方向,滑阀阀腔内流体的流束方向是向阀芯轴线方向偏移的;该节流槽的流量大小与阀口的开度大小近似成正线性关系,具有较小的斜率。流量特性仿真结果表明在流出和流入阀口的两方向上该滑阀的流量曲线趋于一致,在阀口流出方向上的流量略大于流入方向上的流量。 关键词:液压滑阀;CFD;双三角形槽;流量特性

Crrc Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou412002, China) Abstract: A computational fluid dynamics method was used to analyze the flow field in a hydraulic spool valve with double triangular slot, and the velocity distribution and flow rate through the orifice were obtained. The simulation results show that for the double triangle slot, in the outlet direction of the throttling groove, the jet angle decreases slightly when the opening of the valve are increased; and in the inlet direction of the throttling groove, the direction of flow in the valve cavity is gradually offset to the spool axis, and the flow rate of the throttling groove has a positive linear relationship with the opening of the valve, with a small slope. The flow characteristic curve shows that the flow curve of the valve is basically the same in the two directions of outflow and inflow, and the flow rate in the direction of outflow is slightly larger. 基于SIMPACK研究电机横向减振器与列车动力学性能关系 徐小毛,池茂儒,金学松,郭兆团 (西南交通大学牵引动力国家重点实验室,四川成都610031) 摘要:基于SIMPACK建立了我国某高速动车组动力学模型,仿真分析了电机横向减振器对车辆动力学性能影响,对减振器设计具有帮助作用。仿真结果表明:该高速动车车辆临界速度随着电机横向减振器阻尼系数增加呈先增加后减小趋势;车辆横向平稳性指标及乘坐舒适性指标随着电机横向减振器阻尼系数增加呈先减小后增加趋势,其阻尼系数对车辆垂向平稳性影响不明显;车辆安全性指标均随着阻尼系数增加呈先减小后增加趋势。 关键词:高速动车;SIMPACK;电机横向减振器;车辆动力学性能

It may help the design and optimization of damper. Therefore, there is some of engineering application value. It could be concluded that critical speed increases firstly and then decreases with the augment of damping coefficient of motor lateral damper. Vehicle lateral stability index and ride comfort index decrease firstly and then increase with the augment of damping coefficient of motor lateral damper. And its damping coefficient has less effect on vehicle vertical stability. Vehicle safety indexes also decrease firstly and then increase with the augment of damping coefficient of motor lateral damper. First of all, the design process of high precision hydrostatic turntable is described in this paper. From the overall structure design, the determination of structural form, the determination of parameters, the design of specific structure and size, the parameter design of oil supply hydraulic system, and then to the simulation analysis of the turntable, and finally to the test after the turntable is put into operation, detailed analysis and discussion are made to ensure that the design of the turntable is reasonable and in line with the technical parameters requirement. 张程,王佳,王长华,李俊勤,刘党华 (九江七所精密机电科技有限公司,江西九江332000) 摘要:根据国内外的相关统计数据,液压系统中大约有70%的故障是由于系统介质受到污染所引起的[1]。针对控制液压系统污染度的重要辅件-过滤器,收集总结过滤器使用的各种经验与教训,在刚开始设计时即着手分析危害性及其造成的影响,挖掘出过滤器潜在的缺陷,从而在过滤器的设计阶段采取改进和预防措施,达到消除过滤器可能发生故障的原因,增强了过滤器的设计有效性,降低了过滤器发生故障的风险。通过该文的阐述分析,为液压过滤器的改进提供了解决方案,对其他液压系统元件也起到借鉴作用。 关键词: 液压过滤器;故障模式;功能分析

In the light of the filter, which being as the important component of controlling the pollution degree of hydraulic system, we collect and summarize experience and lesson of field use. In the early stage of design, we start from the impact and hazard analysis, find out the possible potential defects of the filter, and take effective preventive measures in time in the design stage, so as to improve the design efficiency, eliminate the potential risks and eliminate the possible failure factors. Through the elaboration and analysis of this paper, it provides a solution for the improvement of the hydraulic filter, and also plays a reference role for other hydraulic system components. leveling mechanism to level the paddy field. Its leveling mechanism has a wide
range. In order to ensure the rigidity of the leveling mechanism, two hydraulic
cylinders are used for synchronous control. In order to ensure the response
speed, accuracy and robustness of synchronous control, this paper adopts
master-slave structure control and fuzzy PID adaptive control. Build models of
proportional valves and asymmetric hydraulic cylinders in AMESim, set up the

In this paper, according to the actual working conditions and functions of the deaerator pressure regulating valve, the structure of each part is designed and the model is established, the structural strength is checked by theoretical calculation, the natural vibration frequency of the deaerator pressure regulating valve is analyzed by finite element method, and the anti-seismic analysis is carried out according to quasi-static mechanics method, It lays a foundation for further study on the structural strength and service life of deaerator pressure regulating valve. To analyze the influence rule of working temperature on the sealing performance of Glyd ring, ANSYS is used to carry out numerical simulation. The results show that the contact pressure on the main sealing surface increases with the increase of working temperature. The maximum von-Mises stress and the maximum shear stress decrease gradually with the increase of operating temperature, and the stress value at the external stroke stage is the largest. Therefore, as to the sealing performance analysis of the Glyd ring, emphasis should be placed on the outer stroke stage under the lowest available temperature. Business School, Yuxi Normal University, Yuxi653100, China) Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of wideband noise reduction in the hydraulic system, a broad-spectrum hydraulic silencer with a double-layer flexible cylindrical thin shell is designed. Through reasonably configuring the structural parameters of the broad-spectrum hydraulic silencer, the pressure pulsation of multiple frequency bands can be attenuated. The double-layer flexible cylindrical thin shell broad-spectrum hydraulic silencer consists of an expansion chamber, two flexible cylindrical thin shells with different parameters, four mass chambers and a volume chamber. The fluid-solid coupling mathematical model of the cylindrical thin shell is constructed. The vibration displacement formula of the cylindrical thin shell and the insertion loss expression of the broad-spectrum hydraulic silencer are derived. MATLAB software and ANSYS software are used to simulate the static characteristics, dynamic characteristics and pressure fluctuation attenuation performance of the double-layer cylindrical thin-shell broad-spectrum hydraulic silencer. The simulation results show that the broad-spectrum hydraulic silencer with the double-layer flexible cylindrical thin shell has a good attenuation effect in the frequency range of 50 Hz to 1000 Hz, and the attenuation effect is greater than 25 dB, which meets the design requirements of wide frequency band attenuation and better attenuation effect. It provides the test gas for the development of the high pressure bellows spherical joint, and carries out the tolerance (pressure and deflection) of bending moment cycle test, strength test, failure test and high temperature air test. The test system integrates gas supply and distribution, air heater and bending moment test equipment. That is a variety of tests such as high pressure, bending moment, strength, failure and high temperature hot air can be completed in the same system. It provides scientific and accurate test basis for the development of high pressure bellows spherical joints of aircraft exhaust pipes, and provides quality assurance for the successful development of spherical joints and mass production in the future.
