轴向柱塞泵配流盘的球面半径最佳取值范围分析

摘要:目前,国内外研究人员对球面配流的轴向柱塞泵的研究还不是很透彻。而球面配流与平面配流的轴向柱塞泵相比较,在缸体的对中性以及抗倾覆力矩性能上好很多。该文针对球面配流盘的轴向柱塞泵,以A4V250型柱塞泵作为研究对象,初步选取球面配流盘的半径为170 mm,利用solidworks建立其三维模型。然后运用有限元仿真软件workbench对轴向柱塞泵的球配流盘进行仿真分析,最终得到配流盘球面半径的最佳取值范围。

Abstract: At present, the research on the axial piston pump with spherical flow distribution is not very thorough. Compared with the axial piston pump with the plane flow distribution, the spherical piston pump has much better performance of centering and anti overturning torque. In this paper, for the axial piston pump with spherical port plate, a4v250 plunger pump is taken as the research object. The radius of spherical port plate is 170 mm, and its three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks. Then, the finite element simulation software workbench is used to simulate and analyze the ball port plate of the axial piston pump, and the optimal value range of the spherical radius of the valve plate is obtained.

船用高压细水雾灭火泵柱塞副间隙的优化设计

摘要:该文对船用高压细水雾灭火泵柱塞副开展了受力分析,在综合考虑摩擦力和摩擦升温的前提下建立了柱塞副的泄漏量和热平衡分析模型,开展了不同柱塞副间隙和工况下柱塞副的热平衡分析并获得了相应的变化规律,并对柱塞副的初始配合间隙进行了优化,提出了避免柱塞副卡死的技术措施,研究结果可以为船用高压细水雾灭火泵柱塞副的结构优化,提高柱塞泵综合性能提供理论依据。

Optimization Design of Piston Pair Clearance for Marine High-Pressure Water Mist Fire Pump

Abstract: In this paper, the force analysis of the piston pair in marine high-pressure water mist fire pump is carried out. Under the premise of considering the friction and friction temperature rise, the leakage and heat balance analysis model of the piston pair is established. The heat balance analysis of the piston pair under different clearance and working conditions is conducted, and the corresponding change law is obtained. The initial clearance of the piston pair is optimized. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of the piston pair of marine high-pressure water mist fire pump.

平衡孔位置对离心泵轴向力影响的数值模拟研究

摘要:为了减小离心泵叶轮的轴向力,在全计算域的基础上,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和定常计算,系统地研究了平衡孔的径向位置和周向位置对轴向力的影响。结果表明:在保持平衡孔直径不变的情况下,平衡孔径向和周向位置的变化对泵性能的影响非常小;当平衡孔到离心泵转轴的径向距离减小时,轴向力减小;平衡孔开孔位置越靠近叶片背面,平衡孔泄漏量越大,轴向力越小;减小平衡孔到转轴的径向距离并使平衡孔开孔位置尽量靠近叶片背面,能够最大幅度地减小离心泵的轴向力,计算得到的轴向力最小值比最大值减小14.99%

Numerical Simulation Research on the Influence of Balance Hole Position on

the Axial Force of Centrifugal Pump

Abstract: In order to reduce the axial force of a centrifugal pump impeller, the influence of the radial and circumferential position of the balance hole on the axial force was studied systematically based on the RNG k-ε turbulence model and steady state calculation. The results show that the change of the radial and circumferential position of the balance hole has little effect on the pump performance when the diameter of balance hole is kept unchanged. When the radial distance from the balance hole to the shaft of the centrifugal pump decreases, the axial force decreases.The closer the opening position of the balance hole is to the back of the blade, the greater the leakage of the balance hole is and the smaller the axial force is. By reducing the radial distance between the balance hole and the shaft and making the opening position of the balance hole as close to the back of the blade as possible, the axial force of the centrifugal pump can be reduced to the maximum extent. The calculated minimum axial force is 14.99% smaller than the maximum.

一种可自动换向的集成气缸的设计

Abstract: As the existing pneumatic cylinder and direction control valve are separate structural function parts, the function of the reversing valve and shuttle valve are integrated into an independent integrated reversing valve and assemble it on the cylinder by adopting the idea of integrated design to realize an integrated cylinder that can automatically reserve, which solves the single function of shuttle valve, reversing valve and pneumatic cylinder.

放气活门透气孔对动静态性能影响研究

摘要:针对放气活门透气孔对其动静态性能影响不明晰的问题。首先,对放气活门阀芯进行动力学分析,然后基于CFD流场仿真技术得到阀芯所受流场作用力,最后建立放气活门AMESim仿真模型,分析透气孔面积对放气活门动静态性能的影响规律。结果表明,透气孔大小对于放气活门的动静态性能具有重要影响,随透气孔面积增大,放气活门的最大超调量和调整时间减小,有利于提高其动态性能;同时,在相同活门开度,气压伺服马达控制电流随透气孔面积增大而减小。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the vent hole has an unclear effect on the dynamic and static characteristics of the air bleed valve. First, dynamic analysis of the valve core of the air bleed valve, and then obtain the flow field force of the valve core based on the CFD flow field simulation technology, and finally establish the air bleed valve AMESim simulation model to analyze the influence of the area of the vent hole on the dynamic and static performance of the air bleed valve. The results show that the size of the vent hole has an important impact on the dynamic and static performance of the air bleed valve. As the area of the vent hole increases, the maximum peak overshoot and settling time of the air bleed valve decrease, which is beneficial to improve its dynamic characteristics; Moreover, at the same valve opening, the control current of the pneumatic servo motor decreases with the increase of the vent hole area.

空气流速对气液分离滤芯饱和过滤效率影响研究

摘要:气液分离滤芯是空气压缩机中重要元件之一,滤芯的饱和过滤效率直接影响到压缩空气中的油雾含量。实验研究表面流速对气液分离滤芯饱和过滤效率影响具有一定的影响:随着流速升高,饱和过滤效率逐渐升高;到流速上升值一定值时,饱和过滤效率达到最高;随后饱和过滤效率随流速而下降。最后通过韦伯数We和奥内佐格数Oh对这一现象进行了分析,该分析对滤芯饱和过滤效率研究具有一定的指导意义。

Study on the Influence of Air Velocity on Saturation Filtration

Efficiency of Gas-liquid Separation

Abstract:Gas-liquid separation filter element is one of the important components in air compressor. The saturation filtration efficiency of filter element directly affects the oil mist content in compressed air. The influence of the surface velocity on the saturation filtration efficiency of the gas-liquid separation core was studied experimentally: as the velocity increased, the saturation filtration efficiency gradually increased. Saturation filtration efficiency reaches the highest when the flow rate increases to a certain value. Then the saturation filtration efficiency decreases with the flow rate. Finally, Weber number “We” and Ohnesorge number “Oh” were used to analyze this phenomenon, which has certain guiding significance for the research of saturation filtration efficiency of filter element.

自控飞机大臂气缸推力计算方法研究

摘要:以24座自控飞机大臂为研究对象,在大臂的力学特性进行详细分析基础上,根据力矩平衡原理构建大臂气缸推力的数学模型,给出了自控飞机大臂气缸推力的计算公式。应用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对自控飞机大臂进行刚体动力学仿真分析,获取大臂在起升过程中的气缸推力时间历程曲线,并与理论计算结果进行对比,最大误差小于3%,表明建模、仿真的正确性及机构设计的合理性,并依据行业规范对气缸进行校核计算。虚拟样机技术在游乐设施机构设计和评估中,能够减小常规计算带来的设计误差,节约人力和试验资源,对于提高游乐设施技术人员的设计能力具有十分重要的现实意义。

Research on Calculation Method of Cylinder Thrust for Astro Fighter Boom

Abstract: Based on the detailed analysis of the mechanical properties of the big arm, the mathematical model of the big arm cylinder thrust is built according to the principle of torque balance, and the calculation formula of the big arm cylinder thrust of Astro fighter is given. Applying ANSYS Workbench, the thrust time history curve of the big arm in the lifting process of the cylinder is obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation results. The error is less than 3%, indicating the correctness of the modeling and simulation and the rationality of the mechanism design. In addition, the cylinder is checked and calculated according to the industry specifications. In the design and evaluation of amusement facilities, virtual prototype technology can reduce the design error caused by conventional calculation, save manpower and experimental resources, and has very important practical significance for improving the design ability of amusement facilities.

面向再制造的液压泵拆解装置研究与虚拟拆解实验

Abstract: From the perspective of remanufacturing engineering, fully consider the design requirements of disassembly device for remanufacturing of hydraulic pump of construction machinery, build 2D/3D disassembly model, build a two-dimensional/three-dimensional disassembly model for the functional planning of disassembly device and the detailed design of typical disassembly device, build virtual prototype, and the virtual experiment of disassembly process is carried out, planning operating procedures for hydraulic pump disassembly device, comparison with traditional manual disassembly, verify its feasibility and effectiveness.

新型检修密封在某水电站的应用

Abstract: This paper introduces the original overhaul seal of a hydropower station, and analyzes the main reasons for its abnormal function. Through technical transformation, a new type of overhaul seal is installed. After years of operation, the new overhaul seal still has good performance.

加强筋板在压缩机减振降噪中的应用研究>

摘要:该文分析了振动衰减机理,并建立数学模型。振动传递时,经过每个肋板时,增加一个指数函数eix衰减因子。先改善压缩机动平衡、改变隔振器刚度,最后合理增加支撑机架肋板个数,阻断振动的传递,逐步降低了压缩机的振动加速度。结果满足标准规定,可为同类设备的减振降噪及结构设计提供参考和帮助。

Application Research of Stiffened Plate Theory for Compressor Vibration and Noise Reduction

Abstract: This paper analyzes the mechanism of vibration attenuation and establishes its mathematical model. When the vibration is transmitted, an exponential function e ix attenuation factor is added passing through each rib plate. Firstly, the dynamic balance of the compressor is improved, and then the stiffness of the vibration isolator is changed. Finally, the number of ribs of the support frame is increased to block the transmission of vibration reasonably, and the vibration acceleration of the compressor is reduced gradually. The results meet the requirements of the standard, which can provide reference and help for the vibration and noise reduction and structural design of similar equipment.

低压阀门开启压力异常的分析与改进

摘要:低压阀门的启闭和密封性能一直是研究的热点问题之一。文章对某试验系统用低压单向阀在试验过程中出现的开启压力异常问题进行了故障清查与分析,通过在橡胶密封平面喷涂不粘涂层PTFE涂层进行试验验证。试验结果表明,该涂层克服了金属—橡胶密封面的粘连,有效解决了低压单向阀开启压力异常的问题。

Analysis and Improvement on Abnormal Opening Pressure of the Low Pressure Valve

Abstract: The opening and closing as well as the sealing performance of the low pressure valve has always been one of the hotpot issues. In this paper, the problem of abnormal opening pressure of low-pressure check valve used in a test system is checked and analyzed, which is verified by spraying non stick coating PTFE on the rubber sealing surface. The test results show that the coating overcomes the adhesion of metal-rubber sealing surface and the problem of abnormal opening pressure of low-pressure check valve is effectively solved.

液压制动装置中间缸体新加工工艺及验证研究

摘要:液压制动装置的中间缸体组装件主要由中间缸体、碟簧、缓解活塞组成。由于中间缸体是薄壁件,且具有极高的同轴度公差导致该零件加工难度增加,因而出现产品成批报废现象。通过改进中间缸体的加工工艺,确保中间缸体加工零件的同轴度公差符合设计要求,为制订同类型的零件加工工艺提供一定的参考。

Abstract: The intermediate cylinder block assembly of the hydraulic braking device is mainly composed of the intermediate cylinder block, the disc spring and the relief piston. Because of the thin wall and high coaxiality tolerance of the middle cylinder block, it is more difficult to process the parts, so the products are scrapped in batches. By improving the machining process, the coaxiality tolerance of the processed parts of the intermediate cylinder block is ensured to meet the design requirements, which provides a certain reference for formulating the machining process of the same type parts.

Aiming at the problem of the lag in the construction period due to the disassembly and assembly of the pin, this paper designs a pin disassembly device that can flexibly disassemble and assemble the pin on the spot, which is suitable for sites with poor working conditions and price comparisons.

“零排放”挖掘机系统研究

摘要:随着关于环境保护的法规越来越严格,减少使用化石能源成为一种趋势。对于在工作过程中消耗大量能源的移动机械来说,节能减排也是重要一项课题。目前,移动机械的主要能量供应为内燃机,常规解决方案是使用电驱动部分或者彻底取代内燃机。全电驱动被认为在未来将会是最终解决方案。然而,实现电驱动取代较为困难,同时在某种程度上,需要改变整个液压系统。该文研究了传统挖掘机液压系统的工况及效率情况,提出零排放挖掘机两种边界解决方案。

Research On “Zero Emission” Excavator System

Abstract: The legislation regarding environment protection becomes more and more strict. There is a trend to reduce the using of fossil energy. The mobile machines consume considerable amount of fuel during their operation, so these kinds of machines need to be improved accordingly. A common solution for this is to partially or completely replace the internal combustion engine by electric drives. A full electric driven system is regarded as the ultimate solution in the future. However, the replacement of electric drives is not easy to be realized and it requires to change the system layout along with the production lines to a great extent. This paper analyzes the work conditions and efficiency of traditional excavator, and proposes two different limit solutions for excavator.

Abstract: According to the Special Working Environment in the mine, this paper introduces four steering control modes of full hydraulic steering, and explains the working principles and characteristics of power steering, full hydraulic steering, flow amplifier steering and multi-way Valve steering respectively, combining with the specific parameters of the steering element given by the manufacturer and the actual working conditions, the type selection design calculation is given, and the applicable scope of each steering form and the matters needing attention in type selection and matching are pointed out in detail, the design method of full hydraulic steering system is summarized, which provides an effective method and experience for the design and selection of steering system.

基于故障树的正面吊臂架上升速度慢故障诊断研究

摘要:运用故障树分析法,以正面吊臂架俯仰上升速度慢为顶事件,通过分析系统故障形式、臂架俯仰液压系统结构及工作原理,建立了液压系统故障树图,通过系统最小割集和底事件重要度的计算求解对系统进行了定性和定量分析。分析结果表明泵吸油管路及主阀控制油路中减压阀及溢流阀失效是造成故障发生的主要原因,为故障诊断及完善系统提供指导。

Study on Fault Diagnosis of the Tilting System of Reach Stacker Based on Fault Tree Analysis

Abstract: Based on the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), the fault tree of tilting system of Reach Stacker is established by analyzing system failure form, system structure and operating principle. The qualitative and quantitative analyses are carried out through computing the minimum cut sets and the importance. The results show that the fault is mainly caused by the breakdown of operating pump oil suction tube and pressure reducing valve and relief valve of main valve control oil circuit. The study can provide guidance to routine maintenance and repair.
