Combining the differences in hardware technology routes of different OEMs, analyzed the difference in lubrication requirements between oil-cooled motors and water-cooled motors. It also briefly described the development and verification of the two single-stage gearbox and multi-stage gearbox oil products under the water-cooled motor structure. YJQ-5型液压制动夹钳主动块油缸新加工工艺及验证 张克昌1,袁果2 (1.湖南铁道职业技术学院,湖南株洲412001; 2.湖南联诚轨道装备有限公司,湖南株洲412001) 摘要:YJQ-5型液压制动夹钳是对铁道机车车轮实施制动操作的一种刹车装置,能够对行驶中的铁道机车减速、停车,确保铁道机车的行驶安全。YJQ-5型液压制动夹钳主要由主动块、被动块、闸片及闸片托等组成,其中主动块中油缸是异形件,形位精度和空间尺寸精度高,在加工过程中存在困难,通过改进加工工艺,确保主动块油缸的形位精度和装配精度符合设计要求,为同类零件的加工工艺的制定提供一定的参考。 关键词: 液压制动夹钳;主动块;油缸;加工工艺

李家学1,李善军2,刘明迪1,王凌浩1,高志远1 (1.广东理工学院工业自动化系,广东肇庆526000; 2.华中农业大学工学院,湖北武汉430070) 摘要:为解决《液压与气压传动》课程流体力学部分教学难点的问题,采用AMESim软件针对油液的物理性质、静力学、运动学和动力学规律建立流体属性仿真模型、液体静压力仿真模型、流体连续性原理仿真模型和孔口流量仿真模型。将其引入到教学过程中,通过可视直观的曲线图和数据,让学生更加深刻地理解相关理论与公式。实践表明:将AMESim仿真技术引入到课程教学过程中,相对于常规教学,学生的考勤率平均提高3.13%,上课抬头率平均提高14.88%,课堂表现更加优秀。通过该课程教学改革增强了教学的直观性,加强学生对知识的理解,充分调动了学生学习积极性,提高了学习效率,提升了课堂教学质量。 关键词:液压与气动;流体力学;AMESim;仿真;教学实践

College of Engineering,Huazhong Agricultural University,Wuhan430070, China) Abstract: For the purpose of solving the difficult problems in the teaching of fluid mechanics in the course of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, AMESim software is used to establish fluid attribute simulation model, hydrostatic pressure simulation model, fluid continuity principle simulation model and orifice flow simulation model for the physical properties, statics, kinematics and dynamics of oil fluid. Through visual and intuitive graphs and data, the students can have a deeper understanding of the relevant theories and formulas. It is found that the introduction of AMESim simulation technology into the course teaching process, compared with conventional teaching, the students'attendance rate is increased by 3.13% on average, the class listening rate is increased by 14.88% on average, and the classroom performance is better. The results shows that the intuition of teaching is enhanced, the students'understanding of knowledge is strengthened, the learning enthusiasm of students is fully mobilized, the learning efficiency is improved, and the quality of classroom teaching is improved. 曹晴云,屠怡范 (华智数创(北京)科技发展有限责任公司,北京100088) 摘要:作为调节阀核心部件的智能阀门定位器,在工业控制领域得到广泛的应用,正在逐步取代传统的阀门定位器。该文采用专利信息分析方法,对智能阀门定位器的全球专利申请态势、主要创新主体进行了分析,揭示了智能阀门定位器气动部件、通信技术与过程控制系统、可靠定位及故障诊断等关键技术的发展脉络及未来趋势。研究表明,国外几家龙头企业掌握着核心技术,突出特点是高技术、高附加值;且国外龙头企业对中国市场重视,在中国布局有大量专利。国内企业的专利申请量均不大,需要密切跟踪国际发展趋势,提高自主设计能力,实现智能阀门定位器技术的突破发展。 关键词:智能阀门定位器;专利信息;创新主体;关键技术;发展现状;创新趋势

Firstly, considering the comprehensive action of the internal medium and external environment of the air bleed valve, the heat-fluid-structure coupling simulation model of the air bleed valve is established to obtain the temperature distribution and pressure load of the air bleed valve. Then, the temperature distribution of the air bleed valve is analyzed and the temperature distribution of the key position is obtained. Then, considering the installation constraints of the air bleed valve, the temperature and the air pressure on the fluid-solid interface were taken as the initial load to selective analyze the clearance deformation of the air bleed valve, and the difference of the effect of the temperature and air pressure on the deformation of the valve was finally obtained, which provides guidance for the structure optimization of the air bleed valve. 基于Mixture模型泡沫发生器气液两相流数值模拟 张江涛,汤文斌,成晓伟 (中国电建集团上海能源装备有限公司,上海201316) 摘要:为提高泡沫发生器发泡效果,优化泡沫发生器内部结构设计,采用流体仿真技术对泡沫发生器内部流场进行数值模拟,分析速度、压力以及气相体积分布,研究不同进气方式以及挡板高度对泡沫发生器内部流场影响,结果表明:中心进气式泡沫发生器内部气液混合均匀程度优于边缘进气式泡沫发生器,内部压力损失比边缘进气式大;在泡沫发生器内部增设挡板有利于增强泡沫发生器内部的气液两相混合均匀程度,随着挡板高度的增加,气相和液相混合越均匀,但会增大泡沫发生器内部压力损失,其研究结果对泡沫发生器结构的优化设计提供理论依据。 关键词: 泡沫发生器;气液两相流;数值模拟;结构优化 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2021)09-0034-04 Numerical Simulation of Gas-liquid Two-phase Flow in Foam Generator Based on Mixture Model ZHANG Jiang-tao, TANG Wen-bin, CHENG Xiao-wei (Power China SPEM Limited Company, Shanghai201316, China) Abstract: Using fluid simulation software to numerically simulate the internal flow field of the foam generator. Study the influence of different air intake methods and baffle height on the internal flow field of the foam generator. The results show that the uniformity of gas-liquid mixing in the central intake foam generator is better than that of the edge inlet foam generator, and the internal pressure loss is larger than that of the edge inlet type; Adding a baffle inside the foam generator. It is beneficial to enhance the uniformity of gas-liquid two-phase mixing inside the foam generator. With the increase of baffle height, the gas phase and liquid phase mix more evenly, but the pressure loss of the foam generator will be increased. Key Laboratory of Fluid Machinery and System of Gansu Province, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: To study the influence of inducer blade with slots on cavitation performance of high speed centrifugal pump, five schemes which slotted coefficient k are 0 (blade without slots), 6.7%, 13.3%, 20% and 26.7% were designed. The RNG k-ε turbulence model and the Rayleigh-Plesset cavitation model were adopted to the three-dimensional numerical calculation of the full flow passage of the pump. Based on the numerical calculation results, the streamline and pressure distribution in the section of the inducer, the development of cavitation in the inducer, and the cavitation characteristics curve of the high speed centrifugal pump were analyzed. The simulated results indicated that setting slots at the inlet of the inducer blade shroud can reduce or eliminate the low pressure area in this area, and has a small impact on the hydraulic performance of the pump, the slots can suppress and reduce the bubbles distribution in the incipient cavitation stage, and the slotted coefficient k has an optimal value for the cavitation performance of the pump. When the slotted coefficient k=13.3%, the cavitation performance of the inducer perform best. Key words: inducer; slotted blade; cavitation; high speed centrifugal pump

Based on the results of the simulation model, the influence of the number and layout of the piston pump on the hydraulic characteristics of the brake system is studied. Finally, the brake pressurization test is carried out with conventional ESC and newly designed brake products. The results show that the theory is correct and the application is feasible. It is mainly used to provide air power source for flight vehicle test, and can simulate the air supply characteristics of the incoming flow ram air and high pressure gas cylinder when the specimen is working. The system can realize air pressurization, air purification, air storage, through the full monitoring operation of the industrial computer can be adjusted to the output gas pressure, temperature, flow, humidity, to meet the requirements of air supply and testing. The results show that: under water pressure and actual operation conditions, the maximum stress of the cylinder occurs at the welding point between the cylinder and the sealed cooling chamber, and at the intersection of the outlet pipe and the cylinder, respectively, and the safety factors are greater than the design requirements with sufficient safety margin; The first six natural frequencies and modes of the cylinder are obtained by modal analysis, which provides theoretical basis for avoiding resonance of the cylinder structure; At the same time, the test scheme verifies that the welded structure of cylinder and cooling chamber has no leakage, deformation, abnormal sound and good sealing performance, which fully meets the application and operation requirements of high temperature circulating pump in gas heat transfer oil heat source station. Compared with the fixed-plane nozzle, the flexible nozzle driven by the actuators can adjust the contour continuously, which not only shortens the conversion time between two different profiles but also realises the continous adjustment of mach number in the operation of wind tunnel. This paper analyzes the advtanges and disadvtanges of the various power transmission medium of the actuation mechanisms. The design of the electro-hydraulic servo system is given for the first semi-flexible nozzle driven by servo cylinders in China. The technologies, such as the asymmetrical-valve-controlled-asymmetrical-cylinder system, the synchronously parallel constant pressure pumps system with remote pressure control and the distrubuted control based on the digital servo-proportional valve with integrated axis control, are adopted to meet the control requirements of the flexible nozzle including 44 cylinders in total. 基于广义CP张量分解和多尺度排列熵的液压泵故障诊断 林青云,叶杰凯,侯巍,梁登,黄李威 (丽水市特种设备检测院,浙江丽水323000) 摘要:针对现有液压泵故障诊断算法故障识别精度低、实测信号中存在冗杂信息和无关成分干扰等问题,提出了一种在高维空间对液压泵振动信号进行处理和模式识别的方法。首先利用L wner矩阵将一维时间序列信号进行高维张量化,然后基于广义CP张量分解(GCP)算法,根据数据分布类型选择适当的损失函数以确定最佳低秩模型,实现对液压泵采集得到的振动信号进行分解,降低分解损失,提高分解精度。最后选择分解结果中与原始信号相似度最高的模式分量,计算其多尺度排列熵(MPE)值进行液压泵不同故障类型的特征识别。将该文所提方法应用于液压泵故障实验台的实测数据分析,验证了其在液压泵故障诊断中的 有效性。 关键词:广义CP张量分解;多尺度排列熵;液压泵;故障诊断 中图分类号:TH137.51文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2021)09-0090-07 Hydraulic Pump Fault Diagnosis Based on Generalized CP Tensor Decomposition and Multiscale Permutation Entropy LIN Qing-yun, YE Jie-kai, HOU Wei, LIANG Deng, HUANG Li-wei (Lishui Special Equipment Inspection Institute, Lishui323000, China) Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low fault identification accuracy, interference of miscellaneous information and irrelevant components in the measured signals, a method for pattern recognition of hydraulic vibration signals in high dimensional space is proposed. Firstly, a one-dimensional time series signal is tensioned by L wner matrix. Then, according to the data distribution type, the appropriate loss function was selected to determine the optimal low-rank model. Based on it, Generalized Canonical Polyadic Tensor Decomposition (GCP) algorithm was used to decompose the vibration signals collected by the hydraulic pump. The purpose of this operation is to reduce the decomposition loss and improve the decomposition accuracy. Finally, the mode component with the highest correlation in the decomposition results was selected. Then, its Multi-scale Permutation Entropy (MPE) was calculated to recognize the different fault types, so as to realize the pattern recognition of different fault types of hydraulic pump. The proposed method is applied to the experimental data analysis of hydraulic pump fault, and its effectiveness in hydraulic pump fault diagnosis is verified.
