全铝液压缸的研究与应用综述

摘要:随着人类对高效率的追求,许多领域都以轻质铝合金作为首选材料。液压缸作为液压系统中必不可少的线性机构,它的轻量化也逐渐引起了人们的关注。该文从全铝液压缸的可行性和质量轻、可靠性、易加工、易控制、可回收等优点进行分析论述,最后对国内外全铝液压缸应用领域以及现状做了简单的概述。

Overview of Research and Application for All Aluminum Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract: With the pursuit of high efficiency, many fields choose lightweight aluminum alloy as the preferred material. Hydraulic cylinder is an indispensable linear mechanism in hydraulic system, and its lightweight has gradually attracted people's attention. This paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility and advantages of all aluminum hydraulic cylinder, such as light weight, reliability, easy processing, easy control and recyclability. Finally, the application fields and status quo of all aluminum hydraulic cylinder at home and abroad are briefly summarized.

基于超临界CO2工质的作动过程仿真研究

摘要:建立了基于真实气体状态方程的超临界CO2作动过程仿真模型,并以某作动试验系统为例,开展了相应的运动学仿真分析,并与试验测试值进行对比分析,验证了计算结果的正确性。结果表明,通过合理的CO2介质充装量、多路调节阀及其开启时序设计,可以获得满足使用要求的运动参数,实现有效载荷的平稳运动。

Study of Actuation Process Simulation Based on Super-critical CO2

Abstract: Actuation process simulation model of super-critical CO2 is set up based on real gas state equation. Aim at some small-scale actuation test system, kinematic simulation is given and compared with testing data, which verified the correctness of simulation. In conclusion, kinematic parameters that satisfied demands can be achieved through design of appropriate CO2 massmultitude adjust valve and open control sequencewhich make counterweight out of canister smoothly.

基于EEMDSVM相结合的液压系统冲击振动智能诊断研究

摘要:工程机械液压系统发生冲击故障时,液压冲击引起的振动信号包含了大量的故障信息。该文针对液压冲击产生的振动信号,通过EEMD方法计算有效IMF分量的能量分布作为振动信号的特征向量,研究了基于SVM分类预测的典型冲击振动信号的高维大样本的分类识别,比较了不同 SVM 分类器的分类识别效果。结果表明:基于EEMDSVM相结合的方法可有效进行高维大样本条件下液压系统冲击振动信号分类识别,能实现液压系统冲击振动信号的智能诊断。

Intelligent Diagnostic Research of Hydraulic System Impact Vibration

Based on Combination of EEMD and SVM

Abstract: When the hydraulic system of construction machinery has an impact fault, the vibration signal caused by the hydraulic impact contains a lot of fault information. In this paper, aiming at the vibration signal generated by hydraulic impact, the EEMD method was used to calculate the energy distribution of the effective IMF component as the feature vector of the vibration signal, and the SVM learning prediction function was used to study the classification and recognition of large samples of typical shock and vibration signals in high dimension, and the classification and recognition effects of different SVM classifiers were compared. The results show that the method based on the combination of EEMD and SVM can effectively classify and identify the impact vibration signals of the hydraulic system under the condition of high dimensional and large sample size, and can realize the intelligent diagnosis of the impact vibration signals of the hydraulic system.

非对称高速轴向柱塞泵数值模拟分析研究

摘要:随着工业技术发展,各行业对柱塞泵高功率密度的需求日益上升。该文设计了一种小体积、高转速非对称轴向柱塞泵并对其进行数值计算。用UG建立柱塞泵的内部流道模型,在ANSYS MESH中根据各个部分不同的要求划分网格,结合动网格和滑移网格来实现柱塞的往复运动和缸体旋转运动,在ANSYS Fluent中设置好边界条件进行计算;获取了该柱塞泵的流量脉动、不同时刻的压力云图及速度矢量图,通过数值模拟分析得出:该柱塞泵在高低压转换时,容易产生压力冲击、流量倒灌导致流量脉动率大。

Numerical Simulation Analysis of Asymmetrical High Speed Axial Piston Pump

Abstract: With the development of industrial technology, various industries have an increasing demand for high power density of plunger pumps. This paper designs a small volume, high speed asymmetric axial piston pump. First use UG to establish the internal flow channel model of the plunger pump. In ANSYS MESH, the grid is divided according to the different requirements of each part, and the dynamic grid and slip grid are combined to realize the reciprocating movement of the plunger and the rotation of the cylinder. Set the boundary conditions in ANSYS Fluent for calculation. The flow pulsation of the plunger pump, the pressure cloud diagram at different times, and the velocity vector diagram are obtained, and the problems of the plunger pump in the high-speed process are analyzed through numerical simulation.

直驱式电液伺服系统速度与位置复合控制系统仿真

摘要:为减小直驱式电液伺服系统运行过程中的液压冲击,提高系统运行的平稳性和位置精度,采用速度前馈和位置反馈的复合控制策略。该文介绍了直驱式电液伺服系统的组成,复合控制的原理;导出包含负载信息的速度前馈量计算模型;设计速度与位置信号发生器,实现速度前馈控制与位置反馈控制的无扰切换;搭建系统SimulinkAMESim联合仿真模型。仿真结果表明,在不同期望速度、不同的负载下,系统可以很好的跟踪速度和位置给定信号,具有良好的控制性能。

Simulation of Speed and Position Compound Control System for DDVC System

Abstract: In order to reduce the hydraulic impact during the operation of DDVC servo system and improve the stability and position accuracy of the system, the compound control strategy of speed feedforward and position feedback is adopted. This paper introduces the composition of DDVC servo system and the principle of compound control; derives the speed feed-forward calculation model including load information; designs speed and position signal generator to realize the undisturbed switching between speed feed-forward control and position feedback control; builds the system Simulink and AMESim joint simulation model. The simulation results show that the system can track the given speed and position signals well under different expected speeds and loads, and has good control performance.

汽车ESP系统回油泵建模与仿真分析

摘要:ESP(汽车电子稳定控制系统)作为智能化、主动性安全程序,由驱动力控制系统、防抱死制动系统以及横摆力矩系统组成,为汽车驱动、制动和转向提供了有效的安全保障。液控单元作为ESP重要组成单元,保证了系统的性能与控制效果。以液控单元回油泵为研究对象,分析研究了回油泵的数学模型,并通过AMESimMATLAB软件建立其联合仿真模型,对仿真结果分析可知回油泵参数对主动增压制动轮缸压力调节的影响,为回油泵工作效率提高提供了参考依据。

The Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Scavenge Pump for Automobile ESP System

Abstract: ESP as intelligent and active safety systems, the driving force control system, anti lock brake system and yaw system, car driving, braking and steering to provide effective security. As an important component of ESP, the hydraulic control unit ensures the performance and control effect of the system. The hydraulic control unit pump as the research object, the mathematical model of the pump is derived, and through AMESim and MATLAB software to establish the simulation model, the simulation analysis shows the effect of regulating pump parameters on active booster brake wheel cylinder pressure, provide a reference for improving work efficiency of pump.

R-Lay铺管船塔架液压升降系统设计分析

Analysis the Design of Tower Hydraulic Elevating System for R-Lay Vessel

Abstract: Taking the new deep diving multi-function vessel of Shanghai Salvage Bureau as the research object, this paper introduces the structural characteristics of the hydraulic elevating system of r-lay pipe laying tower which install on vessel, establishes the geometric equation of the tower angle adjustment, analyzes the hydraulic schematic design, and analyzes the status and main steps of the elevating mechanism under various working conditions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the operation, maintenance and management of the equipment in the future, At the same time, it provides a reference for the design of similar elevating system.

基于PLC的插销式液压升降台控制系统设计与研究

摘要:液压升降平台具有升降平稳可靠、调速范围大的特点,作为起重、装卸特殊设备,广泛应用于工业生产起重、运输中。基于液压系统工作原理,设计插销式液压升降平台控制系统,实现手动单步及自动控制两种控制方式。插销式液压升降平台利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)建立自动控制流程,采用TIA Portal 软件编写平台控制程序,绘制自动顺序控制功能图。四个主液压缸通过PID指令进行控制,采用调节电液比例调速阀实现工作同步。该液压升降平台的应用提高了系统的安全性和可靠性,为其他升降平台的设计研究提供了指导。

Design and Research of Plug-in Hydraulic Lift Control System with PLC

Abstract: Hydraulic lifting platform has the characteristics of stable and reliable lifting and large speed range. As a special lifting and handling equipment, it is widely used in industrial production lifting and transportation. Based on the working principle of hydraulic system, the control system of plug-in hydraulic lifting platform is designed to realize two control modes: manual one-step control and automatic control. Plug-in hydraulic lifting platform uses programmable logic controller (PLC) to establish the automatic control flow, uses TIA Portal software to write platform control program, and draws the automatic sequence control function chart. Four column hydraulic cylinder's controller is Pid, at the same time, the synchronization is mainly realized by adjusting the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valve. The application of the hydraulic lifting platform ensures that the system has high security and reliability, and provides guidance for the design and research of other lifting platforms.

摘要:汽车制动软管作为汽车制动系统中重要零件之一,主要作用是向制动器传递制动压力,其对软管耐久性及可靠性具有极高的要求。基于这一出发点,设计了一种汽车软管耐久性及可靠性试验系统方案,仿真分析了制动软管液压系统在10.3 MP下的脉冲加载控制性能,对方案可行性进行分析;搭建了汽车软管耐久性及可靠性试验平台,对所提方案的可行性进行了实验验证。研究结果表明,该试验系统脉冲响应时间可控制在25 ms以内,满足参数要求,具有较好的可行性,对汽车制动软管测试具有很好的借鉴意义。

Study of Automobile Brake Hose Durability Hydraulic Test System

Abstract: As one of the important parts of the automobile brake system, the main function of the brake hose is to transmit the braking pressure to the brake, which has high requirements for the durability and reliability of the hose. Based on these understandings, a scheme of automobile hose durability and reliability test system is designed, the control performance of brake hose hydraulic system under 10.3 mp pulse loading is simulated and analyzed, and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed; the automobile hose durability and reliability test platform is built, and the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by experiments. The results show that the impulse response time of the test system can be controlled within 25 ms, which can meet the requirements of parameters and has good feasibility. It has a good reference significance for automobile brake hose test.

核主泵轴承滑油唧油叶轮导叶性能优化

摘要:以某核主泵轴承为研究对象,针对华龙一号对其超设计基准工况运行要求,采用CFDStageMixing Plane)单叶片通道技术对叶轮导叶进行了仿真。通过对叶轮导叶流道进出口面积的设计及叶轮导叶面积比匹配优化,提高了叶轮导叶的水力效率,对核主泵轴承在超设计基准工况中的SBO和丧失冷却水运行的安全性予以提升,结果表明:优化后叶轮导叶性能较之前有明显提高;对于该类叶轮导叶的优化,需要同时对叶轮导叶进出口流道面积进行调整。研究成果可为相关核主泵轴承用叶轮导叶优化设计提供一定的技术参考。

Performance Optimization of Impeller and Diffuser of Nuclear Main Pump Bearings

Abstract: By taking the bearing of a nuclear main pump as the research object, the CFD and stage (mixing plane) single blade channel technology were used to simulate the impeller and diffuser according to the operation requirements of HPR1000 under the beyond design basis condition. Through the design of the inlet and outlet area of the impeller diffuser passage and the matching optimization of the area ratio of the impeller diffuser, the hydraulic efficiency of the impeller diffuser is improved, and the safety of the SBO and the loss of cooling water operation of the nuclear main pump bearing in the beyond design basis condition is improved; For the optimization of this kind of impeller diffuser, it is necessary to adjust the inlet and outlet channel area of the impeller diffuser at the same time. The research results of this paper can provide a certain technical reference for the optimization design of impeller diffuser used in the bearing of nuclear main pump.

Experimental Study on Flow and Pressure Characteristics of Electro-Pneumatic Pressure Control Valve

Abstract: In this paper, the key parameters and test methods characterizing the flow and pressure characteristics of electro-pneumatic pressure control valves are determined by analyzing the ISO10094, and a set of test-bed for flow and pressure characteristics is set up. The flow and pressure characteristics of a typical electro-pneumatic pressure control valve are tested, and the test data are analyzed to verify the feasibility of ISO10094 related methods. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the flow and pressure characteristic test and standard formulation of domestic electro-pneumatic pressure control valves.

单线循环客运索道液压张紧系统常见故障研究

摘要:作为一种环保型的交通运输工具,客运索道在越来越多的山岳型景区内部交通运输体系中发挥着重要作用。张紧系统的可靠性与索道安全平稳运行息息相关,而液压张紧系统已经成为单线循环客运索道张紧的主流设备。该文对索道液压张紧系统的工作特点、工作原理进行了简单介绍,在此基础上对索道运营过程中液压张紧系统的常见故障进行了分析与总结,并提出了索道液压张紧系统故障诊断程序。

Study on Common Fault Diagnosis of Hydraulic Tensioning System for Single Line Circulating Passenger Cableway

Abstract: As an environment friendly transportation, passenger ropeway plays an important role in internal transportation systems of the Mountain-Scenic Spot. The reliability of the tension system is closely related to safety and equability of cableway. The hydraulic tensioning system has become the mainstream equipment of the single track circulating passenger cableway. In this paper, the characteristics and principle of the cableway hydraulic tension system are introduced. On this basis, the common faults of the hydraulic tension system of cableway are analyzed and summarized, and the general procedure for fault diagnosis of the cableway hydraulic tension system is proposed.

尾舱扰流板抖动修理研究

摘要:尾舱扰流板自由状态下不归零故障原因为活塞腔内密封圈老化、弹性变差,密封圈的老化将导致活塞处密封圈的挤压产生的摩擦力不足以平衡扰流板在自由状态重力影响,不能较好回至零位。另一方面,密封圈的老化将使得阻尼比减小,导致整个燃气系统或子系统在零位时的不稳定性增大,出现尾舱扰流板抖动现象。

Research on the Repair of the Tail-cabin Spoiler Dithering

Abstract: The causes of non-return-to-zero failure in the free state of the spoiler in the aft compartment are aging and poor elasticity of the sealing ring in the piston chamber, the aging of the sealing ring will cause the friction force produced by the extrusion of the sealing ring at the piston is not enough to balance the gravity influence of the spoiler in the free state and return to zero position. On the other hand, the aging of the seal ring will reduce the damping ratio, which will lead to the instability of the whole gas system or sub-system at zero position, and the wobble of the spoiler in the tail compartment.

摘要:O形密封件的合理选型对其性能和使用寿命起着重要作用。作者结合长期从事液压润滑设备管理积累的经验与体会,介绍了O形密封圈的压缩率、拉伸量、接触宽度的设计、选用原则,及其关于密封性能和使用寿命的重要性;介绍了国标和行标对O形密封圈的尺寸公差、外观缺陷、性能的要求,指出O形密封圈备件质量问题;作者结合O形密封圈常见的失效案例,提出关于O形密封圈管理的方案,减少设备漏油故障。

Talking Management of O-ring

Abstract: The reasonable selection of o-ring plays an important role in its performance and service life. Combined with the experience accumulated in the management of hydraulic lubrication equipment for a long time, the author introduces the design and selection principles of compression ratio, stretching amount and contact width of O-ring, as well as the importance of sealing performance and service life. This paper introduces the requirements of national standard and industrial standard for the dimensional tolerance, appearance defect and performance of O-ring, and points out the quality problems of spare parts of O-ring. Combined with the common failure cases of O-ring, the author puts forward the management scheme of O-ring to reduce the oil leakage of equipment.

基于UG的液压机械臂建模与故障诊断方法研究

摘要:液压机械臂是智能化工业制造中不可或缺的重要机械装置,针对在复杂多变的工业应用情景下液压机械臂故障诊断效率下降的问题,在UG交互式建模系统中构建了液压机械臂的实体造型,明确相关性能参数,与此同时,构建了液压机械臂的运动学模型,设计了液压机械臂运动状态观测器,利用分段阈值故障诊断算法对不同工作状态下进行故障检测,最后,在构建的液压机械臂实验平台中验证故障诊断方法的有效性,实验结果表明,采用UG建模辅助方法和分段阈值故障诊断方法能够提升液压机械臂的故障诊断效率和精确度。

Research on Modeling and Fault Diagnosis of Hydraulic Manipulator Based on UG

Abstract: Hydraulic manipulator is an indispensable mechanical device in intelligent industrial manufacturing. Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of fault diagnosis of hydraulic manipulator decreases in complex and changeable industrial application scenarios, the solid modeling of hydraulic manipulator is constructed in UG interactive modeling system, and the relevant performance parameters are defined. At the same time, the dynamic model of hydraulic manipulator is constructed, The motion state observer of the hydraulic manipulator is designed, and the segmented threshold fault diagnosis algorithm is used to detect the faults under different working states. Finally, the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis method is verified in the experimental platform of the hydraulic manipulator, The efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis of hydraulic manipulator can be improved by using UG modeling aid method and segmented threshold fault diagnosis method.

不同材质的液压缸零件混合清洗工艺研究

摘要:液压缸在设计上根据结构特点,设计的零件需要选用不同的材质。液压缸生产过程中,为了保证产品质量,需要严格控制生产过程中的多余物,特别是在零件组装前,对零件进行清洗的工序尤为重要。小批量生产时,经常采用人工操作的方法,对液压缸的各个零件逐一进行清洗检查。当液压缸进入批量生产后,开始向自动化清洗方向发展,因为场地条件、成本控制等多种条件限制下,需要对不同材质的液压缸零件进行混合清洗,而一种清洗剂往往只能适应一类材质的清洗要求,对于不同类型的材质会出现异常的锈蚀问题。该文通过对在制的产品零件进行材质分析和清洗剂以及过程控制参数的研究试验,有效地解决了27SiMn等含Si元素合金钢零件与45#钢零件混合清洗发生腐蚀的问题。

Research on Mixed Cleaning Process of Hydraulic Cylinder Parts with Different Materials

Abstract: In the design of hydraulic cylinder, according to the structural characteristics, the parts need to choose different materials. In the production process of hydraulic cylinder, in order to ensure the product quality, it is necessary to strictly control the surplus in the production process, especially before the assembly of parts, the cleaning process of parts is particularly important. In small batch production, manual operation is often used to clean and inspect each part of hydraulic cylinder one by one. When the hydraulic cylinder enters the mass production, it begins to develop to the direction of automatic cleaning. Because of the limitations of site conditions, cost control and other conditions, it is necessary to carry out mixed cleaning for hydraulic cylinder parts of different materials, and a kind of cleaning agent can only adapt to the cleaning requirements of one type of material, and there will be abnormal corrosion problems for different types of materials. In this paper, through the material analysis of in-process parts and the research and test of cleaning agent and process control parameters, the corrosion problem of 27SiMn and other alloy steel parts containing Si element and 45# steel parts mixed cleaning is effectively solved.

摘要:液压制动装置作为轨道交通车辆的核心组件,是确保车辆安全行驶、可靠停止的关键装置,其最重要的零件是制动油缸。液压制动油缸的加工质量对液压制动装置的工作性能具有重要影响。该文针对液压制动装置工作中制动油缸与弹簧座配合常发生卡滞现象,由于制动油缸形位公差要求高,加工存在困难,通过改进制动油缸的加工工艺,确保制动油缸组装的装配精度,为同类零件的加工工艺的制定提供一定的参考。

Abstract: As the core component of rail transit vehicles, hydraulic braking device is the key device to ensure the safe driving and reliable brake of vehicles, and its most important part is the brake cylinder. The machining quality of the brake cylinder has an important influence on the working performance of the hydraulic brake device. In view of the brake cylinder and spring seat sticking phenomenon in the work of hydraulic braking device, due to the high requirements of the shape and position tolerance of the brake cylinder, there are difficulties in processing. By improving the processing technology of the brake cylinder, the assembly accuracy of the brake cylinder assembly is ensured, which provides a certain reference for the formulation of the processing technology of similar parts.

基于maxwell气动流量比例电磁阀关键部件比例电磁铁的仿真研究

摘要:比例电磁阀在生产生活中应用较为广泛,气动流量比例电磁阀其工作原理是按输入的电信号连续地、按比例地对输入气体流量进行调节,其关键部件比例电磁铁的动静态工作特性对于整个阀门来说起着决定性的作用,所以研究电磁铁的相关参数,可以适当改善阀门性能。在此基础上,对于电磁铁铁芯行程与电磁力之间的关系的研究,能为之后阀门整个的自控制提供理论支撑,更好地发现适合产品控制的算法。现有产品比例电磁阀ckd,通过研究其线圈的安匝数、气隙等对电磁铁的电磁力、磁场强度来研究其动静态工作特性,通过maxwell建模仿真得出相关结论。

Simulation Research on Proportional Electromagnet of Pneumatic

Abstract: Proportional solenoid valve is widely used in pneumatic system. Its working principle is to adjust the input gas flow continuously and proportionally according to the input electrical signal. The working characteristics of the proportional electromagnet, the key component of the valve, play a decisive role in the whole valve. Therefore, studying the relevant parameters of the electromagnet can appropriately improve the valve performance. Through the existing products, by adjusting the number of ampere turns and air gap of the coil, the electromagnetic force and magnetic field strength of the electromagnet are adjusted, and relevant conclusions are drawn through Maxwell.

高速开关电磁阀阀口几何特性对线控度影响研究

摘要:该文以制动系统液压控制单元中的高速开关阀为研究对象,研究了阀座上密封锥口的几何特性对电磁阀线控度的影响。建立相关数学模型,电磁阀工作状态的仿真模型,根据仿真模型结果对阀座锥口角度对控制流量特性影响做相关研究。设计了三种不同状态的电磁阀并进行流量控制试验,结果证明了理论正确性及应用的可行性。

摘要:该文通过对二位五通电磁阀工作原理分析,搭建了数学模型和仿真模型,仿真分析了二位五通电磁阀实际开关响应时间,根据分析结果定性分析了影响因素对响应时间的影响趋势,提出了优化参数方案,通过实物验证,得到结果是开关响应时间均大幅缩短,取到了较好的效果。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the working principle of the two-position five-way solenoid valve, this paper builds a mathematical model and a simulation model. The simulation analyzes the actual switching response time of the two-position five-way solenoid valve, and qualitatively analyzes the influence of influencing factors on the response time based on the analysis results According to the trend, an optimized parameter scheme is proposed. Through the simulation of the optimized scheme, the result is that the switch response time is greatly shortened, and good results are obtained.
