半开式叶轮离心泵变叶顶间隙流动特性的研究

摘要:为研究叶顶间隙的改变对半开式叶轮离心泵内部流场及性能的影响,选取某半开式叶轮离心泵进行全流道数值模拟。结果表明,不同相对间隙下叶轮内压力变化大体趋势一致,沿着叶轮进口到叶轮出口等压线周向呈均匀分布,且总压由叶轮进口向出口逐渐递增;随着相对间隙值增大,沿圆周方向叶轮流道内压力梯度逐渐减小,由于叶顶间隙增大使叶轮流道中高压流体沿着轴向的泄漏量增加引起叶片做功能力减弱,叶轮叶片出口处局部高压区逐渐减弱。在同一径向位置间隙层中靠近叶片工作面附近流体压力较背面大,且在叶片工作面与背面两侧间隙层存在较大的压力梯度。间隙层出口处存在局部高压区,随着间隙值的增大该局部高压区有所减弱,不同相对间隙值下相对速度沿径向均匀增大。叶轮轴向截面内存在着回流、绕流等不稳定流动,轴向截面中有明显的回流涡产生。叶片工作面(PS)高压流体横跨叶顶间隙从高压区向低压区泄漏并与相邻叶片背面流道主流相互掺混并在叶片背面(SS)形成较为明显的间隙泄漏涡(TLV),间隙泄漏涡的尺度随相对间隙值的增大而增大。

Study on the Flow Characteristics of Variable Tip Clearance for Semi-open Impeller Centrifugal Pump

Abstract: In order to study the influence of the change of the tip clearance on the internal flow field and performance of the semi-open impeller centrifugal pump, a semi-open impeller centrifugal pump was selected for full-channel numerical simulation. The results show that the pressure changes in the impeller under different relative clearances are generally consistent, and are uniformly distributed along the isobaric line from the impeller inlet to the outlet, and the total pressure gradually increases from the impeller inlet to the outlet; As the relative tip clearance increases, the pressure gradient in the impeller flow path decreases along the circumferential direction. Due to the increase in the tip clearance, the leakage of the high-pressure fluid in the impeller flow path along the axial direction increases, which causes the blade to weaken its function. The impeller blade outlet The local high-pressure area gradually weakened. The fluid pressure in the tip layer near the blade pressure side in the same radial position is larger than that on the suction side, and there is a large pressure gradient between the tip between the blade pressure side and the suction side. There is a local high-pressure zone at the exit of the tip layer. As the tip clearance increases, the local high-pressure zone weakens, and the relative velocity increases uniformly in the radial direction at different relative tip clearances. In the axial section of the impeller, there are backflow and circumfluent unstable flows, and there are obvious backflow vortices in the axial section. The high-pressure fluid of the blade pressure side (PS) leaks from the high-pressure region to the low-pressure region across the tip clearance and blends with the main flow channel of the back surface of the adjacent blade and forms a more obvious tip leakage vortex (TLV) on the suction side (SS) of the blade. The size of the tip leakage vortex increases with the increase of the relative tip value.

Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of hydraulic control of hydraulic hoist or ship lift are briefly described, the importance of reliable oil filling of hydraulic cylinder in water conservancy and hydropower engineering is clarified, and the design conditions of various reliable oil filling methods of hydraulic cylinder in water conservancy and hydropower engineering are studied. It provides guarantee for the safety and reliability of hydraulic hoist or ship lift equipment in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.

表面凹距对配流副稳态润滑特性的影响

摘要:使用倾斜方位描述法建立了考虑径向表面轮廓的油膜形状模型,利用表面形貌仪测量了配流盘径向表面轮廓,并同理想型、内凹型及内凸型三种类型缸体径向表面轮廓进行对偶配对;利用柱坐标系下稳态润滑控制方程,仿真分析三种对偶形式配流副的动压力分布并进行了试验验证,最后研究了表面凹距对稳态润滑特性的影响并给出对配流副的设计意见。

The Effect of Surface Concave Distance on the Steady Lubrication

 Characteristics of Cylinder/Valve Plate Pair

Abstract: Based on the description method of inclined azimuth, the film thickness model considering radial profile is proposed. The radial surface profile of valve plate is measured using a surface testing machine and the ideal level, inner convex and inner concave cylinder are assumed. Then the steady lubrication model considering the radial profile is established and the law distributions of dynamic pressure are analyzed. The steady lubrication test rig is built for verifying the model. The following conclusions could be obtained. The dynamic pressure generating ability of inner convex cylinder is too poor to be used, and the inner concave cylinder has a strong dynamic pressure generating ability for valve plate design. Finally, the influence of surface concave distance on the steady-state lubrication characteristics is studied, and then the design suggestions are given.

基于Fluent的马达油封径向力分析

摘要:由于工程车辆马达与散热器连接座没有达到完全的同心连接导致散热器马达长时间运转时产生不平衡径向力作用而使油封变形导致马达工作时发生泄漏。该文基于Fluent流场仿真软件对丁腈橡胶材料的内骨架油封径向力进行仿真计算,得到该结构油封最大径向力,这对于判断马达泄漏的密封性有很好的参考价值。

Abstract: Because the connecting seat of the motor vehicle motor and the radiator does not reach the complete concentric connection, the unbalanced radial force is produced when the radiator motor is running for a long time, Leakage of the oil seal caused the leakage of the motor at work. This paper is based on the simulation software of Fluent flow field to simulate the radial force of the inner skeleton oil seal of NBR. The maximum radial force of the oil seal is obtained, which is of great reference value for judging the sealing property of the leakage of the motor.

基于AMESim的液压分流马达偏载分析及试验研究

摘要:针对某工程车辆舱盖液压分流马达同步回路变负载工况引起的液压同步系统偏载,建立了基于AMESim的液压齿轮分流马达同步系统仿真模型,对变负载工况下的液压同步系统偏载进行了仿真分析,并搭建了舱盖同步液压回路试验系统,通过仿真分析与试验研究,结果表明分流马达能够满足舱盖同步误差5%要求,保证了系统的同步性。

Abstract: Aimed at the issue of the larger synchronization error of the hydraulic synchronization system caused by the variable load condition of the canopy in an engineering vehicle, the simulation model of the synchronization system of the hydraulic gear synchronous motor based on AMESim is established, the synchronization error of the hydraulic synchronization system under the variable load is simulated and analyzed, and the canopy synchronous hydraulic circuit test system is built. The results show that synchronous motor can meet the requirement of 5% synchronization error of the canopy and ensure the synchronization of the system.

基于机器视觉的液压部件划痕缺陷检测方法研究

摘要:液压部件的划痕是一种影响机械质量的缺陷,针对传统人工检测液压机械部件表面划痕的效率以及覆盖度较为低下的问题,提出了以机器视觉技术的检测方法,面对液压机械部件存在光滑表面反光的情况,设计了包含柔性散射光源和高像素工业相机的先进检测系统来增强图像采集能力,利用双滤波器对划痕缺陷进行在线检测,实验结果表明,该检测方法能够提升液压机械部件划痕缺陷检测的精度和稳定性。

Research on Scratch Defect Detection Method of Hydraulic

Components with Machine Vision

Abstract: The scratch of hydraulic components is a kind of defect that affects the quality of mechanical. In view of the low efficiency and low coverage of traditional manual detection of hydraulic components surface scratches, a detection method based on machine vision technology is proposed. In the case of smooth surface reflection of hydraulic components, an advanced detection method including flexible scattering light source and high pixel industrial camera is designed. The experimental results show that the method can improve the accuracy and stability of hydraulic components scratch detection.

槐河(一)节制闸液压启闭机设计选型研究

摘要:南水北调中线工程总干渠水位与水量调节主要通过启闭设备驱动闸门进行。结合工程实际需求,介绍了南水北调中线工程槐河(一)节制闸液压启闭机的设计制造原则,并对其液压系统及电气控制系统设计选型进行了分析研究。实践表明:槐河(一)节制闸液压启闭机稳定可靠、经久耐用、动作精准,能够满足相应工程段的运行要求。研究结果为今后同类型工程提供了一定参考依据。

Study on Design and Selection of Hydraulic Hoist for Huaihe (I) Control Gate

Abstract: The water level and quantity of the head canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project are mainly regulated by the gate driven by the hoisting equipment. Based on the actual demands of the project, the design and manufacturing principles of the hydraulic hoist of Huaihe (I) control Gate in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project was introduced, and the selection of its hydraulic system and electrical control system design and selection were analyzed. The results showed that the hydraulic hoist system of Huaihe (I) control gate was stable, reliable, durable and precise, which can meet the operation requirements of the corresponding project section. The results provide some reference for the similar projects in the future.

模块式半挂车悬挂系统优化研究

摘要:在研究模块式半挂车悬挂技术的基础上,建立悬挂系统仿真模型分析其工作特点,针对悬挂系统管路泄漏问题提出在系统中加装防爆阀的优化方案。建立改进回路模型将仿真结果与原始回路进行比较,结果显示防爆阀可有效保护回路,并搭建实验平台验证了优化方案的正确性。

Reserach on Optimization of Suspension System for Modular Semi-trailer

Abstract: Based on the research of the modular semi-trailer suspension technology, establish a suspension system simulation model to analyze its working characteristics, and propose an optimized scheme for installing an explosion-proof valve in the system for the leakage of the suspension system pipeline. Establish an improved circuit model to compare the simulation results with the original circuit. The results showe that the explosion-proof valve can effectively protect the circuit, and an experimental platform was built to verify the correctness of the optimization scheme.

三余度伺服阀装调过程多余物预防控制方法

摘要:该文基于三余度伺服阀结构特点及工作原理,重点分析了伺服阀装配调试生产过程中多余物防控薄弱环节,并提出相应的控制方法及要求,多年生产实践表明上述方法行之有效,不仅降低了多余物发生的概率,保障产品可靠性,同时也为其他液压元件多余物防控提供参考依据。

摘要:目前混凝土建筑物拆除工作中,通常采用机械式破碎技术,该技术不仅容易对周围建筑物造成破坏,而且污染环境,超高压水射流破拆技术可有效解决该问题,且可提高工作效率。通过虚拟样机技术建立超高压水射流破拆机器人机械臂架驱动机构三维模型,采用AMESim对臂架驱动系统进行仿真分析,以获得重要工作参数。由仿真结果可知,设定参数可实现机械臂架及喷枪托盘按照预设速度到达设定位置,为机器人液压系统及结构参数优化奠定了基础。

Simulation Analysis on The Boom of Demolitin Robot with Super High Pressure Water Jet

Abstract: At present, mechanical crushing technology is usually used in the demolition of concrete buildings. This technology is not only easy to damage the surrounding buildings, but also pollute the environment. Ultra high pressure water jet demolition technology can effectively solve this problem and improve the work efficiency. The three-dimensional model of the driving mechanism of the manipulator arm of the ultrahigh pressure water jet breaking robot is established by virtual prototyping technology. AMESim is used to simulate and analyze the driving system of the manipulator arm to obtain the important working parameters. It can be seen from the simulation results that the mechanical arm and spray gun tray can reach the set position according to the preset speed by setting parameters, which lays a foundation for the optimization of the hydraulic system and structural parameters of the robot.

An Interlock System for Aerial Working Vehicle

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the movement between outrigger and the upper part of the existing aerial working vehicle can not be interlocked, based on the configuration of the existing aerial working vehicle, a kind of aerial working vehicle interlock system is designed, and the working principle of the hydraulic and electrical control of the system is introduced. Through a simple modification of the hydraulic and electrical parts of the existing system, the system can realize interlock movement between outrigger and the upper part and improve the safety of the aerial working vehicle.

复杂多向转动液压并联机构位置探测系统优化设计

摘要:多向转动液压并联机构广泛应用于复杂的机械工业场景中,其位置探测系统需要实时高精度的获取位置信息。针对多向转动液压驱动并联机构具有极强的机械耦合性,复杂工况下位置探测精度误差大的问题,在多向转动液压并联机构运动学模型基础上,通过对有源敏感器件的信息特征分析,构建了全维动态观测器来实时观测该系统的实时状态,进一步对多向转动液压驱动并联机构位置探测系统模型进行重构,利用最小方差自校正和自适应PID控制方法减小位置探测误差,构建了位置探测系统的实验平台,实验结果表明,采用双重控制方法能够快速的提高位置探测系统的位置探测精度,实现整个系统的强鲁棒性。

Optimal Design of Position Detection System for Complex Multi

Direction Rotation Hydraulic Parallel Mechanism

Abstract: The multi-directional rotation hydraulic parallel mechanism is widely used in the complex industrial scene, and its position detection system needs real-time and high-precision acquisition of position information. Aiming at the problem that the multi-directional hydraulic parallel mechanism has strong mechanical coupling and large position detection accuracy error under complex working conditions, based on the kinematics model of the multi-directional hydraulic parallel mechanism, a full order dynamic observer is constructed to observe the real-time state of the system by analyzing the information characteristics of the active sensing devices, so as to further study the multi-directional hydraulic parallel mechanism. The model of the position detection system of the driving parallel mechanism is reconstructed, and the minimum variance self-tuning and adaptive PID control methods are used to reduce the position detection error. The position detection system experiment platform is built. The experiment results show that the double control method can quickly improve the position detection accuracy of the position detection system and realize the control of the whole system Strong robustness.

滚珠丝杆式摆动液压缸设计

摘要:针对螺旋式摆动液压缸密封困难,制造成本高等问题,结合单活塞式双作用液压缸和滚珠丝杆副的传动特点,设计了一种基于滚珠丝杆副的新型摆动液压缸,分析了其结构原理,给出了输出扭矩和摆角计算公式。新型摆动液压缸利用滚珠丝杆的传动可逆性将活塞杆的推力直接转化为扭矩输出,结构简单紧凑,传动效率高,响应迅速,输出摆角范围大,与现有同类装置相比,密封性能好,设计制造成本低,可以实现数字化精确控制,为智能制造时代摆动执行机构的数字化、智能化设计与控制提供了一种思路。

Rotary Cylinder Development with Ball Screw

Abstract: To solve the problems of difficult sealing and high manufacturing cost of spiral swing hydraulic cylinder and so on, make full use of the characteristics of single piston double-acting hydraulic cylinder and ball screw pair transmission to design a new type of swing hydraulic cylinder based on ball screw pair. Working mechanism is analyzed and calculation formula of output torque and swing angle is deduced. The new swing hydraulic cylinder uses the transmission reversibility of ball screw to directly convert the thrust of piston rod into torque output. It has advantages of simple and compact structure, high transmission efficiency, rapid response, and large output swing angle range. It is found that the new swing hydraulic cylinder has good sealing performance, low design and manufacturing cost, and can realize digital and accurate control compared with the existing similar devices. The development of swing hydraulic cylinder provides a reference for the digital and accurate control of swing actuator in the era of intelligent manufacturing Intelligent design and control provides a way of thinking.

Abstract: The overall scheme of the steering wheel memory function hydraulic steering unit is determined. The oil compensating valve, steering wheel sensor and controller, and wheel sensor are designed and selected, the prototype is tested in the forklift, and the test results show that the memory accuracy 15°that design goal is achieved, and the accurate corresponding relationship between the steering wheel and the wheel is realized. 摘要:柴油发动机生产线加工中心是制造企业关键的加工设备之一,而生产线上的加工中心故障会对企业造成巨大的经济损失,因此加工中心的运维有巨大的现实意义。该文以云南云内动力股份有限公司柴油发动机生产线加工中心为研究对象,研究针对加工中心主轴系统和伺服电机的智能维护系统关键理论与技术,实现对加工中心关键部件运行状态的记录、分析,并以有效值为监测指标,对异常状态进行报警。最后通过对监测信号的时域分析、频域分析、包络谱分析对系统监测的可靠性进行评估。

Abstract: The processing center of the diesel engine production line is one of the key processing equipment of the manufacturing enterprise, and the failure of the processing center on the production line will cause huge economic losses to the enterprise, so the operation and maintenance of the processing center has great practical significance. This article takes Yunnan Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. diesel engine production line processing center as the research object, researches the key theories and technologies of the intelligent maintenance system for the machining center spindle system and servo motor, and realizes the recording and analysis of the operating status of the key components of the machining center. The effective value is used as the monitoring index to alarm the abnormal state. Finally, the reliability of system monitoring is evaluated through time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, and envelope spectrum analysis of the monitoring signal.

基于T-S模糊故障树的液压系统故障诊断研究

摘要:针对某型多用工程车液压系统故障模糊性强的特点,该文利用T-S模糊理论和故障树分析理论构建基于T-S模糊理论的故障树分析方法,根据专家经验确定部件故障可能性或部件模糊故障程度,对T-S故障树模型进行相应的分析。结果表明:基于T-S模糊理论的故障树分析方法能够有效克服传统故障树分析法的缺点,适合某型多用工程车液压系统故障诊断。

Abstract: In view of a certain multi-purpose vehicle hydraulic system fault fuzzy strong characteristics, based on t-s fuzzy theory and the theory of fault tree analysis to build based on the theory of the t-s fuzzy fault tree analysis method, according to the experience of the experts to determine parts fault, fault possibility or components of t-s fault tree model for the corresponding analysis. The results show that the fault tree analysis method based on T-S fuzzy theory can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional fault tree analysis method and diagnose the hydraulic system fault of a multi-purpose engineering vehicle.

起动机定子自动插纸机结构设计

摘要:为了实现汽车起动机定子插纸的全自动化并且能实现整条工艺线的自动化,采用机电一体化的设计理念,设计了一种新型起动机定子自动插纸机。针对自动插纸机送料模块、送纸模块、切纸模块、插纸模块、分度模块和送料机械手6个模块进行机械结构设计,利用Inventor三维制图软件实现了整机的三维建模和虚拟装配,最后利用Adams仿真软件对自动插纸工作过程进行运动仿真,获得了运动仿真位移曲线特性、速度曲线特性和加速度曲线特性,验证了起动机定子自动插纸机机构设计的合理性。

Design of Automatic Paper Insertion Machine for Starter Stator

Abstract:  In order to realize the full automation of the stator paper insertion of the automobile starter and the automation of the entire process line, a new type of automatic paper insertion machine for the starter stator was designed using the design concept of electromechanical integration. The mechanical structure design of the six modules of the automatic inserting machine feeding module, paper feeding module, paper cutting module, paper inserting module, indexing module and feeding manipulator, and the 3D modeling and virtualization of the whole machine are realized by using Inventor 3D drawing software Assembly, and finally used Adams simulation software to perform motion simulation on the automatic paper insertion process, and obtained the motion simulation displacement curve characteristics, speed curve characteristics and acceleration curve characteristics, and verified the rationality of the design of the starter stator automatic paper insertion mechanism.

摘要:介绍了防爆胶轮车空压机工作原理,对防爆胶轮车空压机温度影响因素进行了对比试验,提出了相应的解决方案,通过将空压机排气管路优化设计,采用不锈钢金属管增加其散热面积,同时在空压机出口增加温度传感器,时刻监控温度变化,减少了防爆车辆的安全事故,提高了其运行安全系数。

基于气动式机械末端执行器主动柔性接触研究

摘要:针对现有很多基于气压式机械执行器末端与环境接触冲击过大,容易造成机械损伤等问题,该文提出了一种基于阻抗控制的柔顺控制器,用于缓解机械末端执行器接触力,实现友好接触。首先,以气压式机械末端执行器为研究对象,设计并阐述气动执行器工作原理和基本组成,并建立气压执行器基本数学模型;然后设计基于阻抗的柔顺控制器算法;最后搭建基本实验平台,以该平台作为实验,验证执行器末端对于期望力的跟踪性能,间接验证执行器末端对力的柔顺效果,实验结果表明,该控制器算法能够有效的实现主动柔顺控制效果。

Research on Active Flexible Contact of Pneumatic Mechanical End-effector

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of too much contact impact between the end of pneumatic mechanical actuator and the environment, which easily causes mechanical damage, this paper proposes a compliance controller based on impedance control, which is used to alleviate the contact force of mechanical end effector and realize friendly contact. First of all, pneumatic mechanical end The actuator is the research object. The working principle and basic composition of pneumatic actuator are designed and described, and the basic mathematical model of pneumatic actuator is established. Then, the algorithm of compliance controller based on impedance is designed. Finally, a basic experimental platform is built to verify the tracking performance of the actuator end to the desired force and indirectly verify the compliance effect of the end of the actuator to the force, The experimental results show that the controller algorithm can effectively achieve the effect of active compliance control.

某型空气弹簧关键特性试验分析

摘要:为获得准确可靠的橡胶空气弹簧产品试验数据,首先通过构建空气弹簧特性试验分析系统,进行该产品性能测试试验方案设计,利用绘图软件对弹性特性试验数据进行整合及归一化处理,再采用MATLAB拟合出产品的刚度特性曲线,最后通过气密性试验和台架寿命试验。试验结果表明,该试验方法为空气弹簧匹配悬架系统提供较好的选择区间,具有提高产品在实际工作状态中的可靠性。

Experimental Analysis of Key Characteristics for a Type of Air Spring

Abstract: In order to obtain accurate and reliable test data of rubber air spring products, firstly, an air spring characteristic test analysis system is constructed to design the performance test plan, and the drawing software is used to integrate and normalize the elastic characteristic test data, and then Using MATLAB to fit the stiffness characteristic curve of the product, and finally passed the air tightness test and bench life test. The test results show that the test method provides a better selection interval for the air spring matching suspension system, and has improved the reliability of the product in the actual working state.
