Bolund岛对风场流动影响的数值模拟研究

摘要:为了更准确、真实地描述复杂地形风场流场特性,该文以Ris实验室开展的Bolund岛实验结果为依据,采用雷诺时均(RANS)与大涡模拟(LES)方法对Bolund岛进行数值模拟。研究表明:针对Bolund岛的数值模拟,在Line B特征线上5 m高度处模拟值比2m处更接近实验值,在岛前位置模拟结果比岛后位置模拟结果更准确;LES方法能够有效揭示Bolund岛地形周围流动的绕流特征和尾流区涡特征。

Numerical Simulation of Bolund Island's Influence on Wind Flow

Abstract: In order to more accurately and realistically describe the characteristics of the wind field flow in complex terrain, this paper uses the Reynolds time average (RANS) and large eddy simulation (LES) methods to numerically simulate Bolund island based on the Bolund island experiment results carried out by the Ris laboratory. The study shows that the simulated value of Bolund island is closer to the experimental value at the height of 5 m on the Line B characteristic Line than at the height of 2 m. The simulation results of the pre-island position are more accurate than those of the post-island position. Moreover, LES method can effectively reveal the characteristics of flow around the topography of Bolund island and the vortex characteristics of wake area.

强湍流相干结构位置的改变对风力机叶根载荷的影响研究

摘要:真实环境运行的风力机常受到强湍流相干结构对其的影响,而湍流相干结构的发生具有空间位置的不确定性和随机性,叶片作为捕获风能的主要部件其载荷直接关系到风力机运行的安全性,因此该文对湍流相干结构位置的改变对叶根载荷的影响展开研究。结果表明,湍流相干结构位置的改变对摆振力矩影响较小,位置的下降会使得挥舞力矩趋于稳定且波动集中;叶根挥舞方向的载荷约为摆振方向3.5倍;叶根载荷波动具有低频高能的特点,当湍流相干结构中心位于轮毂中心时叶根载荷最大。

Research on the Influence of the Change of Strong Turbulent Coherent

Abstract: Wind turbines operating in a real environment are often affected by strong turbulent coherent structures, and the occurrence of turbulent coherent structures has uncertainty and randomness in spatial position. The blade as the main component of capturing wind energy, its load is directly related to the operation of wind turbine For safety, this paper studies the effect of the change of the position of the turbulent coherent structure on the blade root load. The results show that the change of the position of the turbulent coherent structure has little effect on the edgewise moment, and the decrease of the position will make the flapwise moment tend to be stable and the fluctuations concentration; The load in the flapwise direction of the blade root is about 3.5 times the direction of the edgewise; the blade root load fluctuation has the characteristics of low frequency and high energy, and the blade root load is the largest when the center of the turbulent coherent structure is located in the center of the hub.

转速对海水泵内部空化影响的实验研究

摘要:海水泵在吸水过程中,泵内空化现象会直接影响海水泵吸水性能,使容积效率下降。该文针对海水泵内部空化现象,设计了单柱塞海水泵吸水过程可视化实验装置,通过高速摄像系统得到泵内空化流动的图像数据,讨论了在海水泵吸水过程泵内部流道的空化特征,研究了转速对海水泵内部空化现象的影响。结果表明,随着转速的增加,海水泵内空化流动速度加快,空化范围增大,气泡脱落周期变短。

Experimental Study on the Effect of Rotational Speed on Cavitation in Seawater Pump

Abstract: During the seawater pump's water absorption process, the cavitation phenomenon in the pump will directly affect the seawater pump's water absorption performance, and the volumetric efficiency will decrease. Aiming at the phenomenon of cavitation in the seawater pump, a visual experimental device for the suction process of the single plunger seawater pump was designed. Image data of cavitation flow in the pump was obtained through the visualization experiment. The effect of rotational speed on cavitation in the seawater pump. The results show that as the rotational speed increases, the cavitation flow rate in the seawater pump increases, the cavitation range increases, the bubble shedding period becomes shorter.

两种溢流口形状对水力旋流器性能影响

摘要:为了研究圆柱形溢流口和圆台形溢流口对水力旋流器分离过程性能的影响,该文通过ANSYS软件分别求解其内部速度流场和压力场,分析流场的稳定性。研究结果表明:圆台形溢流口水力旋流器中心轴处的切向速度为零,往外延伸速度不断增大,但在旋流器内壁处,切向速度骤降为零;圆柱形溢流口水力旋流器的切向速度变化规律与之相似,但圆台形溢流口的切向速度变化规律更加平稳。圆台形溢流口水力旋流器整体压降要比圆柱形溢流口水力旋流器大13 kPa;进一步分析两种水力旋流器的分离效率和湍流强度,发现圆台形溢流口的分离效率和湍流强度比圆柱形溢流口略高,固-液两相流在旋流器内部停留的时间更长,分离效率更好。

The Effect of the Two Spill Shapes on the Hydrocyclone Performance

Abstract: in order to study the effect of cylindrical overflow and circular spillway on the separation performance of hydraulic cyclone, the internal velocity flow field and pressure field were solved by ANSYS software, and the stability of flow field was analyzed. The results show that the tangential velocity is zero on the central axis of the circular spillway hydraulic cyclone, and the outward extension speed is increasing. At the inner wall of the cyclone, the tangential velocity drops to zero, and the tangential velocity of the cylindrical spillway hydraulic cyclone is similar. However, the shear velocity of circular spillway is more stable. The overall pressure drop of the hydrocyclone is 13 kPA greater than that of the hydrocyclone. The separation efficiency and turbulence intensity of the two hydrocyclone are further analyzed It is found that the separation efficiency and turbulence intensity of the round-shaped overflow port are higher than those of the cylindrical overflow port, and the solid-liquid two-phase flow stays longer in the hydrocyclone.

基于归一化处理的自适应洗出算法

摘要:传统的自适应洗出算法随着输入幅值的增大,其输出会变得不稳定,从而造成平台的异常抖动。为了克服这一缺陷,对自适应律提出一种归一化的修正方案。此方法使得自适应洗出算法中的输入幅值的大小不会对自适应增益造成影响,进而确保输出不会因为输入幅值过大而产生发散,提高动感模拟的真实性及稳定性;而且,改进算法没有引入额外的惩罚项,因此并未使算法变得更加复杂。经过特定的运动数据进行验证,结果显示此方法可以降低输出发散,减少平台的异常抖动,提高模拟驾驶的逼真效果。

Adaptive Washout Algorithm Based on Normalization

Abstract:  With the increase of input amplitude, the output of the traditional adaptive washout algorithm appears unstable, resulting in the abnormal jitter of the platform. To overcome this defect, a normalized correction scheme is proposed for the adaptive law. This method makes the adaptive gain independent from the input amplitude, thus ensuring that the output does not diverge with the increase of the input amplitude to improve the authenticity and stability of the motion cueing; moreover, the improved algorithm does not introduce additional penalty terms, so it does not make the algorithm more complex. The improved washout algorithm is tested by using the start-up, uphill-going and braking data of the loader. The results show that this method can reduce the output divergence, reduce the abnormal shaking of the platform, and improve the realistic effect of simulated driving.

液压缸活塞内部冷却油液的动态特性研究

摘要:为避免液压缸活塞温度过高,引发密封圈失效,建立活塞冷却腔内的两相流模型,基于Fluent对油液的流场及传热特性进行数值模拟。选用VOF多相流计算模型和SST k-ω湍流模型,结合液压缸活塞行程特性,通过UDF方法定义入口参数,得出不同活塞位置下的油液液相比例分布、油液速度场和对流换热系数变化规律。研究结果表明:冷却油液的瞬时比例和速度有着密切的联系,提升油液速率是改善传热性能的重要手段;该多相流模型的可靠性高,通过近壁模型法与壁面函数法得出的平均对流换热系数没有明显的差异。

Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of Cooling Oil in the Hydraulic Cylinder Piston

Abstract: In order to avoid the failure of sealing ring caused by the high temperature of hydraulic cylinder piston, the two-phase flow model in the cooling cavity is established, and the flow field and heat transfer characteristics in the cavity are simulated and analyzed based on Fluent. The VOF multiphase flow calculation model and SST k-ω turbulence model are selected, and the inlet parameters are defined by UDF method in combination with the piston stroke characteristics. The change rules of liquid phase proportion distribution, oil velocity field and convective heat transfer coefficient at different piston positions are obtained. The results show that the proportion of oil is closely related to the speed, and improving the oil speed is an important means to improve the heat transfer performance. The reliability of the multiphase flow model is high. There is no obvious difference between the average convective heat transfer coefficient obtained by the near wall model method and the wall function method.

单发洗扫车扫刷机构速度特性分析

摘要:研究单发洗扫车扫刷马达的输出速度,得出扫刷机构速度特性。洗扫车的清扫效果受扫刷速度的影响非常大,扫刷转速必须能够根据不同的路况进行调整。首先介绍了现有的扫刷机构的结构特点和工作原理,通过对国内外现有的洗扫车的扫刷速度调节方式进行分析和对比,得出各种调速机理的性能特点,并结合单发洗扫车动力系统和液压系统的特点,建立扫刷马达转速的理论计算方法,探讨了单发洗扫车扫刷速度的一般规律,最后进行了实验验证,证明了理论分析的合理性和可行性,为环卫设备的开发和研究提供参考。

Speed Characteristics Analysis of Washing and Sweeping Machine with Single Engine

Abstract: Output speed of hydraulic motor on single engine cleaning sweeper is researched. Velocity characteristic of brush mechanism is obtained. As the cleaning effect of the machine is greatly affected by the speed of the brush, Sweep speed must be able to be adjusted according to different road conditions. Firstly, the structure characteristics and working principle of the existing brush mechanism are introduced. Based on the analysis and comparison of the current brush speed adjustment modes of cleaning and sweeping vehicles at home and abroad, the performance characteristics of various speed regulation mechanisms are obtained. the theoretical calculation method of the speed of the sweeping motor is established, Combined with the characteristics of the power system and the hydraulic system of the single Engine washing and sweeping machine, General law of the speed of single engine washing and sweeping machine is discussed, and finally carries out experimental verification, which proves the rationality and feasibility of theoretical analysis. This provide the reference for development and study of sanitation equipment.

油液污染颗粒粒径对滑阀滞卡的影响

摘要:针对油液中固体颗粒造成的阀芯滞卡现象,该文以液压滑阀配合间隙为研究对象,探究不同粒径颗粒对阀芯运动滞卡的影响。搭建滑阀滞卡力沿程测量实验台,对阀芯所受滞卡力进行测量,并运用Fluent软件的欧拉模型对不同粒径颗粒在配合间隙中的体积分布进行仿真。结果表明:不同粒径的颗粒进入单边尺寸为0.6mm的间隙,阀芯所受滞卡力呈脉动变化;随着颗粒粒径的增大,阀芯所受滞卡力呈现增大趋势,当粒径达到间隙尺寸的70%~90%时,滞卡力迅速增大,最大滞卡力达到19N;固体颗粒在配合间隙中进口段分布较多,出口段分布较少,且颗粒粒径越大,在间隙中的体积分布越多。

Abstract: Aiming at the clamping phenomenon of valve core caused by solid particles in oil, this paper focuses on fitting clearance of sliding valve, in order to explore the influence on the movement of valve core with different particle size. The experimental test was built to measure clamping force along motion of sliding valve. The Euler model of Fluent was used to simulate volume distribution of different particles size in fitting clearance. The results shows that: the particles with different size enter clearance at unilateral size of 0.6 mm, and the clamping force caused by the particles presents pulsating changes. As particle size increases, the clamping force increases. When particle size reaches 70%-90% of clearance size, the clamping force increases rapidly, and the maximum clamping force reaches 19 N. In fitting clearance, solid particles are more distributed in inlet section and less distributed in outlet section, and the larger particle size, the more volume distribution in the clearance.

液压缸活塞杆防磕碰性能的研究

摘要:液压缸活塞杆工作时裸露在外侧部分容易出现磕碰,导致油缸漏油无法正常工作。对出现磕碰活塞杆表面的有效硬化层深度进行了测试,硬度和有效硬化层深度均较低,不能满足现工况的使用要求。通过开展表面感应淬火工艺试验、防磕碰性能试验研究和小批量投入市场应用,得出的结论为:合理的硬度和有效硬化层深度可以抵抗飞溅物的冲击,达到防磕碰的目的。同时也为研究活塞杆的防磕碰能力,提供一定参考应用价值。

Research on Anti-collision Performance of Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Rod

Abstract: When the hydraulic cylinder is working, the exposed part of piston rod is easy to collide, which leads to oil leakage of oil cylinder and can't work. The effective depth of hardened layer on the surface of piston rod is tested. The hardness and effective depth of hardened layer are both low, which can't meet the requirements of current working conditions. Through the surface induction quenching process test, anti-collision performance test research and small batch into the market application, the conclusion is that reasonable hardness and effective hardened layer depth can resist the impact of spatter and achieve the purpose of anti-collision. At the same time, it provides certain reference and application value for the study of anti-collision ability of piston rod.

摘要:液压伺服作动器推动发动机喷管实现运载火箭的姿态控制。当液压伺服系统工作在某个频率点时,会与喷管负载产生谐振。当谐振峰值达到一定量级时,就会影响控制系统的稳定性,甚至会导致火箭箭体失稳,造成发射任务失败。为此需要在液压控制系统中采取措施,来抑制谐振的峰值。该文中结合型号研究工作中的实例,分析了液压伺服系统中抑制谐振峰常用的三种方法。

Research on Reducing Resonant Peak Technology of Hydraulic Servo System

Abstract: The hydraulic servo actuator drives the engine nozzle to realize the attitude control of the launch vehicle. When the hydraulic servo system works at a certain frequency point, it will resonate with the nozzle load. Too high resonance peak will seriously affect the stability of the control system, and even lead to rocket instability and self destruction, launch mission failure. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures in the hydraulic control system to reduce the resonance peak. In this paper, three methods of reducing resonance peak in hydraulic servo system are analyzed with the example of model research.

一种伺服控制机构设计与调试技术研究与应用

Abstract: The servo control mechanism is one of the key components of the hydraulic pump and motor. It is generally composed of a servo component and a control component. It is used to control the size and direction of the angle of the swash plate, change the stroke of the plunger component in the rotating barrel and thereby change the displacement of the pump, and control bidirectional displacement of the pump, and control the direction and the output speed of the motor shaft. Therefore, the servo control mechanism determines the speed control performance of the combined pump motor. Through the research of servo control mechanism design and debugging technology, it has laid a solid theoretical and practical technical foundation in order to improve the qualification rate of the first-time debugging of servo control components, shorten the debugging time of single components and the whole machine.

基于模糊PID自适应控制的液压伺服技术研究与应用浅析

摘要:针对伺服液压系统存在参数的时变性、非线性以及外负载干扰等问题,采用了基于模糊PID自适应的控制策略,应用于正弦振动的阀控非对称缸液压伺服系统中,并对该原理进行了试验研究。通过仿真及测试分析,证明模糊PID自适应控制策略应用于液压伺服系统能克服传统PID控制的局限性,具有较强的鲁棒性,较好的动态特性以及较高的同步控制精度。

Abstract: In view of the time-varying, non-linear and external load disturbance of the servo hydraulic system, the fuzzy PID adaptive control strategy is applied to the valve controlled asymmetric cylinder hydraulic servo system with sinusoidal vibration, and the principle is studied experimentally. Through simulation and test analysis, it is proved that the fuzzy PID adaptive control strategy can overcome the limitations of traditional PID control, has strong robustness, good dynamic characteristics and high synchronous control accuracy.

摘要:燃油过滤器的可靠运行是核电后备柴油发电机组正常工作的必要条件,柴油发电机组作为应急电源的核心设备,提供核电站在正常电源无法工作时的用电。对于燃油过滤器的抗震研究,采用ANSYS软件进行分析,按照RCCM的要求进行应力组合和评定,结果表明,燃油过滤器的结构满足规范要求。该分析为类似液压设备的抗震分析具有一定的意义。

Abstract: The reliable operation of the fuel filter is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the nuclear power reserve diesel generator set, The diesel generator set serves as the core equipment of the emergency power supply and provides electricity for the nuclear power plant when the normal power supply cannot work. For the anti-seismic study of the fuel filter, ANSYS software was used for analysis, and the stress combination and evaluation were carried out according to the requirements of RCCM. The results showed that the structure of the fuel filter met the requirements of the specification. This analysis has certain significance for the seismic analysis of similar hydraulic equipment.

液压破碎锤回油孔处结构对卡紧力影响研究

摘要:该文对液压破碎锤前腔内部的回油孔处结构径向力进行分析,由于活塞在腔体受到径向不平衡力,且活塞高速往复运动,致使活塞表面出现了拉毛的故障。该文通过对前腔流道的抽取,结合CFD可视化研究和原模型的基础上,验证了原模型存在较大的径向力,为优化流道结构,演化出另外两种流道模型,对其构建流道模型并进行数字化仿真,优化后的流道对活塞产生的径向力大大减小,为液压破碎锤回油孔处结构的优化指明了方向。

Study on the Effect of Hydraulic Crushing Hammer on Clamping Force

Abstract: In this paper, the radial force of the structure at the oil return hole inside the front chamber of the hydraulic hammer is analyzed. Because the piston is subjected to radial unbalanced force in the cavity and the piston reciprocates at high speed, the surface of the piston is damaged. Based on the CFD visualization study and the original model, the large radial force of the original model was verified through the extraction of the front cavity runner. In order to optimize the flow channel structure, two other flow channel models were evolved, and the flow channel models were constructed and digitally simulated. The radial force generated by the optimized flow channel on the piston is greatly reduced, which indicates the direction for the optimization of the structure at the oil hole of hydraulic crushing hammer.

摘要:空气弹簧生产工艺关键点的控制在很大程度上影响空气弹簧的刚度特性及使用寿命。针对目前空气弹簧存在工艺关键点控制不够严格导致无法达到设计的刚度特性以及气囊存在缺陷等问题,分析了橡胶气囊的帘布裁剪工艺、成型工艺和硫化工艺,对影响空气弹簧刚度特性和橡胶气囊质量的关键工艺及参数进行了研究,提出了空气弹簧生产工艺关键点参数的控制方案,使空气弹簧达到设计要求的刚度特性和使用寿命。

The key technology and parameters of the system have been studied, and the control scheme of the key parameters of the air spring production process has been proposed, so that the air spring can meet the stiffness characteristics and service life required by the design.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as deterioration of hydraulic oil and decrease of service life caused by too high temperature of hydraulic oil under working condition, a refrigeration type variable frequency oil cooler is designed. By using AMESim software, the appropriate simulation elements are selected to build a model. Each module is integrated, and the simulation results are analyzed. According to the obtained temperature curve of hydraulic oil, combined with experiments, experiments are carried out the feasibility of the variable frequency oil cooler is proved.

液压预应力拉杆油缸典型故障原因探讨

摘要:某企业的万能轧机功能是轧制高精度钢轨的重要设备。万能轧机属于开式轧机,由传动侧和操作侧两部分机架牌坊组成,更换辊系时两机架牌坊分离,更换完辊系后两机架牌坊在轧线上合拢并锁紧,两机架牌坊在轧线上合拢并锁紧是依靠四件预应力拉杆在四个油缸的牵引力作用下实现的。即就是两机架牌坊分离时四件油缸要释放牵引力,两机架牌坊合拢后四件油缸要加上牵引力。在实际的更换辊系中,四件油缸出现了一件油缸只能加上牵引力,不能实现释放牵引力的故障现象(四件油缸是分别控制的),严重影响了万能轧机的有效作业率。故此,该文着重探讨分析了预应力拉杆油缸典型故障原因,从而找到了原因并加以排除解决。

Discussion on Typical Faults of Hydraulic Prestressed Pull Rod Cylinder

Abstract: The universal rolling mill is a kind of open mill comprised of two pieces of mill housing by drive side and operation side, which is the key equipment for precision rail production in an enterprise. The transmission and work side mill housing is separate from each other in roll change mode, and then get linked till replacement of roll is completed and fastened tightly by four prestressed pull rods under the traction force of four individual hydraulic cylinders, that is, these four cylinders retract when the two frame archway disengage and stretch out when they closed. However, there might be a failure that only single hydraulic cylinder is in good functioning while the others do not work, resulting a critical reduction of the effective operating rate of the universal mill. Therefore, this article mainly takes a research on the prestressed rod cylinder typical fault diagnosis so as to find and solve it within the shortest time.

大型挖掘机活塞杆窄间隙MAG焊工艺研究

摘要:该文首先对窄间隙MAG焊设备组成进行了介绍,并将其用于挖掘机液压缸活塞杆焊接;然后根据NB/T47014-2011标准对焊接接头拉伸强度、弯曲性能、冲击韧性、金相组织及硬度分布进行了表征,结果表明接头的焊态冶金质量符合国家标准要求;最后分析了窄间隙MAG 焊在深坡口(≥50 mm)焊接方面的经济优势,指出其焊接效率较传统MAG焊可提高50%以上,而焊材消耗可以减少40%以上。

Research on Narrow-MAG Welding Technology of Piston Rod for Large Excavator

Abstract: This article introduces the composition of the narrow gap MAG welding equipment and uses it for the welding of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the excavator. According to the NB/T 47014-2011 standard, the tensile strength, bending performance, impact toughness, metallographic structure and hardness distribution of the welded joint were characterized. The economic advantages of narrow gap MAG welding in deep groove (50 mm) welding are analyzed, and its welding efficiency can be increased by more than 50% compared with traditional MAG welding, while the consumption of welding materials can be reduced by more than 40%.

Application of Hydraulic Fixture on the Input Guide Seat of Hydraulic Torque Converter

Abstract: The input guide is an important transitional element of the torque converter, the flywheel plate is connected with the engine to drive the torque converter to rotate and realize the soft connection of the forklift transmission system. In this paper, a kind of hydraulic fixture is proposed, which can be used to drill and tap the input guide seat. The accuracy and safety of machining are effectively guaranteed, which not only improves the machining efficiency of the threaded hole of the input guide seat, but also improves the machining quality of the input guide seat.
