橡塑往复密封技术的研究现状与发展趋势

摘要:橡塑往复密封圈作为机械系统的基础零部件,在工业生产中起着重要作用。环境变化的日益复杂、技术水平的日益提高,对橡塑往复密封技术提出了极高的要求。该文围绕橡塑往复密封技术,从往复密封机理、数值分析、实验研究三方面详细阐述了橡塑往复密封技术的发展历程及研究现状,总结了橡塑往复密封技术的现存问题,并讨论了其发展趋势。通过研究讨论,可更好地了解橡塑往复密封技术,为密封技术的理论实验研究、性能优化及寿命可靠性研究打下了基础。

Research and Development Trend of Rubber Reciprocating Sealing Technology

Abstract: As a basic component of a mechanical system, rubber reciprocating seals play an important role in industrial production. The increasing complexity of environmental changes and the technological level have placed extremely high demands on rubber reciprocating sealing technology. This article focuses on the rubber reciprocating sealing technology, firstly, elaborates the development process and research status of the rubber reciprocating sealing technology from three aspects: reciprocating sealing mechanism, numerical analysis and experimental research. Secondly, this article summarizes the existing problems of rubber reciprocating sealing technology, and discussed its development trend. Through these research and discussion, a better understanding of rubber reciprocating sealing technology can lay a foundation for theoretical experimental research, performance optimization and life-span reliability research of sealing technology.

飞机液压系统健康管理技术研究进展

摘要:飞机液压系统作为飞机的重要能源系统,为主飞控、高升力、起落架系统提供液压能源,液压系统的健康状态对飞机安全而言至关重要。该文对飞机液压系统健康管理的主要研究对象、健康状态分类方法与健康管理的关键技术方面对飞机液压系统健康管理进行了综述,以期对飞机液压系统健康管理的研究、应用及发展有一定的助益。

Research Progress of Aircraft Hydraulic System Health Management

Abstract: Aircraft hydraulic system, which is an important energy system, provide the hydraulic pressure for the primary flight control system, high lift system and landing gear system. The health condition of hydraulic system is of vital importance to the safety of flight. This paper summarize the research object, the method of health condition classification and the key technology of aircraft hydraulic system, hopefully can give a hand in the research, application and development of aircraft hydraulic system health management technology.

伺服阀主阀泄漏量研究

  要:内泄漏量是评价伺服阀性能的主要技术指标之一,伺服阀内泄漏量过大会影响液压系统的工作效率和运行稳定性。为了研究伺服阀内泄漏产生的原因,设计、制作了能够测试伺服阀主阀各节流口流量曲线和内泄漏流量曲线的试验台。通过测试新、旧伺服阀各节流口流量曲线和内泄漏流量曲线,得出阀芯、阀套锐边的磨损是导致伺服阀中位内泄漏增加的主要原因。伺服阀中位内泄漏量过大,导致液压系统发热严重、效率降低,影响液压系统的稳定运行。提出在液压设备的管理和维护中,应定期对伺服阀进行检测。

Study on Main Valve Leakage of Servo Valve

Abstract: In this paper, the cause of leakage of Servo valve main valve is analyzed. In order to study the leakage mechanism of Servo Valve, a test-bed was designed and made, which can detect the flow curve of every throttle port and the leakage flow curve of servo valve. By detecting the flow curve and leakage flow curve of every throttle port of the new and old servo valves, the reason of the increase of leakage was analyzed, which led to the energy consumption. In the management and maintenance of hydraulic equipment, servo valve should be tested regularly.

关于滤芯耐环境疲劳的特性分析

摘要:滤芯是飞机液压系统过滤器实现过滤功效的关键部件。在过滤器鉴定时,按照现有航空标准一般采用新滤芯进行过滤效率试验考核,然而当过滤器实际安装在飞机液压系统中时,在遭受系统冷起动极限压力、流量循环疲劳等工况后,滤芯过滤性能会大幅下降,最终导致过滤器失效,而这种失效往往被人们忽视。该文结合某型飞机液压系统的工况,通过对比分析两种滤芯在经受冷起动、流量循环疲劳环境试验前后的结构完整性及过滤特性,为同类产品的安全性和可靠性设计提供经验借鉴,以便最大程度的降低产品在装机后的失效风险。

Analysis on Filter Element Environmental Fatigue Resistance

Abstract: Filter element is the critical part for aircraft hydraulic system filter performance. Fresh filter is normally selected for filter performance qualification, however this character may obviously drop down and cause filter failure after suffering from system cold-start limit pressure, flux cycle fatigue and other working conditions. In this paper, two filters are compared and analyzed under system condition before and after the cold-start and flow cycle fatigue tests, evidence are provided to support similar safety and reliability design to avoid the potential performance failure.

车载垂直轴式增压泵内部流场及振动特性研究

摘要: 以车载垂直轴式增压泵为研究对象,根据工作原理及结构特点建立CFD分析模型,采用多重坐标参考系法定义动区域,应用粘弹性Laminar湍流模型,得出不同柔性叶片长度条件下增压槽内的速度场。通过振动测试仪,揭示了液压管道振动规律以及关键影响因素。研究结果表明:增压泵叶片的柔性区尺寸是影响搅拌速率和直线液压管道振动的关键因素,但是对于环形液压管道的振动幅值和固有频率几乎没有影响。

Research on Internal Flow Field and Vibration Characteristics of Vehicle

Mmounted Vertical Shaft Booster Pump

Abstract: Taking the vehicle mounted vertical shaft booster pump as the research object, the CFD analysis model is established according to the working principle and structural characteristics. The moving region is defined by the multi coordinate reference system method, and the velocity field in the booster tank is obtained by using the viscoelastic laminar turbulence model. Through the vibration test, the vibration law and key influencing factors of drainage pipeline are revealed. The results show that the size of the flexible zone of the booster pump blade is the key factor to affect the mixing rate and the vibration of the straight pipe, but it has little effect on the vibration amplitude and natural frequency of the ring pipe.

某型无人机充气设备设计

摘要:无人机用航空地面气体保障设备作为无人机系统地面维修和飞行作战保障的主要资源,是直接影响无人机各项作战功能发挥的重要因素。为了解决无人机地面气体保障要求高、难度大,且保障技术新、接口特别多等问题,针对某型无人机的地面气体保障要求,分别从技术指标确定、工艺流程研究以及具体结构设计等方面对无人机充气设备进行了设计研究。从研究结果上来看,该型充气设备能够较好地满足无人机地面气体保障的需求,对无人机系统的建设和发展具有深远的意义。

Abstract: As the main resources of UAS ground maintenance and flight combat support, UAV air ground gas support equipment is an important factor that directly influences UAV operational functions. In order to solve the problems such as high demand and difficulty of ground gas support for UAVs, new technology and many interfaces, and to meet the requirements of ground gas support for UAVs, this study elaborated the design scheme of ground inflatable equipment for UAVs. The design and study of UAV inflatable equipment were carried out from the aspects of technical index determination, technological process research and structure design. From the results of the study, this type of inflatable device can meet the demand of UAVs for ground gas support, and has far-reaching significance for the construction and development of UAVs.

公路隧道钻孔机器人钻孔机构的设计

摘要:该设计是以步进电机驱动滚珠丝杆为核心,针对公路隧道侧壁上进行钻孔而设计的钻孔机器人装置的钻孔机构,钻孔机构可调整钻头的倾斜角度为0°~45°之间摆动,可实现钻孔孔径8 mm。可根据施工要求,不同角度、不同深度的精准钻孔,可缩短公路隧道布线作业的工作时间,提高钻孔精度,实现智能化钻孔,对解放工人劳动力和提升公路隧道作业效率具有重要的意义。

Design of Drilling Mechanism for Highway Tunnel Drilling Robot

Abstract: This design is based on the ball screw driven by the stepping motor. It is a drilling mechanism of the drilling robot designed for drilling on the side wall of the highway tunnel. The drilling mechanism can adjust the tilt angle of the drill bit to swing between 0 and 45 degrees. The drilling mechanism can achieve the drilling hole diameter of 8 mm. According to the construction requirements, the design can drill accurately at different angles and depths, shorten the working time of the road tunnel wiring operation, improve the drilling accuracy, and realize the intelligent drilling, which is of great significance to liberating the labor force and improving the efficiency of the road tunnel operation.

基于迭代学习的电液机械手末端轨迹跟踪控制研究

摘要:针对目前常见串联式机械手末端存在控制误差累计而导致末端控制精度较低,无法实现高精度位置伺服控制,使得末端轨迹跟踪控制较差等问题,该文借助迭代学习控制算法的优点,提出了一种基于迭代学习的电液机械手末端轨迹跟踪控制算法。首先,该文以型号为REbot-6R机械手为研究对象,建立机械手的三维模型和坐标,利用D-H坐标,建立REbot-6R机械手运动学模型;然后,设计了基于迭代学习的电液机械手末端轨迹跟踪控制器;最后,以REbot-6R机械手为对象搭建实验平台进行轨迹跟踪控制实验。实验结果表明了迭代学习算法能够很好的运用在REbot-6R机械手上,有效性地解决机械手末端轨迹跟踪控制较差等问题,提高了轨迹跟踪精度。

Research on Trajectory Tracking Control of Electro Hydraulic

Manipulatorbased on Iterative Learning

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low precision of end control caused by the accumulation of control error in the end of common series manipulator, high-precision position servo control can not be realized, and the end track tracking control is poor. With the advantages of iterative learning control algorithm, this paper proposes an end tracking control algorithm of electro-hydraulic manipulator based on iterative learning. First of all, this paper takes the rebot-6r manipulator as the research object, establishes the three-dimensional model and coordinates of the manipulator, and establishes the kinematics model of the rebot-6r manipulator by using the D-H coordinate; then, designs the end trajectory tracking controller of the electro-hydraulic manipulator based on iterative learning; finally, taking the rebot-6r manipulator as the object, an experimental platform is built for the trajectory tracking control experiment. The experimental results show that the iterative learning algorithm can be well used in rebot-6r manipulator, effectively solve the problem of poor trajectory tracking control at the end of the manipulator, and improve the trajectory tracking accuracy.

多孔阻尼对脉动衰减器传递损失的影响

摘要:为研究多孔阻尼对脉动衰减器传递损失的影响,提出了一种具有多颈部的三自由度脉动衰减器,通过建立脉动衰减器等效力学模型,分析流体阻尼类型和颈部结构参数对系统传递损失的影响规律,给出了脉动衰减器的设计方法。结果发现:随着流体阻尼非线性程度增加,准确定义流体类型对评估系统传递损失有显著提升;增加阻尼孔数目,可拓宽系统共振频带和提升传递损失;同孔数目下,增加孔径可增加共振频率、提升传递损失,孔长则与其变化规律相反,且对传递损失影响较小。

The Influence of Porous Damping on Pulsation Attenuator Transmission Loss

Abstract: To study the effect of porous damping on the transmission loss of pulsating attenuator, a three-degree-of-freedom pulsation attenuator with multiple necks is proposed. By establishing the equivalent mechanical model of the pulsation attenuator, the influence of fluid damping type and neck structural parameters on the transmission loss of the system is analyzed, and the design method of the pulsating attenuator is given. This is the case. The results show that with the increase of non-linearity of fluid damping, the accurate definition of fluid type can significantly increase the transmission loss of the evaluation system; increasing the number of damping holes can significantly broaden the resonance frequency band and increase the transmission loss of the system; increasing the aperture number can also increase the resonance frequency and enhance the transmission loss, and the length of the hole will change. On the contrary, it is insensitive to the change of transmission loss.

基于AMESim的液压挖掘机直线行走阀复位

摘要:该文基于AMESim工程软件,分析履带式液压挖掘机直线行走阀复位弹簧刚度的变化对液压系统动态响应特性的影响,仿真得出了多组数据,通过对仿真结果及试验数据的对比验证分析,找出了复位弹簧不同刚度对液压系统响应特性的具体影响,从而便于后期直线行走阀复位弹簧刚度的选取和挖掘机行走液压系统性能的优化与提升。

Abstract:This paper based on AMESim engineering software, to analyzes the influence of the change in the reset spring stiffness of the linear walking valve of crawler hydraulic excavator on the dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic system, several sets of data were obtained by simulation, through the comparative verification and analysis of simulation results and test data, the specific influence of different stiffness of the reset spring on the response characteristics of the hydraulic system is found out, therefore, it is convenient to select the reset spring stiffness of the linear walking valve and optimize and improve the performance of the hydraulic system of excavator.

液力变矩器与涡轮增压发动机匹配的特定工况分析

摘要:液力变矩器广泛应用于ATCVT车型上面,与整车匹配除了关注动力性、经济型及NVH外,还需要关注一些特定的工况。该文研究的是液力变矩器与涡轮增压发动机匹配对车辆高原坡起的影响,结合涡轮增压发动机高原功率、扭矩特性及液力变矩器液力特性分析,通过理论对比及实测验证,比较系统地说明了涡轮增压发动机与液力变矩器匹配过程中涉及到高原坡起问题的匹配要求,对于配有涡轮增压发动机车型的液力变矩器设计选型提供了重要的理论依据。

Analysis on the Matching of Hydraulic Torque Converter

and Turbocharged Engine under Specific Condition

Abstract: Hydraulic torque converter is widely used in the AT and CVT vehicles. To complete the vehicle matching design, in addition to focusing on the dynamic and economic performance and NVH, it also needs to pay attention to some specific working conditions. In this paper, the influence of the matching of the hydraulic torque converter and the turbocharged engine on the plateau hill starting of vehicles is studied. Combined the performance of the plateau power and torque of the turbocharged engine with the hydraulic characteristic analysis of the hydraulic torque converter, through theoretical comparison and actual measurement, the matching requirements of the turbocharged engine and the hydraulic torque converter related to the problem of the plateau hill starting in the matching process are systematically explained. It provides an important theoretical basis for the selection design of hydraulic torque converter on the vehicles with turbocharged engine.

摘要:为实现冲焊型液力变矩器涡轮外环冲槽机上横梁的三个冲压缸的高速升降动作要求,该文对冲槽机冲压缸端横梁立柱的液压驱动系统进行设计,并在此基础上进行改进。通过对冲槽机液压驱动系统的设计与研究,可为液力变矩器涡轮和泵轮内、外环的制造提供技术依据,从而大大提高液力变矩器的制造效率。

压缩机排气脉动与气流流动实验研究

摘要:脉动喷注噪声是一类重要的噪声源,往复式压缩机和旋转机械的排气噪声均属于脉动喷注噪声。该文通过设计实验,采集实验数据对比分析了高压气体流动、气流噪声与压缩机排气脉动的机理和区别,得出压缩机排气脉动的规律和气流流动的特性,为压缩机减震降噪提供实验依据。从压缩机排气口气流脉动沿管路衰减,衰减规律为3 dB/m。压缩机激发频率存在一个最大的脉动激发频率,随着压缩机的转速升高,气流脉动先增大后减小。压缩机产生的脉动大于高压气体流动产生的脉动值,在高压气体排放流动时,随着压比增大,气流流动脉动与流体噪声逐渐接近,最小值为0.47 dB

摘要:在流量参数量值传递过程中,存在着质量流量和体积流量的相互转化,而二者的转化过程中最主要的影响因素便是介质的密度,在流量标准装置中介质密度的最大影响因素便是工作温度。为了更好地保证流量参数量值传递的准确可靠,介质密度随温度的变化就需要额外被重视,通过温度监测去监控介质密度是实现流量参数量值输出准确的重要途径。这是产业发展的要求,也是传统计量向产业计量转型和国务院发布的《计量发展规划(20132020年)》的要求。

Medium density with temperature change is need extra attention in order to better ensure traffic dissemination of accurate and reliable. Through the temperature monitoring to control medium density is an important approach to realize the flow rate of the metrological. This is the requirement of industrial development. This is the requirement of traditional metering to industry metrology transformation. This is the requirement of metrology development plan (2013-2020).

摘要:该文以典型的喷嘴挡板式电液压力伺服阀为例,介绍了电液压力伺服阀的工作原理及过程,从温度影响喷嘴、节流孔、磁性能、滑阀以及油液等几个方面,分析了电液压力伺服阀因温度变化从而引起输出压力发生变化的原因,并提出了减小温度零漂的措施。

Abstract: This paper taking the typical nozzle flapper type electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve as an example, introduces the working principle and process of the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve and analyzes the reasons for the change of the output pressure of the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve due to the change of the temperature from the aspects of the temperature affecting the nozzle, the orifice, the magnetic properties, the slide valve and the oil, and puts forward the measures to reduce the temperature zero drift.

Design of Micro Internal Leakage Test-bed for Hydraulic Cylinder

Abstract: Based on the compressibility of hydraulic oil and high precision manual compensation metering method, the micro internal leakage test-bed of hydraulic cylinder was designed by combining low pressure and large flow variable pump with high pressure and small flow fixed pump. The calculation method of key parameters of manual metering device was given. It is of positive significance for manufacturers to test the sealing performance of hydraulic cylinder, especially for the detection of tiny internal leakage of hydraulic cylinder.

A High-reliability and Reconfigurable Electro-hydraulic System Design Method

Based on system reliability and failure analysis, it plans the system resources as a whole, adopts the reconfiguration design idea to back up and optimize the system links, and the system automatically identify faults and trigger link migration to make the system fault-tolerant, greatly improving system reliability and task completion rate.

设计用于自动化检测某产品的气吸式工装

摘要:针对某批生产产品检测项目多,人工检测耗时长,出错风险大且传统装夹方式难以满足产品检测增速提效要求等问题,采用理论计算与试验验证相结合的方法对该产品设计了专用的气吸式批量检测工装。经实际验证,该工装密封效果良好,能实现目标产品的批量化装夹和测量,取代了此前的纯手动检测方式。通过该工装与已有的自动化检测单元相结合,对该产品进行了自动化检测转型的尝试,并取得了良好的应用效果。

Design of Air-suction Tooling for Automatic Detecting a Product

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of a large number of inspection items, long manual inspection time, high risk of errors, and the difficulty of traditional clamping methods to meet the requirements of product inspection speed increase and efficiency improvement, a special Air-suction batch inspection tooling was designed for the product by combining theoretical calculation and experimental verification. After actual verification, the tooling has a good sealing effect and can achieve batch clamping and measurement of the target product, replacing the previous pure manual detection method. Through the combination of the tooling and the existing automatic inspection unit, an attempt was made to transform the product into automatic inspection and achieved good application results.

摘要:液压操动机构密封性能是影响其可靠性的重要因素,该文针对一种液压操动机构储能模块的动密封结构进行了研究,对该部位动密封结构及密封性能进行了分析,找到了影响储能活塞动密封性能的主要因素,通过对不同密封结构的对比分析,经过设计计算,提出了一种对储能活塞动密封结构的优化改进方案,通过试验验证,该优化改进方法有效提升了液压操动机构储能模块的密封性能。

Abstract: The sealing performance of hydraulic operating mechanism is an important factor affecting its reliability. This paper studies the dynamic sealing structure of an energy storage module of hydraulic operating mechanism, analyzes the dynamic sealing structure and sealing performance of this part, and finds out the main factors affecting the dynamic sealing performance of energy storage piston. Through the comparative analysis of different sealing structures, after design and calculation, a new type of dynamic sealing structure is proposed The optimization and improvement scheme of dynamic seal structure of energy storage piston is verified by experiments, which effectively improves the sealing performance of energy storage module of hydraulic operating mechanism.

Abstract: The steering hydraulic system is one of the most important systems of wheel loaders. Considering the work condition of wheel loader, customers hope that the steering system can generate less turns when the machine is operating a V-shape cycle of shoveling and loading, so as to improve the machine's productivit; whereas they hope that the steering system can generate more turns during the long-distance operation to ensure the machine's stability under the transport condition. Therefore this paper introduces a two-speed steering hydraulic system for wheel loader, which can effectively balance the contradiction between the loader's productivity and micro control.

小型汽车起重机液压缸的泄漏特性研究

Study on Leakage Characteristics of Hydraulic Cylinder for Small Truck Crane

摘要:为解决小型汽车起重机液压缸的泄漏问题,综合运用台架试验测试和有限元分析方法研究密封圈的损伤及接触应力特性。针对液压缸泄漏因素,采用LG-YYCS01型液压实验台对密封圈的泄漏特性进行定量检测,得出不同预紧力和油液压力条件下的泄漏量。搭建密封圈损伤实验台,根据小波变换原理得出密封圈损伤特征值。基于Abaqus对不同预压缩量条件下的密封圈接触应力进行计算,得出应力分布及变化规律。研究结果表明:预压缩量是影响密封圈接触应力峰值的关键因素,但是对整体的应力分布影响较小;过载密封圈的损伤将导致压力信号的离散性增强,油液的流动易出现随机波动,不利于液压系统的稳定性。

多路阀故障的模糊综合评价方法研究

摘要:工程机械设备的液压多路换向阀结构复杂,可靠性表现出非单调性、依赖性、多态性等特征,多路阀故障排查越来越具有挑战。通过以挖掘机多路阀为研究对象,分析挖掘机多路阀在实际使用过程中的故障模式,运用模糊综合评价方法,量化多路阀不同故障模式的危害度,指导多路阀的设计优化能力及维修能力,保证设备稳定运行。

Abstract: hydraulic multiple directional valve structure of construction machinery equipment is complex, reliability shows non-monotonic, dependency, polymorphism and other characteristics, fault detection of multiple directional valve is becoming more and more challenging. By taking excavator multiple directional valve as the research object, analyzes the fault mode of excavator multiple directional valve in the actual use process, uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, quantifies the hazard degree of different fault mode, guides the design optimization ability and maintenance ability of multiple directional valve, and ensures the stable operation of equipment.

Abstract: With the rapid development of my country's construction machinery field and the improvement of welding level, the industry has put forward higher requirements for welding quality. Traditional welding methods and processes cannot meet the requirements of construction machinery in harsh environments. Q345E is widely used in the field of pressure equipment with its excellent low temperature impact performance and good comprehensive mechanical properties. In this paper, the weldability of Q345E steel is studied by MAG welding (MAG welding), and the welded joints of Q345E steel for hydraulic cylinders are comprehensively analyzed from microstructure to mechanical properties.

Abstract: Geometrical tolerance is an important factor that affects the stability of the pressure test process of hydraulic cylinder. The straightness of the inner hole of hydraulic cylinder and the perpendicularity of the earring hole of cylinder bottom to the inner hole of the cylinder after welding have always been a difficult problem in the industry. This paper introduces a high-precision detection method based on laser tracker, which provides detection support for the quality assurance of the processing process of hydraulic cylinder.

Abstract: The hydraulic cylinder of the excavator is the actuator of the excavator, in which the electroplating and corrosion prevention of the piston rod is the key to ensure its service life. This paper analyzes the common quality failure of hydraulic cylinder piston rod electroplating in excavator, and analyzes the causes and solutions of defects from many angles. It has certain guiding function to quickly remove the cause of skin failure of hydraulic cylinder piston rod coating of excavator.

摘要:该文对油缸缸底焊接形位公差保证能力进行了研究。原有油缸缸底焊接,一般都是依靠行车吊装缸底人工组装点焊,然后转焊接专机满焊的过程,过程由于无法装夹限位,出现松动,无法准确保证其角度配合关系及垂直度要求,严重影响起重机、泵车、旋挖钻等工程机械车辆的作业效果,现设计一种顶紧式组装焊接平台,此平台采用模块化设计,方便加工和安装,以保证缸底垂直度要求,提高缸底配合的精确性,采用液压系统作为其配合顶紧力,实现两零部件焊接的稳定性。

Abstract: The paper researches on the capacity of shape and position tolerance of cylinder bottom welding is studied. Generally, the bottom of the cylinder is lifted by crane for manual assembly and welding, Because the clamping limit cannot be installed in the process, it becomes loose, and the Angle matching relationship and perpendicularity requirements cannot be guaranteed accurately, The operation effect of crane, pump truck, rotary drilling and other construction machinery vehicles is seriously affected, A jacking type assembly and welding platform is designed. This platform adopts modular design to facilitate processing and installation, so as to ensure the perpendicularity of the cylinder bottom, Improve the accuracy of cylinder bottom fit, The hydraulic system is used as the jacking force of the two parts to realize the stability of welding.
