In view of the conditions and characteristics of offshore wind turbines, adopting new combined seal design to seal structure of rotary joint, and optimize the structure by integrating the technical advantages of existing rotary joints. After test operation, the rotary joint works reliably and has stable performance, which satisfies the test requirements of the hydraulic system of offshore wind turbines. 基于Fluent滑动网格对非全周开口滑阀阀口 空化现象的研究 李森林1,2,杨胜清1,2,3,陈乾鹏1,2 (1.兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院, 甘肃兰州730050; 2.兰州理工大学甘肃省液压气动工程技术研究中心,甘肃兰州730050; 3.广西柳工机械股份有限公司,广西柳州545007) 摘要:该文主要研究了湍流方程黏度修正函数、流体湍动能、油液流动方向、阀口开启行为对于阀口空化现象的影响以及空化现象对于阀口输出质量流量的影响。该文以滑阀非全周阀口中的K型阀口为研究对象,利用Fluent滑移网格模型、Zwart空化模型和黏度修正函数、湍动能修正函数展开该文的研究。研究结果表明:湍流方程黏度项修正后,阀口近壁面处出现了速度更大、范围更广的回射流,进而改变空泡形状;考虑湍动能在空化现象的影响后,计算域内的空化量会增加;油液流动方向不仅会影响阀口空化的形态,空化发生的位置也会影响阀口输出的质量流量大小;当空化发生在节流槽内部时,空化气体会堵塞阀口降低阀口的有效过流面积,进而影响阀口的输出流量;阀口开度的变化会影响空化发生的位置数量以及强度;由于气液两相的密度差异,空化的不稳定性会影响阀口输出流量的不稳定性。 关键词:黏度修正函数;空化;非全周阀口;阀口流量 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2021)01-0028-07 Research on Cavitation Phenomenon of Non-full-circumference Opening Spool Valve Port Based on Fluent Sliding Grid LI Sen-lin 1,2, YANG Sheng-qing1,2,3, CHEN Qian-peng1,2 (1. Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd., Liuzhou545007, China) Abstract:This paper mainly studies the influence of viscosity correction function of turbulence equation, turbulent kinetic energy of fluid, flow direction of oil, opening behavior of valve port on cavitation phenomenon of valve port and the influence of cavitation phenomenon on output mass flow of valve port. In this paper, the K-type valve port in the non-full circumference valve port of slide valve is taken as the research object, and Fluent sliding mesh model, Zwart cavitation model, viscosity correction function and turbulent kinetic energy correction function are used to carry out this research. The results show that after the viscosity term of the turbulence equation is corrected, a jet with larger velocity and wider range appears near the valve port wall, thus changing the shape of the cavitation bubble. Considering the influence of turbulent kinetic energy on cavitation phenomenon, the amount of cavitation in the computational domain will increase. The direction of oil flow will not only affect the cavitation pattern of the valve port, but also the position where cavitation occurs will affect the mass flow output by the valve port. When cavitation occurs inside the throttling groove, cavitation gas will block the valve port and reduce the effective flow area of the valve port, thus affecting the output flow rate of the valve port. The change of valve port opening will affect the number and intensity of cavitation positions. Due to the density difference between gas and liquid phases, the instability of cavitation will affect the instability of valve port output flow. ZL111和ZL104在干摩擦和油润滑下的摩擦 磨损行为研究 王婷婷1,刘佳阳1,王慧明1,李应举2,吕晓仁1 (1.沈阳工业大学,辽宁 沈阳110870; 2.中国科学院金属研究所,辽宁 沈阳110016) 摘要:采用往复式摩擦磨损试验机测试ZL111、ZL104干摩擦及油润滑摩擦性能,研究往复频率和添加剂二辛基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)含量对ZL111、ZL104摩擦学性能的影响,探讨铝合金的摩擦学机理。结果表明:干摩擦下,在低频时ZL111的磨损量小于ZL104。ZL111在大于4 Hz时磨损量随频率增加而加大,而ZL104在大于8 Hz时才增加。基础油润滑下,铝合金在68#机械油润滑下的磨损量高于10W-30全合成油,ZL111的磨损量低于ZL104。在基础油中添加添加剂后,使得铝合金的磨损量降低。ZL111在含ZDDP的油润滑下的磨损量较小,其原因是Cu元素能够加强ZL111分子间的结合力,使化学反应膜更紧密的结合在基体表面。 关键词:铝合金;摩擦磨损;摩擦学机制;添加剂 中图分类号:TH137,TH142.2文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2021)01-0035-05 Friction Behavior of ZL104 and ZL111 under Dry Friction and Oil Lubrication WANG Ting-ting1, LIU Jia-yang1, WANG Hui-ming1, LI Ying-ju2, LV Xiao-ren1 (1. Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Science, Shenyang110016, China) Abstract: The dry and oil lubrication friction properties of ZL104 and ZL111 were investigated with reciprocating tribotester. The effect of reciprocating frequency and zinc dioctyldithiophosphate (ZDDP) content on the tribological properties of ZL104 and ZL111 was studied. The tribological mechanism of aluminum alloy lubricated by additives was discussed. The results showed that the wear loss of ZL111 was less than that of ZL104 at low frequency in dry friction. The wear loss of ZL111 increased with reciprocating frequency when it was faster than 4Hz, while the variety frequency of ZL104 was 8Hz. The wear loss of aluminum alloy lubricated in 68 # mechanical oil was higher than that in 10W-30 oil. The wear loss of ZL111 was lower than ZL104 in oil lubrication friction. Aluminum alloy wear loss was reduced when ZDDP used as the lubricant additive. The reason for the less wear loss of ZL111 in the lubrication of ZDDP oil was that Cu element can strengthen the binding force between ZL111 molecules and make the chemical reaction film more closely bonded to the substrate surface. The simulation results show that the response speed of the cylinder piston meets the requirements and the cylinder follow-up performance is satisfied Good; at the same time, give the displacement relationship of the cylinder on one side of the mold narrow surface in the process of field debugging, which has guiding significance for the follow-up research of mold on-line width adjustment servo system. Hefei Huasheng Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd., Hefei231100, China) Abstract: In order to find a new type of cavitation device to solve the problem of large-scale industrial water treatment, the author designed and developed a set of piston driven reciprocating choking cavitation device. Based on Pro/E, the internal structure and motion simulation of the cavitator are designed, and the flow field of the piston driven reciprocating jam cavitator under different back pressures is calculated by CFD software. The results of calculation and simulation show that the inner diameter of piston cylinder is 150 mm, the diameter of nozzle is 3 mm, the length of crank is 60 mm, the length of connecting rod is 480 mm, and the speed of crank is 60 R/min. The new cavitation device can produce effective cavitation, the back pressure synchronous control valve can effectively control the back pressure, and the best back pressure is 0.2 MPa. The overall design of the system and the design and research of the hydraulic auxiliary device are carried out. Through the overall design and research of the hydraulic system of the riveting machine, the manufacturing efficiency of the torque converter is greatly improved. The active anti-pollution technology which would be used to design a filter in the oil circuit in the valve plate of the piston pump, could avoid the risk that the internal wear debris of the piston pump and external debris are pushed into the unloading solenoid valve or the regulating mechanism. And as a result of the technology, the safety and reliability of the piston pump or even the hydraulic system could be improved drastically. According to the dynamic characteristic equation of the model, the relationship between the leakage in hydraulic cylinder and the output power of hydraulic cylinder and the running speed of piston is studied and analyzed. Through the experiment, the pressure change curve of the hydraulic cylinder of a bulldozer was measured, and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder under different conditions were verified, which provided a theoretical basis for the detection of internal leakage fault of the hydraulic cylinder. Combined with the displacement signal of the hydraulic cylinder of each working device, the performance of excavator leveling is analysed by the simulation software, combined with the movement trajectory of bucket tip, the performance of excavator leveling can be quantified, and can provide the theoretical reference for optimization of excavator leveling performance.
