Established the mathematical model of linear motor, at the same time, in order to effectively to verify the feasibility of the linear motor direct drive high-speed reversing valve, avoid test prototype structure defects after processing, this article uses MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, the response time of linear motor and control precision are analyzed in the simulation, simulation has been highly switch valve in a given displacement response curve and orbit, for subsequent debugging test provides effective theoretical basis. Base on the maximum resistance moment and rotary speed hydraulic system matched. Swing test result present hydraulic system pressure increase with rotary speed. Lifting test present real pressure consistant with cacaulation value. Swing direction change cause hydraulic system pressure overshoot. Key Laboratory of Fluid Machinery and Systems, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: The semiconductor cooler is used to cool the oil in hydraulic tank, and the baffle plate with semiconductor cooling function and the oil tank are designed, which integrates the functions of the oil cooling and the oil tank partition. CFD software is used to simulate the oil flow inside the tank when there is no baffle plate, conventional baffle plate and new semiconductor cooling baffle plate. The velocity distribution cloud diagram, velocity vector diagram and oil flow trace diagram are obtained in three cases. The influence laws of oil flow in the tank after adding conventional baffle plate and new type of semiconductor cooling baffle plate are analyzed, which provides reference for the design and optimization of semiconductor cooling tank. The temperature field and thermo mechanical coupling deformation of outer pipe body, sealing ring and end cover are analyzed and optimized by using finite element software. The experimental verification foe design of the rotary joint is carried out. The results show that the designed rotary joint can fully meet the requirements of high temperature operation. Through the analysis on acquired data, three flow-rate characteristic parameters, sonic conductance, C, critical back-pressure ratio, b and subsonic index, m are determined. 尹丛勃,陈权威,杨文正,任军华 (上海理工大学机械工程学院,上海200093) 摘要:该文针对农用机械静液压传动(Hydrostatic Static Transmission,HST)系统及发动机联合系统的工作特性开展试验研究,经过试验得到不同油门开度及不同分流比例下的发动机输出特性以及HST系统传动特性,对不同工况下动力系统和传动系统的传动损失和泄漏损失进行研究,通过合理的匹配优化,以改进系统的效率。试验结果表明HST系统的传动效率受到动力输入及输出特性和分流比例的综合影响,通过合理的设计动力匹配,在分流比例为25%时,HST系统机械损失和泄漏损失减少,发动机与HST耦合系统效率可达80%以上,个别工况效率超过90%,比传统的静液压传动系统提高10%左右的效率,能够提高农用机械整体系统的效率,获得良好的系统动力性和燃油经济性。 关键词:HST;联合试验研究;匹配优化;农用机械 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)11-0028-07 Joint Experimental Research on Power and Hydrostatic System of Agricultural Machinery YIN Cong-bo, CHEN Quan-wei, YANG Wen-zheng, REN Jun-hua (School of Mechanical Engineering, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai200093,China) Abstract: This paper conducts experimental research on the working characteristics of the hydrostatic static transmission (HST) system and the engine combined system of agricultural machinery. After the experiment, the output characteristics of the engine under different throttle openings and different split ratios and the transmission characteristics of the HST system are obtained. The transmission loss and leakage loss of the power system and the transmission system under working conditions are studied, and the efficiency of the system is improved through reasonable matching and optimization. The test results show that the transmission efficiency of the HST system is comprehensively affected by the power input and output characteristics and the split ratio. Through a reasonable design of power matching, when the split ratio is 25%, the mechanical loss and leakage loss of the HST system are reduced, and the engine and HST coupling system The efficiency can reach more than 80%, and the efficiency of individual working conditions exceeds 90%, which is about 10% higher than the traditional hydrostatic transmission system. It can improve the efficiency of the overall system of agricultural machinery and obtain good system dynamics and fuel economy. 李少年,代鹏云,常露丹,王煜 (兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050) 摘要:针对大排量径向柱塞泵定子特殊安装方式,首先假设滑靴与定子固接,分别从单柱塞、双柱塞等几个方面,画出运动机构简图,进行自由度分析,得到定子与转子角位移和角速度之间关系。然后分析滑靴沿定子内表面运动时,滑靴与定子之间的运动关系。结果发现,吸油区滑靴对定子内表面作用力相对较小,可以认为受到滑靴为一数值较小且阻碍定子运动的摩擦力作用。定子主要由排油区滑靴摩擦力驱动,不同位置滑靴对定子运动产生促进和阻碍的作用不同,使得定子将以一会儿增大或者一会儿减小的变化角速度旋转。和传统定子固定形式径向柱塞泵相比,此结构有效降低了滑靴与定子之间因为摩擦而消耗的功率,机械效率得到提升。 关键词:径向柱塞泵;滑靴;定子;运动 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)11-0035-05 Analysis of the Motion between Slipper and Stator of Large Displacement Radial Piston Pump LI Shao-nian, DAI Peng-yun, CHANG Lu-dan, WANG Yu (College of Energy and Power Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: According to the special installation method of the stator of the large displacement radial piston pump, the slipper is supposed that it's fixed to the stator, and the schematic diagram of the moving mechanism is drawn from the aspects of single piston and double piston respectively. And the degree of freedom is analyzed to get the relationship between the angular displacement and angular velocity of the stator and rotor. Then, the relationship between the slipper and the stator is analyzed when the slipper moves along the inner surface of the stator. It is found that the acting force of the slipper on the stator inner surface is relatively small in the oil absorption area, and it can be considered that the friction effect of the slipper is small and hinder the movement of the stator. The stator is mainly driven by the frictional force of the slippers in the oil discharge area. Different positions of the slippers have different effects on promoting and hindering the stator movement, so that the stator will rotate at a high or a low angular speed for a while. Compared with the traditional radial piston pump which stator is fixed, this structure effectively reduces the power consumption between the slipper and the stator because of friction, and improves the mechanical efficiency. In the application, the designer should first consider that the selection of hose and connector must ensure that the maximum working pressure of the hose assembly is equal to or greater than the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system, and the pulse pressure or peak pressure of the system must be less than the maximum rated pressure of the hose In addition to the working pressure and chemical compatibility of the fluid, it is also necessary to choose the appropriate anti twisting measures according to the comprehensive working conditions of the hose assembly, and ensure that the bending radius of the hose is greater than the minimum bending radius parameter when it is installed. In this paper, the relevant structure and test performance of the high-pressure super flexible braided pipe are systematically analyzed, and the importance of its application in the lifting hydraulic system is put forward. By using AMESim simulation platform, the system is simulated with two kinds of control methodology. The results show that the rate of flow control which uses in servo variable displacement hydraulic motor system consumes more few power, the research of this paper can provide some help to decrease the power consume in the follow design on weapons bay door drive system. 何学工,李祥阳,闵丽 (航空工业西安航空制动科技有限公司,陕西西安710065) 摘要:该文在对飞机刹车系统的发展状况进行详细调研的基础上,针对飞机刹车系统设计了一种新型分布式油源刹车系统,该方案为定排量变转速型,即泵定排量、电机转速可调。完成了系统核心部件电液刹车模块EHBM数学模型的建立与仿真,设计了无刷直流电机的电流转速双闭环控制方案,并进行了原理样机的设计和试验,结果表明系统具有良好的动态性能,可以快速、准确地跟踪期望刹车压力,能够完全满足刹车系统设计要求。论文最后对分布式油源刹车系统的试验结果进行了总结,并对系统发展进行了展望,指出该系统广阔的发展前景。 关键词:防滑刹车;电液刹车模块;无刷直流电机;分布式油源 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)11-0047-04 Research on Electrohydraulic Actuator Brake System with Distributed Oil Source HE Xue-gong, LI Xiang-yang, MIN Li (AVIC XI'AN AVIATION BRAKE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., Xi'an710065, China) Abstract: On the basis of researching detailedly the development of aircraft brake system, a new type distributed oil sources brake system is designed for aircraft brake system in this article. This scheme will offer constant pump displacement and variable rotating speed, this is, pump displacement is constant, and motor rotating speed is adjustable. After the establishment and simulation of EHBM mathematic model for system key parts electrohydraulic brake module are completed, dual closed-loop control scheme of current rotating speed is designed for brushless DC motor, and principle prototype is designed and tested. The results show that the system can provide good dynamic performance, and can rapidly and correctly trace anticipant brake pressure; therefore, designed system is capable of satisfying fully design requirement of the brake system. Ultimately, test result of distributed oil source brake control system is concluded, and vision of system is prospected in this article, which shows that this system will have a bright future. The inner and outer water sealing sleeve is set up, and the inner and outer water sealing sleeve is pressed with two rubber sheets. First, the packing seal of the WG50-200 vertical sewage pump was improved. After six months of successful use of the test, a series of specifications were designed and tested. Then the application was promoted. The new sealing part has the following advantages: The sleeve will not wear out. The inner and outer water sealing sleeve will not wear, the shaft sealing power consumption is small, and the service life is long. In this paper, a special rubber seal and gasket were designed and used to increase the reliability of cable sealing. A butterfly spring washer which could store energy was designed to solve the leakage caused by rubber deformation in alternating pressure and temperature. Moreover, the results of testing in laboratory and sea proved that the simple structure design was reasonable、reliable and easy to implement. The device will have a good application prospect. Sany Automobile Crane Machinery Co., Ltd., Changsha410000, China) Abstract: This paper focuses on the hydraulic system failure of a 50T truck crane caused by the expansion and leakage of the oil cooler. Experimental tests have found that the direct cause of the oil cooler burst was due to the veryshort opening period of the main unloading valve of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the pressure oil inside the pipeline and the main valve was quickly released, causing pressure shocks in the return pipeline.Furthermore, this paper designs two strategies to solve the above problems: extending the response time of unloading and optimizing unloading methods. These strategies reduce the amplitude of the pressure shock, effectively avoid the pressure shock under the compound action, and solve the problem of the oil cooler bursting and cracking. Base on the single output nozzle-flapper force feedback Electro-hydraulic flow servo-valve, designs a new force feedback pressure servo-valve by enlarge the underlap, using a rod feedback the position of the spool to the flapper by force. Theoretical and simulation analysis results indicate a linear relationship between the output pressure and the input current of valve, and the greater the underlap the larger the linear interval.
