structure and operation mode of low-floor urban trams, the structure, principle,

摘要: 风力发电在全球、在中国,正在快速发展,国际社会对于可再生能源规划了更加宏伟的发展目标,清洁能源取代化石能源的步伐,很可能会超出预期。在风力发电技术中,液压系统由于体积小、保压性能良好、抗低温能力强、输出功率大、响应快、精度高等特点被广泛应用。该文主要介绍液压在风机中齿轮箱与发电机制动系统、机舱制动系统和锁定系统中的应用,进行了液压原理分析、设计校核计算和试验的详细介绍,表明液压系统可以显著提高风力发电机组的稳定性,减少风速过大对机组冲击的影响。

Study on a Hydraulic Braking System for Wind Power Generation

Abstract: Wind power is developing
rapidly in the world and in china. The international community has planned a
more ambitous development goal for renewable energy. The pace of clean energy
replacing petrochemical energy os likely to exceed expectations. In the wind
power generation technology, the hydraulic system is widely used because of its
small volume, good pressure maintaining performance, strong low temperature
resistance, large output power, fast response, high precision and so on. This
paper mainly introduces the application of hydraulic pressure in the brake
system of gearbox and generator, the brake system of engine room and the lock
device in wind turbine. Through the analysis of hydraulic principle, the
detailed introduction of theoretical analysis, calculation and test, it shows
that the hydraulic system can significantly improve the stability of wind
turbine and reduce the impact of excessive wind speed on the unit.

摘要: 滑阀式伺服阀在冶金连铸机振动设备上应用较为普遍,因取消了喷嘴挡板和弹簧管结构,其抗污染能力和寿命都大大增强,因此更能适应钢铁企业环境,滑阀式伺服阀资料相对较少,但工作原理较喷嘴挡板式伺服阀更难理解,该文利用仿真软件AMESim对施耐德品牌的滑阀式伺服阀(HVM-067-80)进行建模及仿真,通过仿真分析得到伺服阀的滞环曲线和泄漏曲线,并与试验台得到的数据做对比,分析其优势与不足。

Abstract: Slide valve type servo valve
on metallurgical casting machine vibration equipment application is relatively
common, due to the cancellation of the nozzle baffle and spring tube structure
is its ability to resist pollution and life are greatly enhanced, so more can
adapt to the environment, iron and steel enterprise slide valve type servo valve
material is relatively small, but the working principle of the nozzle flapper
servo valve is more difficult to understand, in this paper, by using the
simulation software AMESim slide valve type servo valve for Schneider brand
(HVM-067-80) modeling and simulation of the hysteresis curve of the servo valve
is obtained by the simulation analysis and the leak curve, and compared with
data obtained from test stand to do, to analyze its advantages and
disadvantages.

摘要: 为了对坦克高低向稳定器动力油缸进行动态仿真,该文介绍了某型坦克动力油缸的结构和工作原理;利用AMESim软件分别建立了动力油缸和高低向稳定器的仿真模型;在不同的故障和工作模式下,输入激励信号,得到了系统主要特性参数的变化曲线和动态特征,为动力油缸的维护保养和故障排除提供参考。

Dynamic Simulation on Power Cylinder of Tank Vertical Stabilizer

Abstract: In order to do dynamic
simulation on power cylinder of tank vertical stabilizer, this paper introduced
the configuration and working principle of power cylinder in one tank;
simulation model of power cylinder and vertical stabilizer were both established
in AMESim; under different fault and working modes, excitation signal were
input, and the variation curves with dynamic features of main characteristic
parameters of the system were obtained, which provided a reference for
maintenance and elimination of breakdown of power cylinder.

摘要: 液压泵是机载液压系统的关键核心部件,也是液压系统的主要发热源。针对泵壳体回油不畅导致的系统故障和安全隐患,泵回油路加装温压一体传感器,对回油温度和压力进行实时监控,提前预测液压泵的温度异常升高趋势,提高液压系统的故障预测和健康管理能力。通过试验测试,验证了液压泵回油不畅时的温度和压力变化趋势,为故障监控和预测提供详实的数据支持。

Application of Temperature and Pressure Transducer on Airborne Hydraulic Pump

Abstract: The hydraulic pump is the key
component and also a major source of heat for the airborne hydraulic system.
Aiming at the system failure and safety hazard caused by the poor oil return
volume, a temperature and pressure sensor is installed on the oil return
circuit. Therefore, the oil return temperature and pressure are detected in real
time. In this way, the abnormal temperature rise trend of hydraulic pump can be
predicted in advance, and the fault prediction and health management ability of
hydraulic system can be improved. Through the test, the temperature and pressure
change trend of the hydraulic pump when the return oil is not smooth is
verified, providing detailed data support for fault monitoring and prediction.

system was finally confirmed through the hydraulic system design theory, the
pressure loss analysis and factor of safety. This paper provides a theoretical
basis for the design of the hydraulic system of gasifier.

摘要: 分析当前工程机械用卷扬平衡阀特点,进行卷扬平衡阀结构提升设计;采用正先导比及双弹簧设计以提升其安全性,主弹簧腔到回油口设定双阻尼提升其控制稳定性及可靠性,优化节流阀芯过流面积以提升其操控性,设定单向阀,在阀芯关闭时能迅速关闭,确保控制可靠性,先导压力油直接作用主阀芯,保证控制稳定情况下更节能,且结构简单;同时进行了轻载及重载工况测试验证,满足卷扬系统控制要求。

Abstract: Taking the winch
counterbalance valve for construction machinery as research object, analyzes the
characteristics and conduct the improved designs. Adopting positive pilot ratio
and double spring to enhance the safety; setting double damping orifices from
the main spring chamber to oil return port to improve its control stability and
reliability; optimize the flow area of the throttle piston to improve its
controllability, by the check valve, when close the counterbalance valve,
can quickly closed to ensure the stability, and the
pilot pressure acts directly on throttle piston to ensures more energy saving
under stable control. Meanwhile, it has been tested and verified under light
load and heavy load conditions, the test results meet the control requirements
of winch system.

摘要: 为了满足生产需要,设计了一种气动打磨系统,可实现对工件4个面进行打磨,工件表面的粗糙度可控制在工艺要求范围内,打磨系统采用气动结构,运行可靠,打磨精度高。同时对打磨工艺做了研究,分析了打磨力、砂纸、打磨次数、反复打磨进给速度等因素对工件表面粗糙度的影响,制定了合理的打磨工艺,取得了良好的使用效果。

Design and Research of Pneumatic Automatic Grinding System

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of
production, a pneumatic grinding system is designed, which can grind four
surfaces of the workpiece. The roughness of the workpiece surface can be
controlled within the range of technological requirements. The pneumatic
structure was adopted in the grinding system, the machine runs reliably and has
high grinding accuracy. At the same time, the grinding process was studied, and
the effects of grinding force, sandpaper, grinding times, feed speed of repeated
grinding on the surface roughness of the workpiece were analyzed. A reasonable
grinding process was formulated and good results were achieved.

摘要: 为提高在海洋工程领域中国内阀门行业的创新能力,力求开拓船舶行业高端阀门市场,该文根据大口径海水闸阀实际工况及功能设计各零部件结构并建立模型,采用理论计算与有限元分析验证相结合的方法对闸阀关键零部件进行结构强度和抗冲击性能研究,并建立了闸阀中衬套磨损量分别与载荷、阀门启闭次数的关系,为进一步研究大口径海水闸阀结构及其使用寿命提供必要的理论基础。

Abstract: In order to improve the
innovation ability of China's valve industry in the field of offshore
engineering, and strive to develop the high-end valve market in the shipbuilding
industry, in this paper designs the structure of each component and establishes
the model according to the actual working conditions and required functions of
the large-diameter seawater gate valve, and studies the structural strength and
impact resistance of the key parts of the gate valve by combining theoretical
calculation with finite element analysis, the relationship between the abrasion
loss amount of bushing and the load and the opening and closing times of the
valve is established, which provides the necessary theoretical basis for further
research on the structure and service life of the large diameter seawater gate
valve.

摘要: 对斜盘式柱塞泵卡盘的运动学特性进行了分析与推导,得出了斜盘摆角、卡盘圆孔直径、滑履颈部直径、卡盘圆孔分布圆半径和柱塞孔分布圆半径是影响卡盘运动平稳性的主要参数,并通过多体动力学软件仿真论证了相关数学模型的正确性,为斜盘式柱塞泵的结构设计提供了重要参考。

Abstract: Through analyze and deduce
the retaining plate kinetic characteristics of swashplate piston pump, obtained
that the swashplate angular, the hole diameter of retaining plate, the neck
diameter of slipper, the distribution circle radius of the retaining plate hole
and the piston hole are the key parameters which can influence the operation
stability of the retaining plate, and verify the correctness of the relevant
mathematical model base on the multi-body dynamics software. The results can
provide an important reference for design of the swashplate piston pump.

自动开浇仿真试验与研究开发

摘要: 自动开浇技术是现代连铸机的关键技术之一,对于提高连铸机的自动化程度,保证设备安全生产,降低工人劳动强度,提高铸坯质量与产量,减少溢钢和漏钢事故以及提高连铸的管理水平具有重要意义。该文利用MATLAB/Simulink软件,针对某现代化板坯连铸机钢水液面控制液压伺服系统进行了建模研究、仿真分析及现场试验,结果表明液压伺服控制系统动静态特性完全满足工艺要求,为自动开浇的成功实施奠定了基础。

Abstract: Automatic pouring casting
technology is one of the key technologies of modern continuous casting machine,
which can improve the automation degree of continuous casting machine and ensure
the safety production of equipment, reduce the labor intensity of workers,
improve the quality and output of slab, reduce the accidents of steel overflow
and steel leakage, and improve the management level of continuous casting. In
this paper, using MATLAB/Simulink software, the modeling research, simulation
analysis and field test of the hydraulic servo system for liquid steel level
control of a modern slab caster are carried out. The results show that the
dynamic and static characteristics of the hydraulic servo control system fully
meet the process requirements, it lays a foundation for the successful
implementation of automatic casting.

摘要: 针对航空兵部队飞行场站制氮装置制氮慢,氮气纯度低等问题,利用PSA制氮原理,设计一种航空氮气增压提纯装置。该装置由减压阀、PSA制氮单元、调压阀,安全阀等部分组成。该装置可以为多种军用飞机提供氮气,纯度符合要求,产气快,移动轻便,满足航空兵部队对制氮装置的需求,在应用中取得良好效果。

摘要: 喷嘴是冰粒射流清洗系统的重要部件,其结构类型对清洗效果有重要影响。在分析了冰粒射流清洗系统工作原理的基础上,对直线型、收缩型和文丘里型3种喷嘴进行了结构设计。利用计算流体动力学分析软件Fluent,对3种喷嘴内部水流速度场与射入大气环境中的自由射流流场进行了仿真;同时对离散相固态冰颗粒的运动速度与轨迹进行了分析,对比了3种喷嘴的喷射特点。搭建实验平台,分别使用3种喷嘴进行了清洗实验。研究结果表明,3种喷嘴用于冰粒射流清洗的效果明显好于纯水射流清洗,其中收缩型喷嘴的清洗率最高。

Influence of Different Nozzles on Cleaning Effect of Ice Jet

Abstract: Nozzle is an important part
of ice jet cleaning system. Its structure type has important influence on the
cleaning effect. A jet cleaning system with ice particles is established, which
adopts three nozzles with different structures, namely, linear, contracting-type
and Venturi type. Based on Fluent, the internal flow fields in three kinds of
nozzles and the flow field in the atmosphere are simulated. At the same time,
the movement velocity and trajectory of discrete phase solid ice particle are
analyzed. The experimental platform is built and three kinds of nozzles are used
for cleaning experiments. Results show that the quality of ice jet cleaning is
better than pure water jet cleaning quality for the three nozzles, and the
contracting-type nozzle has the highest cleaning rate.

摘要: 位移-力特性是评估电磁铁性能的重要指标,鉴于网络通讯是计算机控制的重要途径,设计出了电磁铁推力性能测试台,采用网络实现EM9636采集卡与计算机的通讯,研制了电磁铁力特性测试台和控制软件。试验结果表明:该系统操作简单、测试方便、实验数据准确可靠。

Research on Test System for Measuring Force Characteristic of Solenoid
Based on Network Communication

Abstract: Displacement-Force
characteristic is an important index for evaluating solenoid. Considering that
network communication is an important way for computer control, a force
characteristic of solenoid test bench is designed. Network communication is
adopted to realize communication between computer and EM9636 acquisition card.
Force characteristic of solenoid test bench and the control software are
developed. Test results show that the system is simple and convenient to
operate. Experimental data is accurate and reliable.

电静液作动器(EHA)热设计方法研究

摘要: 该文根据飞机作动系统发展趋势和电静液作动器特性,提出了将虚拟热仿真的方法应用到EHA热设计中,对该EHA热设计进行研究,形成了一种热设计、验证、改进的方法。实例基于功率损失法对某电静液作动器进行仿真分析,根据仿真结果提出热设计优化措施,掌握了热设计方法。

Abstract: According to the development
trend of aircraft actuation system and the characteristics of electrohydrostatic
actuators, this paper proposes applying a virtual thermal simulation method to
EHA thermal design and studies the EHA thermal design to form a thermal design,
verification and improved method. The instance makes simulation analysis of an
electrohydrostatic actuator based on the power loss method, according to the
simulation results, the thermal design optimization measures are proposed and
the thermal design method is mastered.

摘要: 介绍了常规换向阀的结构,驱动方式以及远程三位换向面临的主要问题,提出分别通过本体和驱动方式改进升级,实现换向阀三位远程操作。介绍了滑阀式换向阀本体结构,分析了滑阀式换向阀与转阀式换向阀区别;介绍了双杆双行程气缸、单杆双行程气缸以及伺服驱动缸的结构和运行特性,通过结构对比,明确了双行程气缸驱动转阀式换向阀远程三位控制在地面防喷器控制装置中应用的发展方向。

Research and Application of Remote Three Position Control for Directional Valve

Abstract: This paper introduces the
structure, driving mode and main problems of the current directional control
valve, and puts forward to realize the remote operation of the directional
control valve through the improvement of the body and driving mode respectively.
The body structure of slide valve type reversing valve is introduced, the
difference between slide valve type reversing valve and rotary valve type
reversing valve is analyzed. This paper introduces the structure and operation
characteristics of the double-rod double-stroke cylinder, the single-rod
double-stroke cylinder and the servo drive cylinder. Through structural
comparison, the development direction of remote three position control of
directional valve driven by double stroke cylinder in the ground BOP control
device is clarified.

摘要: 众多行业需要利用无接触的方式输运清洁和易损的产品。该文介绍了一种二维完全无接触气浮输运平台,分析间隙内气体流动情况。建立间隙内气流简化模型,并针对黏性力进行了理论和试验研究。结果表明,黏性力受到气膜间隙厚度和吸气流量的影响。在相同的间隙厚度下,黏性力随着驱动单元数量的增加而增加,并且随着气膜间隙厚度的增加而减小。

Modeling Simulation and Experimental Study of 2-DOF Contactless Transport

Abstract: Many industries require
contactless transport of delicate or clean products. This paper introduces a
2-DOFcompletely contactlessairfilmconveyorand analyzes the air flow in the gap.
A simplified model of the airflow in the gap is established, and theoretical and
experimental studies are conductedto obtain the viscous force. The results show
that the viscous force is affected by the thickness of the film gap and the
suction flow rate. The viscous force increases at the same gap thickness as the
number of the actuatingunits increases, and decreases as the thickness of the
film gap increases.

hydraulic pressure source technology based on networking. The technology
innovates the traditional hydraulic concentrative pumping station, adopts the
Self-adaption pumping station flow matching technology and constant flow
pressure control technology for terminal equipment, etc. Make one central
hydraulic pressure source parallel connection more terminal units composing
electricity-hydraulic network, forming in common, anti-crosstalk, shielding
strong function of the equipment. It plays an active role in improving the
reliability and efficiency of the central hydraulic pressure source.

摘要: 在某新型民用飞机起落架收放研发试验中,发现主起落架上位锁开锁压力过大的问题,针对问题进行了理论分析,认为主起落架放下时,油液同时到达收放作动筒和上位锁开锁作动筒,但由于收放作动筒油液作用面积大于上位锁开锁作动筒油液作用面积,使得收放作动筒在上位锁开锁前将力施加到上位锁上,并通过试验验证了此分析结论的正确性,为改进设计方案提供了试验依据。

Analysis and Solution on the Over Pressure of the Main Landing Gear Uplock for a
Civil Aircraft

Abstract: In the landing gear
retraction development test of a civil aircraft, it is found that the unlocking
pressure of the uplock of the main landing gear is too large. According to the
theoretical analysis of the problem, it is considered that when the main landing
gear is put down, the oil reaches the retraction actuator and the uplock
unlocking actuator at the same time. However, because the oil area of the
retraction actuator is larger than that of the upper lock unlocking actuator,
the actuator applies the force to the uplock first before the uplock is
unlocked, and the following test verifies the correctness of the analysis
conclusion, which provides the test basis for improving the design scheme.

摘要: 液压系统作为挖掘机的核心组成,其工作的可靠性将直接影响主机的性能。在现有较为先进的故障模式判别方法中,选择应用小波包分析计算故障信号的能量熵,构造特征向量输入到支持向量机中进行训练,判定故障的类型。该文融合小波包数据处理技术和支持向量机故障模式识别技术来实现故障的有效判别,完成了液压系统的状态监测及故障诊断系统的搭建。通过测试发现,故障识别的准确率良好,试验结果也验证了支持向量机在处理小样本方面的优势所在。

Excavator Hydraulic System Fault Diagnosis Based on Energy Entropy

Abstract: As the core component of
excavator, the reliability of hydraulic system will directly affect the
performance of the main engine. Among the advanced methods of fault pattern
recognition, wavelet packet analysis is used to calculate the energy entropy of
fault signal, and eigenvectors are constructed and input to support vector
machine for training to determine the type of fault.This essay integrates
wavelet packet data processing technology and support vector machine fault
pattern recognition technology to realize effective fault identification, and
completes the construction of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of
hydraulic system. The test results show that the accuracy of fault
identification is good, and the experimental results also verify the advantages
of support vector machine in dealing with small samples.

摘要: 通常加氢精制装置和加氢裂化装置中的分馏塔进料泵、分馏塔底泵、减压塔底泵输送介质为石蜡、柴油、石脑油,工作温度介于310℃~360℃,这3种高温热油泵是装置中的关键设备,由于输送的介质是高温油液,一旦泄漏极易造成火灾事故。热油泵故障停车将导致全厂停车。经过分析发现机械密封冲洗系统和机械密封结构存在一些缺点,通过改进密封结构解决了寿命短的问题,达到了预期寿命。

Abstract: Usually Fractionation Tower
feed pump, Fractionation Tower bottom pump, Decompression Tower bottom pump are
critical equipment in Hydrofining unit and Hydrocracking unit, and process fluid
is Paraffin, diesel, naphtha with high temperature 310-360
℃. Since the process medium is high temperature oil, once it leaks, it is easy to
cause a fire accident. The failure of the hot oil pump will cause the whole
plant to stop. After analysis, we found that the mechanical seal flash system
and mechanical seal structure have some shortcomings, and prolonged the seal
life by improving the seal structure, and reached the expected life.

高压油管自动TIG焊接工艺研究

摘要: 液压缸油管焊接成形差且漏油率高,该文对产品结构进行了分析,探究了原焊接工艺的缺陷并进行了改进。通过对焊接试验数据的整理分析,调整焊接设备,制作辅助工装夹具,改善焊接参数,最终制定了液压缸油管自动TIG焊接工艺,从根本上控制了焊接缺陷、极大降低了残次品的数量。

Abstract: Due to poor welding
formation, the oil leakage rate of the hydraulic cylinder tubing is high. This
article analyzes the product structure, explores the defects of the original
welding process and improves it. Through the analysis of welding test data,
adjusting welding equipment, making auxiliary tooling fixtures, and improving
welding parameters, the automatic TIG welding process for hydraulic cylinder
tubing was finally formulated, which fundamentally controlled welding defects
and greatly reduced the number of defective products.
