邹鹏 Design and Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Loading Test Bench for Automobile ZOU Peng (烟台汽车工程职业学院,山东烟台265500) 摘要:为提升汽车液压系统的自动化检测水平,提出一种液压加载测试台,对其结构与功能进行了设计和仿真分析。针对测试台的工作要求,对模块结构、关键部件以及控制系统分别进行了设计与研究。基于AMESim软件,建立液压立柱的升降控制模型,得出增压缸、安全阀和电磁换向阀对液压回路的控制效果。研究结果表明:测试台的控制精度较高,压力波动范围低于2%;各个控制器件响应非常迅速,满足工作要求。 关键词:液压系统;测试台;汽车;仿真 中图分类号:TH137;TD433文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0813(2020)09-0005-04
高立龙,李九林,陈欣鹏,于雨 (陆军炮兵防空兵学院士官学校防空兵系,辽宁沈阳110000) 摘要:由于工程机械油压信号易受各种噪声的影响,难以提取有用的信号特征。该文对比了数学形态学降噪、小波阈值降噪、EMD自适应降噪、改进EEMD自适应降噪四种方法,通过仿真信号和实测信号对四种降噪方法进行检验,结果表明:对于一般的信号,小波降噪、EMD降噪、改进EEMD降噪、数学形态学降噪都可以进行降噪处理,并提取趋势项。但是对于含有冲击或突变信号的油压信号,基于数学形态滤波器的方法最好,所得到的信号不失真、信噪比最高。 关键词:液压信号;数学形态法;降噪;研究 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)09-0009-04
Research on Oil Pressure Fluctuation Signal Noise Reduction Based on Mathematical Morphology Method GAO Li-long, LI Jiu-lin, CHEN Xin-peng, YU Yu (Army Artillery and Air Defense Forces Academy, Shenyang110000, China) Abstract: Due to engineering machinery hydraulic signal is vulnerable to the effects of all kinds of noise, it is difficult to extract useful signal characteristics. This article compares the mathematical morphology noise, wavelet threshold de-noising, the EMD adaptive noise reduction, EEMD four adaptive noise reduction method, and through the simulation signal and the measured signal to the test in the four types of noise reduction method, the results show that for the average signal, wavelet de-noising, the EMD de-noising, EEMD de-noising, mathematical morphology noise reduction can be noise reduction processing, and extract the trend. But for oil pressure signal contains or abrupt signal, the method based on mathematical morphology filter is best, the resulting signal distortion, the highest SNR. 黄文 (西南交通大学希望学院机电与车辆工程系,四川 成都610400) 摘要:现有传统电液阀控缸系统非线性、抗扰动、鲁棒性差等特点,该文以液压阀控缸系统为研究对象,采用电液力伺服控制技术,提出了一种基于自抗扰(ADRC)的电液力伺服阀控缸伺服控制研究。首先,介绍传统非对称阀控缸系统组成和控制原理,建立其数学模型;然后设计电液阀控缸力控制算法原理,并设计了ADRC控制器;最后,以单个液压阀控非对称缸为实验对象,搭建实验平台,分别以阶跃信号、正弦信号、以及外界扰动信号对提出的算法进行了相关实验,实验结果验证了该文设计的基于自抗扰(ADRC)的电液力伺服阀控缸伺服控制算法的合理性和有效性,提高了系统控制精度和抗扰动能力。 关键词:液压阀控缸;ADRC;伺服控制;抗扰动 中图分类号:TH137;TP27文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)09-0013-05
Research on Active Disturbance Rejection Control of Hydraulic Valve Controlled Cylinder with Electro Hydraulic Servo System HUANG Wen (Department of Electromechanical and Vehicle Engineering, Hope College, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu610400, China) Abstract:The traditional electro-hydraulic actuator system has the characteristics of nonlinearity, anti-disturbance and poor robustness. In this paper, taking the hydraulic valve control cylinder system as the research object, using the electro-hydraulic servo control technology, a research on the electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled cylinder servo control based on active disturbance rejection (ADRC) is proposed. Firstly, the composition and control principle of traditional asymmetric valve controlled cylinder system are introduced, and its mathematical model is established; secondly, the principle of electro-hydraulic valve controlled cylinder force control algorithm is designed, and the ADRC controller is designed. Finally, taking a single hydraulic valve controlled asymmetric cylinder as the experimental object, the experimental platform is built, and the proposed algorithm is tested with step signal, sinusoidal signal and external disturbance signal respectively. The experimental results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the servo control algorithm based on active disturbance rejection (ADRC) and improve the control accuracy and anti-disturbance ability of the system. 基于AMESim的AC伺服泵控液压系统的仿真与分析 董荣宝,谢吉明 (中煤科工集团 上海研究院,上海200030) 摘要:介绍了一种泵控缸系统,泵控缸系统采用低压蓄能器作为辅助油箱,简述了AC伺服泵控液压系统的工作原理,基于AMESim软件,建立该液压系统的整体仿真模型,研究了蓄能器充气气压与补油阀开启压力对液压系统性能的影响,分析了蓄能器充气气压、补油阀开启压力及液压泵泄油压力三者之间的关系,确定了实际样机蓄能器充气压力为3 bar,补油阀开启压力为2 bar时,系统性能较好,为该型液压系统的工程实践提供指导,为进一步优化提供理论依据。 关键词:AC伺服;泵控液压系统;AMESim;仿真分析 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)09-0017-04
Simulation and Analysis of AC Servo Pump-controlled Hydraulic System Based on AMESim DONG Rong-bao, XIE Ji-ming (China Coal Technology & Engineering Group Shanghai Research Institute, Shanghai200030, China) Abstract: A pump-controlled cylinder system is introduced. The pump-controlled cylinder system uses a low-pressure accumulator as an auxiliary fuel tank. The working principle of AC servo pump-controlled hydraulic system is briefly described. Based on the AMESim software, a simulation model of the hydraulic system was established, and the effects of the accumulator inflation pressure and the charge valve opening pressure on the performance of the hydraulic system were studied. The relationship between the accumulator inflation pressure, the check valve opening pressure and the hydraulic oil pump drain pressure is analyzed. It is determined that the system performance is good when the accumulator pressure is 3 bar and the charge valve opening pressure is 2 bar. which provides guidance for the engineering practice of this type of hydraulic system and provides a theoretical basis for further optimization. 基于Matlab仿真的齿轮泵滑动轴承开槽数值分析 杨国来1,2,黄付田1,金晶1,王文宇1,伍国果3 (1.兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050; 2.浙江大学流体动力与机电系统重点实验室,浙江杭州310027; 3.重庆文理学院智能制造工程学院,重庆402160) 摘要:为了研究沟槽对滑动轴承性能的影响,在滑动轴承上增加螺纹槽,运用有限差分法求解雷诺方程,构建绝热流动能量积分方程的外啮合齿轮泵滑动轴承热流润滑模型。基于Matlab数值仿真并采用正交设计表讨论了不同螺纹槽结构参数对滑动轴承承载力和温升的影响。结果表明:其他因素不变时,螺纹槽尺寸和分布数量对轴承性能有较大影响,增加槽宽有利于滑动轴承承载力上升和温升减小;三者对滑动轴承综合影响程度依次为:槽宽、槽数、槽深;合理改变齿轮泵滑动轴承开螺纹槽槽宽、槽数、槽深时,能够有效提高轴承的承载力,而且能够减小轴承的温升,进而改善滑动轴承的性能。 关键词:滑动轴承;齿轮泵;数值分析;仿真 中图分类号:TH137;TH133.1文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)09-0021-04

School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences,Chongqing402160, China) Abstract: In order to study the effect of grooves on the performance of sliding bearing, spiral flutes are added to sliding bearing, using the finite difference method to solve Reynolds equation and the heat flow lubrication model of sliding bearing of external meshing gear pumps is constructed based on the adiabatic flow energy integral equation. Based on the MATLAB and the orthogonal design, to discuss the influence of different structure parameters on bearing capacity and temperature rise of journal bearing. Results show that when other factors remain unchanged, the size and distribution of spiral flutes have a great impact on bearing performance., increasing groove width is beneficial to increase bearing capacity and decrease temperature rising of sliding bearings.The comprehensive influence degree of the three factors are in order that groove width, groove number and groove depth. when the groove width, groove number and groove depth of the spiral flute of the sliding bearing of gear reasonably changing, the bearing capacity can be effectively improved, the temperature rising of the bearing can be reduced and improve the performance of the sliding bearing. China North Vehicle Research Institute, Beijing 100072, China) Abstract: Tracked transmission is an important part of vehicle, and its health affects vehicle performance and driver safety. In order to ensure the working performance of tracked transmission, a testability model and analysis method of tracked transmission are proposed based on multi signal model. Firstly, the basic signal flow diagram and fault model of tracked transmission are established, and the overall diagnosis tree is constructed; then, based on the testability software platform, the testability model of tracked transmission is analyzed and evaluated. The analysis results show that the method can effectively realize the fault diagnosis of the tracked transmission device, and the testability of the device can be improved by the feedback correction model, which provides a theoretical basis for the fault detection of the actual device. As the core link of automation technology in coal mining face, follow-up automation technology plays an important role in the whole coal mining face system. The research focuses on the analysis of the electro-hydraulic control system based on SAC hydraulic support. Taking the drum shearer fully mechanized mining face as an example, the following automation technology based on SAC hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed, including technical classification, cycle stage, coal cutting technology, etc. Finally, the common problems encountered in the actual coal mining process are summarized, and the technical difficulties that need to be overcome in the future follow-up automation technology are put forward. 郭付 (广东电网有限责任公司湛江供电局,广东 湛江524000) 摘要:为了提高无人机的平稳飞行控制能力,引入液压支腿控制,针对无人机调平液压系统展开了PLC控制以及故障监控系统设计,并基于AMESim平台展开了仿真分析。研究结果表明:前面20 s时间内,支腿没有与地面发生接触,保持一个稳定的运行速度进行直线上升;在20~40 s之间运动速度与位移都发生了换向,无人机进入平稳状态,控制情况表明该模型具备良好的应用可行性。受管路长度、油液粘度等因素的影响,仿真测试结果和实测数据间存在一定的差异性,不过相对误差都在3%以内,总体表明该模型满足可行性要求。 关键词:无人机;液压调平;系统设计;仿真分析 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)09-0036-04
Design and Simulation Analysis of Uav Automatic Leveling Hydraulic System with Hydraulic Leg GUO Fu (Zhanjiang Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd., Zhanjiang524000, China) Abstract: In order to improve the smooth flight control ability of uav, hydraulic leg control is introduced. PLC control and fault monitoring system design is carried out for the leveling hydraulic system of uav, and simulation analysis is carried out based on AMESim platform. The research results show that: in the first 20s, there is no contact between the supporting leg and the ground, maintaining a stable running speed for straight rise; Between 20~40 s, the velocity and displacement of the uav change direction, and the uav enters a stable state. The control situation shows that this model has good application feasibility. Under the influence of pipeline length, oil viscosity and other factors, there are some differences between simulation test results and measured data, but the relative error is within 3%, which indicates that this model meets the feasibility requirements. The key problem of the application of the automatic feeding equipment for poultry turnover box is solved, so the production efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise is improved. First of all, a three-dimensional model is designed with SOLIDWORK software, and the overall composition structure and technical indicators of the robot are introduced; secondly, the overall scheme of the control system is designed, and the hardware and software are designed and selected; finally, the human-computer interaction interface is designed with MCGS software, and an experimental platform is built for experimental testing. After the actual vehicle verification, the problem of non-rotation under the high temperature of the turntable is effectively solved. In this paper, the causes of the failure are analyzed, and the possible fault points are checked. Finally, the fault point is located as a certain type of electro-hydraulic reversing valve. The reason for the failure is that the asymmetric structure of the valve core leads to excessive oil return resistance. For the fault point, AMESim is used to simulate the fault injection, which verifies the accuracy of fault analysis and proposes solutions. The test results show that the fault location is accurate and the solutions are effective. We found the balance piston burst after disassembling the instrument. Analyzed in detail the burst reason in view of the mechanical point and software simulation, then put forwards the specific methods and measures to solve the problem. After improving of the instrument, the balance piston of the instrument has been test again through the simulation well, which proved the improved instrument is very stable. In this paper, aiming at the problem of anti-rust of hydraulic multi-way valve of construction machinery, the technology of manganese phosphating is introduced, and the good anti-rust effect is achieved by comparing the methods of testing. First, two key technologies are put forward, namely, anti-rust technology and adhesion enhancement technology of manganese phosphating system. Then the phosphating of manganese and phosphating of zinc were compared. Finally, it points out three innovative points of application of manganese phosphating process on hydraulic multiway valve of engineering machinery. The first is the sequential arrangement of the phosphating process. The second is the reserved amount distribution of the process size before phosphating; The third is the phosphating film thickness uniformity controlled. The whole system is designed in modularity, and the automatic work is realized by combining the inductive switch. As the regulating unit of the system, the core component of the pneumatic grease injection pump is fully pneumatically controlled and pressurized according to the proportion. The grease pressure can reach 38.5 MPa. The system consists of a pressure oil pan adapted to the tail of the shield machine. A bridge is arranged outside the pressure oil pan for placing the oil barrel. The bridge is driven up and down by two symmetrically arranged cylinders. The research of this system solves the problems such as the inconvenience of purchase and maintenance caused by the monopoly of foreign pneumatic pump products, the low pressure level of domestic similar products, and the unreliable performance, and the reliability of the products is verified through the test. The leakage rate of the tube will change with the different volume under the premise of a certain temperature and the leakage rate of the tube will increase with the increase of the temperature under the premise of a certain volume of the tube.
