KCM Valve Co., Ltd., Wenzhou325024, China) Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon that the local sealing specific pressure of gate valve sealing surface is larger than the allowable specific pressure of material, the width of sealing surface of valve seat is optimized to ensure the sealing performance of gate valve. Before optimization the sealing surface width of the valve seat is 5mm. Within the width range of [4, 6.5], six groups of models with 0.5mm step size are simulated by numerical simulation. The results are fitted numerically and the critical sealing surface width value is obtained. Finally, the simulation test is carried out to verify the results. The results show that the relationship between the specific pressure and the sealing surface width is linear. And the critical sealing surface width corresponding to the allowable specific pressure of 150MPa is 5.6mm by linear fitting. The numerical test verifies that the specific pressure of seal is 151.69MPa and the relative error is 1.13%. Key words:seal surface width;sealing specific pressure;linear fitting;numerical simulation
杨瑞,马超善,杨胜兵,孙霞阳,陈月娟,岳一轩 (兰州理工大学 能源与动力工程学院,甘肃 兰州730050) 摘要:根据bladed风力机载荷计算软件得到2MW风力机叶片扭转载荷,设计了一种适用于统一变桨的变桨电液作动器系统,运用AMESim软件搭建机械系统、液压系统、电机控制及电子系统,通过将叶片随风速变化的实际载荷加载到机械系统中,仿真正常关桨(-2°~90°)和开桨(90°~-2°)、正常运行发电及紧急关桨工况,结果表明电液作动器系统在正常关桨和开桨、正常运行发电工况下可以平稳无超调的达到系统给定位置,在紧急关桨工况下可以在7 s内快速关桨,保证风力机运行安全。综上,电液作动器系统设计方案可行,能够满足2MW风力机统一变桨的变桨需求,为下一步试验平台搭建提供支持。 关键词:风力机;电液作动器;设计;仿真 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)06-0005-07 Design and Simulation Research of 2MW Wind Turbine Hydraulic Pitch Electro-Hydraulic Actuator System YANG Rui, MA Chao-shan, YANG Sheng-bing, SUN Xia-yang, CHEN Yue-juan, YUE Yi-xuan (Energy and Power Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: According to the bladed software, the blade load of 2MW wind turbine is calculated. A pitch electro-hydraulic actuator system suitable for unified pitch is designed. The mechanical system, hydraulic system, motor control and electronic system are built by AMEsim software. The actual load of wind speed operation is loaded into the mechanical system, and the normal operation of closing (-2° to 90°) and opening (90° to -2°), the normal operation of the power generation, and the emergency operation of closing are simulated. The results show that the electro-hydraulic actuator system is in the normal off-pitch and open-pitch, normal operation. under the working condition, the system can be set to a stable position without overshoot, and the pitch can be quickly closed within 10s under the emergency shut-off condition to ensure the safe operation of the wind turbine. In summary, it shows that the electro-hydraulic actuator system is designed reasonably and can meet the pitch requirements of 2MW unified pitch. Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.,Fuqing350318, China) Abstract: In this paper, two multistage centrifugal pumps are taken as the research objects, and the performance of several different structural forms of balancing drums are analyzed and verified through the method of CFD theoretical analysis and experiment, and the key factors affecting the performance of balancing drums are explored. The results show that the diameter of the balance drum gap, the gap length, the gap value and the single or double-direction teeth have much greater influence on the leakage of the balance drum than other factors. The problem of spiral iron filings for honing, By studying honing theory, a physical model of single abrasive cutting and a mathematical model of grinding force are established. On the basis of this, six Sigma theory is used to screen the key impact factors, and each effect factor is tested and analyzed. It is concluded that the defect of material itself is the direct cause of spiral iron filings in honing hole. Oilstone and honing parameters can improve the severity of honing fine wire problem to some extent. It provides theoretical guidance for cylinder honing process. Now the self-developed special valve for continuous casting of China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute is used to upgrade and reform, which perfectly solves the above problems, and has low reconstruction cost, simple construction, no need to change procedures and process conditions, and achieved good economic value. Sichuan Chuanrun Ltd., Chengdu610031, China) Abstract: The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to solve the flow field in the hydraulic spool valve to obtain the velocity distribution and the flow rate through the valve port. The results show that for the U-Slot groove, when the opening of the valve is small, the flow rate increases rapidly, the slope is large, and the flow rate tends to be constant when the opening is larger than 2.5 mm. The flow curves in the outflow and inflow directions of the orifice are substantially coincident, and the flow in the outflow direction is slightly larger. In the actual debugging process, the factors affecting synchronous accuracy of double-cylinder movement are analyzed because of the need to improve the synchronous accuracy of synchronous motor. Firstly, based on lumped parameter method, one-dimensional flow model and EHA structure and working principle, the thermodynamic model of EHA hydraulic system is established; secondly, the temperature change curve of EHA hydraulic system is calculated based on Matlab/Simulink; finally, the three-dimensional model of EHA is established by using CATIA, and the temperature rise curve of hydraulic system is simulated based on ANSYS to verify the feasibility of lumped parameter modeling method. The results show that the lumped parameter method is suitable for the thermal analysis of EHA hydraulic system, and can predict the temperature change quickly and accurately. It provides a reference for hydraulic system design and component selection from the temperature control level, and provides the basis for the design and airworthiness certification of EHA. 基于模糊ARX-RBQ方法的液压制动系统故障诊断分析 邓丰曼 (陕西工业职业技术学院,陕西咸阳712000) 摘要:为了提高工程机械中液压制动系统的运行可靠性,选择模糊ARX模型来构建得到液压制动系统运行故障信息的提取方法,利用RBQ网络分类器来归类各个故障特征向量,从而实现对系统故障种类与状态的准确判断。故障分析方法诊断准确率达到92%,表明此方法可以满足液压制动系统故障诊断的要求。采用该算法与PID算法都可以快速响应,经分析可知建立在RBF-ARX模型基础上的非线性预测控制算法在控制强非线性多变量系统方面优于传统PID算法。 关键词:液压制动系统;故障诊断;ARX-RBQ方法;可靠性 中图分类号:TH137;TP206.3文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)06-0051-04
Fault Diagnosis Analysis of Hydraulic Braking System Based on Fuzzy ARX-RBQ Method DENG Feng-man (Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute, Xianyang712000, China) Abstract: In order to improve the operation reliability of hydraulic braking system in construction machinery, fuzzy ARX model is selected to construct the extraction method of fault information of hydraulic braking system, and RBQ network classifier is used to classify each fault feature vector, so as to realize the accurate judgment of system fault type and state. The diagnostic accuracy of fault analysis method is 92%, which indicates that this method can meet the requirements of fault diagnosis of hydraulic brake system. Both the proposed algorithm and the PID algorithm can respond quickly. The analysis shows that the nonlinear predictive control algorithm based on the rbf-arx model is superior to the traditional PID algorithm in controlling strongly nonlinear multivariable systems. Pressure riveting is carried out by means of bidirectional and uniform loading of pressing force controlled by pressing machine. The force in bearing assembly process is analyzed, the range of riveting pressure required during assembly is calculated, and the bearing MS14101-10 is used for test verification, the relationship between riveting pressure and bearing starting torque and axial offset is determined, and the actual riveting pressure is obtained. There are many causes of unit trip. In order to find out the cause of unit trip as soon as possible and restore the normal operation of unit, it is necessary to study the unit trip fault. Taking a tripping event of a unit as the object of study, the fault causes causing the tripping of the unit were diagnosed and analyzed. By analyzing the working principle of the unit, the triggering signal that causes the unit tripping and the fault cause that may cause the corresponding signal are sorted out, and then the actual working situation of the unit and the test are analyzed and eliminated. The results show that the double pump fails. After the automatic removal of the electric pump, the double pump fails to provide lubricating oil and control oil to the unit, which causes the lubricating oil pressure of the turbine or (and) the oil pressure driven by the quick-closing valve driver to be lower than the limit value, triggering the tripping action of the unit.
