工程机械液力传动油性能要求及发展趋势

摘要: 液力传动油作为工程机械核心部件中的工作介质,其性能需要满足很高的要求。该文对液力传动油的性能进行介绍,并对国内外液力传动油技术进行对比,特别是在液力传动油摩擦特性方面,目前,国内液力传动油技术较国外液力传动油技术还有一定的差距。

Performance Requirements and Development Trend of Hydraulic

Transmission Oil for Construction Machinery

Abstract:  Hydraulic transmission oil is the working medium in the core components of engineering machinery, and its performance needs to meet high requirements. In this paper, the performance of hydraulic transmission oil is introduced, and the hydraulic transmission oil technology at home and abroad is compared. Especially in terms of the friction characteristics of hydraulic transmission oil, advanced foreign hydraulic transmission oil technology is still superior to that of domestic hydraulic transmission oil to some extent.

履带式高空作业车行走液压系统的设计

The Design of Travel Hydraulic System for Crawler Aerial Work Vehicle

液压系统冲击振动信号采集与分析方法研究

摘要: 针对液压系统冲击故障发生时,振动信号会出现相应的时频特性的变化这一特点,该文利用锤击响应实验,采集了几种典型情况下液压系统冲击信号,并对液压冲击信号进行频谱分析,结果显示不同工况条件下液压冲击振动信号具有不同的频率特征。不同采集位置对液压冲击的具有不同的响应幅度。

Study on Signal  Acquisition and Analysis Method of Hydraulic

System Shock Vibration

Abstract:  Impact on hydraulic system fault occurs, the time-frequency characteristics of vibration signal can appear the corresponding changes in the characteristics, this paper use hammer response experiments, several typical cases collected hydraulic system impact signal, and the hydraulic impact signal spectrum analysis, the results show that under different working conditions of hydraulic impact vibration signal with different frequency characteristics. Different acquisition locations have different response ranges to hydraulic impact.

基于开关阀流量特性的气缸输出力伺服控制研究

摘要: 该文提出了一种利用开关阀实现气缸输出力伺服控制的新方法。基于高速开关阀自身的体积流量特性,通过对4个高速开关阀开关时序的优化配置,实现气缸输出力的精确快速控制。首先研究开关阀体积流量、PWM占空比和阀进出口压差三者之间的关系,并将其与模糊控制器相结合,建立输出力伺服控制的闭环算法。在此基础上再结合将充放气阀同时打开,调节充放气阀关闭的时间差的错时方法与模式切换设计实现输出力的伺服控制。最后搭建了气缸输出力伺服控制试验平台,开展了试验验证。结果表明,该文所提出的方法能实现准确快速的阶跃控制且稳态误差低于0.5%,并能够较好地跟踪上0.4 HZ的高频正弦和0.1 HZ的低频正弦指令信号。

Research on Servo Force Control System for Pneumatic Cylinder Based on On-off Valves Volume Flow Characteristics

Abstract:  This paper presents a new method for the servo force control of a pneumatic cylinder. Based on the volume flow characteristics of four on-off valves, the accurate and fast control of the cylinder output force is achieved by optimizing the switching time of four high-speed on-off valves. Firstly, the relationship of the volume flow rate of on-off valves, the PWM duty cycle and the pressure difference between valve's inlet and outlet is studied. Then, combined with the fuzzy logic controller, a closed-loop algorithm of the servo force control of a pneumatic cylinder is built. Furthermore, a way called time interlaced modulation which is realized by adjusting the opening time of the charging and discharging valves, and the mode-switching strategy design are used. Finally, the experiment platform is built and the test is carried out. The results show that the step force control can be achieved accurately with no overshoot and steady-state error is less than 0.5%. The force control system can also track a 0.4Hz high-frequency sinusoidal signal and a 0.1Hz low-frequency sinusoidal signal.

基于有限元的大流量换向阀仿真分析及结构优化

摘要: 为了提高大流量换向阀的设计能力,该文采用ANSYS仿真平台对大流量换向阀仿真分析及结构优化。研究结果表明:撞击阶段应力集中区域基本出现在二级阀芯径向进油口部位,此时形成的最大应力等于 24.26 MPa,明显比682 MPa的材料屈服极限更低。进液阀套达到了271.83 MPa的最大压应力,但明显低于682 MPa的屈服极限,表明壁厚满足设计标准。进液阀套形最大应力出现在阀套内部,跟瞬态冲击条件下最大应力出现区域存在明显差异。二级阀芯最大应力都出现于阀芯部位,完成结构优化之后,二级阀芯的最大应力发生了显著降低,其余各部位的应力也显著减小,可以满足设计标准。

Simulation Analysis and Structure Optimization of High Flow Directional Valve Based on Finite Element Method

Abstract:  in order to improve the design ability of large flow directional valve, this paper adopts ANSYS simulation platform to analyze and optimize the structure of large flow directional valve.The results show that the stress concentration area in the impact stage is basically at the radial inlet of the secondary spool, and the maximum stress formed at this time is equal to 24.26 MPa, which is obviously lower than the yield limit of 682 MPa material.The inlet valve sleeve reached the maximum compressive stress of 271.83 MPa, but was significantly lower than the yield limit of 682 MPa, indicating that the wall thickness met the design standard.The maximum stress of inlet valve sleeve appears inside the valve sleeve, which is obviously different from the area where the maximum stress appears under transient impact condition.The maximum stress of the secondary spool occurs at the position of the spool. After the completion of structural optimization, the maximum stress of the secondary spool is significantly reduced, and the stress of other parts is also significantly reduced, which can meet the design criteria.

不同活塞杆用密封件应力松弛现象研究

摘要: 该文利用广州机械科学研究院有限公司自有的油封径向力测试仪以及定制加工的轴套对Y圈,轴用方形圈,轴用阶梯圈以及V组等4种不同类型的活塞杆用橡塑密封件在特定温度下以及在宽温域下的应力松弛现象进行了研究。结果表明,随着温度的升高以及时间的推移,4种同一轴径、不同材料、不同结构形式的活塞杆用密封件均出现了应力松弛的现象,且不同密封件,其径向力初始值以及应力松弛的规律不同。

Abstract:  This paper studies the stress relaxation of Y-ring, square ring, step ring and V-group, four different types rubber and plastic seals at specific temperatures and over a wide temperature range, which utilizing the oil seal radial force tester of Guangzhou Mechanical Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. and the custom-made bushings. The results show that, with the increase of temperature and the passage of time, it has stress relaxation phenomenon of four types of piston rod seals with the same shaft diameter, different materials and different structural forms. And different seals, the initial value of radial force and the law of stress relaxation are different.

某型发动机油封装置的设计

摘要: 飞机发动机工作性能的好坏将直接危及飞机的飞行安全,发动机油封是发动机在贮藏和运输时防止其零件发生锈蚀的主要措施。传统的油封装置为加热型,存在效率低、准备时间长和安全风险高等弊端,随着飞机装备数量增大,加热型的油封装置已不能满足用户需求,新设计了具有真空脱水、双动力源油封和增加自循环清洗功能的油封装置。

The traditional oil seal device, which has the disadvantages of low efficiency, long preparation time and high safety risk. With the increase of aircraft equipment, the heating oil seal device can no longer meet the user's needs, The new design has the functions of vacuum dehydration, dual power source oil seal and increasing self-circulation cleaning.

一种多功能液压试验台的设计

基于AMESim的柱塞泵LR控制特性研究

摘要: 该文简述了L11V变量泵恒功率控制(LR)的工作原理,通过对LR变量机构进行分析,建立了柱塞泵LR控制的数学模型,得出了可变力臂与斜盘摆角的匹配性是决定LR控制性能优劣的关键,在AMESim中利用平面机构库与液压元件库搭建了仿真模型,并根据理论与仿真结果对L11V某型号的LR控制机构进行了优化,最后,通过样机试验验证了设计参数的正确性。

Study on LR Control Characteristics of Piston Pump Based on AMESim

Abstract:  The paper introduces the working principle of the L11V variable piston pump withthe constantpower control (LR).Through analysis of LR variable mechanism, established the mathematical model of piston pump LR control. The key of LR control performance is the fitting of variable arm and swashplate angle are given. Second, used thePlanar Mechanical Library and Hydraulic Component Design Library establishedsimulation model based on AMESim software, and optimized the LR control mechanism for the certain product of L11V based on the results of theory and simulation, finally, through the experiment verify the correctness of the related design.

不同阀芯颈部直径对液压锥阀阀芯作用力的影响研究

摘要: 采用软件I-deas建立液压锥阀三维模型并对网格进行划分,运用CFD方法对液压锥阀进行解析,得到阀芯颈部直径对液压锥阀阀芯作用力的影响规律。其结果表明:在阀口开度大小相同的情况下,液压锥阀的阀芯颈部直径变化对阀芯作用力及稳态液动力的影响很小。

Influence of Different Cone Neck Diameter on Hydraulic Poppet Valve Cone Resistance

Abstract:  A three-dimensional model of the hydraulic poppet valve was established by using software I-deas. The simulation of the poppet valve was studied by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method. The regularity of the cone neck diameter on the cone resistance and steady flow force of the hydraulic poppet valve was obtained. The results show that when the opening size of the valve is the same, the value of the diameter of the valve cone neck does not cause changes in the cone resistance and steady flow force.

摘要: 某升降锁紧液压系统具有元件数量多、要求工作待机时间长、系统可靠性要求高等特点,对其可维修性提出了更高要求。结合某升降锁紧液压系统工作原理,制定了维修性设计原则,从测试诊断性设计、维修可达性设计、防差错设计、冗余容错设计和维护保养设计等方面总结维修性设计要点,根据系统实际工况和维修要求,采取了针对性的可维修性设计,有利于改进完善和提高设备可维修性,对其他液压系统可维修性设计也提供一些借鉴和参考。

Research on Maintainability Design of a Lifting and Locking Hydraulic System

Abstract:  A lifting and locking hydraulic system has many components, long standby time and high reliability requirements, which put forward higher requirements for its maintainability. Combining with the working principle of a lifting and locking hydraulic system, the principle of maintainability design is formulated. The main points of maintainability design are summarized from the aspects of test diagnostic design, maintenance accessibility design, error-proof design, redundant fault-tolerant design and maintenance design. According to the actual working conditions and maintenance requirements of the system, targeted maintainability design is adopted, which is beneficial to improving and improving the equipment. Maintainability can also provide some reference for the maintainability design of other hydraulic systems.

伺服作动器活塞杆行进中抖动问题研究

Research on Shake of Servo Actuator Piston Rod

Abstract:  In this paper, in the batch production of a hydraulic servo actuator for aerospace, the piston rod shakes during the march. The analysis that the perturbation voltage is generated in the work of the synthetic membrane photometer, and the system responds to the perturbation voltage. To this end, the perturbation voltage generation mechanism is analyzed, and on this basis, a low-gravity silicon power synthetic membrane photometer is developed, which effectively solves the problem of jitter in the movement of the actuator piston rod.

Abstract:  With the application and popularization of hydraulic fixture in mechanical processing, our company has achieved certain results by using hydraulic fixture for many years. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the casting cylinder head milling and drilling sequence processing tooling for steering cylinder. It emphasizes that the application of fully automatic hydraulic fixture can improve clamping efficiency, processing quality and reduce labor intensity, so as to meet the demand of productivity improvement without additional equipment.

Seismic Analysis of Nuclear Grade Linear Pneumatic Actuator

Abstract:  With the nuclear power development in China, the requirements for pneumatic actuator are higher and higher. According to the new requirements of Hualong No.1 Project, a new type of nuclear grade linear pneumatic actuator is developed to meet the requirements of nuclear power equipment qualification. Seismic test is the key point in the equipment qualification test. So the seismic test procedure and seismic characteristics of nuclear grade linear pneumatic actuator are analyzed in this paper.

Integrated Design of an Aircraft Inflatable Equipment

Abstract:  This paper introduces the use of aircraft inflatable equipment. The principle and probllems of the original inflatable equipment are analyzed. According to the aeration requirements of airborne equipments, a comprehensive design scheme of inflatable equipment is proposed. It gives out selection basis of the equipment's pipeline design, control valves and pressure gauges. Finally, it points out the development directions of aircraft inflatable equipment.

液压泵、液压马达高低温试验平台的设计

摘要: 设计了一套液压泵、液压马达高低温试验台,完成了配套测试处理软件的开发。该试验由由高/低温试验箱、高/低温油源、试验驱动装置、测控系统、循环及冷却系统等五部分组成。试验台最大流量为360 L/min,最高压力等级为40 MPa,液压油油温的控制范围为(-25~100)℃,环境控制温度为(-25~100)℃,油温和环境温度控制稳定性为±2℃,基本能够满足中、小流量液压泵、液压马达的高、低温测试需求。目前,该试验台已用于液压泵、液压马达高、低温性能的第三方检验检测。

Design of High and Low Temperature Performance Testing Platform for

Abstract:  A platform for testing the performance of hydraulic pump and motor in the high and low temperature is designed, and the matching software is also completed. The platform consists of the high-low temperature test chamber, the oil source, power system, measurement and control system and circulating cooling system. The maximum flow rate of the platform is 360 L/min, the maximum testing pressure is 40 MPa, the temperature of the hydraulic oil and the environment can be control in the range of -25 to 100 with the temperature stability of ±2. Therefore, the platform can be used in the high and low temperature test of hydraulic pumps and motors with medium and small flow rates. At present, the platform is used for the third-party inspection on the high and low temperature performance of hydraulic pumps and motors.

-液混合动力试验台控制系统研制

摘要: -液混合动力系统具有节能环保、续航里程长等优势,针对搭建的电-液混合动力实验平台,设计了应用于该平台的测控系统。测控系统以PC机为上位机、SIMATIC S7-1200PLC为下位机对实验台进行控制与数据采集,通过以太网实现上下位机间的数据传输。上位机监控软件由LabVIEW开发,具有数据采集、分析、显示、存储和报表打印功能,监控界面具备易于操作、可扩展性强、维护方便等优点。实验验证了测控系统的可行性,能满足实际使用需求,为在该试验台上进一步深入研究奠定了基础。

Design of Measurement and Control System for Electro-hydraulic Hybrid Test Bench

Abstract:  The electro-hydraulic hybrid system has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection and long cruising range. The measurement and control system is developed in this paper, which is applied to the electro-hydraulic hybrid test bench. The system is composed of a host and a lower computer, and the host computer in the system is PC while the lower computer is SIMATIC S7-1200PLC, using industrial Ethernet to achieve data transmission. Upper-computer software is developed by LabVIEW. It has the functions of data acquisition, analyzing, displaying, storing system parameters and printing reports, which has advantages of friendly interface, expansibility, easy operation and convenient maintenance, etc. The feasibility of this system is validated through the test bench. The measurement and control system can achieve the functions of system status monitoring and control, and satisfy the meets of actual operation, which lays a foundation for further in-depth investigation on the test bench.

液压闭式系统克令吊应急下放功能优化设计

摘要: 液压克令吊是船舶上普遍使用的一种装卸货设备, 在闭式系统中,液压泵的进油管直接与执行元件的回油管相连,工作液体在系统的管路中进行封闭循环。闭式系统结构较为紧凑,油口空气接触机会较少,空气不易渗入系统,故传动的平稳性好。该文通过对闭式液压系统克令吊应急下放功能优化设计,在满足各船级社入级要求的基础上,大幅提高了克令吊设备的安全性和可靠性,避免了克令吊设备出现故障而导致事故发生的潜在风险。

Optimization Design of Emergency Lowering Function for Closed Hydraulic System Crane

Abstract:  The hydraulic system crane is commonly used in ships. The oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump is directly connected with the oil returning pipe of the hydraulic motor. The closed hydraulic system has a compact structure. Less air is contacted the oil. The air is not easy to penetrate into the system, so the stability of the transmission is good. In this paper, through the optimization design of the emergency lowering function of the closed hydraulic system, the safety and reliability of the crane are greatly improved. The potential risk of accidents caused by the failure of the crane is avoided.

基于支持向量机和顺序前项选择算法的PNN风电机组液压变桨的故障诊断

摘要: 针对液压变桨距系统的强耦合、非线性,以及液压变桨距故障发生原因复杂、故障单一造成的定位问题,该文提出基于支持向量机和顺序前项选择算法的概率神经网络诊断方法。首先,选取SCADA数据的特征值为输入,桨距角为输出,利用支持向量机进行模型的回归,得出桨距角输出的预测值;接着,将测量值与预测值带入顺序前项选择算法,挖掘和发现特征与故障之间的关系,评估各特征之间的重要性,并选出最好的一组特征集合;最后,建立变桨距概率诊断模型,将所选的数据送到故障诊断模型进行训练,再用所选数据进行测试,定位出变桨距系统的故障原因。实验分析表明:基于支持向量机和顺序前项选择算法的概率神经网络液压变桨距故障诊断方法可以有效地分辨出不同故障,并且诊断的精确度得到了提高。

Fault Diagnosis of PNN Hydraulic Variable Pitch Based on SVM and Sequential Selection Algorithm

Abstract:  In view of the strong coupling and nonlinearity of hydraulic variable pitch system, as well as the location problem caused by the complex and single fault of hydraulic variable pitch fault, this paper proposes a probabilistic neural network diagnosis method based on support vector machine and sequential selection algorithm. Firstly, the characteristic values of SCADA data were selected as input, and the pitch Angle as output. Then, the model regression was carried out using support vector machine, and the predicted value of pitch Angle output was obtained. Then, the measured value and predicted value are brought into the selection algorithm in the foregoing order, the relationship between features and faults is mined and discovered, the importance of each feature is evaluated, and the best set of features is selected. Finally, a variable pitch probabilistic neural network diagnosis model is established, and the selected data is sent to the fault diagnosis model for training, and then the selected data is tested to locate the fault cause of the variable pitch system. Experimental analysis shows that the probabilistic neural network fault diagnosis method based on support vector machine and sequential selection algorithm can effectively distinguish different faults, and the accuracy of diagnosis is improved.

摘要: 该文针对挖掘机安装防爆阀后斗杆回收动作自动回收至末端,根据原理图识别可能原因,利用压力表检测和排除法逐一排查,最终分析得出缓冲阀与防爆阀同时安装后防爆阀Pal油口软管连接不合理导致故障发生。经研究分析将软管改到缓冲阀进油口D口,经过压力测试压力正常认证整改有效。

一种液压缸活塞类零件焊接避免气孔的新方法

摘要: 焊接作为机械制造行业中的一种工艺方法,在机械加工中被广泛应用,而焊接的质量则更多地取决于其工艺过程,在合理的产品结构基础上靠反复的工艺评定来确定最可靠的工艺参数,以稳定的工艺参数和过程来保证产品质量,而事后检测则往往是不得已而采取的高成本、低可靠性的控制手段。液压缸活塞杆与活塞之间的焊接是不允许在高压下有任何的泄漏,该文通过对造成焊接气孔的失效分析与反复的试验研究,结合生产实际探索出的一种低成本高效率的新型焊接方法,从而减少甚至避免焊接缺陷的产生,保证产品焊接质量。

A New Method of Avoiding Air Hole for Welding Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Parts

Abstract:  Abcde As a process method in the mechanical manufacturing industry, welding is widely used in the mechanical processing, and the quality of welding depends more on its process. On the basis of reasonable product structure, the most reliable process parameters are determined by repeated process evaluation, and the product quality is guaranteed by stable process parameters and processes, while the post inspection is often necessary High cost and low reliability control means. The welding between the piston rod and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder is not allowed to have any leakage under the high pressure. In this paper, through the failure analysis and repeated experimental research of the welding porosity, combined with the production practice, a new welding method with low cost and high efficiency is explored, so as to reduce or even avoid the generation of welding defects and ensure the welding quality of products.
