基于改进EEMD方法的工程机械液压 系统冲击振动信号研究 高立龙,井祥鹤,陈欣鹏,李九林 (陆军炮兵防空兵学院士官学校,辽宁沈阳110000) 摘要:工程机械液压系统发生冲击故障时,振动信号会出现相应的时频特性的变化,准确捕捉液压缸冲击振动信号,提取信号的典型特征是故障诊断的关键。该文首先运用SVM延拓解决EEMD方法的端点效应,然后通过改进的三次样条插值方法拟合包络线,再利用互相关分析与频谱分析对特征模态分量进行筛选,选取出能够代表信号特征的IMF分量。最后使用改进的EEMD方法对液压系统突然换向引起的冲击振动信号进行分析,选取出能够代表信号特征的IMF分量,为以后的智能诊断故障特征提取提供依据。 关键词:SVM;EEMD;液压冲击;故障诊断 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)03-0006-04 Study on Impact Vibration Signal of Construction Machinery Hydraulic System Based on Improved EEMD Method GAO Li-long, JING Xiang-he, CHEN Xin-peng, LI Jiu-lin (Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Army Artillery and Air Defense Forces Academy, Shenyang110000, China) Abstract: When the hydraulic system has a shock fault, the vibration signal will change with the corresponding time-frequency characteristics. The key to fault diagnosis is to accurately capture the shock vibration signal of the hydraulic cylinder and extract the typical characteristics of the signal. In this paper, SVM extension is applied to solve the endpoint effect of EEMD method, then the envelope is fitted by the improved cubic spline interpolation method, and the characteristic modal components are screened by cross correlation analysis and spectrum analysis to select the IMF components that can represent the signal characteristics. Finally, the improved EEMD method is used to analyze the shock vibration signal caused by the sudden reversal of the hydraulic system, and the IMF component that can represent the signal characteristics is selected to provide the basis for the intelligent fault diagnosis feature extraction in the future. Research Center for Hydraulics and Pneumatics of Gansu Province, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: Focus on the problem that the volume efficiency of the super-high seawater pump decreases due to the lag of the valve movement of super high pressure seawater pump. The main reasons leading to the lag of the valve are analyzed, and the mathematical model is established. The simulation is carried out by using AEMSim software. The results show that with the increase of clearance volume, the opening lag of distributing valves becomes more obvious. With the mass of the suction valve spool increases, the influence on the opening lag of the spool is small, and the closing lag has a greater influence. When designing the super-high pressure seawater pump, the clearance volume of the plunger cavity and the mass of the pool should be reduced as much as possible. The experimental results show that the cavitation first appears at the upper corner of the valve mouth; with the increase of the inlet pressure, the cavitating volume develops toward a triangular shape; and with the increase of the inlet pressure, the cavitation volume of the gradually expanding valve mouth presents a linear distribution. According to the analysis, the working pressure has little effect on the limit speed of the pump, and the suction pressure has a great influence on the limit speed of the pump. It uses the scheme of DSP and FPGA coprocessing together. The system varies the motor speed in a wide range depending on the three redundancy pressure signals, then the motor brings along a quantitative pump to compensate the changing pressure and flux. It has the characteristics of high speed, high reliability and low power consumption. The consumption is reduced by 50%, while the weight is reduced by 20%. Through parameter calculation and electro-hydraulic control system design, a hydraulic friction welding machine is developed. Through the forming process test of dh38 steel friction stack welding unit, it is found that the tensile strength of welding joint reaches more than 76% of the base metal strength, which verifies the hydraulic strength Through the application of this research, it can play a positive role in the maintenance of offshore oil platform and submarine pipeline. 虞军胜,曾毅,刘士成 Optimum Design of Synchronized Lifting and Locking Hydraulic System for a Special Vehicle YU Jun-sheng, ZENG Yi, LIU Shi-cheng (北京航天发射技术研究所,北京100076) 摘要:针对某特种车原有的上装同步举升锁紧液压系统存在同步精度不达标、举升锁紧机构太复杂等问题,制定了对应的系统优化改进方案。改进后的同步举升液压系统,运用双向比例调速桥路和主从同步控制方式,结合PID控制算法,制定了主从同步闭环控制流程,有效提高了系统抗干扰能力和同步精度,改进后的同步举升误差满足设计要求。改进后的锁紧液压系统,运用机械自锁液压缸替代原辅助支撑锁紧机构,有效减少了锁紧回路元件数量,降低了系统成本,提高了锁紧可靠性,并通过台架试验验证了改进方案的有效性。 关键词:同步控制;锁紧液压系统;PID控制;设计 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0813(2020)03-0036-05

By using the accumulator as the auxiliary power source, the guide vane opening can be adjusted to adjust the turbine speed. The test results have verified the feasibility of relevant methods in ISO 19973:2015, and provide reference for reliability test and setting standards of our pneumatic directional valve. 王普浩1,李立涛2,蔺强2,张晓光1,毛梦娜1,吕海峰1 (1.中北大学机械工程学院,山西太原030000; 2.河北亚大汽车塑料制品有限公司,河北涿州072761) 摘要:利用CATIA软件建立动力电池冷却系统的内部流体域几何模型,通过STAR CCM+软件对乙二醇冷却液的流动情况进行模拟,得出流场的流量分配情况及其压力损失值。理论分析冷却液的流动机理,并结合数值模拟结果对冷却系统流体域的几何结构模型进行优化改进。由于流场的流体分配主要受阻力作用和分流、汇流作用的影响,通过重置管路布置的方式来调节分流、汇流作用,改变进出口五通接头及排出(吸入)Y型三通接头等连接件的结构参数来调整各流道流动阻力,使系统内进行换热的各冷却液流道流量分配达到均匀。系统优化后的流量分配情况良好,各流道内流体的速度趋于一致,故各流道汇流时所产生的湍流混合冲击损失减少,降低了流体阻力损失。 关键词:流量分配;数值模拟;冷却系统;流体阻力 中图分类号:TH137;TB65文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)03-0057-07 Study on Flow Distribution Characteristics of Power Battery Cooling System WANG Pu-hao1, LI Li-tao2, LIN Qiang2, ZHANG Xiao-guang1, MAO Meng-na1, LYU Hai-feng1 (1. Theoretical Analysis of the mechanism of flow of the coolant, and the results of the numerical simulation model of the geometry of the cooling system is optimized to improve the fluid domain. Since the fluid distribution in the flow field is mainly affected by the resistance and the effects of the diversion and confluence. Adjust the shunting and confluence by resetting the piping arrangement. Change the structural parameters of the connecting parts such as the inlet and outlet five-way joints and the discharge (intake) Y-type three-way joints to adjust the flow resistance of each flow channel. Each coolant channel flow distribution within the heat exchange system to achieve uniformity. The flow distribution after system optimization is good, and the velocity of the fluid in each flow channel is basically the same, so the turbulent mixed impact loss generated when the fluids of each flow channel merge is reduced, and the fluid resistance loss is reduced. In view of the fact that the hydraulic cylinder of a military vehicle moves too slowly under the ultra-low temperature condition, which cant meet the actual use requirements, this paper designs a set of low temperature test system and heating and heat preservation device to verify the cause of the slow speed of the hydraulic cylinder, and to ensure the temperature control of the hydraulic system, which has passed the test verification. The essence of the bridge is C-type half-bridge: single-chamber output of servo valve, throttle valve adjusts the starting point of load pressure by adjusting return resistance, servo valve changes flow output according to load demand. The whole pressure control loop is pure mechanical control, stable and reliable, and the accuracy can reach 0.1 bar. This paper performance parameters for the retraction actuator cylinder seals, combined with retractable nose landing gear principle, the establishment of institutions retractable mechanical model and finite element model of seal rings, seals the failure to carry out the work of the actuator stroke the impact load characteristics of the output power, two-chamber pressure changes are analyzed, and the conclusion, the conclusion can be used as a theoretical basis for this failure investigation, as well as analysis of the text has some reference for similar failures of other aircraft in the analysis. It consists of propelling cylinder and clamping section. In the condition of clamping steel rail by clamping section, large structure is propelled by propelling cylinder. Clamping section plays the role of providing reacting force. As a type of hydraulic speed-regulating system, variable-speed pump controlled piston system is adopted in electrohydraulic propelling mechanism. Pulsewidth modulation(PWM) from microcontroller is used tochange rotary speed of driving motor of hydraulic pump. By the way, it can fulfill stepless speed-regulating and has good characteristic of power adaptation and energy-saving. The composition of system and working principle are stated. This paper introduces the on-line measurement technology of machining center equipped with RMP40 and the application of self-centering hydraulic fixture, which provides reliable dimensional accuracy guarantee for valve body processing.
