2020年第2期 总第40卷 3500HP型钻井泵液力端的研究与展望 张洪生,褚正宾 (兰州理工大学机电工程学院,甘肃兰州730050) 摘要: 随着科技的发展和进步,石油、天然气和页岩气等能源已成为全球所有国家的命脉。然而想要拥有足够的能源,就必须具备先进的开采技术,因此钻井泵的发展尤为重要。钻井泵被誉为钻机的“心脏”,对于钻机来说至关重要,而对于钻井泵来说其液力端易损件的使用寿命与钻井泵的工作效率和使用寿命息息相关,因此只有提高钻井泵液力端易损件的使用寿命才能确保钻井泵的正常钻进、较高的工作效率和使用寿命。随着信息技术的发展和各行各业的相互促进与相互影响,在未来钻井泵也会向着信息化、自动化、轻量化、人性化和智能化的方向发展。 关键词: 钻井泵液力端;使用寿命;工作效率;人性化

( Abstract: With the development and advancement of technology, energy has become the lifeblood of all countries in the world, such as oil, natural gas and shale gas. However, in order to have sufficient energy, advanced mining technology is required, so the development of drilling pumps is particularly important. The drilling pump is known as the “heart” of the drilling rig, which is very important for the drilling rig. For the drilling pump, the service life of the hydraulic end consumables is closely related to the working efficiency and service life of the drilling pump, so only the drilling is improved. The service life of the fluid end of the pump can ensure the normal drilling of the drilling pump, high working efficiency and service life. With the development of information technology and the mutual promotion and mutual influence of various industries, in the future, drilling pumps will also develop in the direction of informatization, automation, lightweight, humanization and intelligence. 基于MATLAB-AMESim的液压缸位置伺服系统 辨识方法研究 麻玉川 (西安航空职业技术学院自动化工程学院,陕西西安710000) 摘要: 基于传统液压缸伺服系统建模参数的复杂性、不确定性、以及系统的时变性等问题,提出了一种基于MATLAB-AMESim的液压缸位置伺服系统辨识方法。该文以组成足式机器人驱动单元的液压缸为研究对象,简单介绍了液压缸的组成结构及工作原理;其次建立液压缸控制系统模型、传递函数,阐述了液压缸伺服系统辨识方法原理和基本过程;最后,通过MATLAB-AMESim软件搭建单缸位置伺服系统进行系统辨识仿真,将仿真结果与实际液压缸位置伺服系统测试结果进行对比。实验表明基于MATLAB-AMESim的液压缸位置伺服系统辨识仿真具有良好的实用性,验证了系统模型辨识方法的有效性。 关键词: 液压缸;建模仿真;系统辨识;MATLAB-AMESim

In this paper, the structure and working principle of the hydraulic cylinder are briefly introduced by taking the hydraulic cylinder which is the driving unit of the foot robot as the research object, and secondly, the model and transfer function of the hydraulic cylinder control system are established, and the principle and basic process of the identification method of the hydraulic cylinder servo system are expounded. Finally, Through the MATLAB-AMESim software to build a single-cylinder position servo system for system identification simulation, the simulation results and the actual hydraulic cylinder position servo system test results are compared. Experiments show that the identification simulation of hydraulic cylinder position servo system based on MATLAB-AMESim has good practicability, and the validity of the system model identification method is verified. 强彦1,2,王文安1,罗小梅3,项可1,魏列江1,2 (1.兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050; 2.兰州理工大学甘肃省液压气动工程技术研究中心,甘肃兰州730050; 3.北方车辆研究所,北京100071) 摘要: 针对齿轮泵中齿轮转速在500~3652 r/min的变转速条件下工作的实际工况,该文通过实验的方法研究了转速对某型齿轮泵内流场空化强度的影响。使用现有的齿轮泵测试实验台,对在齿轮泵转速改变的条件下,齿轮泵内流场的空化强度改变进行监测。由于空化无法直接测量,该文根据空化诱导振动理论对齿轮泵的振动进行测量,得到了齿轮泵内流场空化强度随齿轮转速上升而增强的规律。通过Pumplinx软件对内流场进行建模,利用软件特有的空化损伤模块进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明齿轮泵内流场空化强度随齿轮转速上升而增强,与实验所得规律一致。本文所总结的规律对减弱齿轮泵内流场空化强度,提升使用寿命具有一定的参考作用。 关键词: 齿轮泵流场;空化;振动实验;Pumplinx

China North Vehicle Research Institute, Beijing100071, China) Abstract: Aiming at the actual working conditions of the gear speed in gear pump under the variable speed of 500 r/min~3652 r/min, the influence of the rotational speed on the cavitation intensity of the flow field in a gear pump is studied by the experimental method. Using the existing gear pump test bench, the cavitation intensity change of the flow field in the gear pump is monitored under the condition that the gear pump speed is changed. Since the cavitation cannot be directly measured, the vibration of the gear pump is measured according to the cavitation induced vibration theory, and the law that the cavitation intensity of the flow field in the gear pump increases with the increase of the gear speed is obtained. The internal flow field was modeled by Pumplinx software, and the simulation was verified by the software-specific cavitation damage module. The simulation results show that the cavitation intensity of the flow field in the gear pump increases with the increase of the gear speed, which is consistent with the experimental results. The laws summarized in this paper have a certain reference role in reducing the cavitation intensity of the flow field in the gear pump and improving the service life. 基于AMESim的减压阀建模与仿真分析 蔡文龙1,周艳2,贾首星2,韩会敏1,温相源1 (1.石河子大学机械电气工程学院,新疆石河子832000; 2.新疆农垦科学院,新疆石河子832003) 摘要: 在分析先导式减压阀结构及工作原理基础上,运用AMESim中的HCD液压元件库和机械库对减压阀进行建模,按照阀的相关数据设置子模型和参数,进行仿真分析。并讨论了影响减压阀的几个因素,通过对减压阀的阀芯位移、输出流量、弹簧预紧力和阻尼孔直径四个参数的分析,获得了各个参数对减压阀的影响规律。通过调节减压阀仿真模型的各个参数,来验证模型的正确性,为减压阀在实际运用中提供理论依据。 关键词: 减压阀;AMESim;建模;仿真分析

Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shihezi832003, China) Abstract: Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the pilot-operated pressure reducing valve, the HCD hydraulic component library and mechanical library in AMESim are used to model the pressure reducing valve, and the sub-model and parameters are set according to the relevant data of the valve for simulation analysis.Several factors affecting the pressure reducing valve are discussed. Through the analysis of the four parameters of the spool displacement, output flow, spring preload and diameter of the pressure reducing valve, the influence of each parameter on the pressure reducing valve is obtained.By adjusting the parameters of the pressure reducing valve simulation model, the correctness of the model is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the practical use of the pressure reducing valve. 熊文才,苗蕾,陈经跃 (航空工业西安飞行自动控制研究所,陕西西安710065) 摘要: 轴向柱塞泵在某平地机装机试用过程中出现啸叫的现象,通过原型泵和故障泵噪声对比测试分析,判断柱塞泵噪声异常是由于配流盘过渡区采用小孔阻尼引起的。根据对配流盘的计算分析、CFD仿真,认为配流盘过渡区小孔阻尼结构会导致柱塞腔较大的压力冲击,从而产生较大的流体噪声。将配流盘过渡区小孔结构改进为三角槽结构后,降噪效果得到显著的改善。 关键词: 轴向柱塞泵;配流盘;噪声;声压级

According to the calculation and analysis of the valve plate, CFD simulation, the orifice damping structure in the transition zone of valve plate will lead to the pressure impact and bog fluid noise of the piston cavity. The probability of basic events of mechanical seals failure is judged synthetically. And the probability value of failure occurrence of mechanical seals based on expert experience method is obtained. This can guide the fault diagnosis of mechanical seals, and provide datas for reliability evaluation of mechanical seals. 基于ANSYS及加速寿命试验台对油缸单耳环活塞杆 杆头断裂进行设计改进 李瑞生,李君君,蒋拓,黄仲正,高名乾,林汉华 (柳州柳工液压件有限公司,广西柳州545006) 摘要: 该文对某工程机械油缸单耳环活塞杆杆头断裂进行失效分析,提出了在毛坯锻造工艺满足设计要求的条件下,单耳环活塞杆杆头变截面处应力集中导致残余应力过大,是单耳环活塞杆杆头断裂的主要原因。从这方面出发,优化了单耳环活塞杆杆头变截面处的残余应力,通过ANSYS软件对优化后的结构进行应力分析,并用油缸加速寿命可靠性试验台做2F台架实验和整机多批次小批量试装来验证改进措施的有效性,最终提高了油缸单耳环活塞杆杆头在极限工况下抗疲劳的强度。 关键词: 单耳环杆头;残余应力;应力集中;台架实验;整机实验;变截面 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)02-0042-04 The Design Improvement of the Rod Head Fracture for the Single Earring Piston Rod Based on ANSYS and Accelerated Life Test Bench LI Rui-sheng, LI Jun-jun, JIANG Tuo, HUANG Zhong-zheng, GAO Ming-qian, LIN Han-hua (Liuzhou LiuGong Hydraulic Components Co., Ltd., Liuzhou545006, China) Abstract: In this paper, the failure analysis of the rod head fracture of single earring piston rod of an engineering machinery cylinder was carried out. The main reasons for the Fracture of the rod head of the single Earring piston rod is pointed out. The stress concentration at the variable section of the piston rod head of single earring leads to excessive residual stress under the condition that the blank forging process meets the design requirements. From this point of view, the residual stress at the variable section of the single earring piston rod head is optimized. The optimized structure is analyzed by ANSYS software. The effectiveness of improvement measures is verified by the 2F bench test and the multi-batch small-batch test of the whole machine on the accelerated life reliability test bench of the cylinder. Finally, the anti-fatigue strength of the single earring piston rod head under extreme conditions is improved. After theoretical calculation and failure analysis, it is concluded that the penetration looseness is the main cause of oil leakage in the casting shell. According to the oil leakage mechanism of the casting shell, the shell structure of the casting is improved, and the correctness of the structural improvement is verified by test. 唐慧慧,杨绪钊,胡丽国,韦贯举 (北京精密机电控制设备研究所,北京100076) 摘要: 小型燃气开关阀用于控制射流燃气的通断,是飞行器姿态调整机构的关键部件。基于国内外燃气阀的研究,设计了一种喷嘴挡板先导式燃气阀。为研究燃气阀阀芯受力特性,通过动量定理分析得出阀芯所受气动力的主要影响因素为阀口和阀芯直径。实验验证了流场数值模拟的准确性;通过流场数值模拟得出了阀口开度越大阀芯所受气动力越大的结论,同时分析得出了结构尺寸对阀芯气动力具体影响规律为:阀芯直径越大阀芯所受气动力越小,阀口直径越小阀芯所受气动力越大。 关键词: 燃气阀;气动力;动量定理;数值模拟 中图分类号:TH138文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)02-0066-06 Study and Analysis on Aerodynamic Force of Gas Valve Spool with Flapper-nozzle Pilot-operated TANG Hui-hui, YANG Xu-zhao, HU Li-guo, WEI Guan-ju (Beijing Research Institute of Precise Mechanical and Electronic Control Equipment, Beijing100076, China) Abstract: Small gas switch valve is used to control jet gas on and off, which is a key part of aircraft attitude adjustment mechanism. Based on the research of gas valve both domestic and foreign, a kind of flapper-nozzle pilot-operated gas valve is designed .In order to study the stress characteristics of gas valve spool through the analysis of the momentum theorem, its concluded that the main influencing factors of the gas force on the valve spool are the diameter of valve port and spool. Experiments verify the accuracy of numerical simulation; through numerical simulation concluded that the greater the opening of valve port, the greater the aerodynamic force, and analyzed that the specific influence of structure size on the aerodynamic force is: the larger diameter of the spool and the valve port, the smaller the aerodynamic force on the spool. The hardware design of controller adopts TMS320F28069 of TI company as the main control chip, the DRV8332 as the driving chip. Meanwhile,the variable gain and piecewise PI is introduced, this control method can effectively compensate the dead zone of digital valve. As the purpose of improving reliability of Electro-hydraulic Servo System, bases on the working characteristics of hydraulic and electric circuit, analyses the source and typical fault-pattern of debris, combines with the statistics of quality problems occurred in recent years, the paper identifies and evaluates debris introduced models in lifecycle by using Fault Tree Analysis and Matrix Diagram. The paper also carding the prevention and control methods of debris from aspects of design, processing and process control, improves oil filling process. As a result, it can form a foundation to ensure the quality of product by established a relatively perfect debris prevention and control system. Firstly, aiming at the bad working conditions of high temperature, the scheme design is carried out, including the selection of the front stage servo valve, the design of the main valve port and the cooling design of the whole valve, the structure and working principle are introduced. Then the thermal and control characteristics of the high temperature valve are simulated and analyzed respectively.
