Flow Field Analysis of WEDM Machine Tool Pipeline Based on Fluent CAO Jin-cao (Shaanxi Institute of Technology, Xi’an710300, China) Abstract: In the process of the machining by WEDM Machine Tool, work pieces need to be cooled, insulated and cleaned by working fluid ejecting continuously. In this process, working fluid circulation system often appears poor drainage. So we take the drainage pipeline of CTW320TB WEDM Machine Tool as the object of study, use UG to model, and then simulate the pressure distribution in the pipeline and velocity distribution of the pipelines outlet in the Fluent. Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science, Weinan714000, China) Abstract: The internal leakage of the oscillating vane motor directly affects the output angular velocity; The Present Paper establishes the transfer function of the oscillating motor with the bypass leakage channel; In the process of establishing the system transfer function, taking the input flow of the motor working chamber as the input and the output angular velocity of the motor as the output, considering the bypass leakage model and the motor friction torque model, the expression of the minimum stable velocity of the motor was derived. By analyzing the influence of the parameters of the bypass leakage channel on the minimum stable velocity of the motor, the relationship between the minimum stable velocity of the motor and the parameters of the leakage channel inside the motor and the bypass leakage channel is given, and the calculation method of the input flow corresponding to the minimum stable running speed of the motor is proposed. Research on Safety Design of a Hydraulic Movable Oil Source Vehicle YU Jun-sheng, HE Liu-yu, WANG Pin, LIU Shi-cheng (Beijing Institude of Space Launch Technology, Beijing100076, China) Abstract: A hydraulic movable oil source vehicle plays a key role in the production and commissioning of special vehicles, and its safety is particularly important. Combined with the composition of movable oil source vehicle, the principle of its hydraulic control system is analyzed. The safety design points are summarized from margin safety, redundant fault tolerant safety, error-proof safety, use safety and safety reliability, and the safety and reliability indexes are calculated to meet the design requirements. In view of the safety analysis and summary of the movable oil source vehicle, it is helpful to improve the safety of equipment, and also provides some reference for other hydraulic system safety design. Effect of Plunger Pair Micro Surface on Clearance Oil Film

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Engineering Technology Research Center of Gansu Province, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: According to the W-M function of fractal theory, the mathematical model of three-dimensional surface topography of plunger and cylinder bore was established. The program was written by using MATLAB software to analyze the influence of fractal dimension on the surface topography. The oil film in the clearance of the plunger pair is developed into a plane along the axis, and the calculation model of oil film thickness and pressure distribution is established. The finite volume method is used to solve the two-dimensional Reynolds equation, and the influence of roughness on the oil film pressure distribution in the clearance of the plunger pair is analyzed. The results show that the surface roughness of plunger increases with the increase of fractal dimension, and the greater the surface roughness, the greater the peak pressure. 3000HP型钻井泵液力端阀盘模型有限元仿真分析 张洪生,武文凯 (兰州理工大学机电工程学院,甘肃兰州730050) 摘要:阀盘是钻井泵液力端的重要组成部件,了解到阀盘在钻井泵的正常工作时经常产生疲劳,造成失效。用三维建模软件Solidworks建立钻井泵泵阀阀盘的三维实体模型。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对阀盘模型实际工作中的受力情况进行了有限元分析求解,得到阀盘在40 MPa高压力下的应力云图和变形云图。与阀盘材料作比较,校核表明,阀盘的强度和刚度满足要求。 关键词:3000HP型钻井泵;阀盘模型;有限元 中图分类号:TH137;TE926文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)01-0029-03
Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Valve Disk for 3000HP Drilling Pump ZHANG Hong-sheng, WU Wen-kai (School of Mechanical Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou730050, China) Abstract: The importance of valve disc to the hydraulic end of drilling pump is introduced, and the fatigue and failure of valve disc during the normal operation of drilling pump are understood. The three-dimensional solid model of the valve disc of drilling pump is established by using the 3D modeling software Solidworks. According to the force condition of the pump valve in the actual working condition of the drilling pump, the corresponding constraints and loads are applied to the valve disc model, and the valve disc model is analyzed and solved by finite element method (FEM) with the help of ANSYS Workbench software. The stress and deformation images of valve disc under high pressure of 40MPa are obtained. Compared with the disc material, the check shows that the strength and stiffness of the disc meet the requirements. Key words: 3000HP; drilling pump; valve disc model; finite element

The hydraulic pump working principle, integrated design scheme, mathematical model calculation and AMESim simulation is introduced in this article, and according to the prototype test and verify the feasibility of the design scheme. 祝坚 (中煤科工集团北京华宇工程有限公司,北京100120) 摘要:为了提高液压支架的机械控制能力,利用电液换向阀完成支架控制箱动作控制。该文采用流体动力学仿真了电液换向阀的动态特征及流场特性。研究结果表明:当时间到达 0.14 s 时二级阀芯发生运动,出口流量快速增大至一个峰值状态;随着阀芯到达一个稳定运动状态后,换向阀也达到 1013 L/min的稳定出口流量。换向阀在高压大流量系统内工作时将会快速到达 峰值压力,产生液压冲击作用并使支架立柱受到破坏。当流体由阀套流至阀芯时因为过流断面的面积会迅速降低,使压力下降4.1 MPa,形成压力集中损失的区域,同时在阀芯的主流道区域还会形成均匀的压力分布状态。从阀口的下游最初进入阀芯的主通道位置时将达到最大流速,等于 109 m/s,表明该部位形成了最小的过流面积。 关键词:电液换向阀;仿真;动态特征;流场特性 中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)01-0036-04
Simulation Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics and Flow Field Characteristics of Electro-hydraulic Directional Valve for Hydraulic Support ZHU Jian (China Coal Science and Industry Group Beijing Huayu Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing100120, China) Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical control ability of the hydraulic support, electro-hydraulic directional control valve is used to complete the action control of the support control box. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics and flow field characteristics of electro-hydraulic directional valve are simulated by fluid dynamics. The results show that when the time reaches 0.14 s, the secondary spool moves and the outlet flow increases rapidly to a peak state. After the spool reaches a stable motion state, the reversing valve also reaches a stable outlet flow rate of 1013 L/min. The reverse valve will quickly reach the peak pressure when working in the high pressure and large flow system, which will produce the hydraulic impact and destroy the support column. When the fluid flows from the valve sleeve to the spool, the area of the flow cross section will be rapidly reduced, resulting in a pressure drop of 4.1 mpa, forming a pressure loss concentration area, and at the same time, a uniform pressure distribution state will be formed in the mainstream channel area of the spool. The maximum flow rate, equal to 109 m/s, will be reached when entering the main channel of the spool from the downstream of the valve orifice, indicating that the minimum flow area is formed at this position. The number of hydraulic values decommissioned each year due to failure is very large. Remanufacturing is an advanced form of renewable resource utilization and a new industry in modern manufacturing. Also it is conducive to saving energy, reducing production costs and protecting the environment. It has extremely important national strategic significance. In this paper, the multi-way reversing value is taken as an example to summarize the technical contents and key methods of cleaning, dismantling, testing, remaufacturing and assembling in the remanufacturing process, has provided theoretical and practical basis for remanufacturing of hydraulic values. 高红英,林希,樊爱珍 (陕西工业职业技术学院,陕西咸阳712000) 摘要:基于传统易碎薄板机械手位置伺服控制系统稳定性低、自动化分拣效率低等不足,设计了一种基于笛卡尔坐标式的气动码垛机器手和位置伺服稳定性控制系统。首先,设计并介绍笛卡尔坐标式码垛机械手的基本组成结构,对机械手末端吸盘气动回路控制系统进行设计和分析;然后分别对机械手X、Y、Z三个方向的伺服电机控制原理进行分析并设计了一种位置伺服系统的前馈自适应控制算法;最后,将传统位置闭环PID算法和前馈自适应控制算法进行位置跟踪稳定性对比试验。实验结果表明该笛卡尔坐标式的气动码垛机器手和位置伺服稳定性控制系统设计合理,满足实际生产要求。 关键词:机械手;位置伺服;气动回路;稳定控制;PID;前馈自适应 中图分类号:TH138;TP241文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)01-0045-05
Study on Stability Control of Position Servo System with Multi-DOF Pneumatic Manipulator GAO Hong-ying, LIN Xi, FAN Ai-zhen (Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute, Xianyang712000, China) Abstract: Based on the lack of stability of the position servo control system of traditional fragile sheet manipulator and the low efficiency of automatic sorting, a servo stability control system of pneumatic palletizing machine based on Cartesian coordinate type is designed. Firstly, the basic structure of Cartesian coordinate palletizing manipulator is designed and introduced, and the pneumatic loop control system of manipulator end suction Cup is designed and analyzed, then the control principle of servo motor in three directions of Manipulator X, Y and z is analyzed and a feedforward adaptive control algorithm of position servo system is designed. Finally, The traditional position closed-loop PID algorithm and Feedforward Adaptive control algorithm are used to compare the position tracking stability test. The experimental results show that the Cartesian coordinate pneumatic palletizing machine hand and position servo stability control system is designed reasonably to meet the actual production requirements. 张宏宇,张平,张涛华,秦岭,丁丹 (北京航天发射技术研究所,北京100076) 摘要:针对基于均匀截面应力的铰接接头拧紧力矩工程计算无法充分考虑径向孔等局部结构应力集中效应,计算结果不准确的问题,建立液压铰接接头拧紧过程静强度计算有限元模型,通过在螺纹段定义固定约束,螺母与基体间定义接触约束,施加拧紧力矩及对应的螺纹预紧力载荷,模拟真实受力工况。依据线性强度计算模型下应力结果与施加载荷成正比的关系,确定材料许用应力对应的拧紧力矩,为铰接接头等存在应力集中结构的及接头类产品拧紧力矩确定和结构设计校核提供参考。 关键词:铰接接头;拧紧力矩;有限元分析;强度计算 中图分类号:TH137;U463.33文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)01-0050-03 Tightening Torque Calculation of Hydraulic Hinge Fittings Based on FEA ZHANG Hong-yu, ZHANG Ping, ZHANG Tao-hua, QIN Ling, DING Dan (Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing100076, China) Abstract: The static strength FEA model of hydraulic hinge fittings tightening procedure was built to solve the problem that engineering calculation method based on uniform section stress distribution assumption could not fully cover the stress concentration factors induced by structures such as radical orifices and failed to obtain proper tightening torque. Fixed and contact constraints were applied to the screw and interfaces of the hexagon head and the frame respectively with the torque and relating screw pretension loads to simulate the real stress state. The proper tightening torque corresponding to the permissible stress was obtained by the calculation results and the proportional relation of stress and loads under the linear model assumption, providing reference to tightening torque confirmation and structure design of fittings with stress concentration including hinge fittings. Guangzhou BLT Sealing Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou510700, China) Abstract: With the rapid development of sealing technology, it is very important to correctly understand and apply the terms related to sealing. For example, “composite” and “bonded”, “seal” and “sealing device” etc. In addition, the definitions of some terms in ISO standards are inconsistent with the current manufacturing process of related products in China. Secondly, the terms and definitions of some products are different in different national standards. This paper introduces some terms and definitions related to seal in fluid transport system by adding relevant product drawings, installation drawings and comparing terms and definitions in different standards. Some terms and definitions with different meanings to be revised in national standards are explained, which can be used for reference by relevant readers. 殷图源,魏大盛 (北京航空航天大学能源与动力工程学院,北京100191) 摘要:该文对水压往复柱塞密封仿真现状进行了调研,得出了目前油压密封仿真较为成熟,而水压密封仿真薄弱的结论。由于水的低粘度及物理特性使水压密封成膜难,仿真需要对密封物理组成建立系统性和精细化的模型。水压密封流态一般为混合润滑,剖析了两种低粘度介质流态的判别方法,揭示了润滑流态转换条件及表现特征。在仿真过程中指出了Reynolds方程应考虑惯性项,给出了几种Reynolds方程适用性及求解数值方法,论述了数值方法的特点。分析了成膜密封磨损机制,粗糙度大小是影响磨损程度主因。提出了借助实验建立较完善仿真模型观点,以提高仿真模型置信度。明晰了仿真在密封设计中优化作用,运用传统油压理论处理水压密封等效性问题需进一步探讨,提出了未来水压密封面临探索性问题。 关键词:水压往复密封;水压密封仿真;水压密封流态;水压密封数值方法;完备理论模型 中图分类号:TH137;TB42文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)01-0069-06
Hydraulic Water Reciprocating Seal Simulation Problems YIN Tu-yuan, WEI Da-sheng (School of Energy and Power Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing100191, China) Abstract:In this paper have investigated the current situation of the hydraulic reciprocating plunger seal simulation, it is concluded that the current hydraulic seal simulation is relatively mature, and hydraulic pressure seal weak simulation conclusion.Due to the low viscosity and physical properties of water makes the water pressure sealing film, simulation need to seal the physical composition of systemic and refinement of the model is established. Hydraulic seal flow is commonly mixed lubrication, analyzes the two kinds of low viscosity medium flow pattern identification method, reveals the lubricant flow pattern transition conditions and performance characteristics. In pointed out the Reynolds equation should be considered during the process of simulation of inertia, the applicability and several Reynolds equation solving numerical method, this paper discusses the characteristics of numerical method. Film seal wear mechanism is analyzed, the roughness of size is the degree of wear. Better simulation model is established with the help of test point of view, in order to improve the simulation model is confidence. Clearing the simulation in seal design optimization, by using the theory of traditional hydraulic processing hydraulic sealing equivalence problems need further discussion, put forward the hydraulic sealing exploratory problem in the future. 李瑞生,蒋拓,黄仲正,高名乾 (柳州柳工液压件有限公司,广西柳州545006) 摘要:该文通过理论计算,借助仿真分析和台架实验与整机实验,对某机型工程机械油缸外泄漏的失效原因进行分析,认识到在杆密封方案选型合理及工艺加工符合图纸要求的前提下,油液从杆动密封处外泄漏的原因除了油液里面的杂质损坏杆动密封之外,杆动密封处的外泄漏一般是以“油环”状形式间歇的向外泄漏。通过在静止状态下对油缸杆串联动密封各密封圈间的压力测试及在往复运动过程中对油缸串联杆密封各密封圈间收集的油膜油液“泵回吸” 回油缸内腔的动态分析。得出除了杂质导致油液外泄外,合理设置各密封圈与活塞杆之间的间隙S和密封圈唇口前间隙为S的相对表面长度L,是降低油缸杆密封外泄漏的关键核心因子。 关键词:动密封;外泄漏;泵回吸;油环;动压轴承 中图分类号:TH137;TB42文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-0813(2020)01-0075-04
Design Improvement of Cylinder Rod Seal for External Leakage LI Rui-sheng, JIANG Tuo, HUANG Zhong-zheng, GAO Ming-qian (Liuzhou LiuGong Hydraulic Components Co., Ltd., Liuzhou545006, China) Abstract: Through theoretical calculation, this paper analyzes the failure causes of the external leakage for a certain type of engineering machinery according to simulation analysis, bench test and machine experiment. It is recognized that under the premise of reasonable selection of rod seal scheme and meeting the requirements of drawing, the reason for oil leakage from rod dynamic seal is that the impurities in oil damage the seal of rod, and the leakage is usually intermittent in the form of “ring”. In the static state, the pressure between the series seal of the cylinder piston rod is measured, and the dynamic analysis of the oil film in the cylinder chamber during the reciprocating motion is carried out. It is concluded that besides the oil leakage caused by impurities, the key factor to reduce the leakage of cylinder rod seal is to reasonably set the clearance S between each seal ring and the relative length L before the lip of seal ring clearance S. Huazhong University of Science and Technology School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Wuhan430074, China) Abstract: A certain type of missile-loaded electro-hydraulic steering gear adopts O-ring sealing, and its working reliability and service life are closely related to O-ring sealing performance. In order to investigate the effect of compression ratio, notch fillet and sealing gap on the sealing performance under coupling conditions, a two-dimensional finite element model was established and the fluid pressure load was applied. The effects of parameters such as compression amount, notch fillet and sealing gap on the equivalent stress and contact stress of the O-ring during loading were found.
